The article presents a study regarding postprandial lipemia (PPL). It mentions that the study aims to evaluate the increase of postprandial lipemia and muscle damage due to resistance exercise (RE). It also analyzes PPL after low-volume eccentric RE after two days. Researchers observe male volunteers and examine the effects of RE to their bodies. In addition, they examine the blood samples of participants with interval exercises. Consequently, they measure the energy consumption of participants after various exercises. Furthermore, low-volume eccentric RE reduces postprandial triacylglycerol concentration but with low energy consumption.
