Simple Summary: We constructed a high-quality genome assembly of Eupleurogrammus muticus at the chromosomal level using PacBio SMRT, Illumina Nova-Seq, and Hi-C technologies. By combining genomic annotation, comparative genomic analyses, and species attribute information, we identified many candidate genes related to the whip-like tail, innate immunity, and DNA repair of E. muticus, and determined the evolutionary relationship and divergence time between E. muticus and related species. These findings provide important genomic resources for exploring the genetic mechanisms underlying the unique characteristics of E. muticus and fishery resource conservation. Smallhead hairtail (Eupleurogrammus muticus) is an important marine economic fish distributed along the northern Indian Ocean and the northwest Pacific coast; however, little is known about the mechanism of its genetic evolution. This study generated the first genome assembly of E. muticus at the chromosomal level using a combination of PacBio SMRT, Illumina Nova-Seq, and Hi-C technologies. The final assembled genome size was 709.27 Mb, with a contig N50 of 25.07 Mb, GC content of 40.81%, heterozygosity rate of 1.18%, and repetitive sequence rate of 35.43%. E. muticus genome contained 21,949 protein-coding genes (97.92% of the genes were functionally annotated) and 24 chromosomes. There were 143 expansion gene families, 708 contraction gene families, and 4888 positively selected genes in the genome. Based on the comparative genomic analyses, we screened several candidate genes and pathways related to whip-like tail formation, innate immunity, and DNA repair in E. muticus. These findings preliminarily reveal some molecular evolutionary mechanisms of E. muticus at the genomic level and provide important reference genomic data for the genetic studies of other trichiurids. As very fragile natural ecological areas, the spatiotemporal ecological environment (EE) analysis of World Natural Heritage Sites (WNHSs) is particularly important for their conservation and sustainable development. Timely, objective and quantitative evaluation of the spatiotemporal EE change characteristics of WNHSs is of great significance for ecological, environmental protection and government policy formulation. This study quantitatively evaluates the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of the EE of the Kalajun–Kuerdening WNHS by selecting the Remote Sensing Ecological Environment Index (RSEI) for 2006, 2011, 2016 and 2021. We studied the spatiotemporal differences of the EE in buffer zones and nominated sites in the heritage sites and their change patterns and trends. The EE changes and land use changes from 2006–2011, 2011–2016 and 2016–2021 were overlaid and analyzed to explore the relationship between EE evolution and land use changes in the heritage site. The results show that (1) the heritage site was in a state of ecological change equilibrium from 2006 to 2011, and a form of slight decline in EE quality from 2011 to 2016 under the influence of natural factors, but it maintained a stable state with a small degree of fluctuation, and a state of ecological change recovery from 2016 to 2021. The areas with better EE grades were located in the northwest region (Kalajun) and northeast region (Kuerdening) of the heritage site. (2) The EE grade change in the heritage site shows the characteristics of neighborhood change without a large number of leap changes. (3) From 2006 to 2021, the EE quality in the nominated site was better than that of the buffer zone, but from 2016 onward, the difference between the two gradually decreased until 2021. The average EE quality was basically the same until 2021, but, spatially, the EE quality of most areas in the buffer zone was better than that in the nominated area. (4) The types of land use transformation that caused EE enhancement in the heritage sites were barren–grassland, snow/ice–barren and barren–snow/ice, while the types of land use transformation that caused EE quality reduction were grassland–barren and barren–snow/ice. The results of this study help improve the knowledge of the EE background of the WNHS and its evolutionary process and provide scientific guidance for ecologically related decision making and management of global natural heritage sites. Savalani hairtail Lepturacanthus savala is a widely distributed fish along the Indo-Western Pacific coast, and contributes substantially to trichiurid fishery resources worldwide. In this study, the first chromosome-level genome assembly of L. savala was obtained by PacBio SMRT-Seq, Illumina HiSeq, and Hi-C technologies. The final assembled L. savala genome was 790.02 Mb with contig N50 and scaffold N50 values of 19.01 Mb and 32.77 Mb, respectively. The assembled sequences were anchored to 24 chromosomes by using Hi-C data. Combined with RNA sequencing data, 23,625 protein-coding genes were predicted, of which 96.0% were successfully annotated. In total, 67 gene family expansions and 93 gene family contractions were detected in the L. savala genome. Additionally, 