In this article, the Ischemic Stroke (AVEI) was studied. Popularly known as "stroke", stroke is a cerebrovascular disease that affects 16 million people worldwide each year, causing clogging and rupture of the arteries and veins that irrigate the brain region. The present study aims to present the clinical case, understanding the importance of nursing care in order to enable patients affected with this pathology, improvements in quality of life, through effective and efficient assistance. The methodology used was a case study carried out in a municipality in Minas Gerais, from April 5th to 24th, 2018 through nursing consultation in a public hospital. The bibliographic data used in the study were taken from the Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) websites, a Google Academic search and research tool, Ministry of Health and Public Universities. The choice of this theme is justified by the fact that the nursing team plays a large role in the care and prevention of this disease, helping to reduce the risk factors for it. Therefore, understanding that nursing professionals have a direct relationship with the patient, it is essential that they seek training in order to contribute to an effective and efficient assistance. Information and communication technologies transform a healthcare organization and presentation in a variety of ways. In this context, Telemedicine has emerged as an ongoing healthcare tool for the use of electronic device technique for the promotion and prevention of patient disease. This study aimed at a systematic analysis of the use of Telemedicine as a healthcare resource, it’s impact on the clinical care process, as the ethical implications of a practice and the deleterious effects on hospital and home education. For this, a systematic review was performed according to Prisma recommendations, using PubMed, Scopus and Scielo databases for all original data that relate the theme as a source of information: classification and use; Ethical aspects; legislation and case law; Tendencies; and importance in the context of health. It can be seen that intelligent technology would positively assist in the correction of acute risk of asymptomatic chronic diseases, as well as regulatory ones for the risk of cancer giftedness in medical careers. O aleitamento materno é importante para a saúde do bebê e da mãe. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar a produção científica sobre a assistência de enfermagem no incentivo e apoio ao aleitamento materno. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa de literatura realizado nas bases de dados LILACS, BDENF e MEDLINE de fevereiro à maio de 2018. Foram incluídos os artigos publicados entre 2011 e 2017 e excluídos os artigos indisponíveis na íntegra e com tempo cronológico fora do estipulado. A amostra foi constituída por 16 artigos. Durante a análise dos artigos foram estabelecidas duas categorias: "Contribuições do Aleitamento Materno para a o Bebê e a Genetriz" e "Atribuições do enfermeiro no processo de promoção, incentivo e apoio ao aleitamento materno". As perspectivas categorias abordam sobre os benefícios do aleitamento materno para a saúde da mãe e do bebê, assim como os cuidados de enfermagem no incentivo e apoio ao aleitamento materno. É fundamental que a equipe de enfermagem esteja capacitada, a fim de orientar e apoiar as mães durante a amamentação, oferecendo assim segurança e proteção, contribuindo de forma decisiva para a melhora da qualidade de vida do bebê e de si mesma. The NICU offers technologies that provide the survival of many premature infants, and within that environment. This is a qualitative, descriptive study carried out through a bibliographical review, with the purpose of analyzing literary productions about the factors associated with the care of the neonate in a neonatal intensive care unit produced in the years 2015 to 2017. In the present it was possible to observe that 4 publications were produced in 2015, 3 in 2016 and 5 in 2017. Most of the articles had as objective to characterize nursing in the care of the premature neonate in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). It was concluded with the study that the nurse as a member of the health team that works in the NICU should possess technical and scientific skills regarding their specific and private actions, as well as be able to develop a quality care to this clientele and their family. The patient with diabetic foot requires a systematic assistance from the nursing in order to favor rehabilitation and prevent complications such as limb amputation, in order to provide a better quality of life. However, when practitioners encounter these clinical situations, steps must be taken to reverse the case and favor treatment success. This study aimed to report a clinical case of the treatment of an injury called diabetic foot. Patient had an injury due to diabetes. After evaluation and use of several products, among which we highlight the collecting equipment and skin protection adjuvants, which allowed for greater comfort and a good evolution with consequent healing. Thus, we can conclude that the nurse plays a fundamental role in the planning of care, in the evolution of wound treatment in the diabetic foot. This care implies an interaction between the caregiver and the one being cared for, to exchange knowledge and experiences, providing a positive result, aiming at the best intervention on the condition of the individual with diabetic foot, promoting coping with the chronic condition of the wound, requiring Adequate assistance, which also does not exempt the work of the interdisciplinary team. Field of study: Clinical Surgical Physician Regional Hospital of Western Santa Catarina unit. Objective: Apply the nursing process for a patient in laparoscopic immediate postoperative period. Method: Experience report, performed during Theoretical Practice Activity of the 5th stage of the Undergraduate Course in Nursing at the Federal University of South Border (UFFS). Results: The nursing process was developed based on clinical considerations and specific needs of the patient and described according to the steps proposed by Resolution No. 358/2009 COFEN. Conclusion: The experience lived in the hospital environment particularly with the implementation of the EP, as well as personal and academic growth, a stimulus for working professionals as it signals the effectiveness of this method, since all the care plan is based on identified diagnoses in implementation of the first stages of PE, making them punctual, resolute and efficient. Quality in health service delivery is a necessity today, and accreditation and certification activities are becoming more frequent. Thus, professionals and health services directors need to familiarize themselves with quality improvement methodologies and incorporate them into daily activities in order to obtain the best possible results in their interventions. The aim of the study was to identify the level of information of the academics entering the nursing program at the State University of Santa Catarina - UDESC on care for victims of traffic accidents. Convergent analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection was performed by means of a questionnaire with structured instrument to 24 students entering the nursing program who had no technical training in first aid. Data were analyzed using content analysis proposed by Minayo (2010). The results show that most students have witnessed a traffic accident and took care based on empirical knowledge. The procedures were the most frequently reported signs from the accident site, the activation of the emergency services and vital signs. From the concerns identified, the researchers established that intervention actions contemplated theoretical and practical training on first aid and basic life support. It is considered that adequate training on how to act in case of traffic accident victims provides greater security, and healthcare professionals, helping to minimize health problems and costs resulting from failures in primary care.
