Cracks inside urban underground comprehensive pipe galleries are small and their characteristics are not obvious. Due to low lighting and large shadow areas, the differentiation between the cracks and background in an image is low. Most current semantic segmentation methods focus on overall segmentation and have a large perceptual range. However, for urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery crack segmentation tasks, it is difficult to pay attention to the detailed features of local edges to obtain accurate segmentation results. A Global Attention Segmentation Network (GA-SegNet) is proposed in this paper. The GA-SegNet is designed to perform semantic segmentation by incorporating global attention mechanisms. In order to perform precise pixel classification in the image, a residual separable convolution attention model is employed in an encoder to extract features at multiple scales. A global attention upsample model (GAM) is utilized in a decoder to enhance the connection between shallow-level features and deep abstract features, which could increase the attention of the network towards small cracks. By employing a balanced loss function, the contribution of crack pixels is increased while reducing the focus on background pixels in the overall loss. This approach aims to improve the segmentation accuracy of cracks. The comparative experimental results with other classic models show that the GA SegNet model proposed in this study has better segmentation performance and multiple evaluation indicators, and has advantages in segmentation accuracy and efficiency. Salt stress affects the growth and global production of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Plant growth-promoting microbes can enhance plant resistance to abiotic stresses. In this study, we aimed to assess the inoculation of soil with Streptomyces sp. HU2014 to improve wheat tolerance to salt stress from multiple perspectives, including the interaction of the strain, the addition of NaCl, the condition of the wheat, and rhizosphere microbial communities. The results showed that the strain promoted wheat growth under NaCl stress by increasing biomass by 19.8%, total chlorophyll content by 72.1%, proline content by 152.0%, and malondialdehyde content by 106.9%, and by decreasing catalase by 39.0%, peroxidase by 1.4%, and soluble sugar by 61.6% when compared to the control. With HU2014 soil inoculation, total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total phosphorus, and Olsen phosphorus increased, whereas ammonium nitrogen and pH decreased. HU2014 inoculation and/or the addition of NaCl affected the diversity of rhizosphere bacteria, but not fungi. The structure of the microbial community differed after HU2014 inoculation, with Proteobacteria, Acidobacteriota, Bacteroidota, and unclassified fungi being the dominant phyla, and these taxa correlated with the above-mentioned soil parameters. Thus, this study provided a promising way to enhance wheat tolerance to salt stress and improve the agricultural ecological environment by using plant growth-promoting microbes. The Fusarium head blight (FHB) caused by Fusarium graminearum is one of the most important diseases threatening wheat production in China. However, the triazole sterol 14α-demethylation inhibitor (DMI), prothioconazole, is known to exhibit high activity against F. graminearum. The current study indicated that three highly resistant laboratory mutants exhibited significantly (p < 0.05) altered growth and sporulation, although contrary to expectation, only one of the mutants exhibited reduced growth and sporulation, while the other two exhibited significant (p < 0.05) increases. Despite this, pathogenicity tests revealed that all of the mutants exhibited significantly (p < 0.05) reduced pathogenicity, indicating a substantial cost to fitness. Sequence analysis of the prothioconazole target protein, CYP51, of which F. graminearum has three homologues (FgCYP51A, FgCYP51B, and FgCYP51C), identified three mutations in the FgCYP51B sequence with a high likelihood of being associated with the observed resistance, as well as another three mutations in the FgCYP51B sequence, and two in the FgCYP51A sequence that are worthy of further investigation. Two of the prothioconazole-resistant mutants were also found to have several amino acid substitutions in their FgCYP51C sequences, and it was interesting to note that these two mutants exhibited significantly (p < 0.05) reduced pathogenicity compared to the other mutant. Expression analysis revealed that prothioconazole treatment (0.1 μg/mL) resulted in altered expression of all the FgCYP51 target genes, and that expression was also altered in the prothioconazole-resistant mutants compared to their wild-type parental isolates. Meanwhile, no evidence was found of any cross-resistance between prothioconazole and other commonly used fungicides, including