1825 positively selected genes were identified. Based on a comparative genomic analysis, we screened a number of candidate genes associated with the specific morphology, behaviour-related immune system, and DNA repair mechanisms in L. savala. Our results preliminarily revealed mechanisms underlying the special morphological and behavioural characteristics of L. savala from a genomic perspective. The article presents a study on the role of the microRNA (miR)-30-5p family during bovine muscle development from previous high-throughput sequencing results. The study reveals that miR-30a-5p and miR-30e-5p repress the expression of MBNL1, MBNL2 and MBNL3, whereas miR-30b-5p inhibits protein expression for MBNL1 and MBNL2. The capability of miR-30-5p to inhibit muscle cell differentiation and regulate the alternative splicing of Trim55 and INSR by targeting MBNL is tackled.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs), a class of single stranded, small (∼22 nucleotides), non-coding RNAs, play an important role in muscle development. We focused on the role of the miR-30-5p family during bovine muscle development from previous high-throughput sequencing results and analyzed their expression profiles. MHC and MyoG mRNAs expression as well as their proteins were suppressed in differentiated C2C12 cells, suggesting the importance of miR-30-5p in muscle development. MBNL, the candidate target of miR-30-5p, is an alternative splicing regulation factor. MBNL1 and MBNL3 have opposite effects on muscle differentiation. Our results confirmed that miR-30a-5p and miR-30e-5p repress the expression of MBNL1, MBNL2 and MBNL3, whereas miR-30b-5p inhibits MBNL1 and MBNL2 expression. This provides direct evidence that MBNL expression can be flexibly regulated by miR-30-5p. Previous studies showed that MBNL1 promotes exon inclusion of two muscle-related genes (Trim55 and INSR). Through RNA splicing studies, we found that miR-30-5p had an effect on their alternative splicing, which means miR-30-5p via MBNL1 could be integrated into muscle signaling pathways in which INSR or Trim55 are located. In conclusion, miR-30-5p could inhibit muscle cell differentiation and regulate the alternative splicing of Trim55 and INSR by targeting MBNL. SARS-CoV-2 as a zoonotic virus has significantly affected daily life and social behavior since its outbreak in late 2019. The concerns over its transmission through different media directly or indirectly have evoked great attention about the survival of SARS-CoV-2 virions in the environment and its potential infection of other animals. To evaluate the risk of infection by SARS-CoV-2 and to counteract the COVID-19 disease, extensive studies have been performed to understand SARS-CoV-2 biogenesis and its pathogenesis. This review mainly focuses on the molecular architecture of SARS-CoV-2, its potential for infecting marine animals, and the prospect of drug discovery using marine natural products to combat SARS-CoV-2. The main purposes of this review are to piece together progress in SARS-CoV-2 functional genomic studies and antiviral drug development, and to raise our awareness of marine animal safety on exposure to SARS-CoV-2. Timber structures have been widely used due to their low-cost and environmental-friendly properties. It is essential to monitor connection damage to ensure the stability and safety of entire timber structures since timber connection damage may induce catastrophic incidents if not detected in a timely manner. However, the current investigations on timber connections focus on mechanical properties and failure modes, and the damage detection of timber connection receives rare attention. Therefore, in this paper, we investigate the damage detection of four common timber connections (i.e., the screw connection, the bolt connection, the decussation connection, and the tooth plate connection) by using the active sensing method. The active sensing method was implemented by using a pair of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) transducers: one PZT patch is used as an actuator to generate stress waves, and the other works as a sensor to detect stress waves after propagating across the timber connection. Based on the wavelet packet energy analysis, the signal energy levels of received stress waves under different damage extent are quantified. Finally, by comparing the signal energy between the intact status and the damage status of the timber connection, we find that the energy attenuates with increasing severity of the connection damage. Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is known to be a promising treatment for resistant depression, which acts via the serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) system in the infralimbic prefrontal cortex (ILPFC). Previous study revealed that dysfunction of brain 5-HT homeostasis is related to a valproate (VPA)-induced rat autism spectrum disorder (ASD) model. Whether ILPFC DBS rescues deficits in VPA-induced offspring through the 5-HT system is not known. Using VPA-induced offspring, we therefore explored the effect of DBS in autistic phenotypes and further investigated the underlying mechanism. Using combined behavioral and molecular approaches, we observed that applying DBS and 5-HT1A receptor agonist treatment with 8-hydroxy-2-(di-n-propylamino)tetralin (8-OH-DPAT) reversed sociability deficits, anxiety and hyperactivity in the VPA-exposed offspring. We then administered the selective 5-HT1A receptor antagonist N-[2-[4-(2-Methoxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]ethyl]-N-2-pyridinylcyclohexanecarboxamide maleate (WAY 100635), following which the effect of DBS in terms of improving autistic behaviors was blocked in the VPA-exposed offspring. Furthermore, we found that both 8-OH-DPAT and DBS treatment rescued autistic behaviors by decreasing the expressions of NR2B subunit of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors (NMDARs) and the β3 subunit of γ-aminobutyric acid type A receptors (GABAAR) in the PFC region. Simple Summary: The VGH-TAYLOR study comprised a subgroup of early-stage breast cancer patients. Targeted sequencing was performed for both fresh-frozen paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue and plasma. Common genes interrogated by both platforms were identified, and the concordance between paired targeted sequencing results from the same individual is reported. Only one-quarter of breast cancers were concordant between tumor and liquid biopsy from the same subject. Early-stage breast cancer might shed less circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) from the tumor and compromise the detectability of liquid biopsy. In this study, we evaluated the concordance of targeted sequencing between paired ctDNA and matched tumor samples from early breast cancers treated with curative intention. Molecular profiling was performed using the Oncomine Comprehensive Assay v3 and the Oncomine Breast cfDNA Assay v2. The liquid biopsy detection rate was 39% (all-stage breast cancers, n = 612). Among 246 early-stage patients assayed for both ctDNA and matched tumor, the cfDNA assay detected 73 (29.6%) and the comprehensive assay detected 201 (81.7%) breast cancers with at least one alteration (χ2 test, p = 0.001). In total, 67 (25.6%) cases tested positive on both platforms, while the cfDNA and comprehensive assays detected an additional 10 (4%) and 138 (56%) cases, respectively. The most prevalent mutant genes were TP53 (68.3%) and KRAS (53.5%), while the PIK3CA (39.4%), AKT1 (45.9%), and ERBB2 (17.1%) mutations constituted biomarkers for FDA-approved therapeutics. Our study showed that tumor tissue should be the source of actionable mutation detection for early breast cancers, considering that the concordance rate between tumor and liquid biopsy was only one-quarter. Galectins are proteins that play a crucial role in the innate immune response against pathogenic microorganisms. Previous studies have suggested that Galectin-3 could be a candidate gene for antibacterial immunity in the large yellow croaker Larimichthys crocea. In this study, we cloned the Galectin-3 gene in the large yellow croaker, and named it LcGal-3. The deduced amino acid sequence of LcGal-3 contains a carbohydrate recognition domain with two conserved β-galactoside binding motifs. Quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis revealed that LcGal-3 was expressed in all the organs/tissues that were tested, with the highest expression level in the gill. In Larimichthys crocea kidney cell lines, LcGal-3 protein was distributed in both the cytoplasm and nucleus. Moreover, we found that the expression of LcGal-3 was significantly upregulated upon infection with Pseudomonas plecoglossicida, as demonstrated by qRT-PCR analyses. We also purified the LcGal-3 protein that was expressed in prokaryotes, and found that it has the ability to agglutinate large yellow croaker red blood cells in a Ca2+-independent manner. The agglutination activity of LcGal-3 was inhibited by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) in a concentration-dependent manner, as shown in the sugar inhibition test. Additionally, LcGal-3 exhibited agglutination and antibacterial activities against three Gram-negative bacteria, including P. plecoglossicida, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Vibrio harveyi. Furthermore, we studied the agglutination mechanism of the LcGal-3 protein using blood coagulation tests with LcGal-3 deletion and point mutation proteins. Our results indicate that LcGal-3 protein plays a critical role in the innate immunity of the large yellow croaker, providing a basis for further studies on the immune mechanism and disease-resistant breeding in L. crocea and other marine fish. Galectins are proteins that are involved in the innate immune response against pathogenic microorganisms. In the present study, the gene expression pattern of galectin-1 (named as NaGal-1) and its function in mediating the defense response to bacterial attack were investigated. The tertiary structure of NaGal-1 protein consists of homodimers and each subunit has one carbohydrate recognition domain. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis indicated that NaGal-1 was ubiquitously distributed in all the detected tissues and highly expressed in the swim-bladder of Nibea albiflora, and its expression could be upregulated by the pathogenic Vibrio harveyi attack in the brain. Expression of NaGal-1 protein in HEK 293T cells was distributed in the cytoplasm as well as in the nucleus. The recombinant NaGal-1 protein by prokaryotic expression could agglutinate red blood cells from rabbit, Larimichthys crocea, and N. albiflora. The agglutination of N. albiflora red blood cells by the recombinant NaGal-1 protein was inhibited by peptidoglycan, lactose, D-galactose, and lipopolysaccharide in certain concentrations. In addition, the recombinant NaGal-1 protein agglutinated and killed some gram-negative bacteria including Edwardsiella tarda, Escherichia coli, Photobacterium phosphoreum, Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Aeromonas veronii. Simple Summary: Whether neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radiofrequency ablation, a new therapeutic modality, may achieve a similar prognosis to neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by hepatectomy has yet to be explored. A total of 190 colorectal liver metastases patients met the inclusion criteria. The 3-year progression-free survival in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by liver resection and neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by the radiofrequency ablation groups was 38.8% vs. 55.3%. Compared with the neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by hepatectomy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radiofrequency ablation has the characteristics of rapid recovery, lower progression rate, and fewer complications. Background: Most colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) are not candidates for liver resection. Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) plays a key role in selected CRLM patients. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) followed by liver resection has been widely used for resectable CRLM. Whether NAC followed by radiofrequency ablation (RFA) can achieve a similar prognosis to NAC followed by hepatectomy remains is unclear. The present study aimed to provide a new treatment modality for CRLM patients. Methods: This comparative retrospective research selected CRLM patients from 2009 to 2022. They were divided into NAC + RFA group and NAC + hepatectomy group. The propensity score matching (PSM) was used to reduce bias. We used multivariate cox proportional hazards regression analysis to explore independent factors affecting prognosis. The primary study endpoint was the difference in the progression-free survival (PFS) between the two groups. Results: A total of 190 locally curable CRLM patients were in line with the inclusion criteria. A slight bias was detected in the comparison of basic clinical characteristics between the two groups. RFA showed a significant advantage in the length of hospital stay (median; 2 days vs. 7 days; p < 0.001). The 1- and 3-year PFS in the liver resection and the RFA groups was 57.4% vs. 86.9% (p < 0.001) and 38.8% vs. 55.3% (p = 0.035), respectively. The 1-year and 3-year OS in the liver resection and RFA groups was 100% vs. 96.7% (p = 0.191) and 73.8% vs. 73.6% (p = 0.660), respectively. Simple Summary: At the time of diagnosis, many gastric cancer (GC) patients were often found to have reached an advanced stage, with a five-year overall survival rate of less than 30%. Therefore, a better understanding of the underlying mechanism of GC metastasis is essential for developing novel and effective treatments. The aim of this study was to assess the role of lncRNAs in GC metastasis. We confirmed that LINC01537 promoted the proliferation, invasion, and migration of GC cells in vitro, and promoted tumorigenesis and metastasis in vivo. Mechanistically, LINC01537 stabilizes RIPK4 by reducing the binding of RIPK4 to TRIM25, and reducing its ubiquitination degradation, thereby promoting the expression of the NF-κB signaling pathway. Many studies reported that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a critical role in gastric cancer (GC) metastasis and tumorigenesis. However, the underlying mechanisms of lncRNAs in GC remain unexplored to a great extent. LINC01537 expression level was detected using quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Its biological roles in GC were then investigated using functional experiments. In order to investigate the underlying mechanism of LINC01537 in GC, RNA pull-down, RNA immunoprecipitation, and ubiquitination assays were performed. LINC01537 was significantly overexpressed in GC tissues and associated with a poor prognosis. Functional experimental results revealed that LINC01537 promoted the proliferation, invasion, and migration of GC cells. The animal experiments revealed that LINC01537 promoted tumorigenesis and metastasis in vivo. Mechanistically, LINC01537 