Hepatobiliary dysfunction was recorded in six dogs. Haemato-biochemical values and ultrasonographic examination of liver showed marked improvement during treatment. A total of 102 suspected blood samples from crossbred cattle were screened for blood parasites. These animals were infested with ticks and aged between 1-8 years with clinical symptoms such as anorexia, pyrexia, enlarged superficial lymph nodes, pale conjuctival mucus membrane, haemoglobinuria, nasal discharge and teeth grinding. Concurrent Transmissible Venereal Tumor (TVT) and cheyletiellosis was managed therapeutically in a mongel dog. The dog was presented with complaint of alopecia in dorsal body surface and blood mixed urine discharge. Clinical examination revealed seborrhoea, dandruff and alopecia of dorsal midline however bulba glandis region of penis showed cauliflower like growth. Treatment was instituted with inj. Vincristine sulfate @ 0.025 mg/kg, inj. Ivermectin @0.2 mg/kg and parenteral vitamin supplementation. In addition, dog was treated topically with therapeutic shampooing. A five year old male Labrador dog was presented with history of swelling of throat at intermandibular region. A soft fluctuating swelling was observed on palpation and fluid aspirated was reddish, thick and ropy. Staining a smear made from aspirated material with mucus specific stain periodic acid Schiff (PAS) confirmed saliva. The case was diagnosed as Sublingual Sialocele and surgically treated. Out of forty nine clinical cases of canine dermatitis presented, 24 (48.98%) cases between age groups of 2 months to 11 years were diagnosed positive for Demodex canis based on microscopic examination. Clinical examination showed persistent itching, alopecia, erythematous or papular lesions all over body surface. Treatment was instituted with benzyl peroxide shampoo applied externally at weekly interval for 3 to 5 times, Amitraz rinse weekly interval for 3 to 5 times and Cefpodoxime orally @ 5 mg/kg b wt od for 7 to 10 days along with herbal Immuno-stimulator 10 ml bid po for 21 days. Two ten weeks old Labrador retriever pups were presented with complaint of anorexia, mucous mixed bloody diarrhoea, vomiting and progressive weight loss for last three days. Clinical examination showed normal rectal temperature, rough hair coat, pale conjunctival mucous membrane, dehydration, intestinal spasm and open mouth breathing. Faecal samples were positive for unsporulated and sporulated oocysts of Isosporasp. on direct microscopic examination. Haematological studies revealed decreased haemoglobin (8.85 gm/dl and 8.8 gm/dl) and packed cell volume (29% and 30%). Therapeutic management comprised of oral administration of Ciprofloxacin, Tinidazole, intravenous administration of Inj. Dextrose sodium chloride (5% DNS), Inj. Ringer lactate and Inj.
