Simple Summary: In this study, the effects of different levels of wheat inclusion on growth performance and intestinal homeostasis in broilers were evaluated. We first analyzed the effects of dietary wheat ratio on liver function, serum glycolipid profile, and bone turnover, and showed that the dose of wheat in the diets of broilers had no deleterious effects on animal health. We also found that replacing corn with 55% wheat in the diet of broilers increased body weight and feed consumption, with improved intestinal morphology and cecal microbiota composition. These data indicated that the replacement of corn with 55% wheat in the diet promoted the growth performance of 21-day-old broilers via improving intestinal morphology and cecal microbiota. Replacing corn with different levels of wheat in the iso-energy and -protein diet of broilers and the impacts on growth performance and intestinal homeostasis of broilers under the condition of supplying the multienzyme complex were evaluated in this study. A total of 480 10-day-old male broilers were assigned randomly to the low-level wheat group (15% wheat and 35.18% corn), the medium-level wheat group (30% and 22.27%), and the high-level wheat group (55.77% wheat without corn) until 21 d. The different levels of wheat supplementation did not affect hepatic function, serum glycolipid profile, or bone turnover. The replacement of corn with 55% wheat in the diet of broilers increased the body weight at 21 d and feed intake during 10 to 21 d (both p < 0.05), with a comparable feed conversion ratio. Compared with the low-wheat group, the dietary addition of medium or high wheat levels notably increased the ratio of villus height to crypt depth in the duodenum (p < 0.05) and the ileal villus height (p < 0.05). Meanwhile, the supplementation of medium and high wheat in the diet increased the proportion of Bacteroidetes, and a diet with high wheat proportion elevated the content of Firmicutes when compared to the low-level wheat group (both p < 0.05). In addition, the diet containing 30–55% wheat enhanced the anti-inflammatory capability in both the ileum and the serum. These findings suggest that the replacement of corn with 55% wheat in the diet improved the growth performance of 21-day-old broilers, which might be linked to the alteration in intestinal morphology and cecal microbiota. Facile and sensitive methods for detecting neonicotinoids (NEOs) in aquatic environments are crucial because they are found in extremely low concentrations in complex matrices. Herein, nitrogen-based magnetic conjugated microporous polymers (Fe3O4@N-CMP) with quaternary ammonium groups were synthesized for efficient magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) of NEOs from tap water, rainwater, and lake water. Fe3O4@N-CMP possessed a suitable specific surface area, extended π-conjugated system, and numerous cationic groups. These properties endow Fe3O4@N-CMP with superior extraction efficiency toward NEOs. The excellent adsorption capacity of Fe3O4@N-CMP toward NEOs was attributed to its π–π stacking, Lewis acid–base, and electrostatic interactions. The proposed MSPE-HPLC-DAD approach based on Fe3O4@N-CMP exhibited a wide linear range (0.1–200 µg/L), low detection limits (0.3–0.5 µg/L), satisfactory precision, and acceptable reproducibility under optimal conditions. In addition, the established method was effectively utilized for the analysis of NEOs in tap water, rainwater, and lake water. Excellent recoveries of NEOs at three spiked levels were in the range of 70.4 to 122.7%, with RSDs less than 10%. There are limited studies on the impact of domain-specific self-efficacy on academic achievements. The geospatial thinking ability is paramount to understand the relationship between geographical self-efficacy and academic achievements in geography. This study aims to explore the mediating effect of geospatial thinking on the relationship between geographical self-efficacy and academic achievements, and the moderating role of gender and attendance type. A total of 749 Chinese high school students, working as participants, anonymously completed a questionnaire covering topics like geographical spatial thinking, geographical self-efficacy, academic achievements in geography, gender, attendance type, and place of residence. The analysis using MPLUS 8.3 software indicates that geographical self-efficacy significantly predicts academic achievements in geography. Geospatial thinking plays a significant mediating role in this pathway, with gender and type of attendance having moderating effects. This study enhances the understanding between domain-specific self-efficacy and academic achievements, providing crucial guidance for educational practices, such as emphasizing geospatial thinking training for high school students, focusing on encouraging female students, and properly