stabilizes RIPK4 by reducing the binding of RIPK4 to TRIM25 and reducing its ubiquitination degradation, thereby promoting the expression of the NF-κB signaling pathway. The large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea) is one of the most economically valuable mariculture fish in China. Infection of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida can cause an outbreak of "internal organ white-spot disease", which seriously affects the aquaculture of the large yellow croaker. Ubiquitylation is closely related to the post-translation modification of proteins and plays a vital role in many hosts' immune defense pathways, while the E2-binding enzyme is a key factor in ubiquitination. Our previous genome-wide association study found that the ubiquitin-binding enzyme E2G1 (designed LcUbe2g1) was one of the candidate genes related to disease resistance in large yellow croaker. In this study, we analyzed the molecular characteristics, function, and immune mechanism of the LcUbe2g1. The full-length cDNA is 812 bp, with an open reading frame of 513 bp, encoding 170 amino acid residues. The results of the RT-qPCR and immunohistochemistry analysis revealed that its transcription and translation were significantly activated by the infection of P. plecoglossicida in large yellow croaker. Immunocytochemistry experiments verified the co-localization of LcUBE2G1 and the ubiquitin proteins in the head kidney cells of large yellow croaker. Through GST pull-down, we found that LcUBE2G1 interacted with NEDD8 to co-regulate the ubiquitination process. The above results indicate that LcUBE2G1 is essential in the regulation of ubiquitination against P. plecoglossicida infection in large yellow croaker, which lays a foundation for further study on the resistance mechanism of internal organ white-spot disease. Phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetases (EC 2.7.6.1) are key enzymes in the biological synthesis of phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate and are involved in diverse developmental processes. In our previous study, the PRPS1 gene was discovered as a key disease-resistance candidate gene in yellow drum, Nibea albiflora, in response to the infection of Vibrio harveyi, through genome-wide association analysis. This study mainly focused on the characteristics and its roles in immune responses of the PRPS1 gene in yellow drum. In the present study, the NaPRPS1 gene was cloned from yellow drum, encoding a protein of 320 amino acids. Bioinformatic analysis showed that NaPRPS1 was highly conserved during evolution. Quantitative RT-PCR demonstrated that NaPRPS1 was highly expressed in the head-kidney and brain, and its transcription and translation were significantly activated by V. harveyi infection examined by RT-qPCR and immunohistochemistry analysis, respectively. Subcellular localization revealed that NaPRPS1 was localized in cytoplasm. In addition, semi-in vivo pull-down assay coupled with mass spectrometry identified myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) as an NaPRPS1-interacting patterner, and their interaction was further supported by reciprocal pull-down assay and co-immunoprecipitation. The inducible expression of MyD88 by V. harveyi suggested that the linker molecule MyD88 in innate immune response may play together with NaPRPS1 to coordinate the immune signaling in yellow drum in response to the pathogenic infection. We provide new insights into important functions of PRPS1, especially PRPS1 in the innate immunity of teleost fishes, which will benefit the development of marine fish aquaculture. The evaluation of ecological risk and the construction of ecological security patterns are significant for the conservation of World Natural Heritage sites with high outstanding universal value. This paper constructed a landscape ecological risk evaluation framework for Bayinbuluke using the three aspects of the "nature–society–landscape pattern" and a cumulative resistance surface from the risk evaluation results. The ecological sources were identified based on Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis (MSPA) and the landscape index. Finally, the Minimum Cumulative Resistance model (MCR) and gravity model were used to obtain both key ecological corridors and general ecological corridors. The results showed that: (1) the influencing factors of landscape ecological risk were, in order of strongest to weakest, landscape pattern factors, natural factors, and social factors; (2) the spatial differences in terms of landscape ecological risk within the study area could be identified. Low-risk areas were mainly concentrated in the core area, high-risk areas were mainly in the outer buffer zone, and the overall ecological risk level at Bayinbuluke was high; and (3) a total of four key corridors and ten general corridors could be constructed. Image inpainting aims to fill in corrupted regions with visually realistic and semantically plausible contents. In this paper, we propose a progressive image inpainting method, which is