RNA has been isolated from adult Nip- postrongylus brasiliensis (NB) homogenized in guani- dium isothiocyanate. The mRNA has been translated in vitro utilizing a rabbit reticulocyte lysate system and translated products immunoprecipitated with rabbit anti-adult NB antiserum and rat infection serum.
