The cryo-electron microscope (cryo-EM) is increasingly popular these years. It helps to uncover the biological structures and functions of macromolecules. In this paper, we address image denoising problem in cryo-EM. Denoising the cryo-EM images can help to distinguish different molecular conformations and improve three dimensional reconstruction resolution. We introduce the use of data-driven tight frame (DDTF) algorithm for cryo-EM image denoising. The DDTF algorithm is closely related to the dictionary learning. The advantage of DDTF algorithm is that it is computationally efficient, and can well identify the texture and shape of images without using large data samples. In this paper, we investigate DCTNet for audio signal classification. Its output feature is related to Cohen's class of time-frequency distributions. We introduce the use of adaptive DCTNet (A-DCTNet) for audio signals feature extraction. The A-DCTNet applies the idea of constant-Q transform, with its center frequencies of filterbanks geometrically spaced. The A-DCTNet is adaptive to different acoustic scales, and it can better capture low frequency acoustic information that is sensitive to human audio perception than features such as Mel-frequency spectral coefficients (MFSC). We use features extracted by the A-DCTNet as input for classifiers. Experimental results show that the A-DCTNet and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) achieve state-of-the-art performance in bird song classification rate, and improve artist identification accuracy in music data. Whale vocalizations can be modeled as polynomial-phase signals, which are widely used in radar and sonar applications. Such signals lie on a nonlinear manifold parameterized by polynomial phase coefficients. In this paper, we apply manifold learning methods, in particular ISOMAP and Laplacian Eigenmap, to examine the underlying geometric structure of whale vocalizations. We can improve the classification accuracy by using the intrinsic structure of whale vocalizations. Our experiments on the DCLDE conference and MobySound data show that manifold learning methods such as ISOMAP and Laplacian eigenmap outperform linear dimension reduction methods such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Multidimensional Scaling (MDS).

In this paper, we apply the Weyl transform to represent the vocalization of marine mammals. In contrast to other popular representation methods, such as the MFCC and the Chirplet transform, the Weyl transform captures the global information of signals. This is especially useful when the signal has low order polynomial phase. We can reconstruct the signal from the coefficients obtained from the Weyl transform, and perform classification based on these coefficients. Experimental results show that classification using features extracted from the Weyl transform outperforms the MFCC and the Chirplet transform on our collected whales data.

Transportation is one of major sources of carbon emissions, and the study of relationship between carbon emissions and transportation is the hot topic in current. By improving the method to calculate carbon dioxide from IPCC, projected carbon dioxide emissions from China's railway transport during the period of 1998–2008, then use Tapio decoupling indicators to empirical analysis between turnover of railway transport in China and carbon dioxide emissions, come to that China's railway transport and CO 2 emissions have a strong negative decoupling, Rail transport growth highly than carbon dioxide emissions growth, indicating that the emission reduction achieved initial success. But the current situation about energy conservation that our country facing is still not optimistic, this paper analyzes the structure of energy consumption of rail transport, put forward some recommendations to the railway transport of low-carbon development aimed at provide some help to the development of rail transport, as well as the development of low carbon on transport system.

Government supervision over construction quality is a basic institution of engineering management in China for safeguarding quality benefit of the country and the masses of the people. Government supervision needs to scientific decision based on comprehensive evaluation. Reforming government supervision needs for an idea for evaluation system of government supervision and management in construction quality from two levers of market management and supervision work. The evaluation includes supervision institute accomplishment, bids and tenders, supervisor work, quality implementing ability, main part quality during construction, and records of completed projects. Supervision work evaluation is base for scientific supervision decision. It promotes market management evaluation. Correspondingly, market management evaluation is means to standardizing supervision action, and to defending supervision authority for developing healthily of government supervision and management in construction quality.

This paper analyzes the grey theory and sets up a GM (1, 1) model based on the data processing. I use this model to predict the local finance of Zhejiang province and the result proves that the model based on the data processing not only gives a higher precision but also is more sensitive to the change of outer economic situation.

A dynamic application customization and service composition model based on max application template was proposed in this paper. We describe a kind of application’s businesses logic with max application template; in this template a customized application could be derivate according to user’s inputs. Based on the customized application the composed services can be processed to reach user’s personal requirements. In the composition process credit assurance and dynamic-reconfiguration mechanism were used to improve the quality of service. Based on this model the One-Step Service platform DACSC was designed and implemented. The testing results show that application customization and service composition can achieve automatically with few interactions and schedule times then provides the enhancement of QOS.

It is a big challenge to realize the dynamic selection and integration of the grid service component in the dynamic, cross-organizational grid environment. This paper introduces a dynamic-reconfigurable grid model (DRGM) with SOA. Reconfigurable idea is introduced to this model, and the implementation framework and method are proposed, so DRGM can support dynamic-reconfiguration at a lower level for grid application, then grid application can adjust its configurations dynamically to adapt to the grid environment with the dynamic selection of service component. Last the critical processes of the dynamic reconfiguration rules are written in ASM (abstract state machine). DRGM provides a new implementation approach for service-oriented dynamic reconfigurable grid application.

As the importance of service's continuity for service-oriented computing (SOC) system and present QoS assurance mechanisms in SOC system did not take full account of the impact of the service components dynamics. In order to solve this problem credit model and credit function was put forward, CRD (credit record data) is used to quantize the SOC system's dynamic. A new QoS assurance mechanism which based on the service schedule is proposed, service reserve and service backup algorithm droved by CRD respectively to achieve risk aversion, inhibiting, prevent and risk compensation. Distinct services with different QoS level use CRD then give priority to services with high QoS level and schedule them with tasks at first. In the service life capture credit event and manage risks. Simulation experiments have been done, the results show that this QoS assurance mechanism can reduce the impact caused by system's dynamics, ensure system services' continuity and enhance the system's QoS.

Solving the question of common-plot action needs to introduce the market competition mechanism, and to enhance transparency of supervision jobs.
