This paper summarized the perioperative nursing management for a patient with zygomatic implant placement assisted by a dynamic real-time navigation system. Key nursing issues should be taken into consideration included: preoperative psychological counseling and treatment of nasosinusitis; intraoperative airway management and nursing cooperation for using dynamic real-time navigation system; postoperative pain control, ice compress, oral care, prevention of complications of paranasal sinus, eyes, face and maxillary sinus, incision wound care, dietary guidance, health education about maintenance of false teeth. By implementing instant and temporary screw-retained dental prothesis within 24 hours, it could realize initial stability of implant and repair backward recovery of masticatory function. Besides, effective oral biological function can be rebuilt and there was no occurrence of complications. (本文总结1例动态实时导航引导下行解剖学为导向的穿颧种植(ZAGA)术患者围术期护理经验, 护理要点包括术前心理疏导, 指导患者积极治疗鼻窦炎; 术中呼吸道管理, 应用导航仪的护理; 术后疼痛、冰敷护理, 口腔护理, 鼻窦、眼部、面部、上颌窦并发症管理及切口观察, 饮食指导及义齿的使用和维护。种植体初期稳定性良好, 修复后咀嚼功能恢复, 获得有效的口腔生物功能重建, 无并发症发生。)

Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous nursing interventions on wound healing in patients with stage 2 pressure injuries. Methods Totally 62 patients with stage 2 pressure injuries were divided into the observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine wound care, while the observation group was given meticulous nursing interventions. The nursing efficacy was measured. Results The averaged duration of wound healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Application of meticulous nursing is potentially effective to shorten the wound healing time in patients with stage 2 pressure injuries. Objective To investigate the effect of applying a disposable eyewash container with modified drainage pack in the irrigation of the conjunctival sac. Methods Totally 140 patients undergoing ophthalmologic operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 70 cases in each group. Irrigation of the conjunctival sac was performed with a normal eyewash container in the control group, while a disposable eyewash container with modified drainage pack was adopted in the irrigation of the conjunctival sac in the observation group. The effect of irrigation and related nursing was evaluated. Results Application of eyewash container with modified drainage pack was associated with higher comfort degree, longer irrigation time, lower incidence of leakage and higher satisfaction degree (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Application of disposable eyewash container with modified drainage pack could overcome many shortcomings of using eyewash container, including leakage of irrigation fluid and poor patient compliance. (目的 探讨引流袋改良的一次性受水器在结膜囊冲洗中的应用效果。方法 140例眼科手术患者分为观察组和对照组, 各70例。对照组采用常规受水器进行术前结膜囊冲洗, 观察组引流袋改良的一次性受水器冲洗结膜囊。观察2组的护理效果。结果 与对照组使用常规受水器相比, 研究组使用引流袋改良的一次性受水器后患者舒适度评价提高, 冲洗时间延长, 受水器漏水发生率降低, 对受水器使用的满意度提高, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 引流袋改良的一次性受水器克服传统受水器的多项弊端, 解决冲洗时冲洗液外溢和患者配合困难的问题, 有效提高患者的舒适度和满意度。)
