We investigate the model generalization problem that exists for network traffic intrusion detection. Existing works have begun to apply some advanced algorithms and models from NLP domain to network security domain, but have some challenges. One of the biggest problem is that the amount of data for some existing network intrusions is not sufficient to train the current oversized models. For this purpose, we improve on ET-Bert and propose a method to detect and classify network intrusion based on the combination of migration learning and rules (RP-Bert). And we test and validate it on a large open source dataset BoT-loT, which Recall is achieved, Precision is achieved, F1 Score is achieved, Accuracy is achieved.

As blockchain is increasingly valued, the application of blockchain and its security has become a research hotspot. Not only that, more and more ordinary users are paying attention to the blockchain and beginning to trade commodities in cryptocurrencies. The blockchain wallet is a program for users to manage and stores their private keys. Furthermore, the private key is the user’s unique credential to the cryptocurrency in the blockchain. But for now, blockchain wallets are only using passwords to authenticate users, which poses a potential risk to private key security. To mitigate this risk, this paper proposes a continuous authentication approach based on user mouse behavioral biometrics. The approach was experimentally shown to be able to authenticate once per second with an average FAR and FRR of 6.92% and 6.18%, respectively.

As a new type of colloidal nanocrystals, perovskite quantum dots (QDs) have received widespread attention. Water and oxygen in the air can affect the luminous efficiency of quantum dots, which can degrade the surface of QDs and affect their luminescence efficiency. Herein we discuss the synthesis of high-quality QDs using an uncomplicated coating method by which an ultrathin epitaxial Al self-passivation layer bearing homogeneous ligands can be coated on the QDs. The core/shell perovskite QDs maintain high luminescence efficiency and photostability. The CsPbBr3/2ZnS/Al QDs were only attenuated by 10% after 14 h of exposure to LED light. The temperature-dependent photoluminescence properties of the all-inorganic perovskite QDs, such as the PL intensity, emission peak position, and the full width at half maximum (FWHM), were investigated. The results indicated that the activation energy of QDs increases with the increase of the number of ZnS shell layers, its stability increases significantly. The introduction of Al does not change the luminescence mechanism of QDs. Finally, we have made flexible light-emitting device with CsPbBr3/2ZnS/Al QDs.

With the continuous development of modernization in the central and western regions, the construction speed of the Panshan Highway has accelerated, and a large number of slopes have been formed. In order to ensure the safety of road vehicles in Laoshan District, it is necessary to monitor the safety of dangerous slopes, so it is essential to establish a complete slope geological monitoring system. Based on the development of wireless sensor network technology, the key technology of wireless sensor network technology based on slope monitoring system is studied, and a simple and effective wireless sensor network protocol is designed. MoS2 with layered structure and distinct physical properties has attracted attention for electronic or optoelectronic devices. The photoelectric response properties of MoS2/ZnO heterojunctions based devices fabricated by spin-coating MoS2 nanosheets solutions on ZnO nanorod arrays (NRs) were investigated. The results revealed that MoS2 nanosheets were vertically aligned on the surface of ZnO NRs and the devices exhibit good photoresponse stability and reproducibility under UV and red light illuminations. The vertically aligned MoS2 nanosheets facilitate the fast photogenerated carrier separation and transport. The devices with few-layered MoS2 nanosheets show a high responsivity and detectivity under UV and red light illuminations, which can be attributed to small contact resistance between MoS2 nanosheets and ZnO NRs. These results provide important insights in the facile fabrication strategy and understanding electronic and optoelectronic devices based on the heterostructures with vertically aligned MoS2.