scheduling rest times for boarders, which will significantly contribute to the sustainable development of geography education. Bacterial pneumonia is the main cause of illness and death in children under 5 years old. We isolated and cultured pathogenic bacteria LE from the intestines of children with pneumonia and replicated the pediatric pneumonia model using an oral gavage bacterial animal model. Interestingly, based on 16srRNA sequencing, we found that the gut and lung microbiota showed the same imbalance trend, which weakened the natural resistance of this area. Further exploration of its mechanism revealed that the disruption of the intestinal mechanical barrier led to the activation of inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-17, which promoted the recruitment of ILC-3 and the release of IL-17 and IL-22, leading to lung inflammation. The focus of this study is on the premise that the gut and lung microbiota exhibit similar destructive changes, mediating the innate immune response to promote the occurrence of pneumonia and providing a basis for the development and treatment of new drugs for pediatric pneumonia. Metal-organic coordination compounds (MCCs) have received a lot of attention as anodes for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) due to their abundant structural configuration, tunable morphology, high surface area, and low cost, but the lithium storage mechanism of MCCs is still a mystery. Herein, we synthesized a kind of nickel-based coordination compound (marked as Ni-PP-x, x = 1, 2, or 3) with tunable morphologies and different solvent ratios via a microwave irradiation solvothermal method and then applied them as anodes for LIBs. Among them, the Ni-PP-2 electrode, with a hollow and urchin-like structure, showed the longest lifespan and maintained a high capacity of 713 mAh g−1 at 2.0 A g−1 after 800 cycles. Measured by ex situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ex situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), the Ni-PP-2 electrode was confirmed by a redox reaction mechanism of Li+ cations with a benzene ring and O-Ni2+/O-Ni0 coordination bonds, and the cyclic voltammetry curves have exhibited a capacitive dominated lithium storage behavior. This work provides a new type of Ni-based coordination compound and an in-depth understanding of their lithium storage mechanism, paving the way for the application of MCC compounds in the future. The rapid development of remote sensing image sensor technology has led to exponential increases in available image data. The real-time scheduling of gigabyte-level images and the storage and management of massive image datasets are incredibly challenging for current hardware, networking and storage systems. This paper's three novel strategies (ring caching, multi-threading and tile-prefetching mechanisms) are designed to comprehensively optimize the remote sensing image scheduling process from image retrieval, transmission and visualization perspectives. A novel remote sensing image management and scheduling system (RSIMSS) is designed using these three strategies as its core algorithm, the PostgreSQL database and HDFS distributed file system as its underlying storage system, and the multilayer Hilbert spatial index and image tile pyramid to organize massive remote sensing image datasets. An environmentally benign approach was developed to fabricate cyclic polyamidine via polymerization in supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2) and subsequently amidinization in water. Synthetic parameters were evaluated using response surface methodology. In comparison with aqueous solution polymerization for the fabrication of PNVF-co-PAN, polymerization using SCCO2 is favorable to promote the yield and viscosity of PNVF-co-PAN and diminished reaction time on account of excellent solvation capacity and transport property of SCCO2. Replacing the traditional water solution with SCCO2 as a green solvent could heighten the purity of PNVF-co-PAN by virtue of the excellent extraction of SCCO2. Periodontitis as a highly prevalent chronic infection/inflammatory disease can eventually lead to tooth loss and masticatory dysfunction. It also has a negative impact on general health and largely impairs quality of life. The tissue destruction during periodontitis is mainly caused by the excessive immune–inflammatory response; hence, how to modulate the host's reaction is of profound importance for effective periodontal treatment and tissue protection. Melatonin, as an endogenous hormone exhibiting multiple biological functions such as circadian rhythm regulation, antioxidant, and anti-inflammation, has been widely used in general healthcare. Notably, the past few years have witnessed increasing evidence for the application of melatonin as an adjunctive approach in the treatment of periodontitis and periodontitis-related