Osmotic stress is a major threaten to the growth and yield stability of Brassica napus. Post-translational modification with O-linked β-N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) is ubiquitous in plants, and participates in a variety of signal transduction and metabolic regulation. However, studies on the role of O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) in osmotic stress tolerance of plants are limited. In previous study, a O-glycosyltransferase, named BnaC09.OGT, was identified from the B. napus variety 'Zhongshuang 11' by yeast one hybrid with promoter of BnaA01.GPAT9. It was found that BnaC09.OGT localized in both nucleus and cytoplasm. The spatiotemporal expression pattern of BnaC09.OGT exhibited tissue specificity in developmental seed, especially in 15 days after pollination. In view of osmotic stress inducing, the BnaC09.OGT overexpression and knockout transgenic lines were constructed for biological function study. Phenotypic analysis of BnaC09.OGT overexpression seedlings demonstrated that BnaC09.OGT could enhance osmotic stress tolerance than WT and knockout lines in euphylla stage under 15% PEG6000 treatment after 7 days. In addition, compared with WT and knockout lines, overexpression of BnaC09.OGT had significantly higher activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD and POD), higher content of soluble saccharide, and while significantly less content of malondialdehyde, proline and anthocyanidin under 15% PEG6000 treatment after 7 days. On the other hand, the unsaturated fatty acid content of BnaC09.OGT overexpression was significantly higher than that of WT and knockout lines, so it is speculated that the BnaC09.OGT could increase unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis for osmotic stress tolerance by promoting the expression of BnaA01.GPAT9 in glycerolipid biosynthesis. For large-scale optimization that covers a wide range of optimization problems encountered frequently in machine learning and deep neural networks, stochastic optimization has become one of the most used methods thanks to its low computational complexity. In machine learning and deep learning problems, nonconvex problems are common, while convex problems are rare. How to find the global minimum for nonconvex optimization and reduce the computational complexity are challenges. Inspired by the phenomenon that the stagewise stepsize tuning strategy can empirically improve the convergence speed in deep neural networks, we incorporate the stagewise stepsize tuning strategy into the iterative framework of Nesterov's acceleration- and variance reduction-based methods to reduce the computational complexity, i.e., the stagewise stepsize tuning strategy is incorporated into randomized stochastic accelerated gradient and stochastic variance-reduced gradient. The proposed methods are theoretically derived to reduce the complexity of the nonconvex and convex problems and improve the convergence rate of the frameworks, which have the complexity O (1 / μ ϵ) and O (1 / μ ϵ) , respectively, where μ is the PL modulus and L is the Lipschitz constant. Currently, China's soybean self-sufficiency rate is only 15%, highlighting the soybean crisis and the supply chain risks that pose a major threat to China's food security. Thus, it has become imperative to step up efforts to boost soybean production capacity while promoting the green and sustainable development of regional farmland ecosystems. In this context, the present study comprehensively investigated the effects of intercropping and nitrogen application rate on soybean yield, as well as the changes in gradients generated by different levels of nitrogen application. Based on six consecutive years of maize–soybean intercropping planting patterns, the inter-root soils of soybeans were collected at the flowering stage and evaluated for soil nitrogen content, nitrogen-assimilating enzyme activities, and microbial community composition of soybean, which were correlated with yield, to clarify the main pathways and modes of intercropping effects. The N2 level (80 kg·ha−1) was favourable for higher yield. In comparison to monocropping, the intercropping reduced yield by 9.65–13.01%, photosynthetic characteristics by 1.33–7.31%, and plant nitrogen-assimilating enzyme activities by 8.08–32.01% at the same level of N application. Likewise, soil urease and catalase activities were reduced by 9.22 and 1.80%, while soil nitrogen content declined by an average of 6.38%. Gemmatimonas and Bradyrhizobium enrichment significantly increased soil nitrogen content, photosynthetic characteristics, and soybean yield, while it was reduced by Candidatus_Udaeobacter and Candidatus_Solibacte enrichment. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for further optimising maize–soybean intercropping, which is crucial for enhancing the agricultural production structure and improving the overall soybean production capacity. The experimental and numerical simulation analysis of a TiAl alloy by laser metal deposition technology is presented in this paper. The research examines the macroscopic morphology, microstructure, and mechanical properties of samples as laser power varies. It also delves into how the temperature field and residual stress evolve under different laser powers. The results reveal that the microstructure of samples is mainly composed of α2-Ti3Al phase and a γ-TiAl phase and that the details of the microstructure are significantly affected by laser power. As laser power increases, coarse lamellar structure content increases, corresponding to a decrease in α2 phase content. The deposited layer hardness ranges from 550 HV to 600 HV, and the average deposition layer hardness decreases with increased laser power. Simulation results predict the molten pool's size, temperature, and residual stresses. A significant increase in the molten pool size is observed when the laser power exceeds 1000 W, and the measured molten pool depths correspond closely to simulation predictions. However, significant tensile stresses are generated in the deposition layer due to high cooling rates, mainly in the x direction. The fermentation of a soil-derived fungus Acremonium sp. led to the isolation of thirteen ascochlorin congeners through integrated genomic and Global Natural Product Social (GNPS) molecular networking. Among the isolated compounds, we identified two unusual bicyclic types, acremochlorins O (1) and P (2), as well as two linear types, acremochlorin Q (3) and R (4). Compounds 1 and 2 contain an unusual benzopyran moiety and are diastereoisomers of each other, the first reported for the ascochlorins. Additionally, we elucidated the structure of 5, a 4-chloro-5-methylbenzene-1,3-diol with a linear farnesyl side chain, and confirmed the presence of eight known ascochlorin analogs (6–13). The structures were determined by the detailed interpretation of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, MS, and ECD calculations. Compounds 3 and 9 showed potent antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus, with MIC values ranging from 2 to 16 μg/mL. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Automatic navigation based on dual-antenna real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning has been widely employed for unmanned agricultural machinery, whereas GNSS inevitably suffers from signal blocking and electromagnetic interference. In order to improve the reliability of an RTK-based navigation system in a GNSS-challenged environment, an integrated navigation system is preferred for autonomous navigation, which increases the complexity and cost of the navigation system. The information fusion of integrated navigation has been dominated by Kalman filter (KF) for several decades, but the KF cannot assimilate the known knowledge of the navigation context efficiently. In this paper, the geometric characteristics of the straight path and path-tracking error were employed to formulate the constraint measurement model, which suppresses the position error in the case of RTK-degraded scenarios. The pseudo-measurements were then imported into the KF framework, and the smoothed navigation state was generated as a byproduct, which improves the reliability of the RTK positioning without external sensors. The experiment result of the mobile vehicle automatic navigation indicates that the tracking error-constrained KF (EC-KF) outperforms the trajectory-constrained KF (TC-KF) and KF when the RTK system outputs a float or single-point position (SPP) solution. In the case where the duration of the SPP solution was 20 s, the positioning errors of the EC-KF and TC-KF were reduced by 38.50% and 24.04%, respectively, compared