carbendazim, pyraclostrobin, and fluazinam, as well as the triazole tebuconazole and the imidazole DMI prochloraz. Taken together, these results not only provide new insight into potential resistance mechanism in F. graminearum, and the biological characteristics associated with them, but also convincing evidence that prothioconazole can offer effective control of FHB. MicroRNA (miRNA) plays a crucial role in the interactions between plants and pathogens, and identifying disease-related miRNAs could help us understand the mechanisms underlying plant disease pathogenesis and breed resistant varieties. However, the role of miRNA in wheat defense responses remains largely unexplored. The miR397 family is highly conserved in plants and involved in plant development and defense response. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the function of tae-miR397 in wheat resistance to powdery mildew. The expression pattern analysis revealed that tae-miR397 expression was higher in young leaves than in other tissues and was significantly decreased in wheat Bainong207 leaves after Blumeria graminis (Bgt) infection and chitin treatment. Additionally, the expression of tae-miR397 was significantly down-regulated by salicylic acid and induced under jasmonate treatment. The overexpression of tae-miR397 in common wheat Bainong207 enhanced the wheat's susceptibility to powdery mildew in the seedling and adult stages. The rate of Bgt spore germination and mycelial growth in transgenic wheat plants overexpressing tae-miR397 was faster than in the untransformed wild-type plants. The target gene of tae-miR397 was predicted to be a wound-induced protein (Tae-WIP), and the function was investigated. We demonstrated that silencing of Tae-WIP via barley-stripe-mosaic-virus-induced gene silencing enhanced wheat's susceptibility to powdery mildew. qRT-PCR indicated that tae-miR397 regulated wheat immunity by controlling pathogenesis-related gene expressions. Moreover, the transgenic plants overexpressing tae-miR397 exhibited more tillers than the wild-type plants. L-phenylalanine is an important aromatic amino acid that is widely used in the area of feed, food additives, and pharmaceuticals. Among the different strategies of L-phenylalanine synthesis, direct microbial fermentation from raw substrates has attracted more and more attention due to its environment friendly process and low-cost raw materials. In this study, a rational designed recombinant Escherichia coli was constructed for L-phenylalanine production. Based on wild type E. coli MG1655, multilevel engineering strategies were carried out, such as directing more carbon flux into the L-phenylalanine synthetic pathway, increasing intracellular level of precursors, blocking by-product synthesis pathways and facilitating the secretion of L-phenylalanine. During 5 L fed batch fermentation, recombinant E. coli MPH-3 could produce 19.24 g/L of L-phenylalanine with a yield of 0.279 g/g glucose. The citrate industry has a wide range of applications in food, pharmaceutical, and other fields. As a common class of food additives and functional supplements with tremendous development potential and strong core competitiveness, particles with good powder characteristics and functionalization are becoming one of the primary directions in the evolution of citrate into the high-end market. This article reviews the primary citrate crystallization techniques and examines the fundamental citrate crystallization mechanisms by describing citrate nucleation and growth during the industrial crystallization process. A variety of citrate hydrates are also summarized. The primary control conditions of the three essential product indices of purity, particle size, and grain shape are established. The need to take into account the density, fluidity, caking resistance, dissolution rate, suspension, bioavailability, and other indices of products is highlighted, along with applications for products that meet the purity and particle size requirements. While summarizing industrial citrate crystallization equipment, this paper also discusses the beneficial effect of continuous crystallization in achieving industrialization. Finally, the future development of citrate crystals is anticipated, and it is suggested that the combination of basic research and application research should be strengthened to explore the new application field of citrate crystals, and the automation and intelligence of the crystal preparation process should be realized as far as possible. Ginkgo leaf blight, one of the most economically important ginkgo diseases, has become very prevalent in many places in China. Flavonoids and endophytes are both considered important in ginkgo plant functioning. However, little is known about the potential relationships among ginkgo leaf blight pathogens, flavonoid accumulation profiles in infected leaves, and ginkgo leaf