Recent years have witnessed more and more enterprises outsource transportation business, which saves the transportation cost of the enterprise and promotes the development of the core business, but also increases the complexity of the transportation service market environment, resulting in insufficient utilization of transportation resources. This paper designs a novel multi-agent cross matching (MCM) continuous double auction mechanism to maximize the overall benefit of the transportation market and improve resource utilization. We first establish the probability function of quotation according to the historical effective information of the transportation service market, and transform the discrete probability function into a continuous function by the cubic spline interpolation method to solve the more accurate optimal quotation. Then we find the optimal matching scheme according to the price advantage principle and establish a mathematical model for calculating the total market benefits. Finally, we conclude that the novel mechanism not only improves the overall benefit of the market but also riches market efficiency through an example.

Recent years have witnessed more and more “Internet + logistics” enterprises in practice, among which the vehicle-freight matching platform is the most common. This paper investigates the competitiveness of different platform enterprises for the carriers in the market. By analyzing the research and development situations home and abroad, we select four representative platforms, Huochebang, Yunmanman, Kaxintianxia, Tiandihui, as the analysis objects. We first construct the evaluation index system on the competitiveness of the vehicle-freight matching platform, and then use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index. Finally, we apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the selected platforms and obtain their competitiveness level. The evaluation index system constructed and the research conclusions in this paper can facilitate the carrier when choosing a vehicle-freight matching platform.

Functional feruloylated lipids, which are composed of 1(3)-feruloyl-monooleyl-glycerol (FMOG) and 1(3)-feruloyl-dioleyl-glycerol (FDOG), was prepared through the lipase-catalyzed irreversible transesterification between vinyl feruate (VF) and triolein (TO) in toluene. The nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and electrospray ionization-mass spectroscopy (ESI-MS) analysis confirmed the structure of VF. The influences of molar ratio of substrates, reaction time, reaction temperature, water activity and enzyme amount on the total conversion of reaction and conversion yield of FMOG and FDOG were analyzed systematically. The optimal conditions are as follows: VF:EF=1:3, 62h, 55˚C, aw 0.07, 20mg/mL Novozym 435. Under the optimal conditions, the average highest conversion of feruloylated lipids achieved was 92.29±±2.13%, which was composed of FMOG 39.78±±4.85% and FDOG 52.51±±6.01%, respectively. It could provide an efficient approach for preparing feruloylated lipids.