with those of the KF. In this paper, the graph theory model of the kinematics of the double internal meshing planetary gear is established by splitting the k value of the planetary gear, the system matrix of the dual-state logic planetary gear transmission is assembled, the logic characteristics of the dual-state logic planetary gear transmission control are analyzed, the logic characteristic table of the 32-gear control is established, and the system model of the kinematics analysis and calculation of the entire planetary gear transmission is established. The expressions of rotational speed and transmission ratio of each component (including planetary gear) of the planetary gear in 32 gears are solved and obtained. The efficiency expression of each gear is derived through the Kleinas method, the calculation of the transmission ratio and efficiency of the 32 gears is completed, and the system efficiency diagram is drawn, which provides a reliable basis for the structural design, shift dynamic simulation analysis, and test verification of the dual-state logic planetary transmission. Toxic heavy metals are ubiquitous in the aquatic environment and show a significant danger to human health. Carbon nanotubes have been extensively used in treating the contamination of groundwater due to their porous multi-layer nature. Batch tests revealed that oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (O-MWCNTS) offer better removal of Pb(II). The removal rate of Pb(II) was 90.15% at pH 6 within 24 h, which was ~58% more than that of Cd(II). The removal rate decreased to 55.59% for Pb(II) and to 16.68% for Cd(II) when the initial concentration of Pb(II)/Cd(II) ranged from 5 to 15 mg·g−1. The removal rate in the competitive tests was about 60.46% for Pb(II) and 9.70% for Cd(II). The Langmuir model offered better description of the adsorptive data for both ions. And the Qm of Pb(II) was 5.73 mg·g−1, which was 2.39 mg·g−1 more than that of Cd(II) in a single-icon system, while Qm was 7.11 mg·g−1 with Pb(II) and 0.78 mg·g−1 with Cd(II) in competitive water. And thermodynamic tests further indicated that the activating energy of Pb(II) and Cd(II) was 83.68 and 172.88 kJ·mol−1, respectively. Lead and cadmium adsorbed on the surface of O-MWCNTS are antagonistic in the competitive system. Based on XPS analyses, it was concluded that the absorbed lead/cadmium species on O-MWCNTS were (-COO)2Pb, (-COO)Pb(-O)/(-COO)2Cd, and (-COO)Cd(-O). To promote the large-scale recycling of solid waste, the hydration characteristics of blended cement with different amounts of GGBS (ground granulated blast-furnace slag) and SS (steel slag) were investigated. The optimum blending amounts of GGBS and SS in cement were 40% and 10% by mass, and the optimum dosage of Na2SO4 in the C50-S40-SS10 (50 wt.% cement–40 wt.% slag–10 wt.% steel slag) system was 2 wt.%. The flexural and compressive strengths of the C50-S40-SS10 system after adding 2 wt.% Na2SO4 are 57.95% and 9.28% higher than that of pure cement at 28 d. XRD, FT-IR and Ca(OH)2 content analysis were chosen to investigate the hydration products of pure cement and blended cement. The results show that GGBS enhanced the hydration of both cement and SS. And GGBS contributed to the generation of calcium silicoaluminate hydrate (C–A–S–H) in the blended cement system. The addition of Na2SO4 promoted the hydration reaction and contributed to the generation of ettringite (AFt) in the ternary system. The hydration heat evolution results showed that GGBS and SS can reduce the hydration heat of cement. Na2SO4 had similar effects and delayed the time of AFt conversion to monosulfide calcium sulphoaluminate (AFm). Lead (Pb), a heavy metal environmental pollutant, poses a threat to the health of humans and birds. Inflammation is one of the most common pathological phenomena in the case of illness and poisoning. However, the underlying mechanisms of inflammation remain unclear. The cerebellum and the thalamus are important parts of the nervous system. To date, there have been no reports of Pb inducing inflammation in animal cerebellums or thalami. Selenium (Se) can relieve Pb poisoning. Therefore, we aimed to explore the mechanism by which Se alleviates Pb toxicity to the cerebellums and thalami of chickens by establishing a chicken Pb or/and Se treatment model. Our results demonstrated that exposure to Pb caused inflammatory damage in cerebellums and thalami, evidenced by the characteristics of inflammation, the decrease in anti-inflammatory factors (interleukin (IL)-2 and interferon-γ (INF-γ)), and the increase in pro-inflammatory factors (IL-4, IL-6, IL-12β, IL-17, and nitric oxide (NO)). Moreover, we found that the IL-2/IL-17–NO pathway took part in Pb-caused inflammatory injury. The above findings were reversed by the supplementation of dietary Se, meaning that Se relieved inflammatory damage caused by Pb via the IL-2/IL-17–NO pathway. In addition, an up-regulated oxidative index malondialdehyde (MDA) and two down-regulated antioxidant indices (glutathione (GSH) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC)) were recorded after the chickens received Pb stimulation, indicating that excess Pb caused an oxidant/antioxidant imbalance and oxidative stress, and the oxidative stress mediated inflammatory damage via the GSH–IL-2 axis. Interestingly, exposure to Pb inhibited four glutathione peroxidase (GPx) family members (GPx1, GPx2, GPx3, and GPx4), three deiodinase (Dio) family members (Dio1, Dio2, and Dio3), and fifteen other selenoproteins (selenophosphate synthetase 2 (SPS2), selenoprotein (Sel)H, SelI, SelK, SelM, SelO, SelP1, SelPb, SelS, SelT, SelU, and selenoprotein (Sep)n1, Sepw1, Sepx1, and Sep15), suggesting that Pb reduced antioxidant capacity and resulted in oxidative stress involving the SPS2–GPx1–GSH pathway. Se supplementation, as expected, reversed the changes mentioned above, indicating that Se supplementation improved antioxidant capacity and mitigated oxidative stress in chickens. For the first time, we discovered that the SPS2–GPx1–GSH–IL-2/IL-17–NO pathway is involved in the complex inflammatory damage mechanism caused by Pb in chickens. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that Se relieved Pb-induced oxidative stress and inflammatory damage via the SPS2–GPx1–GSH–IL-2/IL-17–NO pathway in the chicken nervous system. This study offers novel insights into environmental pollutant-caused animal poisoning and provides a novel theoretical basis for the detoxification effect of Se against oxidative stress and inflammation caused by toxic pollutants. Uranium is the most important fuel for nuclear power operations, and the safe supply of its resources is the key to the development of nuclear power in China. Because of the complex seawater environment and extremely low uranium concentration, extracting uranium from natural seawater poses a significant challenge. In this study, a polyamidoxime–phosphorylated cellulose nanofibril composite aerogel was prepared as an adsorbent for uranium extraction from seawater. An adsorption kinetics test, equilibrium adsorption isotherm model fitting, an adsorption–desorption cycle test, and a selectivity test were carried out to evaluate the adsorption performance of the composite aerogel for uranium extraction. The adsorption capacities for the initial concentrations of 4 and 8 ppm in uranium-spiked pure water were 96.9 and 204.3 mg-U/g-Ads, respectively. The equilibrium uranium adsorption capacities of uranium-spiked simulated seawater were 38.9 and 51.7 mg-U/g-Ads, respectively. The distribution coefficient KD of uranium was calculated to be 2.5 × 107 mL/g. The results show that the polyamidoxime–phosphorylated cellulose nanofiber composite aerogels prepared in this study have the advantages of low cost and high uranium selectivity for uranium extraction from seawater. Simple Summary: Detecting key areas in tissue samples is crucial for accurate and timely cancer diagnosis. This study focuses on using advanced deep learning techniques to analyze images of skin tumors, specifically melanoma and nevi. By training our deep learning-based model on a dataset of these images, we aimed to detect key areas in each image and simultaneously classify whether a given image shows melanoma or a benign nevus. Our method achieved an accuracy of 92.3% in classifying the images from a test set, meaning it correctly identified most cases. This approach not only helps in distinguishing between these types of skin tumors but also shows promise for broader applications in diagnosing various cancers, potentially improving clinical outcomes and reducing healthcare costs. Automated region of interest detection in histopathological image