endophytes. In this study, the flavonoid accumulation profiles in infected leaves, pathogens of ginkgo leaf blight, and the endophytes of healthy ginkgo leaves were characterized. The levels of total flavonoids in the healthy parts of the infected leaves were significantly higher than those in the healthy leaves. Furthermore, Alternaria tenuissima, Botryosphaeria dothidea, and Dothiorella gregaria were identified as pathogens of ginkgo leaf blight; among them, A. tenuissima was the major pathogen. The in vitro experiments showed that flavonoids (apigenin, luteolin, and kaempferol) could significantly inhibit the growth of one or more pathogens at a concentration of 10 mg/L. Furthermore, fifty-six ginkgo leaf endophytic fungi (GLEF) from healthy ginkgo plants were isolated and characterized. Among them, Alternaria spp. were the most abundant, and GLEF55 shared the same ITS sequence with the pathogen Alternaria tenuissima. Thereafter, four flavonoid-producing endophytes were selected and their effects on the growth of pathogens were evaluated. The extracts of GLEF55 could significantly inhibit the growth of the pathogens B. dothidea and D. gregaria simultaneously in vitro, but not the growth of the pathogen A. tenuissima. Furthermore, the dual cultures of the candidate GLEF and ginkgo leaf blight pathogens revealed that GLEF55 had a similar growth rate to that of A. tenuissima and D. gregaria, but its growth rate was significantly slower than that of B. dothidea. Finally, the GLEF exhibited variable roles when facing pathogens in ginkgo leaves. Among them, GLEF55 showed similar pathogenicity as the pathogen A. tenuissima when they were dually cultured in ginkgo leaves. By contrast, GLEF17 (an uncultured soil fungus) could significantly counteract the pathogenic effects of A. tenuissima and D. gregaria, but it dramatically exacerbated the pathogenic effects of B. dothidea. Larger lesion areas were observed on the side of ginkgo leaves where GLEF39 (Alternaria sp.) or GLEF54 (Aspergillus ruber) and pathogens were simultaneously inoculated, which suggested that the pathogenicity of specific endophytic fungi occurred when plants were wounded. Overall, A. tenuissima, a major pathogen of ginkgo leaf blight, might lurk inside the plants as a friendly endogenous fungus and convert into a hostilely pathogenic mode at a particular time. This study focuses on the development of more cropping systems in response to global warming and food security concerns. A two-year field experiment (2017–2018) was conducted to investigate the effects of greenhouse gases (GHGs), soil environmental factors and yield on traditional double-cropping rice (DR), maize rice (MR) and ratooning rice (Rr). The results showed a significant annual effect of temperature and rainfall on GHG emissions under different cropping systems. Annual CH4 emissions under MR and Rr were significantly lower than under DR. Compared to DR, the highest cumulative N2O emissions were observed in MR (14.9 kg·ha−1) with a reduction of 23.7% in Rr. In addition, the upland crops significantly reduced CH4 emissions for late rice, while N2O emissions increased by 20.6%. Compared with DR and Rr, global warming potential (GWP) and greenhouse gas intensity (GHGI) were significantly lower for MR (p < 0.05). Meanwhile, the annual yield of MR (16.40 t·ha−1) was 8.1% and 2.4% higher than that of DR and Rr, respectively. This study further found that soil temperature and NH4+-N content were positively correlated with CH4 and N2O emissions, and soil moisture was positively correlated with N2O emission. Ginkgo tea and ginkgo wine are two familiar Ginkgo biloba leaf extract (GBE) drinks in the form of dietary supplements (DS) used for healthcare in east Asia. Nevertheless, a comprehensive evaluation of their safety and efficacy is still lacking. In this study, GBE drinks were prepared from naturally newly senescent yellow leaves (YL) and green leaves (GL) in autumn. Their total flavonoids, antioxidant capacity and prescribed ingredients were investigated. In brief, the proportions of total flavonoids, total flavonol glycosides (TFs), total terpene trilactones (TTLs) and ginkgolic acids in the GBE drinks all did not meet the standards of worldwide pharmacopoeias. Specifically, the levels of TFs in the ginkgo tea prepared from YL were significantly higher than that prepared from GL. Further analyses revealed a substandard ratio of isorhamnetin/quercetin and an accumulation of leaf-age-related compounds, which were both unqualified. The proportions of specific TTLs varied between the ginkgo tea and ginkgo wine, although no significant differences were detected in terms of the total levels of TTLs. Noticeably, numerous biflavones and thousands of times over the limiting concentration of ginkgolic acids, including newly identified types, were only detected in ginkgo wine. Finally, the use of the GBE drinks as DSs was