Abstract

The article discusses the use of immediate molar replacement through wide body Max implant which provides good primary stability and limited bone loss over time. It highlights the need to apply careful surgery and recommend case selection to avoid risk of infection, unpredictable soft and hard tissue responses and difficulties in achieving primary stability. Detailed information about the clinical examination and radiographic analyses of the method is also provided.