analysis is a challenging and important topic with tremendous potential impact on clinical practice. The deep learning methods used in computational pathology may help us to reduce costs and increase the speed and accuracy of cancer diagnosis. We started with the UNC Melanocytic Tumor Dataset cohort which contains 160 hematoxylin and eosin whole slide images of primary melanoma (86) and nevi (74). We randomly assigned 80% (134) as a training set and built an in-house deep learning method to allow for classification, at the slide level, of nevi and melanoma. The proposed method performed well on the other 20% (26) test dataset; the accuracy of the slide classification task was 92.3% and our model also performed well in terms of predicting the region of interest annotated by the pathologists, showing excellent performance of our model on melanocytic skin tumors. Even though we tested the experiments on a skin tumor dataset, our work could also be extended to other medical image detection problems to benefit the clinical evaluation and diagnosis of different tumors. The viscoelastic behavior of shale reservoirs indeed impacts permeability evolution and further gas flow characteristics, which have been experimentally and numerically investigated. However, its impact on the gas depletion profile at the field scale has seldom been addressed. To compensate for this deficiency, we propose a multiscaled viscoelasticity constitutive model, and furthermore, a full reservoir deformation–fluid flow coupled model is formed under the frame of the classical triple-porosity approach. In the proposed approach, a novel friction-based creep model comprising two distinct series of parameters is developed to generate the strain–time profiles for hydraulic fracture and natural fracture systems. Specifically, an equation considering the long-term deformation of hydraulic fracture, represented by the softness of Young's modulus, is proposed to describe the conductivity evolution of hydraulic fractures. In addition, an effective strain permeability model is employed to replicate the permeability evolution of a natural fracture system considering viscoelasticity. The coupled model was implemented and solved within the framework of COMSOL Multiphysics (Version 5.4). The proposed model was first verified using a series of gas production data collected from the Barnett shale, resulting in good fitting results. Subsequently, a numerical analysis was conducted to investigate the impacts of the newly proposed parameters on the production process. The transient creep stage significantly affects the initial permeability, and its contribution to the permeability evolution remains invariable. Conversely, the second stage controls the long-term permeability evolution, with its dominant role increasing over time. Creep deformation lowers the gas flow rate, and hydraulic fracturing plays a predominant role in the early term, as the viscoelastic behavior of the natural fracture system substantially impacts the long-term gas flow rate. A higher in situ stress and greater formation depth result in significant creep deformation and, therefore, a lower gas flow rate. Harnessing the photoinduced phase transitions in organic crystals, especially the changes in shape and structure across various dimensions, offers a fascinating avenue for exact spatiotemporal control, which is crucial for developing future smart devices. In our study, we report a new photoactive molecular crystal made from (E)-2-(3-phenyl-allylidene)malonate ((E)-PADM). When exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light at 365 nm, this compound experiences an E-to-Z photoisomerization in liquid solution and a crystal-to-liquid phase transition in solid crystals. Remarkably, nanoscopic crystalline rods boost their melting rate and degree compared to bulk crystals, indicating that miniaturization enhances the photoinduced melting effect. Band selection (BS) aims to reduce redundancy in hyperspectral imagery (HSI). Existing BS approaches typically model HSI only in a single dimension, either spectral or spatial, without exploring the interactions between different dimensions. To this end, we propose an unsupervised BS method based on a spectral–spatial cross-dimensional attention network, named SSANet-BS. This network is comprised of three stages: a band attention module (BAM) that employs an attention mechanism to adaptively identify and select highly significant bands; two parallel spectral–spatial attention modules (SSAMs), which fuse complex spectral–spatial structural information across dimensions in HSI; a multi-scale reconstruction network that learns spectral–spatial nonlinear dependencies in the SSAM-fusion image at various scales and guides the BAM weights to automatically converge to the target bands via backpropagation. The three-stage structure of SSANet-BS enables the BAM weights to fully represent the saliency of the bands, thereby valuable bands are obtained automatically. The Fengyun-4B (FY-4B) satellite is currently the primary operational geostationary meteorological satellite in China, replacing the previous FY-4A satellite. The advanced geostationary radiation imager (AGRI) aboard the FY-4B satellite provides an operational sea surface temperature (SST) product with a high observation frequency of 15 min. This paper conducts the first data quality assessment of operational SST products from the FY-4B/AGRI using quality-controlled measured SSTs from the in situ SST quality monitor dataset and foundation SSTs produced by the operational sea surface temperature and sea ice analysis (OSTIA) system from July 2023 to January 2024. The FY-4B/AGRI SST product provides a data quality level flag on a pixel-by-pixel basis. Accuracy evaluations are conducted on the FY-4B/AGRI SST product with different data quality levels. The results indicate that the FY-4B/AGRI operational SST generally has a negative mean bias compared to in situ SST and OSTIA SST, and that the accuracy of the FY-4B/AGRI SST, with an excellent quality level, can meet the needs of practical applications. The FY-4B/AGRI SST with an excellent quality level demonstrates a strong correlation with in situ SST and OSTIA SST, with a correlation coefficient R exceeding 0.99. Compared with in situ SST, the bias, root mean square error (RMSE), and unbiased RMSE (ubRMSE) of the FY-4B/AGRI SST with an excellent quality level are −0.19, 0.66, and 0.63 °C in daytime, and −0.15, 0.70, and 0.68 °C at night, respectively. Compared with OSTIA SST, the bias, RMSE, and ubRMSE of the FY-4B/AGRI SST with an excellent data quality level are −0.10, 0.64, and 0.63 °C in daytime, and −0.13, 0.68, and 0.67 °C at night. The FY-4B/AGRI SST tends to underestimate the sea water temperature in mid–low-latitude regions, while it tends to overestimate sea water temperature in high-latitude regions and near the edges of the full disk. The time-varying validation of FY-4B/AGRI SST accuracy shows weak fluctuations with a period of 3–4 months. Hourly accuracy verification shows that the difference between the FY-4B/AGRI SST and OSTIA SST reflects a diurnal effect. However, FY-4B/AGRI SST products need to be used with caution around midnight to avoid an abnormal accuracy. This paper also discusses the relationships between the FY-4B/AGRI SST and satellite zenith angle, water vapor content, wind speed, and in situ SST, which have an undeniable impact on the underestimation of the FY-4B/AGRI operational SST. The development of fluorescent molecular imprinting sensors for direct, rapid, and sensitive detection of small organic molecules in aqueous systems has always presented a significant challenge in the field of detection. In this study, we successfully prepared a hydrophilic colloidal molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) using a one-pot approach that incorporated polyglycerol methacrylate (PGMMA-TTC), a hydrophilic macromolecular chain transfer agent, to mediate reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer precipitation polymerization (RAFTPP). To simplify the polymerization process while achieving ratiometric fluorescence detection, red fluorescent CdTe quantum dots (QDs) and green fluorescent nitrobenzodiazole (NBD) were introduced as fluorophores (with NBD serving as an enhancer to the template and QDs being inert). This strategy effectively eliminated background noise and significantly improved detection accuracy. Uniform-sized MIP microspheres with high surface hydrophilicity and incorporated ratiometric fluorescent labels were successfully synthesized. In aqueous systems, the hydrophilic ratio fluorescent MIP exhibited a linear response range from 0 to 25 μM for the template