comprehensively evaluated according to the acceptable daily intake. The construction of excellent surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrates needs rationally designed architectures of noble metals or semiconductors. In this study, Ag nanoparticles (NPs) are densely and uniformly synthesized on the surfaces of black-titanium dioxide (b-TiO2) NPs through a facile two-step photocatalysis method. The b-TiO2 improved the utilization efficiency of natural sunlight by the extension of light absorption from the ultraviolet (UV) to the visible (Vis) region. First, Ag seeds were densely grown in a short time on the surfaces of b-TiO2 NPs under the irradiation of UV light. Then, Ag NPs were grown slowly and uniformly from the Ag seeds under the irradiation of Vis light. The as-prepared Ag/b-TiO2 with high sensitivity achieved a limit of detection as low as 10−12 M for rhodamine 6G. Meanwhile, the substrate showed reusability due to the high photocatalytic ability of b-TiO2. The Ag/b-TiO2 SERS substrate achieves SERS detections of organic pollutants, such as hydroquinone, p-phenylenediamine, and terephthalic acid, indicating that this substrate possesses potential applications in food safety and environmental monitoring. A flexible and stretchable electrode based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-Ag nanosheet composite with low resistance and stable properties has been investigated. Under the synergistic effect of the excellent flexibility and stretchability of PDMS and the excellent electrical conductivity of Ag nanosheets, the electrode possesses a resistivity as low as 4.28 Ωm, a low resistance variation in the 0–50% strain range, a stable electrical conductivity over 1000 cycles, and a rapid recovery ability after failure caused by destructive large stretching. Moreover, the conductive mechanism of the flexible electrode during stretching is explained by combining experimental tests, theoretical models of contact point-tunneling effect, and finite element simulation. This research provides a simple and effective solution for the structure design and material selection of flexible electrodes, and an analytical method for the conductive mechanism of stretchable electrodes, which has potential for applications in flexible electronic devices, smart sensing, wearable devices, and other fields. To overcome the difficulty of extracting the feature frequency of early bearing faults, this paper proposes an adaptive feature extraction scheme. First, the improved intrinsic time-scale decomposition, proposed in this paper, is used as a noise reduction method. Then, we use the adaptive composite quantum morphology analysis method, also proposed in this paper, to perform an adaptive demodulation analysis on the signal, and finally, extract the fault characteristics in the envelope spectrum. Slip is one of the most common forms of failure in aviation bearings, and it can pose a great threat to the stable operation of aviation bearings. Bearing cage speed monitoring methods based on weak magnetic detection can achieve nondestructive measurements. However, the method suffers from solid signal background noise due to the high sensitivity of the sensor. Therefore, in this paper, an adaptive stochastic resonance algorithm was proposed in response to the characteristics of the weak magnetic detection signal and the problem of solid noise. In addition, by adaptively adjusting the coefficients of the stochastic resonance system—by an improved moth flame optimization algorithm—the drawback in which the stochastic resonance method required artificially set parameters for extracting the feature frequencies of the weak magnetic signals was solved. In this process, we used parameters, such as general refined composite multi-scale sample entropy, as the adaptation function of the optimization algorithm. The multisource information fusion technique is currently one of the common methods for rolling bearing fault diagnosis. However, the current research rarely fuses information from the data of different sensors. At the same time, the dispersion itself in the VAE method has asymmetric characteristics, which can enhance the robustness of the system. Therefore, in this paper, the information fusion method of the variational autoencoder (VAE) and random forest (RF) methods are targeted for subsequent lifetime evolution analysis. This fusion method achieves, for the first time, the simultaneous monitoring of acceleration signals, weak magnetic signals and temperature signals of rolling bearings, thus improving the fault diagnosis capability and laying the foundation for subsequent life evolution analysis and the study of the fault–slip correlation. Drawing on the experimental procedure of the CWRU's rolling bearing dataset, the proposed VAERF technique was evaluated by conducting inner ring fault diagnosis experiments on the experimental platform of