Objective To analyze the status quo and related influencing factors of suicidal ideation in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with uremia. Methods A total of 119 patients with maintenance hemodialysis uremia admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to October 2022 were selected. The Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale was used to evaluate whether the patients had suicidal ideation. The relevant data of the patients were investigated and the possible influencing factors were included. Logistics regression model was used to analyze the related influencing factors of suicidal ideation. Results Among the 119 patients, 24 (20.17%) had suicidal ideation. Education level of junior high school and below, dialysis time greater than or equal to five years, poor psychological resilience, poor psychological status, and low social support were the influencing factors of suicidal ideation in patients with maintenance hemodialysis uremia, and the difference was statistically significant (OR 1,P<0.05). Conclusion The suicidal ideation of uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis is higher. Bacterial corneal ulcer (BCU) is an infectious eye disease that seriously endangers vision. Its common pathogens are resistant to antibiotics, which lead to treatment failure. Bacteriophage is a virus that hosts bacteria and other microorganisms. It has a high inhibitory effect on different antibiotic resistant bacteria, and has less adverse reactions. Therefore, it has great prospects as a potential alternative or adjuvant therapy for BCU. At present, researchers have successfully used bacteriophage to treat bacterial keratitis and corneal ulcer, which can kill pathogenic bacteria while maintaining the integrity of eye structure. Objective To construct a standardized follow-up management program for day-surgery percutaneous nephrolithotomy (hereinafter referred to as the “program”） in order to standardize the discharge follow-up of this type of surgery. Methods The construction group of the program was established, the program was preliminarily determined through literature search and group discussion, and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultation to determine the final program. Results The final version of the program includes 44 specific implementation items, covering 7 topics:follow-up plan, overall status assessment, diet, diet and water management, activity and urination management, wound and symptom management, drainage tube management, medication evaluation and health education. The positive coefficients of the experts in the 2 rounds were 86. 36% and 95. 45%, the authority coefficients were 0. 912 and 0. 901, and the Kendall’s W were 0. 216 and 0. 317. Conclusion The program constructed in this study has a high degree of expert positive coefficient and authority, and expert opinions tend to be consistent. Objective To investigate the symptoms of lung cancer patients after three months of surgery and to explore the composition of symptom cluster. Methods Using a cross-sectional survey.130 patients with lung cancer were selected from the thoracic surgery department of a Grade III A hospital in Hengyang City and were follow up at three months after surgery. Chinese Version of the M. D. Anderson Symptom Inventory and the revised lung cancer module were used to evaluate the occurrence of symptoms and the degree of disturbance to patients' life and exploratory factor analysis was used to extract symptom groups. Results Among the 19 symptoms. the higher incidence of symptoms in lung cancer patients 3 months after surgery were fatigue. pain and cough. The higher incidence of symptom disturbance were mood. relationship with others and walking. Exploratory factory analysis revealed 4 symptom cluster. The degree of education. lung cancer stage, lung cancer style and gender were the influence factor of the intensity of symptom clusters with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with lung cancer experience various symptom clusters, and the symptoms are interrelated to form a symptom group and the severity of the symptom group is affected by a variety of factors. 目的分析和探讨种植牙围术期全流程综合护理的护理方法和疗效。 方法选择该院修复科 2016 年 1 月至 2018 年 1 月行种植牙手术的患者578 例为观察对象，随机平均分为 2 组，研究组给予全流程综合护理干预，对照组给予常规护理干预，记录 2 组患者的种植手术治疗效果及患者对于护理的满意度。 结果研究组患者的种植牙成功率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者的护理满意度情况明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论全流程综合护理干预能够提高牙列缺损种植牙修复患者的治疗成功率,并提高其满意度，具有较高的应用价值。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的探讨个性化健康干预在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)中的应用效果,方法选取2018年10月1日至12 月 31日该院 NAFLD患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常現口头宣教,观察组給予为期半 年的个性化健康干预,比较2组健康行为进守情况及肝功能、血脂改善情况,结果观察组合理饮食率, 合理运动率明显高于对 照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后,观察组高密度睛蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、三甘油、总胆固醇、谷氨转肽酶、谷草转 氧酶、谷丙转氨酶及总胆红素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 个性化健康干预可有效改善 NAFLD患者 肝功能及血脂水平,藏轻其脂肪肝产重程度。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 探讨冠心病患者应用增强型体外反搏（EECP）治疗的疗效与护理措施。 方法 将2012年10月至2014年10月筛选的128 例冠心病患者分为两组，每组64例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组在常规药物治疗基础上，应用EECP治疗和相关护理，比较两组疗效。 结果 与对照组比较，观察组患者6 min步行距离增加29.4%以上、临床症状缓解，总有效率（70.31%）高于对照组（43.75%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 EECP治疗冠心病有利于改善患者心肌缺血的相关症状，配合有效的护理措施，能提高患者的活动耐力及生活质量，更加巩固疗效。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