based on a forked-then-fused decoder network. A unit called PC-RN, which is the combination of partial convolution and region normalization, serves as the basic component to construct inpainting network. The PC-RN unit can extract useful features from the valid surroundings and can suppress incompleteness-caused interference at the same time. The forked-then-fused decoder network consists of a local reception branch, a long-range attention branch, and a squeeze-and-excitation-based fusing module. Two multi-scale contextual attention modules are deployed into the long-range attention branch for adaptively borrowing features from distant spatial positions. Progressive inpainting strategy allows the attention modules to use the previously filled region to reduce the risk of allocating wrong attention. We conduct extensive experiments on three benchmark databases: Places2, Paris StreetView, and CelebA. Qualitative and quantitative results show that the proposed inpainting model is superior to state-of-the-art works. Nowadays, the analysis of the multi-components in Chinese patent medicine prescriptions is being paid more attention. Therefore, in this study for the first time, a simple, rapid ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS) method was established for simultaneous determination of 18 active compounds in a Chinese patent medicine of Hu Gan tablets (HGT) from different pharmaceutical factories in China. This task has met great emerging challenges from not only structural complexities and similarities but also co-occurrence of water-soluble and fat-soluble components in HGT. UPLC-ESI-MS/MS was put forward to solve the problems. It was operated in both positive and negative mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The mobile phase was 0.1% formic acid in water (A) −0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile (B) with linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min, run for a total of 12.0 min. The optimized method used provided short analysis time and good linearity (R2 > 0.99), and intra- and inter-day precision (relative standard deviation (RSD) < 4.00%) with good accuracy (94.89–110.03%) and recovery (70.00–126.09%). In this paper, we propose a novel spatial image error concealment (EC) method based on deep neural network. Considering that the natural images have local correlation and non-local self-similarity, we use the local information to predict the missing pixels and the non-local information to correct the predictions. The deep neural network we utilize can be divided into two parts: the prediction part and the auto-encoder (AE) part. The first part utilizes the local correlation among pixels to predict the missing ones. The second part extracts image features, which are used to collect similar samples from the whole image. In addition, a novel adaptive scan order based on the joint credibility of the support area and reconstruction is also proposed to alleviate the error propagation problem. The experimental results show that the proposed method can reconstruct corrupted images effectively and outperform the compared state-of-the-art methods in terms of objective and perceptual metrics. Magnetic-Liquid Double Suspension Bearing (MLDSB) is composed of an electromagnetic supporting and a hydrostatic supporting system. Due to greater supporting capacity and static stiffness, it is appropriate for occasions of middle speed, overloading, and frequent starting. Because of the complicated structure of the supporting system, the probability and degree of static bifurcation of MLDSB can be increased by the coupling of hydrostatic force and electromagnetism force, and then the supporting capacity and operation stability are reduced. As the key part of MLDSB, the controller makes an important impact on its supporting capacity, operation stability, and reliability. Firstly, the mathematical model of MLDSB is established in the paper. Secondly, the static bifurcation point of MLDSB is determined, and the influence of parameters of the controller on singular point characteristics is analyzed. Finally, the influence of parameters of the controller on phase trajectories and basin of attraction is analyzed. The result showed that the pitchfork bifurcation will occur as proportional feedback coefficient Kp increases, and the static bifurcation point is Kp = −60.55. When Kp < −60.55, the supporting system only has one stable node (0, 0). When Kp > −60.55, the supporting system has one unstable saddle (0, 0) and two stable non-null focuses or nodes. The shape of the basin of attraction changed greatly as Kp increases from −60.55 to 30, while the outline of the basin of attraction is basically fixed as Kp increases from 30 to 80. Differential feedback coefficient Kd has no effect on the static bifurcation of MLDSB. The rotor phase trajectory obtained from theoretical simulation and experimental tests are basically consistent, and the error is due to the leakage and damping effect of the hydrostatic system within the allowable range of the engineering.