the self-research project. The proposed method exhibits the best performance compared to other point-to-point algorithms, achieving a classification rate of 98.19%. The early fault diagnosis of rolling bearings has always been a difficult problem due to the interference of strong noise. This paper proposes a new method of early fault diagnosis for rolling bearings with entropy participation. First, a new signal decomposition method is proposed in this paper: intrinsic time-scale decomposition based on time-varying filtering. It is introduced into the framework of complete ensemble intrinsic time-scale decomposition with adaptive noise (CEITDAN). Compared with traditional intrinsic time-scale decomposition, intrinsic time-scale decomposition based on time-varying filtering can improve frequency-separation performance. It has strong robustness in the presence of noise interference. However, decomposition parameters (the bandwidth threshold and B-spline order) have significant impacts on the decomposition results of this method, and they need to be artificially set. Aiming to address this problem, this paper proposes rolling-bearing fault diagnosis optimization based on an improved coyote optimization algorithm (COA). First, the minimal generalized refined composite multiscale sample entropy parameter was used as the objective function. Through the improved COA algorithm, optimal intrinsic time-scale decomposition parameters based on time-varying filtering that match the input signal are obtained. By analyzing generalized refined composite multiscale sample entropy (GRCMSE), whether the mode component is dominated by the fault signal is determined. The signal is reconstructed and decomposed again. Finally, the mode component with the highest energy in the central frequency band is selected for envelope spectrum variation for fault diagnosis. When early failures in rolling bearings occur, we need to be able to extract weak fault characteristic frequencies under the influence of strong noise and then perform fault diagnosis. Therefore, a new method is proposed: complete ensemble intrinsic time-scale decomposition with adaptive Lévy noise (CEITDALN). This method solves the problem of the traditional complete ensemble intrinsic time-scale decomposition with adaptive noise (CEITDAN) method not being able to filter nonwhite noise in measured vibration signal noise. Therefore, in the method proposed in this paper, a noise model in the form of parameter-adjusted noise is used to replace traditional white noise. We used an optimization algorithm to adaptively adjust the model parameters, reducing the impact of nonwhite noise on the feature frequency extraction. The experimental results for the simulation and vibration signals of rolling bearings showed that the CEITDALN method could extract weak fault features more effectively than traditional methods. A rolling bearing early fault diagnosis method is proposed in this paper, which is derived from a refined composite multi-scale approximate entropy (RCMAE) and improved coyote optimization algorithm based probabilistic neural network (ICOA-PNN) algorithm. Rolling bearing early fault diagnosis is a time-sensitive task, which is significant to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical fault system. At the same time, the early fault features are masked by strong background noise, which also brings difficulties to fault diagnosis. So, we firstly utilize the composite ensemble intrinsic time-scale decomposition with adaptive noise method (CEITDAN) to decompose the signal at different scales, and then the refined composite multi-scale approximate entropy of the first signal component is calculated to analyze the complexity of describing the vibration signal. Afterwards, in order to obtain higher recognition accuracy, the improved coyote optimization algorithm based probabilistic neural network classifiers is employed for pattern recognition. Operationalization of sustainability assessments is necessary to promote the sustainable development of agroecosystems. However, primarily, focus has been on the development of sustainability assessment tools with less attention on whether these are suitable for adoption and implementation in specific areas. This drawback could lead to inappropriate management guidance for agricultural practices. Hence, three extensively used models, i.e., the Driver–Pressure–State–Impact–Response (DPSIR) framework, ecological footprint (EF), and emergy analysis (EMA), were applied to quantify the sustainability performance of the agroecosystems in 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration (YRDUA), China, in 2016. The models were compared using the Pearson correlation analysis and natural break method, to determine a more adaptive method for agricultural sustainability assessments. The level of agricultural sustainable development of each city varied