In this study, a system of scene evaluation and the computer-aided design of girder bridge is proposed for quick response in an agreement formation stage using XML which can also peruse the Internet using the analysis result by the sensitivity engineering technique of girder bridge. In addition, the example of a bridge and the display method of a score which agreed as a policy for supporting a scene design in the evaluation simulation and two or more design concepts accompanying category change were proposed. Moreover, in order to examine the usefulness of the built system, comparison with the example of a scene design of a real bridge was tried, and the validity of an output result was considered.

技術基準の性能規定化と国際標準への整合化の潮流の中で，「性能設計における土木構造物に対する作用の指針」（作用指針）が2008年3月に発刊された．この作用指針は，土木構造物荷重指針連合小委員会が，性能設計実現の基本となる設計荷重設定への基礎資料を与えることを目的に策定したもので，Code PLATFORM ver.1に定める性能設計の考え方に基づき，各種設計基準における作用に関する記述の体系化と標準化をはかったものである．この作用指針は，今後の性能設計体系確立のための一翼をになうものとして期待されている．本報は，作用指針を策定した背景，作用指針の概要，今後の展望について概説するものである．

Soil and ground water contamination has been spread due to the utilization and effluent of harmful materials from industrial factories or the illegal dump of poisonous gas weapon. By recent land development works for housing and city-reconstruction, the soil contamination is actualized, proposing it as a social problem. The law to prevent the soil contamination has been enforced from March, 2003 to promote the legal countermeasures against the soil contamination in Japan. Correct conjecture of soil contamination was required before the cleaning-up or the restoration of contaminated soil. The boring research was sometime done, but the accurate grasp was hard because of economic reason. It was general that information was multiplied by the numerical analysis of equations to govern the soil contamination. Then, the numerical analysis was paid much attentions to develop. However, when natural phenomenon was estimated using the numerical analysis to obtain highly accurate results, more complicated equations related to the phenomenon should be composed and solved. Moreover, the initial and boundary conditions should be established more sophisticatedly, otherwise simple conditions sometime led large errors. Actually, it was very hard to elucidate the phenomenon of contaminated materials in a complicated ground circumstances. For example, whole situation of the arsenic contamination at Kamisu-shi, Ibaraki, Japan, which appeared 2002 fiscal year, was not grasped until the present time, though the boring research was carried out. In the present study, cellular automaton method (CA), which was one sort of computer program, was applied to develop the simulation system for diffusion of soil-contaminated materials. Applying the CA to the diffusion simulation of soil-contaminated materials, it was expected to calculate rather simply the complicated phenomena by means of no construction of the governing equations and smaller parameters. As first attempt to develop the calculation system, diffusion simulating model for chloride ions, which was able to hold rather stable condition, was investigated to verify the applicability of the CA to the simulation of soil-contamination.

本論文では, 複数の開発案の中から自然環境保全と着目する種の保存にとって最も有益な開発手法を選択することを支援する枠組みを提案する. そのために, コンピュータ・シミュレーションでダイナミクスを仮想的に再現することで環境影響の評価と予測を行い, 持続可能な開発を選択することを考える. そこで, 人工生命技術であるセルオートマトンと発見的自己組織化から構成されるハイブリッドシステムを利用した環境影響予測・評価システムの開発を行った. シミュレーションの結果, 提案システムはモデルの構造が既知である場合にはその係数を精度よく近似し, モデルの構造が未知である場合であっても近い将来のダイナミクスが予測可能であることが示された.

近年, 橋梁の景観設計の重要性が広く認識されてきていることと, 住民参加型の社会資本形成の広がり, さらにその利用者の感性を取り込んだ設計が求められるようになってきている. 本論文では, 商品開発などで成果をあげている感性工学手法を取りあげ, 桁橋を対象に利用者の中でも大学生によるアンケート調査を行い, 学生が橋に対して要求している感性を分析し, 桁橋を構成するデザイン要素と感性との関係を合理的に結び付けることを試みた. そして, これまで橋梁の景観評価に有効であるとしてよく用いられてきたニューラルネットワークとの比較を行うことで, 今後の新しい景観評価・設計の方向性として感性工学手法の有用性を明らかにする.

基礎構造物の設計・施工において必要となる地盤物性値 (N値, 内部摩擦角, 粘着力等) の情報の内, N値については, 現場において比較的簡単な試験で得られることから数多くのデータが蓄積されている. しかし, 内部摩擦角や粘着力は, その試験に手間がかかることからデータの数が少ない. 本研究では, 2物性値間の回帰関係を利用したクリッギングを用いて, データが数多く得られているN値の空間分布特性から, データが少ししか得られていない内部摩擦角や粘着力を推定する方法を示し, その応用例として送電鉄塔基礎の支持力の推定問題を考える.

近年, 日本各地でコンクリート構造物の早期劣化現象が指摘されはじめ, 維持管理業務の重要性が再認識されるところとなっている. コンクリート構造物の健全度評価を行い, 補修の要否を判断する場合, ひびわれ幅やひびわれパターンなどの劣化状況, 構造物の重要度を踏まえた耐用期間ならびに補修の難易度を総合的に判断する必要がある. 本研究は, 曖昧性を含む多くの評価項目を処理する必要のあるコンクリート構造物の健全度の判断に対して, ニューラルネットワークを適用し, 各要因の感度解析を行った.