molecule 2,4-D with a detection limit of 0.13 μM. These results demonstrate that the ratiometric fluorescent MIP possesses excellent recognition characteristics and selectivity towards 2,4-D, thus, making it suitable for selective detection of trace amounts of pesticide 2,4-D in aqueous systems. The Heihe River Basin (HRB), located on the northeast margin of the Qilian Mountains, is China's second largest inland river basin. It is a typical oasis-type agricultural area in northwest China's arid and semiarid areas. It is important to monitor and investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and mechanisms of surface deformation in HRB for the ecology of inland river basins. In recent years, research on HRB has mainly focused on hydrology, meteorology, geology, or biology. Few studies have conducted wide-area monitoring and mechanism analysis of the surface stability of HRB. In this study, an improved interferometric point target analysis InSAR (IPTA-InSAR) technique is used to process 101 Sentinel-1 SAR images from two adjacent track frames covering the HRB from 2019 to 2020. The wide-area deformation of the HRB is obtained first for this period. The results show that most of the surface around the HRB is relatively stable. There are six areas with an extensive deformation range and magnitude in the plain oasis area. The maximum deformation rate is more than 50 mm/year. The maximum seasonal subsidence and uplift along the satellites' line-of-sight (LOS) direction can be up to −70 mm and 60 mm, respectively. Moreover, we use the Google Earth Engine platform to process the multisource optical images and analyze the deformation areas. The remote sensing indicators of the deformation areas, such as the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), soil moisture (SMMI), and precipitation, are obtained during the InSAR monitoring period. We combine these integrated remote sensing results with soil type and precipitation to analyze the surface deformations of the HRB. The spatiotemporal relationships between soil moisture, vegetation cover, and surface deformation of the HRB are revealed. Background: Primary graft dysfunction (PGD) has detrimental effects on recipients following lung transplantation. Here, we determined the contemporary trends of PGD in a national database, factors associated with the development of PGD grade 3 (PGD3) and ex vivo lung perfusion's (EVLP) effect on this harmful postoperative complication. Methods: The United Network for Organ Sharing database was queried from 2015 to 2023, and recipients were stratified into No-PGD, PGD1/2, or PGD3. The groups were analyzed with comparative statistics, and survival was determined with Kaplan–Meier methods. Multivariable Cox regression was used to determine factors associated with increased mortality. PGD3 recipients were then stratified based on EVLP use prior to transplantation, and a 3:1 propensity match was performed to determine outcomes following transplantation. Finally, logistic regression models based on select criteria were used to determine risk factors associated with the development of PGD3 and mortality within 1 year. Results: A total of 21.4% of patients were identified as having PGD3 following lung transplant. Those with PGD3 suffered significantly worse perioperative morbidity, mortality, and had worse long-term survival. PGD3 was also independently associated with increased mortality. Matched EVLP PGD3 recipients had significantly higher use of ECMO postoperatively; however, they did not suffer other significant morbidity or mortality as compared to PGD3 recipients without EVLP use. Importantly, EVLP use prior to transplantation was significantly associated with decreased likelihood of PGD3 development, while having no significant association with early mortality. Various copper-related defects in the absorption layer have been a key factor impeding the enhancement of the efficiency of Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) solar cells. Alkali metal doping is considered to be a good strategy to ameliorate this problem. In this article, Rb-doped CZTSSe (RCZTSSe) thin films were synthesized using the sol–gel technique. The results show that the Rb atom could successfully enter into the CZTSSe lattice and replace the Cu atom. According to SEM results, a moderate amount of Rb doping aided in enhancing the growth of grains in CZTSSe thin films. It was proven that the RCZTSSe thin film had the densest surface morphology and the fewest holes when the doping content of Rb was 2%. In addition, Rb doping successfully inhibited the formation of CuZn defects and correlative defect clusters and promoted the electrical properties of RCZTSSe thin films. Finally, a remarkable power conversion efficiency of 7.32% was attained by the champion RCZTSSe device with a Rb content of 2%. Compared with that of un-doped CZTSSe, the efficiency improved by over 30%. This study offers new insights into the influence of alkali metal doping on suppressing copper-related defects and also presents a viable approach for improving the efficiency of CZTSSe devices. In the human body, carboxylesterases (CEs) play crucial roles in xenobiotic metabolism and lipid homeostasis. But abnormal expression of CEs is highly associated with some diseases, such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and liver cancer. Therefore, it is of great importance to develop an efficient tool for the accurate detection of CEs in living organisms. Herein, an innovative near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probe, TTAP−AB, was designed for CE detection based on the aggregation-induced emission (AIE) mechanism. This probe exhibits rapid response (2 min), excellent sensitivity (limit of detection = 8.14 × 10−6 U/mL), and high selectivity to CEs. Additionally, owing to its good biocompatibility, the TTAP−AB probe enables the monitoring of dynamic changes in CE levels under drug-induced modulation in living cells and zebrafish. More importantly, the TTAP−AB probe was successfully employed to image liver tumors and assist in tumor resection through the real-time monitoring of CEs, indicating that TTAP−AB is promising to guide liver cancer surgery. Simple Summary: Assessing the quality of raw milk is crucial for humans' well-being. This study aimed to evaluate the bacterial composition and antimicrobial resistance in the tea cup liners of dairy cow milking equipment. The objective was to determine the potential risk of bacterial contamination in raw milk during the milking process and the transmission of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria through milk sources. The study found that Bacillus spp. were the most prevalent bacteria identified on the teat cup liners. A significant proportion of these bacteria showed significant resistance to various antibiotics, such as lincomycin, sulfadiazine, and streptomycin. Multiple antimicrobial resistance genes were also detected, indicating the potential transmission of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria in the milk samples. These findings underscore the imperative to enhance disinfection protocols within dairy farms and milking equipment. A teat cup makes direct contact with the cow's teats during milking and its cleanliness is very important for the quality of raw milk. In this study, the microorganism from post-milking teat cup liners were collected from six dairy farms in Shandong Province of China, the bacterial species were identified using microbial mass spectrometry, the minimum inhibitory concentrations of the isolated strains against ten antimicrobial agents were determined using the broth microdilution method, and the antimicrobial resistance genes were detected by PCR. The results indicated that the most frequently isolated bacteria in this study were Bacillus licheniformis (39/276, 14.13%), followed by Bacillus pumilus (20/276, 7.25%), Bacillus cereus (17/276, 6.16%), and Bacillus subtili (16/276, 5.80%). The isolates exhibited the highest average resistance to lincomycin (87.37%), followed by sulfadiazine (61.05%) and streptomycin (42.63%); the highest detection rate of resistance genes was Sul1 (55.43%), followed by ant(4') (51.09%), tet(M) (25.36%), blaKPC (3.62%) and qnrS (3.62%). The vortex shedding and shock generated inside the pump used in nuclear power plants during operation lead to energy loss and efficiency reduction, and the noise induced by the flow affects the system's safety and reliability. The groove-type geometry of shark skin surface has features such as low hydraulic drag coefficient and low turbulence noise and has been widely applied in energy engineering. This study adopted computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and computational aerodynamic acoustics (CAA) methods to research the effects of Space-V-groove and V-groove bionic impellers on hydraulic performance and acoustic characteristics. In addition, the impacts of both bionic groove geometries on the external characteristics, wall shear stress, blade surface velocity, and vortex core distribution were compared and analyzed. The results found that Space-V-groove can effectively improve hydraulic performance. At the rated flow rate, the drag reduction rates of Space-V-groove and V-groove pumps are 2.86% and 1.82%, while the total sound pressure level is reduced by 1.36% and 1.2%, respectively. The Space-V-groove geometry is more effective in destroying the shedding vortex and trailing vortex, thereby modifying the turbulence in the impeller flow path and reducing energy loss and noise. Sail-assisted propulsion is an important energy-saving technology in the shipping industry, and the development of foldable wingsails has recently become a hot topic. This type of sail is usually composed of multiple elements, and its performance at different folding configurations is very sensitive to changes in incoming airflow, which result in practical operational challenges. Therefore, original and optimized three-element wingsails (bare and concave) are modeled and simulated using the unsteady RANS method with the k-ω SST turbulence model. Next, certain key design and structural parameters (such as angle of attack, apparent wind angle, and camber) are employed to characterize the auxiliary propulsion performance, and the differences are explained in combination with the flow field details. The results show that, in the unfolded state, the aerodynamic performance of the concave wingsail is better than that of the bare wingsail, exhibiting higher lift coefficients, lower drag coefficients, and a more stable surface flow. In the fully folded state, wherein both the nose and flap are rotated, the thrust performance of the concave wingsail remains superior. Specifically, at an angle of attack of 8 degrees, the thrust coefficient of the concave wingsail is approximately 23.5% higher than that of the bare wingsail, indicating improved wind energy utilization. An inducer is a key component in a cryogenic pump to improve its cavitation performance. The thermodynamic effects of the cryogenic medium make the cryogenic cavitation flow extremely complicated. For this reason, it is crucial to investigate the cryogenic cavitation flow of the inducer which is equipped upstream of the cryogenic pump. In this paper, the isothermal cavitation model is modified based on the law of heat conduction, and the cryogenic cavitation model of the inducer is developed by considering thermodynamic effects. The turbulence model is also modified to account for the compressibility of cryogenic cavitation flow. The methods of numerical calculations are performed to investigate the influence of thermodynamic effects on cryogenic cavitation of the inducer. The law of the spatio-temporal evolution of cryogen cavitation in the inducer is clarified. The initial position, development and collapse phenomenon of cavitation are obtained. Background: Resveratrol is a potent phytochemical known for its potential in treating cardiometabolic multimorbidity. However, its underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Our study systematically investigates the effects of resveratrol on cardiometabolic multimorbidity and elucidates its mechanisms using network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques. Methods: We screened cardiometabolic multimorbidity-related targets using the OMIM, GeneCards, and DisGeNET databases, and utilized the DSigDB drug characterization database to predict resveratrol's effects on cardiometabolic multimorbidity. Target identification for resveratrol was conducted using the TCMSP, SymMap, DrugBank, Swiss Target Prediction, CTD, and UniProt databases. SwissADME and ADMETlab 2.0 simulations were used to predict drug similarity and toxicity profiles of resveratrol. Protein–protein interaction (PPI) networks were constructed using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) functional enrichment analyses were performed via the DAVID online platform, and target-pathway networks were established. Molecular docking validated interactions between core targets and resveratrol, followed by molecular dynamics simulations on the optimal core proteins identified through docking. Differential analysis using the GEO dataset validated resveratrol as a core target in cardiometabolic multimorbidity. Results: A total of 585 cardiometabolic multimorbidity target genes were identified, and the predicted results indicated that the phytochemical resveratrol could be a major therapeutic agent for cardiometabolic multimorbidity. SwissADME simulations showed that resveratrol has potential drug-like activity with minimal toxicity. Additionally, 6703 targets of resveratrol were screened. GO and KEGG analyses revealed that the main biological processes involved included positive regulation of cell proliferation, positive regulation of gene expression, and response to estradiol. Significant pathways related to MAPK and PI3K-Akt signaling pathways were also identified. Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations demonstrated strong interactions between resveratrol and core targets such as MAPK and EGFR. Conclusions: This study predicts potential targets and pathways of resveratrol in treating cardiometabolic multimorbidity, offering a new research direction for understanding its molecular mechanisms. Background: As the global consumption of sugary and non-sugar sweetened beverages continues to rise, there is growing concern about their health impacts, particularly among pregnant women and their offspring. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the consumption patterns of various beverages among pregnant women in Shanghai and their potential health impacts on both mothers and offspring. Method: We applied a multi-stage random sampling method to select participants from 16 districts in Shanghai. Each district was categorised into five zones. Two towns were randomly selected from each zone, and from each town, 30 pregnant women were randomly selected. Data were collected through face-to-face questionnaires. Follow-up data on births within a year after the survey were also obtained. Result: The consumption rates of total beverages (TB), sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB), and non-sugar sweetened beverages (NSS) were 73.2%, 72.8%, and 13.5%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that compared to non-consumers, pregnant women consuming TB three times or less per week had a 38.4% increased risk of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) (OR = 1.384; 95% CI: 1.129–1.696) and a 64.2% increased risk of gestational hypertension (GH) (OR = 1.642; 95% CI: 1.129–2.389). Those consuming TB four or more times per week faced a 154.3% higher risk of GDM (OR = 2.543; 95% CI: 2.064–3.314) and a 169.3% increased risk of GH (OR = 2.693; 95% CI: 1.773–4.091). Similar results were observed in the analysis of SSB. Regarding offspring health, compared to non-consumers, TB consumption four or more times per week was associated with a substantial increase in the risk of macrosomia (OR = 2.143; 95% CI: 1.304–3.522) and large for gestational age (LGA) (OR = 1.695; 95% CI: 1.219–2.356). In the analysis of NSS, with a significantly increased risk of macrosomia (OR = 6.581; 95% CI:2.796–13.824) and LGA (OR = 7.554; 95% CI: 3.372–16.921). Conclusion: The high level of beverage consumption among pregnant women in Shanghai needs attention. A novel AgCuTi brazing foil with a unique microstructure was developed, which could achieve strong vacuum brazing of Ti6Al4V (TC4) and sapphire. The brazing foil was composed of Ag solid solution (Ag(s,s)), Cu solid solution (Cu(s,s)), and layered Ti-rich phases, and had a low liquidus temperature of 790 °C and a narrow melting range of 16 °C, facilitating the defect-free joining of TC4 and sapphire. The sapphire/TC4 joint fabricated by using this novel AgCuTi brazing foil exhibited an outstanding average shear strength of up to 132.2 MPa, which was the highest value ever reported. The sapphire/TC4 joint had a characteristic structure, featuring a brazing seam reinforced by TiCu particles and a thin Ti3(Cu,Al)3O reaction layer of about 1.3 μm. The fracture mechanism of the sapphire/TC4 joint was revealed. The crack originated at the brazing seam with TiCu particles, then propagated through the Ti3(Cu,Al)3O reaction layer, detached the reaction layer from the