systemic comorbidities. The detailed underlying mechanisms and more verification from clinical practice are still lacking, however, and further investigations are highly required. Simple Summary: In the current study, the roles of dietary cinnamaldehyde, carvacrol, and thymol blend in the tibia characteristics in post-peak laying hens were evaluated. We firstly analyzed the tibia bone properties and demonstrated that a diet supplemented with a 100 mg/kg combination of cinnamaldehyde with carvacrol or thymol could increase the strength of tibia in layers. We also found that the role of dietary essential oils enhanced intestinal barrier, decreased systemic inflammation, and reduced bone resorption marker in serum. These data indicated that a diet with a blend of cinnamaldehyde and carvacrol or thymol could improve the mechanical properties of tibiae for laying hens, in which enhancing intestinal barrier and decreasing systemic inflammation might be a key mediator. Roles of plant-derived cinnamaldehyde, carvacrol, and thymol in the gut and bone health of laying hens was evaluated in the present study. After acclimation for 2 weeks, a total 384 of 52-week-old laying hens were allocated into three groups for 6 weeks: (1) basal diet group (Ctrl), (2) combination of cinnamaldehyde with carvacrol group (CAR+CIN), and (3) blend of cinnamaldehyde with thymol (THY+CIN). The dietary essential oil level was 100 mg/kg. Each treatment group had eight replicate pens (16 birds/pen). The stiffness and ultimate load of the tibiae from both the CAR+CIN and THY+CIN groups were higher than that of the Ctrl group (p < 0.05), along with comparable tibia ash, calcium, and phosphorus content among groups. At the same time, the manipulation of essential oils upregulated the transcription abundances of intestinal barrier proteins to varying degrees, whereas the experimental treatment failed to affect the composition in phyla of cecal microbiota. When compared to the Ctrl group, birds fed the CAR+CIN and THY+CIN diet displayed decreased bone resorption markers, reduced interleukin-1 concentrations, and increased transforming growth factor beta levels in serum. These findings suggest that cinnamaldehyde with carvacrol or thymol in feed of hens could enhance intestinal barrier and improve the mechanical properties of tibiae through structural modelling but not increase the mineral density, which might be involved in suppressing inflammation-mediated bone resorption. Optical twin-single sideband (Twin-SSB) modulation, due to the left sideband (LSB) and right sideband (RSB) signal carrying individual data, has become an attractive technique in fiber transmission because it satisfies the demand of the explosive increase in data traffic. This paper focuses on reducing the complexity of Twin-SSB system and further enhancing the spectral efficiency by proposing a polarization division multiplexing (PDM) Twin-SSB modulation scheme. LSB and RSB signals are extracted using de-mapping algorithm instead of optical bandpass filters (OBPFs) to reduce system complexity. To further improve spectral efficiency, PDM is employed to meet the polarization multiplexing transmission and achieve a higher transmission capacity. Based on the PDM Twin-SSB system, the LSB is 3-arr phase-shift-keying (3PSK) modulated, while RSB is quadrature phase-shift keying (QPSK) modulated. We simulated that the bit error ratio (BER) performance of LSB and RSB of X-polarization (X-Pol) and Y-polarization (Y-Pol) at 8-Gbaud, 10-Gbaud, 12-Gbaud, 14-Gbaud, and 16-Gbaud in the case of back-to-back (BTB) and 2 km standard single-mode fiber (SSMF) transmission. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and practical feasibility of the proposed PDM Twin-SSB scheme for future short-distance transmission owing to low cost, simplified structure, low algorithm complexity, and high data transmission capacity. Fatigue performance is always an important factor affecting the application of aluminum alloys. The service life of the 7B04 aluminum alloy tends to reduce under continuous alternating loads. Therefore, a new method is urgently needed to improve fatigue performance. Laser shock peening (LSP) is a widely proposed method to enhance fatigue performance. It is found that LSP can prolong the fatigue life of 7B04 by improving the surface stress state. During the strengthening process, the residual stress is mainly attributed to the change in microstructure, which the statistical results of grain size can reflect. The microhardness of the treated 7B04 is 22.7% higher than that of the untreated sample. In addition, there is a significant residual compressive stress from the specimen surface to its interior of about 1500 µm after the process of laser shock peening. The fatigue life is extended to 93%, and the ultimate fracture changes macroscopically. The fatigue performance