Abstract

幼少児におけるTrachlightTMを用いた経鼻的気管挿管の報告はほとんどない.われわれは先天性顎関節強直症,重度の開口障害を伴った4歳,男児の麻酔を経験した.過去の麻酔では,気管支鏡下での挿管が困難で2度盲目的経鼻挿管を行った.今回も気管支鏡では挿管が困難で,TrachlightTMを用いたところ容易に挿管しえた.TrachlightTMは小児における数少ない挿管困難対策の-法として有用性が期待できると思われる.