sapphire, and finally penetrated into the sapphire. The accurate extraction and monitoring of offshore aquaculture areas are crucial for the marine economy, environmental management, and sustainable development. Existing methods relying on unimodal remote sensing images are limited by natural conditions and sensor characteristics. To address this issue, we integrated multispectral imaging (MSI) and synthetic aperture radar imaging (SAR) to overcome the limitations of single-modal images. We propose a cross-modal multidimensional frequency perception network (CMFPNet) to enhance classification and extraction accuracy. CMFPNet includes a local–global perception block (LGPB) for combining local and global semantic information and a multidimensional adaptive frequency filtering attention block (MAFFAB) that dynamically filters frequency-domain information that is beneficial for aquaculture area recognition. We constructed six typical offshore aquaculture datasets and compared CMFPNet with other models. The quantitative results showed that CMFPNet outperformed the existing methods in terms of classifying and extracting floating raft aquaculture (FRA) and cage aquaculture (CA), achieving mean intersection over union (mIoU), mean F1 score (mF1), and mean Kappa coefficient (mKappa) values of 87.66%, 93.41%, and 92.59%, respectively. Moreover, CMFPNet has low model complexity and successfully achieves a good balance between performance and the number of required parameters. Qualitative results indicate significant reductions in missed detections, false detections, and adhesion phenomena. Overall, CMFPNet demonstrates great potential for accurately extracting large-scale offshore aquaculture areas, providing effective data support for marine planning and environmental protection. Land surface water is a key part in the global ecosystem balance and hydrological cycle. Remote sensing has become an effective tool for its spatio-temporal monitoring. However, remote sensing results exemplified in so-called water indices are subject to several limitations. This paper proposes a new and effective water index called the Sentinel Multi-Band Water Index (SMBWI) to extract water bodies in complex environments from Sentinel-2 satellite imagery. Individual tests explore the effectiveness of the SMBWI in eliminating interference of various special interfering cover features. The Iterative Self-Organizing Data Analysis Technique Algorithm (ISODATA) method and confusion matrix along with the derived accuracy evaluation indicators are used to provide a threshold reference when extracting water bodies and evaluate the accuracy of the water body extraction results, respectively. The SMBWI and eight other commonly used water indices are qualitatively and quantitatively compared through vision and accuracy evaluation indicators, respectively. Here, the SMBWI is proven to be the most effective at suppressing interference of buildings and their shadows, cultivated lands, vegetation, clouds and their shadows, alpine terrain with bare ground and glaciers when extracting water bodies. The overall accuracy in all tests was consistently greater than 96.5%. The SMBWI is proven to have a high ability to identify mixed pixels of water and non-water, with the lowest total error among nine water indices. Most notably, better results are obtained when extracting water bodies under interfering environments of cover features. Surface albedo measures the proportion of incoming solar radiation reflected by the Earth's surface. Accurate albedo retrieval from remote sensing data usually requires sufficient multi-angular observations to account for the surface reflectance anisotropy. However, most middle and high-resolution remote sensing satellites lack the capability to acquire sufficient multi-angular observations. Existing algorithms for retrieving surface albedo from single-direction reflectance typically rely on land cover types and vegetation indices to extract the corresponding prior knowledge of surface anisotropic reflectance from coarse-resolution Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function (BRDF) products. This study introduces an algorithm for retrieving albedo from directional reflectance based on a 3 × 3 BRDF archetype database established using the 2015 global time-series Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectro-radiometer (MODIS) BRDF product. For different directions, BRDF archetypes are applied to the simulated MODIS directional reflectance to retrieve albedo. By comparing the retrieved albedos with the MODIS albedo, the BRDF archetype that yields the smallest Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) is selected as the prior BRDF for the direction. A lookup table (LUT) that contains the optimal BRDF archetypes for albedo retrieval under various observational geometries is established. The impact of the number of BRDF archetypes on the accuracy of albedo is analyzed according to the 2020 MODIS BRDF. The LUT is applied to the MODIS BRDF within specific BRDF archetype classes to validate its applicability under different anisotropic reflectance characteristics. The applicability of the LUT across different data types is further evaluated using simulated reflectance or real multi-angular measurements. The results indicate that (1) for any direction, a specific BRDF archetype can retrieve a high-accuracy albedo from directional reflectance. The optimal BRDF archetype varies with the observation direction. (2) Compared to the prior BRDF knowledge obtained through averaging method, the BRDF archetype LUT based on the 3 × 3 BRDF archetype database can more accurately retrieve the surface albedo. (3) The BRDF archetype LUT effectively eliminates the influence of surface anisotropic reflectance characteristics in albedo retrieval across different scales and types of data. Foundation treatment piles are crucial for enhancing the bearing capacity and stability of weak foundations and are widely utilized in construction projects. However, owing to the complexity of geological conditions, traditional construction methods fail to meet the demand for low-carbon development. To address these challenges, this study introduced a comprehensive decision-making approach that considers the impact of stratum variability on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and pile bearing capacity from the design phase. During the design process, the GHG emissions and bearing capacities of deep cement mixing (DCM) and high-pressure jet grouting (HPJG) piles were quantitatively assessed by analyzing the environmental and performance impacts of foundation treatment piles related to materials, transportation, and equipment usage. The results suggest that the bearing capacity of piles in shallow strata is highly susceptible to stratum variability. Using piles with a diameter of 800 mm and a length of 20 m as an example, compared with DCM piles, HPJG piles demonstrated a superior bearing capacity; however, their total GHG emissions were 6.58% higher, primarily because of the extensive use of machinery during HPJG pile construction. The GHG emissions of foundation treatment piles in shallow strata were influenced more by geological variability than those in deep strata. Sensitivity analysis revealed that the pile diameter is a critical determinant of GHG emissions and bearing capacity. Based on the bearing capacity–GHG emission optimization framework, a foundation treatment strategy that integrates overlapping and spaced pile arrangements was introduced. This innovative construction method reduced the total GHG emissions by 22.7% compared with conventional methods. These research findings contribute to low-carbon design in the construction industry. Traffic light detection and recognition are crucial for enhancing the security of unmanned systems. This study proposes a YOLOv5-based traffic light-detection algorithm to tackle the challenges posed by small targets and complex urban backgrounds. Initially, the Mosaic-9 method is employed to enhance the training dataset, thereby boosting the network's ability to generalize and adapt to real-world scenarios. Furthermore, the Squeeze-and-Excitation (SE) attention mechanism is incorporated to improve the network. Moreover, the YOLOv5 algorithm's loss function is optimized by substituting it with Efficient Intersection over Union loss (EIoU_loss), which addresses issues like missed detection and false alarms. Experimental results demonstrate that the model trained with this enhanced network achieves an mAP (mean average precision) of 99.4% on a custom dataset, which is 6.3% higher than that of the original YOLOv5, while maintaining a detection speed of 74 