In order to quickly and easily create Augmented Reality and real-time dynamic sharing applications, we design an Augmented Reality application framework to handheld devices in this paper. It can create customized AR and combine point of interest anywhere. One can use the real-time updating to share information with friends anytime.

This study reports the performance improvement of a pentacene-based OTFT (organic thin-film transistor) with a planar bottom-contact structure, and investigates the influence of surface roughness of source/drain electrodes with planar structure on electrical characteristics. Because the contact resistance between the organic semiconductor and the source/drain is significantly decreased, the mobility of OTFT with planar structure is higher than that of conventional bottom-contact structure. And the rougher surface of electrodes can get the higher contact resistance to result in the inferior performance of OTFT.

AIS will be an important way to acquire security in the world. We think that AIS security is a part of intelligent security and it should be considered in a wide area, although arithmetic and implementation are not perfect at present. In this paper, we describe a top-level architecture of AIS LAN which is constructed using AIS switching nodes. It is a part of our work to construct an integrated security LAN. We expect that implementing AIS network basing on IXP2800 will give us high performance and security.

Using a two-dimensional ultrasonography, observations were made on the carotid in a group of 250 patients with cerebral infarction, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and transient cerebral ischemia, from whom 144 cases (57.6%) of carotid lesions were found. The study on the differential diagnosis in 47 cases of primary hepatocarcinoma (PH) and 36 cases of metastatic hepatocarcinoma (MH) was performed with the real time B mode ultrasonic scanner. The pathological identifica­tions had been made before the ultrasonic scanning. The ultrasonic features seen in PH and MH were as follows: 1, Sound halo was found in 38/47 (80.9%) of PH and 14/36 (38.7%) of MH. 2, The margin was irregular in 33/47 (70.2%) of PH and regular in 30/36 (83.3%) of MH. 3, The echo of the posterior wall was strengthened or no change in 37/47 (78.7%) of PH and weakened in 30/36 (80.3%) of MH. 4, There was silhouette in 35/47 (74.5%) of PH and 10/36 (27.8%) of MH. 5, The focus was single in PH, accounting for 66% (31/47) and multiple in MH 86.6% (31/36). The diameter of the focusoem (strong echo) was found in 11/14 (78.6%) of MH, while the diameter > 3cm (strong echo) was found in 18/21 of PH, being 85.7%. As to the ultrasonogram of the gall bladder, some changes of enlargement, calculus, thickened wall 4mm and unclear margin were observed in 18 of 31 cases of PH, while in cases of MH, only 2 revealed unclear margin of the gall bladder, about which the inner relationship between PH and MH needs further study. It is concluded that the accurate use of digital handling function aids in detecting the margin of the focus, the structure of inner echo and the correlation with peripheral contour, raising the accuracy rate of diagnosis. The index of the differential diagnosis identitied by experiment is provided.

A series of 310 patients (207 male, 103 female, age ranged 40–74) examined with the frequency spectrum electrocardiograph (FCG) are analyzed to evaluate the clinical significance and problems correlating to the static electrocardiogram (ECG) from 1989 to 1991 in our hospital. On examination, a BIE-2 FCG was used. After FCG scanning, coronary heart disease numbered 92, acute and chronic myocardial infarction 20, angina pectoris 37, myocardiopathy 18, neurosis 56, carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning 17, thyroidism 9 and congenital heart disease 2. The positive index compatibility of coronary heart disease by FCG was 98%, which was higher than that by ECG simultaneously. It has been noticed that FCG provides special effects in diagnosing early coronary disease, differentiating disorders of nervous regulation and dysfunction of internal secretions, finding out the extent of myocardial injuries in patients with CO poisoning, detecting nervous disturbance and unknown aged myocardiel lesions, hence the value of FCG analysis is increasingly enhanced clinically compared with ECG. FCG also suggests some changes such as palpitation, chest depression and angina even though ECG is normal.