of 7B04 is greatly improved by the LSP treatment. The strengthening mechanism of LSP is established to reveal the relationship between microstructure and stress state to improve the fatigue performance of metal parts of any shape. High-entropy alloy (HEA) coatings on the surface of low-alloy steel by laser cladding can improve the corrosion and wear resistance, and the performance can be further improved by adding the Cr element. However, the effect of Cr content on the microstructure, hardness, wear and corrosion resistance of the coatings on the welded joint has not been completely understood in the literature. This paper aims at revealing the influence of Cr content on the microstructure and properties of laser-cladded FeCoCrxNiAl HEA on different regions of Q345 welded structure. The results indicate that FeCoCrxNiAl HEA coating has good metallurgical bonding with the Q345 welded surface. The increase of Cr element content in the powder plays an important role in energy absorption of powder and substrate, affecting the dilution rate and diffusion of Fe from the substrate to HEA coating. The HEA coating is mainly composed of the face-centered cubic phase (FCC) and body-centered cubic phase (BCC). When x = 1.5, the actual Cr element content of coating is the highest, which promotes the formation of hard brittle phase BCC, and subsequently affects the hardness and wear resistance of the sample. Meanwhile, the corrosion resistance increases and then decreases, and reaches the highest when x = 1.5. Due to the existence of Cr and other elements with good corrosion resistance in the HEA coating, a dense oxide film can be formed in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution and neutral salt spray environment to prevent the corrosion from continuing, which can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of each region of the welded joint, and the protective efficiencies on the weld bead (WB), heat-affected zone (HAZ) and base metal (BM) are 99.1, 98.4 and 96.6%, respectively. Vegetation cover is important to the stability of regional ecosystems and is a focus of research on the relationship between natural and human environments. Although some studies have investigated the association between changes in vegetation cover and various influencing factors, these have shortcomings in quantifying direct and indirect effects. In this study, MOD13Q1 enhanced vegetation index (EVI) data for Anhui Province, China, were acquired between 2000 and 2020. The univariate linear regression, coefficient of variation and Hurst index methods were used to analyze spatial and temporal trends and fluctuations in the EVI between 2000 and 2020 and predict future trends. The impact of land-use change on EVI change was explored using 2000 and 2020 land-use data. Finally, a structural equation model (SEM) was used to quantify the effects of topography, annual average temperature, annual precipitation and human activity changes on EVI variation in Anhui Province. The results show that (1) from 2000 to 2020, the overall EVI in Anhui Province showed a fluctuating trend that increased at a rate of 0.0181·10a−1, and 67.1% of the study area showed a greening trend. The EVI was relatively stable in most regions, with regions of fluctuating EVI being mostly affected by urbanization. For a period after 2020, the overall EVI change will exhibit anti-sustainability and will likely decrease. (2) Among the regions of EVI increase, 72.2% had no change in land-use type, while 10.8% and 6.6% changed to farmland and woodland land uses, respectively. Among the regions where EVI decreased, 69.9% had no change in land-use type, while 13.7% changed from farmland to construction land. (3) Overall, human activity change was the main influence on EVI change, which was mainly reflected in the negative impacts of accelerated urbanization. Topography had direct and indirect effects on EVI variations in Central and Southern Anhui. Annual precipitation change had a stronger impact on EVI variation in Northern and Central Anhui than in Southern Anhui, while annual average temperature change had a small impact in the entire province. Compared with other study methods, SEM provides a new approach to quantifying the influences of vegetation cover dynamics. The PM2.5 and O3 pollution situation in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region is increasingly complex. Existing coordinated prevention and control programs are demarcated according to administrative regions, making fine-scale pollution control difficult. This study proposed a method for delineating regional control and pollution types based on the analysis of PM2.5 and O3 pollution characteristics. Four key indicators were used to comprehensively evaluate regional pollution trends: PM2.5 concentration ρ(PM2.5), O3 concentration ρ(O3), and the rates of change r(PM2.5) and