f/s. Therefore, this algorithm offers higher detection accuracy and effectively meets real-time operational requirements. Crop rotation increases crop yield, improves soil health, and reduces plant disease. However, few studies were conducted on the use of intensive cropping patterns to improve the microenvironment of saline soils. The present study thoroughly evaluated the impact of a three-year maize–peanut–millet crop rotation pattern on the crop yield. The rhizosphere soil of the crop was collected at maturity to assess the effects of crop rotation on the composition and function of microbial communities in different tillage layers (0–20 cm and 20–40 cm) of sandy saline–alkaline soils. After three years of crop rotation, the maize yield and economic benefits rose by an average of 32.07% and 22.25%, respectively, while output/input grew by 10.26%. The pH of the 0–40 cm tillage layer of saline–alkaline soils decreased by 2.36%, organic matter rose by 13.44%–15.84%, and soil-available nutrients of the 0–20 cm tillage layer increased by 11.94%–69.14%. As compared to continuous cropping, crop rotation boosted soil nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism capacity by 8.61%–88.65%. Enrichment of Actinobacteria and Basidiomycota increased crop yield. Crop rotation increases microbial community richness while decreasing diversity. The increase in abundance can diminish competitive relationships between species, boost synergistic capabilities, alter bacterial and fungal community structure, and enhance microbial community function, all of which elevate crop yields. Rice blast caused by the pathogenic fungus Magnaporthe oryzae poses a significant threat to rice cultivation. The identification of robust resistance germplasm is crucial for breeding resistant varieties. In this study, we employed functional molecular markers for 10 rice blast resistance genes, namely Pi1, Pi2, Pi5, Pi9, Pia, Pid2, Pid3, Pigm, Pikh, and Pita, to assess blast resistance across 91 indica rice backbone varieties in South China. The results showed a spectrum of resistance levels ranging from highly resistant (HR) to highly susceptible (HS), with corresponding frequencies of 0, 19, 40, 27, 5, and 0, respectively. Yearly correlations in blast resistance genes among the 91 key indica rice progenitors revealed Pid2 (60.44%), Pia (50.55%), Pita (45.05%), Pi2 (32.97%), Pikh (4.4%), Pigm (2.2%), Pi9 (2.2%), and Pi1 (1.1%). Significant variations were observed in the distribution frequencies of these 10 resistance genes among these progenitors across different provinces. Furthermore, as the number of aggregated resistance genes increased, parental resistance levels correspondingly improved, though the efficacy of different gene combinations varied significantly. PWD (pine wilt disease) is a devastating forest disease caused by the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, which is the major invasive species in Asian and European countries. To control this disease, fumigation, pesticide injection, and clear cutting of epidemic trees have been widely used. But these management strategies have many limitations in terms of the effectiveness and environmental impacts, especially for the overuse of chemical pesticides. Thus, PCs (phytochemicals), the various compounds extracted from plants, have drawn extensive attention owing to their special characteristics, including abundant sources, low toxicity, high efficacy, and easy degradation. This review provides an overview of the current status of using PCs as alternative approaches to manage PWD. It discusses the efficacy of various PCs, the factors influencing their nematicidal activity, and their mechanism of action against B. xylophilus. Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.), a widely used cool-season turfgrass, shows a high sensitivity to soil salinity. Clarifying the adaptative mechanisms of Kentucky bluegrass that serve to improve its salt tolerance in saline environments is urgent for the application of this turfgrass in salt-affected regions. In this study, physiological responses of the Kentucky bluegrass cultivars "Explorer" and "Blue Best" to NaCl treatment, as well as gene expressions related to photosynthesis, ion transport, and ROS degradation, were analyzed. The results showed that the growth of "Explorer" was obviously better compared to "Blue Best" under 400 mM NaCl treatment. "Explorer" exhibited a much stronger photosynthetic capacity than "Blue Best" under NaCl treatment, and the expression of key genes involved in chlorophyll biosynthesis, photosystem II, and the Calvin cycle in "Explorer" was greatly induced by salt treatment. Compared with "Blue Best", "Explorer" could effectively maintain Na+/K+ homeostasis in its leaves under NaCl treatment, which can be attributed to upregulated expression of genes, such as HKT1;5, HAK5, and SKOR. The relative membrane permeability and contents of O2− and H2O2 in "Explorer" were significantly lower than those in "Blue Best" under NaCl treatment, and, correspondingly, the activities of SOD and POD in the former were significantly higher than in the latter. Moreover, the expression of genes involved in the biosynthesis of enzymes in the ROS-scavenging system of "Explorer" was immediately upregulated after NaCl treatment. Additionally, free proline and betaine are important organic osmolytes for maintaining hydration status in Kentucky bluegrass under NaCl treatment, as the contents of these metabolites in "Explorer" were significantly higher than in "Blue Best". Korla fragrant pear is a high-quality local pear variety native to Xinjiang, China. Currently, the low fruit-setting rate and low calyx shedding rate problems in Korla fragrant pears have been highlighted, which seriously affect the fruit yield and quality. It is of great significance to research the fruiting characteristics and molecular-assisted identification of Korla fragrant pear bud mutation materials for enriching the germplasm resources of Korla fragrant pear. In this research, a natural pollination group (YB) of Korla fragrant pear bud mutation materials and a natural pollination group (CK) of Korla fragrant pears were established. On the fruiting characteristics, the fruit-setting rate and calyx-removal rate of the two groups were investigated. In terms of fruit quality, the fruit shape index, fruit specific gravity, soluble solids content, sugar:acid ratio, soluble sugar content, and other indicators were measured. For the anatomical structure of the calyx tube, the detachment cells were observed. The formation time of the two groups of detached cells was compared. In the GBS simplified genome sequencing, a phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the obtained SNP sites. A principal component analysis, population genetic structure analysis, and genetic diversity index analysis were carried out. In the aspect of SSR molecular marker identification, the SSR types were counted. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was performed. The results demonstrate the following: (1) the fruit-setting rate (30.87%) and calyx-removal rate (68.11%) in the YB group were significantly higher than those in the CK group (19.37%) and the calyx-removal rate (55.18%). (2) There was no significant difference in fruit quality indexes, such as average fruit weight (127.10–130.00 g) and soluble sugar content (9.47–9.56%) between the two groups. (3) Abscission-layer cells were observed at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 h after calyx tube discoloration in the YB group and at 48, 72, and 96 h after calyx tube discoloration in the CK group. (4) The genetic background of the YB group and the CK group was similar at the GBS level, but there were differences at the DNA level. This research finally shows that Korla fragrant pear bud mutation material is a good germplasm resource. Side-scan sonar is a principal technique for subsea target detection, where the quantity of sonar images of seabed targets significantly influences the accuracy of intelligent target recognition. To expand the number of representative side-scan sonar target image samples, a novel augmentation method employing self-training with a Disrupted Student model is designed (DS-SIAUG). The process begins by inputting a dataset of side-scan sonar target images, followed by augmenting the samples through an adversarial network consisting of the DDPM (Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Model) and the YOLO (You Only Look Once) detection model. Subsequently, the Disrupted Student model is used to filter out representative target images. These selected images are then reused as a new dataset to repeat the adversarial