Revolution has a meaning as a rapid phase change, concerning the basis of life. Industry is one of the activities that are part of the history of human life, which signifies the development of the times. In the development of industry, revolution sometimes becomes inevitable. The fourth industrial revolution or Industry 4.0 is a new era that provides a leap, which prioritizes automation, connectivity, personalization and globalization on a large scale. The automotive industry has also undergone a business transformation, one of which is the Customer Experience Management (CEM) aspect, which is useful for managing a series of interactions between customers and service providers. Connectivity comes as a solution with a technology based on the CEM concept that connects, integrates, and exchanges information and data of a vehicle with the owner's daily life personally, through a system. The advantages of Connectivity are safety, traffic management, maintenance and entertainment for customers. But there are things that are of concern to Connectivity, namely data security and privacy, investment and capital infrastructure, then the product cycle between vehicle technology and communication tools. Periodic evaluation of service quality by the company is a routine activity that aims to improve company performance. Every decision taken by the company's leadership will affect the company's performance and organizational performance in general. For this reason, it is necessary to build a system dynamics model that is able to describe the current conditions that apply in the company and is able to do simulations to see conditions in the future. This study proves that the model built with a standard model for changing targets can simulate environmentally friendly service quality targets to customers with an overview of current achievements and forecasts of future achievements. Future achievements are influenced by the control value of achieving Service Level Agreement, Reopened and Response Time, where the greater the control value, the greater the correction level value so that the gap will be smaller. Accelerating the realization of an elderly-friendly city is essentially an effort to deal with the increase in the elderly population in the future. Elderly-friendly cities also aim to help the elderly to easily access public facilities and activities, especially for the elderly who live alone. If the elderly is left with no activity, especially economic activity, then the elderly will become a socio-economic burden for the country. In addition, increasing age also has an impact on declining health and physical abilities, so elderly-friendly cities must also consider reducing transportation costs and public facilities and providing recreational and reflection facilities which can be in the form of open spaces and special shared facilities for the elderly. This study aims to build a model of an elderly-friendly city by taking into account a number of factors such as a city that has a set of regulations governing the elderly, has regional leaders who are committed and have priority to the protection of the elderly, has an elderly-friendly document method. in accordance with WHO provisions, and elderly-friendly facilities. The research design is included in exploratory research, with a sample of 128 respondents and the sampling was done by non-probability convenience sampling. The results showed that there are important factors that can be modeled mathematically through factor analysis which identifies the representation of Safe and comfortable, Smart public service, Excellent information, and Easy health care factors as the main factors in developing an elderly friendly city model from the respondent's point of view. A very crucial process in the operation of an airport is the management of baggage, especially in monitoring the movement of baggage, starting from the passenger handing the item over to the airline officer at the airport of origin until the item is received by the owner at the destination airport. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) as the organization that regulates provisions regarding baggage management issued resolution 753 regarding the baggage monitoring process to be implemented by all airlines. This paper discusses post-flight baggage management in accordance with the current regulations.