r(O3). Our results demonstrate that from 2015 to 2020, cities in the YRD show a transition in the main pollution type from PM2.5 to O3. By 2020, the main types of pollution in the YRD region are co-pollution (ρ(PM2.5) > 35 µg/m3 and ρ(O3) > 100 µg/m3), O3 pollution (ρ(PM2.5) < 35 µg/m3 and ρ(O3) > 100 µg/m3), and low pollution (ρ(PM2.5) < 35 µg/m3 and ρ(O3) < 100 µg/m3), accounting for 41.9%, 26.3%, and 30% of the study area, respectively, which is roughly consistent with the remote sensing results (40.4%, 25.6%, and 33.7%, respectively). Porphyromonas gingivalis as the keystone periodontopathogen plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of periodontitis, and crucially accounts for inflammatory comorbidities such as cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer′s disease. We recently identified the existence of P. gingivalis persisters and revealed the unforeseen perturbation of innate response in human gingival epithelial cells (HGECs) due to these noxious persisters. Herein, RNA sequencing revealed how P. gingivalis persisters affected the expression profile of cytokine genes and related signaling pathways in HGECs. Results showed that metronidazole-treated P. gingivalis persisters (M-PgPs) impaired the innate host defense of HGECs, in a similar fashion to P. gingivalis. Notably, over one thousand differentially expressed genes were identified in HGECs treated with M-PgPs or P. gingivalis with reference to the controls. Gene Ontology and KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated significantly enriched signaling pathways, such as FOXO. Importantly, the FOXO1 inhibitor rescued the M-PgP-induced disruption of cytokine expression. This study suggests that P. gingivalis persisters may perturb innate host defense, through the upregulation of the FOXO signaling pathway. Thus, the current findings could contribute to developing new approaches to tackling P. gingivalis persisters for the effective control of periodontitis and P. gingivalis-related inflammatory comorbidities. Cancer represents a large group of diseases accounting for nearly 10 million deaths each year. Various treatment strategies, including surgical resection combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy, have been applied for cancer treatment. However, the outcomes remain largely unsatisfying. Melatonin, as an endogenous hormone, is associated with the circadian rhythm moderation. Many physiological functions of melatonin besides sleep–wake cycle control have been identified, such as antioxidant, immunomodulation, and anti-inflammation. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have described the anticancer effects of melatonin. This has drawn our attention to the potential usage of melatonin for cancer treatment in the clinical setting, although huge obstacles still exist before its wide clinical administration is accepted. The exact mechanisms behind its anticancer effects remain unclear, and the specific characters impede its in vivo investigation. In this review, we will summarize the latest advances in melatonin studies, including its chemical properties, the possible mechanisms for its anticancer effects, and the ongoing clinical trials. Importantly, challenges for the clinical application of melatonin will be discussed, accompanied with our perspectives on its future development. Finally, obstacles and perspectives of using melatonin for cancer treatment will be proposed. Hybrid laser arc welding (HLAW) features advantages such as higher welding speed and gap tolerance as well as smaller welding deformation and heat-affected zone than arc welding. Porosity in hybrid laser arc weld due to keyhole fluctuation tends to be the initial source of crack propagation, which will significantly diminish the weld performance. A high-speed imaging technique was adopted to record and analyze the droplet transfer and keyhole fluctuation behavior during hybrid laser arc welding of aluminum alloys. A heat transfer and fluid flow model of HLAW was established and validated for a perspective of the evolution process of droplet transfer and keyhole fluctuation. The relationship between keyhole fluctuation and weld porosity was also revealed. During the droplet transfer stage, liquid metal on the top surface of the weld pool flows toward the keyhole originated by globular transfer, and the keyhole fluctuates and decreases significantly, which has a higher tendency to form a bubble in the weld pool. The bubble evolves into porosity once trapped in the mush-zone near the trailing edge of the weld pool. Therefore, globular transfer during HLAW is the principal origin of keyhole fluctuation and weld porosity. Welding current has a significant influence on keyhole fluctuation and weld porosity rate. Droplet transfer frequency, keyhole fluctuation, and porosity rate increase with higher welding