filtering process. Experimental results indicate that using the Disrupted Student model for selection achieves a target recognition accuracy comparable to manual selection, improving the accuracy of intelligent target recognition by approximately 5% over direct adversarial network augmentation. To improve the accuracy of in situ measurement of the standard volumes of pipe provers and to shorten the traceability chain, a new method of in situ pipe prover volume measurement was developed alongside a supporting measurement device. This method is based on the geometric dimension approach, which measures the inner diameter and length of a pipe prover to calculate its volume. For inner diameter measurement, a three-probe inner-diameter algorithm model was established. This model was calibrated using a standard ring gauge of Φ313 mm, with the parameters calculated through fitting. Another standard ring gauge of Φ320 mm was used to verify the inner diameters determined by the algorithmic model. A laser interferometer was employed for the segmented measurement of the pipe prover length. The comprehensive measurement system was then used for in situ measurement of the standard pipe prover. The newly developed system achieved an expanded uncertainty of 0.012% (k = 2) in volume measurement, with the deviation between the measured and nominal pipe prover volumes being merely 0.007%. Plants communicate underground by secreting multiple amino acids (AAs) through their roots, triggering defense mechanisms against cadmium (Cd) stress. However, the specific roles of the individual AAs in Cd translocation and detoxification remain unclear. This study investigated how exogenous AAs influence Cd movement from the roots to the shoots in Cd-resistant and Cd-sensitive Chinese cabbage cultivars (Jingcui 60 and 16-7 cultivars). The results showed that methionine (Met) and cysteine (Cys) reduced Cd concentrations in the shoots of Jingcui 60 by approximately 44% and 52%, and in 16-7 by approximately 43% and 32%, respectively, compared to plants treated with Cd alone. However, threonine (Thr) and aspartic acid (Asp) did not show similar effects. Subcellular Cd distribution analysis revealed that AA supplementation increased Cd uptake in the roots, with Jingcui 60 preferentially storing more Cd in the cell wall, whereas the 16-7 cultivar exhibited higher Cd concentrations in the organelles. Moreover, Met and Cys promoted the formation of Cd-phosphate in the roots of Jingcui 60 and Cd-oxalate in the 16-7 cultivar, respectively. Further analysis showed that exogenous Cys inhibited Cd transport to the xylem by downregulating the expression of HMA2 in the roots of both cultivars, and HMA4 in the 16-7 cultivar. The perennial herb Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai (Ranunculaceae) has been utilized as a traditional oriental medicine in China for numerous years. The principal pharmacological constituent of A. sinomontanum, lappaconitine (LA), exhibits analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-arrhythmic, and anti-epileptic activities. Due to its potent efficacy and non-addictive nature, LA is widely utilized in the management of cancer pain and postoperative analgesia. This review encompasses the research advancements pertaining to LA including extraction methods, separation techniques, pharmacological properties, chemical modifications, and clinical applications. Nitrogen is the primary nutrient for plants. Low nitrogen generally affects plant growth and fruit quality. Melon, as an economic crop, is highly dependent on nitrogen. However, the response mechanism of its self-rooted and grafted seedlings to low-nitrogen stress has not been reported previously. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the transcriptional differences between self-rooted and grafted seedlings under low-nitrogen stress using fluorescence characterization and RNA-Seq analysis. It was shown that low-nitrogen stress significantly inhibited the fluorescence characteristics of melon self-rooted seedlings. Analysis of differentially expressed genes showed that the synthesis of genes related to hormone signaling, such as auxin and brassinolide, was delayed under low-nitrogen stress. Oxidative stress response, involved in carbon and nitrogen metabolism, and secondary metabolite-related differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were significantly down-regulated. It can be seen that low-nitrogen stress causes changes in many hormonal signals in plants, and grafting can alleviate the damage caused by low-nitrogen stress on plants, ameliorate the adverse effects of nitrogen stress on plants, and help them better cope with environmental stresses. Transparent films with excellent antibacterial properties and strong mechanical properties are highly sought after in packaging applications. In this study, Ag/SiO2 nanoparticles were introduced into a mixed solution of chitosan (CS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and a Ag/SiO2-CS-PVA transparent film was developed. The excellent properties of the film were confirmed by light transmittance, water contact angle tests and tensile tests. In addition, for the antibacterial test, the antibacterial properties of the sample against Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli) and Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) were explored, and the average size of the bacteriostatic circle was measured by the cross method. Ubiquitin modification and alternative polyadenylation play crucial roles in the onset and progression of cancer. Hence, this study aims to comprehensively and deeply understand gene regulation and associated biological processes in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) by integrating both mechanisms. Alternative polyadenylation (APA)-related E3 ubiquitin ligases in LUAD were identified through multiple databases, and the association between selected genetic loci influencing gene expression (apaQTL-SNPs) and LUAD risk were evaluated through the GWAS database of the Female Lung Cancer Consortium in Asia (FLCCA). Subsequently, the interaction between RNF213 and ZBTB20, as well as their functional mechanisms in LUAD, were investigated using bioinformatics analysis, Western blot, co-immunoprecipitation, and colony formation experiments. A total of five apaQTL-SNPs (rs41301932, rs4494603, rs9890400, rs56066320, and rs41301932), located on RNF213, were significantly associated with LUAD risk (p < 0.05), and they inhibit tumor growth through ubiquitin-mediated degradation of ZBTB20. The benzofuran core inhibitors HCV-796, BMS-929075, MK-8876, compound 2, and compound 9B exhibit good pan-genotypic activity against various genotypes of NS5B polymerase. To elucidate their mechanism of action, multiple molecular simulation methods were used to investigate the complex systems of these inhibitors binding to GT1a, 1b, 2a, and 2b NS5B polymerases. The calculation results indicated that these five inhibitors can not only interact with the residues in the palm II subdomain of NS5B polymerase, but also with the residues in the palm I subdomain or the palm I/III overlap region. Interestingly, the binding of inhibitors with longer substituents at the C5 position (BMS-929075, MK-8876, compound 2, and compound 9B) to the GT1a and 2b NS5B polymerases exhibits different binding patterns compared to the binding to the GT1b and 2a NS5B polymerases. The interactions between the para-fluorophenyl groups at the C2 positions of the inhibitors and the residues at the binding pockets, together with the interactions between the substituents at the C5 positions and the residues at the reverse β-fold (residues 441–456), play a key role in recognition and the induction of the binding. With the advent of large-scale data, the demand for information is increasing, which makes signal sampling technology and digital processing methods particularly important. The utilization of 1-bit compressive sensing in sparse recovery has garnered significant attention due to its cost-effectiveness in hardware implementation and storage. In this paper, we first leverage the minimax concave penalty equipped with the least squares to recover a high-dimensional true signal x ∈ R p with k-sparse from n-dimensional 1-bit measurements and discuss the regularization by combing the nonconvex sparsity-inducing penalties. Moreover, we give an analysis of the complexity of the method with minimax concave penalty in certain conditions and derive the general theory for the model equipped with the family of sparsity-inducing nonconvex functions. Then, our approach employs a data-driven Newton-type method with stagewise steps to solve the proposed method.
