The accurate analysis of key components of a spherical hinge structure directly affects bridge quality and safety during construction. Considering the key components of a spherical joint structure as the research object, a refined calculation model for the spherical joint is established to examine its stress using finite element analysis. The influence of design parameters on the mechanical characteristics of the spherical hinge structure is systematically analyzed. The response surface method (RSM), devised using a Box–Behnken design, is used to optimize the design of the spherical hinge structure parameters. A response surface model is established to derive the scheme of the optimized spherical hinge structure design. Moreover, by comparing the structural contact stress and rotational traction force before and after optimization, the effectiveness and necessity of the spherical hinge structure optimization are verified. The result comparison shows that the maximum contact stress and rotational traction force in the spherical hinge structure after optimization are reduced by 13.86% and 8.42%, respectively, compared with those before optimization. The relative error between the calculated and predicted values is approximately 3%, indicating that the RSM is feasible for optimizing key components of the spherical hinge structure. Its optimization effect is evident. Based on the identified optimal parameters of the spherical hinge structure, a range of recommended design parameters for the key structure of the rotating spherical hinge at different load carrying capacities is established using the interpolation method, which provides a valuable reference for engineering practice. Mitochondria are the main site of intracellular synthesis of ATP, which provides energy for various physiological activities of the cell. Cardiomyocytes have a high density of mitochondria and mitochondrial damage is present in a variety of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, we describe mitochondrial damage in mitochondrial cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury, heart failure, and drug-induced cardiotoxicity, in the context of the key roles of mitochondria in cardiac development and homeostasis. Finally, we discuss the main current therapeutic strategies aimed at alleviating mitochondrial impairment-related cardiac dysfunction, including pharmacological strategies, gene therapy, mitochondrial replacement therapy, and mitochondrial transplantation. Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a mycotoxin identified as a contaminant in grains and wine throughout the world, and convenient, rapid and sensitive detection methods for OTA have been a long-felt need for food safety monitoring. Herein, we presented a new competitive format based lateral flow strip fluorescent aptasensor for one-step determination of OTA in corn samples. Briefly, biotin-cDNA was immobilized on the surface of a nitrocellulose filter on the test line. Without OTA, Cy5-labeled aptamer combined with complementary strands formed a stable double helix. In the presence of OTA, however, the Cy5-aptamer/OTA complexes were generated, and therefore less free aptamer was captured in the test zone, leading to an obvious decrease in fluorescent signals on the test line. The test strip showed an excellent linear relationship in the range from 1 ng·mL−1 to 1000 ng·mL−1 with the LOD of 0.40 ng·mL−1, IC15 value of 3.46 ng·mL−1 and recoveries from 96.4% to 104.67% in spiked corn samples. Environmental meteorological parameters (temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.) have an important impact on short gap streamer discharge. Based on the streamer theory and particle continuity equation of gas discharge, a short gap streamer discharge simulation model is established, and the influence of environmental parameters on the dynamic development process of streamer discharge is simulated and analyzed. The short gap air gap discharge characteristics were tested in a self-made gas discharge chamber. The results show that at low humidity (relative humidity <80%), with the increase of humidity, the electron density of the streamer channel increases, the field strength of the streamer head increases, the streamer development speed speeds up, and the gap breakdown voltage decrease; At higher humidity (relative humidity >80%), with the increase of humidity, the electron density of the streamer channel decreases, the field strength of the streamer head decreases, the development speed of the streamer slows down, and the gap breakdown voltage increase. With a decrease of gas pressure, the electron density of the streamer channel decreases, the field strength of the streamer head decreases, the development speed of the streamer increases, and the gap breakdown voltage decreases; The temperature change has little effect on the streamer development process. This paper explores the impact of steel-PVA hybrid fibers (S-PVA HF) on the flexural performance of panel concrete via three-point bending tests. Crack development in the concrete is analyzed through Digital Image Correlation (DIC) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) experiments, unveiling the underlying mechanisms. The evolution of cracks in concrete is quantitatively analyzed based on fractal theory, and a predictive model for flexural strength (PMFS) is established. The results show that the S-PVA HF exhibits a synergistic effect in enhancing and toughening the concrete at multi-scale. The crack area of steel-PVA hybrid fiber concrete (S-PVA HFRC) is linearly correlated with deflection ( δ ), and it further reduces the crack development rate and crack area compared to steel fiber-reinforced concrete (SFRC). The S-PVA HF improves the proportional ultimate strength ( f L ) and residual flexural strength ( f R,j ) of concrete, and the optimal flexural performance of concrete is achieved when the steel fiber dosage is 1.0% and the PVA fiber dosage is 0.2%. The established PMFS of hybrid fiber-reinforced concrete (HFRC) can effectively predict the flexural strength of concrete.

This paper investigates the effects of steel fiber and PVA fiber hybrid blending on the compressive strength (fcc), splitting tensile strength (fts), compression energy (W1.0), and shrinkage properties of concrete. It also establishes a multi-factor crack resistance index evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to comprehensively evaluate the crack resistance of concrete. The results show that the steel-PVA hybrid fiber (S-PVA HF) further enhances fcc, fts, the compression energy, and the shrinkage suppression properties of the concrete. The crack resistance of the steel-PVA hybrid fiber concrete (S-PVA HFRC) is the best when the proportion of steel fiber is 1.0% and that of the PVA fiber is 0.2%, and it increases up to 143% compared to the baseline concrete. The established concrete crack resistance evaluation model has a certain reliability.
