Abstract

A 37-year-old man complained of dozens of gray or skin-colored papules on his scalp for 6 years. Six years ago, he noticed two gray papules about 2-to-3 mm in diameter on his scalp. Since then, the number and sizes of the papules increased gradually. He was diagnosed with viral warts in his local hospital and was treated with CO2 ablative laser about 10 times.
