The verification and calibration of a new quasi-linear transport model with a large database of gyrokinetic turbulence simulations is presented in this paper. In a previous paper \cite{staebler:2020}, a model for the saturated spectrum of electric potential fluctuations was developed based on the properties of the non-linear 3D spectrum. In this paper, a modification to the overall multiplicative factor in this model is found to be necessary to improve the fit to scans of the temperature and density gradients and safety factor. The error in the fit of the quasi-linear fluxes of electron and ion energy fluxes is significantly better than for previous saturation models. The spectral shift model for the impact of equilibrium $E\times B$ velocity shear \cite{staebler:2013a} and the zonal flow mixing model for electron-scale turbulence \cite{staebler:2016} are both revised to be compatible with this new model. The models for the loss of bounce averaging and electron collisions in the TGLF reduced linear equations \cite{staebler:2005} are also changed to improve the linear eigenmodes.

The findings of an investigation into the properties of the three dimensional (3D) saturated fluctuation intensity of the electric potential in gyrokinetic turbulence simulations is presented. Scans in flux surface elongation and Shafranov shift are used to isolate the tokamak geometric dependencies. The potential intensity required in order to compute exact fluxes by a quasilinear method is determined using linear eigenmodes computed with the gyrokinetic code. A model of this non-linear intensity is constructed using the linear eigenmode properties and the geometry shape functions obtained from the 3D intensity spectrum. The model computes the poloidal wavenumber spectrum of the electron and ion energy fluxes with unprecedented accuracy. New insights are gained into the way zonal flow mixing saturates ion-scale turbulence by controlling the radial wavenumber width of the turbulence spectrum.

We report here the mass spectrum and magnetic moments of ccq(q u,d,s) systems in the potential model framework by assuming the inter-quark potential as the colour coulomb plus power form with power index ν varying between 0.1 to 2.0. Here the two charm quarks are considered for the diquark states. The conventional one gluon exchange interaction has been employed to get the hyperfine and the fine structure between different states. We have predicted many low-lying states whose experimental verification can exclusively support the quark-diquark structure of the baryons.

The investigation of mixing parameters in neutral B meson systems provides an important testing ground for standard model flavour dynamics. The spectroscopic parameters deduced from the potential model are used to calculate the pseudoscalar decay constant and mixing parameters of the B and Bs mesons.

The decay rates and spectroscopy of the mesons are computed in nonrelativistic phenomenological quark–antiquark potential of the type with different choices ν. The numerical solution of the Schrodinger equation has been used to obtain the spectroscopy of mesons. The spin hyperfine, spin–orbit and tensor components of the one-gluon exchange interaction are employed to compute the spectroscopy of the excited S states, few low-lying P-waves and D-waves. The numerically obtained radial solutions are employed to obtain the decay constant, digamma and dileptonic decay widths. It has been observed that the predictions of the spectroscopy and the decay widths are consistent with other model predictions as well as with the known experimental values in the range of potential index 0.7 ≤ ν ≤ 1.1.

We employ the hyper central approach to study the masses and magnetic moments of the baryons constituting single charm and beauty quark.