current under the globular transfer mode. Oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs) are one of the most prevalent malignancies, with a low five-year survival rate, thus warranting more effective drugs or therapy to improve treatment outcomes. Melatonin has been demonstrated to exhibit oncostatic effects. In this study, we explored the anti-cancer effects of melatonin on OSCCs and the underlying mechanisms. A human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line (SCC-15) was treated with 2 mM melatonin, followed by transwell migration and invasion assays. Relative expression levels of Fibroblast Growth Factor 19 (FGF19) was identified by Cytokine Array and further verified by qPCR and Western blot. Overexpression and downregulation of FGF19 were obtained by adding exogenous hFGF19 and FGF19 shRNA lentivirus, respectively. Invasion and migration abilities of SCC-15 cells were suppressed by melatonin, in parallel with the decreased FGF19/FGFR4 expression level. Exogenous hFGF19 eliminated the inhibitory effects of melatonin on SCC-15 cells invasion and migration, while FGF19 knocking-down showed similar inhibitory activities with melatonin. This study proves that melatonin suppresses SCC-15 cells invasion and migration through blocking the FGF19/FGFR4 pathway, which enriches our knowledge on the anticancer effects of melatonin. Blocking the FGF19/FGFR4 pathway by melatonin could be a promising alternative for OSCCs prevention and management, which would facilitate further development of novel strategies to combat OSCCs. A novel kind of hydrochar adsorbent, modified by CuO-ZnO and derived from chitosan or starch, was synthesized for H2S adsorption. The prepared adsorbent was characterized by BET, XRD, EDX, SEM, and XPS. The results showed that the modified hydrochar contained many amino groups as functional groups, and the nanometer metal oxide particles had good dispersion on the surface of the hydrochar. The maximum sulfur capacity reached 28.06 mg/g-adsorbent under the optimized conditions. The amine group significantly reduced the activation energy between H2S and CuO-ZnO conducive to the rapid diffusion of H2S among the lattices. Simultaneously, cationic polyacrylamide as a steric stabilizer could change the formation process of CuO and ZnO nanoparticles, which made the particle size smaller, enabling them to react with H2S sufficiently easily. Simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) has a wide range for applications in mobile robotics. Lightweight and inexpensive vision sensors have been widely used for localization in GPS-denied or weak GPS environments. Mobile robots not only estimate their pose, but also correct their position according to the environment, so a proper mathematical model is required to obtain the state of robots in their circumstances. Usually, filter-based SLAM/VO regards the model as a Gaussian distribution in the mapping thread, which deals with the complicated relationship between mean and covariance. The covariance in SLAM or VO represents the uncertainty of map points. Therefore, the methods, such as probability theory and information theory play a significant role in estimating the uncertainty. In this paper, we combine information theory with classical visual odometry (SVO) and take Jensen-Shannon divergence (JS divergence) instead of Kullback-Leibler divergence (KL divergence) to estimate the uncertainty of depth. A more suitable methodology for SVO is that explores to improve the accuracy and robustness of mobile devices in unknown environments. Meanwhile, this paper aims to efficiently utilize small portability for location and provide a priori knowledge of the latter application scenario. Therefore, combined with SVO, JS divergence is implemented, which has been realized. It not only has the property of accurate distinction of outliers, but also converges the inliers quickly. Simultaneously, the results show, under the same computational simulation, that SVO combined with JS divergence can more accurately locate its state in the environment than the combination with KL divergence. Specific energy is a key process parameter during laser cladding of high entropy alloy (HEA); however, the effect of specific energy on the microstructure, hardness, and wear resistance of HEA coating has not been completely understood in the literature. This paper aims at revealing the influence of specific energy on the microstructure and properties of laser cladded FeCoCrNi high entropy alloy on the Ti6Al4V substrate, and further obtains feasible process parameters for preparation of HEA coating. Results indicate that there are significant differences in the microstructure and properties of the coatings under different specific energy. The increase of specific energy plays a positive role in coarsening the microstructure, promoting the diffusion of Ti