Abstract

The article presents a case study which focused on the presence of eight premolars with three roots in a 13-year-old male patient. Topics discussed include the jaw pain and intraoral swelling presented by the patient, results of the orthopantomograph and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) performed, and the necessity of CBCT prior to endodontic treatment.
