Competitive priority as an important part of manufacturing strategy, the sequencing and relationship between them is an important means to achieve competitive advantage of manufacturing enterprises. This study applied the International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS) data in 2009 (the IMSS-V data), to conduct empirical analysis of competitive priority of cross-industry manufacturing enterprise, the results show that the cumulative relation of competitive priority between different industry was confirmed, but the degree of importance is different. Through the results of the study, manufacturing enterprises should clear the relationship between competitive priority so as to determine the portfolio strategy and characteristics of competitive priority, in order to make strategy for manufacturing to improve overall advantages.

The method of component description and retrieval is a hot subject of research in component-based software development. In order to describe the component more completely and accurately, an approach based facet and ontology is brought forward. The method proposed in the paper firstly choose the exactly type and application components, then choose components further through component's functional match, at last users make final choose after looking over all the candidate components. The description method of components is the base for users to find the exact components. An implementation of the proposed approach shows that the users can select components quickly and precisely.

In recent years, peer-to-peer (P2P) networks are perhaps the most innovative new information space to emerge on the Internet, which breaks down the dominant information distribution paradigm, the client-server model of the Web. Setting out from the characteristics of P2P technology, this paper first inquires into the copyright problems caused by P2P technology and takes BT as an example to analyze P2P legal Liability concerned. Then in the angle of economics, society and law, this thesis interprets the conflicts between P2P technology and copyright. From the economic aspect, the essence of conflicts is a war of interests. From the social aspect, the essence of conflicts is the technology existing as a sword with double blades. From the legal aspect, the essence of conflicts is the contradiction between advanced technology and laggard law. Finally, this article puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the applications of P2P, which are to make use of technical protection measures and to perfect copyright law system and to explore and establish a new cooperative module actively.