from the substrate to HEA coating, and subsequently affects the hardness of samples. The HEA coating is mainly composed of the face-centered cubic phase and body-centered cubic phase, precipitating a small amount of Fe-Cr phase and Laves phase. Metallurgical bonding is obtained between the base metal and the coatings of which the bonding region is mainly composed of columnar crystal and shrinkage cavities. The microhardness of the HEA coating reaches 1098 HV, which is about 200% higher than that of the TC4 substrate, and the wear resistance is significantly improved by the HEA coating. With the rapid development of various new types of services, autonomous driving has received extensive attention. Due to the dense traffic flow, the limited battery life and computing power of the vehicles, intelligent vehicles are unable to support some computationally intensive and urgent tasks. Autonomous driving imposes strict requirements on the response time of the task. Due to the strong computing power and proximity to the terminal of mobile edge computing (MEC) and the arrival of 5G, the task can be unloaded to MEC, and data can be exchanged in milliseconds, which can reduce the task execution time. However, the resources of the MEC server are still very limited. Therefore we proposed a scheduling algorithm that takes into account the special task of the autopilot. Tasks will select the appropriate edge cloud execution and schedule the execution sequence on the edge cloud by the scheduling algorithm. At the same time, we take the mobility of high-speed vehicles into consideration. The position of the vehicle can be obtained by the prediction algorithm, and the task results are returned to the vehicle by means of other edge clouds. The experimental results show that with the increase of the task amount, the algorithm can effectively schedule more tasks to be completed within the specified time, and in different time slots; it can also predict the location of the vehicle and return the result to the vehicle. Due to the dynamic change of the opportunistic network topology and the lack of stable information transmission paths between nodes, the traditional topology-based routing algorithm cannot achieve the desired routing performance. To address of this problem, this paper proposes a routing algorithm based on trajectory prediction (RATP). The routing protocol based on trajectory prediction can efficiently and quickly adapt to the network link quality instability and the dynamic changes of network topology. RATP algorithm constructs a node mobility model by analyzing the historical mobility characteristics of the nodes. According to the node prediction information, the metric value of the candidate node is calculated, and the node with the smaller metric value is selected as the data forwarding node, which can effectively reduce the packet loss rate and avoids excessive consumption. Simulation results show that compared with other algorithms, the proposed algorithm has higher data delivery ratio, and end-to-end data delay and routing overhead are significantly reduced. Featured Application: This study helps improve the capability of wire and arc additive manufacturing for fabrication of 316L thin-walled structures in terms of molding, productivity, and mechanical properties. Wire and arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) produces thin-walled parts superior to other additive manufacturing methods, because of its high efficiency, good compactability, and low cost. However, the WAAM accuracy is limited by its large heat input. Here, 0.8 mm 316L stainless steel welding wire is deposited via speed cold welding to form 30-layered thin-walled samples, with 2 mm thickness, and up to 65 mm height. The effects of three process parameters (the bottom current mode, scanning speed, and cooling time) on the deposition process stability, macro morphology, structure, and mechanical properties are studied. In the experiment, the probability density curves of electrical parameters of sample #GRBC-30 cm/min-10 s on the third and tenth layers were narrower than other samples, which implied a more stable process. The three process parameters mainly affect the deposition morphology and have a minor performance effect. The hardness and tensile properties mainly depend on the deposition direction. Gradual, layer-by-layer current reduction improves the bottom molding and performance, and the deposition efficiency, and stabilizes the process. Scanning speed enhancement or cooling time reduction destabilizes the end formation, reduces the effective deposition rate, and slightly degrades the performance. All deposited samples are distinctly anisotropic, but satisfy the industrial standard. Overall, deposition in speed cold welding mode, with 10 s cooling time, 30 cm/min scanning speed, and gradually reduced bottom current exhibits