Six contracts have been placed, calling for production of 1200 tons of superconducting cables (SC) for the main dipoles and quadrupoles of CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC). And two contracts have been placed for 470 tons of NbTi and 26 tons of Nb sheets.