good stability, and the molding efficiency and mechanical properties are optimal. The mobility of nodes leads to dynamic changes in topology structure, which makes the traditional routing algorithms of a wireless network difficult to apply to the opportunistic network. In view of the problems existing in the process of information forwarding, this paper proposed a routing algorithm based on the cosine similarity of data packets between nodes (cosSim). The cosine distance, an algorithm for calculating the similarity between text data, is used to calculate the cosine similarity of data packets between nodes. The data packet set of nodes are expressed in the form of vectors, thereby facilitating the calculation of the similarity between the nodes. Through the definition of the upper and lower thresholds, the similarity between the nodes is filtered according to certain rules, and finally obtains a plurality of relatively reliable transmission paths. Simulation experiments show that compared with the traditional opportunistic network routing algorithm, such as the Spray and Wait (S&W) algorithm and Epidemic algorithm, the cosSim algorithm has a better transmission effect, which can not only improve the delivery ratio, but also reduce the network transmission delay and decline the routing overhead. With the popularization of mobile communication equipment, human activities have an increasing impact on the structure of networks, and so the social characteristics of opportunistic networks become increasingly obvious. Opportunistic networks are increasingly used in social situations. However, existing routing algorithms are not suitable for opportunistic social networks, because traditional opportunistic network routing does not consider participation in human activities, which usually causes a high ratio of transmission delay and routing overhead. Therefore, this research proposes an effective data transmission algorithm based on social relationships (ESR), which considers the community characteristics of opportunistic mobile social networks. This work uses the idea of the faction to divide the nodes in the network into communities, reduces the number of inefficient nodes in the community, and performs another contraction of the structure. Simulation results show that the ESR algorithm, through community transmission, is not only faster and safer, but also has lower transmission delay and routing overhead compared with the spray and wait algorithm, SCR algorithm and the EMIST algorithm. At the dawn of big data and 5G networks, end-to-end communication with large amounts of data between mobile devices is difficult to be implemented through the traditional face-to-face transmission mechanism in social networks. Consequently, opportunistic social networks proposed that message applications should choose proper relay nodes to perform effective data transmission processes. At present, several routing algorithms, based on node similarity, attempt to use the contextual information related to nodes and the special relationships between them to select a suitable relay node among neighbors. However, when evaluating the similarity degree between a pair of nodes, most existing algorithms in opportunistic social networks pay attention to only a few similar factors, and even ignore the importance of mobile similarity in the data transmission process. To improve the transmission environment, this study establishes a fuzzy routing-forwarding algorithm (FCNS) exploiting comprehensive node similarity (the mobile and social similarities) in opportunistic social networks. In our proposed scheme, the transmission preference of the node is determined through the fuzzy evaluation of mobile and social similarities. The suitable message delivery decision is made by collecting and comparing the transmission preference of nodes, and the sustainable and stable data transmission process is performed through the feedback mechanism. Through simulations and the comparison of social network algorithms, the delivery ratio in the proposed algorithm is 0.85 on average, and the routing delay and network overhead of this algorithm are always the lowest. Currently there is little effective treatment available for castration resistant prostate cancer, which is responsible for the majority of prostate cancer related deaths. Emerging evidence suggested that cancer stem cells might play an important role in resistance to traditional cancer therapies, and the studies of cancer stem cells (including specific isolation and targeting on those cells) might benefit the discovery of novel treatment of prostate cancer, especially castration resistant disease. In this review, we summarized major biomarkers for prostate cancer stem cells, as well as their functional mechanisms and potential application in clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