according to the methodology considered for its calculation. Compared with the EMA model, the DPSIR and EF models showed a better relationship (Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.71). The DPSIR model more accurately represented regional rankings of the agricultural sustainability at the municipality level due to its comprehensive consideration of multiple dimension factors and significance for policy making. However, each methodology has its own contribution depending on the study objectives. Hence, different models should be used for adequate determination of agricultural sustainable development at different regional scales; this would also enable better implementation of agricultural practices as well as policies in any given agricultural area for promoting the sustainable development of agroecosystems. Shanghai is the major city on the north shore of Hangzhou Bay, and the administrative regions adjacent to Hangzhou Bay are the Jinshan district, Fengxian district, and Pudong new area (Nanhui district), which are the main intersection areas of manufacturing, transportation, and agriculture in Shanghai. In this paper, we collected a total of 75 topsoil samples from six different functional areas (agricultural areas (19), roadside areas (10), industrial areas (19), residential areas (14), education areas (6), and woodland areas (7)) in these three administrative regions, and the presence of 10 heavy metals (manganese(Mn), zinc(Zn), chromium(Cr), nickel(Ni), lead(Pb), cobalt(Co), cadmium(Cd), mercury(Hg), copper(Cu), and arsenic(As)) was investigated in each sample. The Nemerow pollution index (NPI), pollution load index (PLI), and potential ecological risk index (PERI) were calculated to assess the soil pollution levels. The hazard quotient (HQ) and carcinogenic risk (CR) assessment models were used to assess the human health risks posed by the concentrations of the heavy metals. The CR and HQ for adults and children in different functional areas descended in the following order: industrial areas > roadside areas > woodland areas > residential areas > education areas > agricultural areas. Nucleoside analogs are widely used for the treatment of viral diseases (Hepatitis B/C, herpes and human immunodeficiency virus, HIV) and various malignancies. ALS-8176, a prodrug of the 4′-chloromethyl-2′-deoxy-2′-fluoro nucleoside ALS-8112, was evaluated in hospitalized infants for the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), but was abandoned for unclear reasons. Based on the structure of ALS-8112, a series of novel 4′-modified-2′-deoxy-2′-fluoro nucleosides were synthesized. Newly prepared compounds were evaluated against RSV, but also against a panel of RNA viruses, including Dengue, West Nile, Chikungunya, and Zika viruses. Lightning protection for blades is one of the most important factors for the safe operation of wind turbines. In view of the differences in the designs of blade receptors, a full-scale blade receptor model was constructed on the basis of the scaling experiment of the wind turbine and electrostatic field theory. By combining the electromagnetic finite element analysis with leader discharge theory, this study analyzed and discussed the influence of the protruding height of receptors and the design of receptor types on the lightning receiving effect of the blade, and the optimum design scheme of blade receptors was proposed. According to the results of this study, the field intensity distribution on the surface of the receptor was a high-boundary and low-middle structure. The receptor easily produced an upward connection leader as the lighting junction. The electric field intensity around the receptor was substantially distorted after 4 mm protrusion, which was approximately twice the electric field intensity of a flat right-angle receptor. The convex chamfer had multiple centralized lightning stroke points compared with the convex right-angle design, thereby exhibiting better solidification and reliability at the lightning stroke area, which are conducive to protecting the blade from lightning damage. The electric field intensity of the convex fillet was similar to the chamfer, but the radius of the electric field intensity of the convex fillet was small, and the attenuation of the electric field intensity with the radius was evident. In this paper, a novel method is proposed to enhance the accuracy of fault diagnosis for rolling bearings. First, an enhanced complementary empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (ECEEMDAN) method is proposed by determining two critical parameters, namely the amplitude of added white noise (AAWN) and the ensemble trails (ET). By introducing the concept of decomposition level, the optimal AAWN can be determined by judging the mutation of mutual information (MI) between adjacent intrinsic mode functions (IMFs). Furthermore, the ET is fixed at two to reduce the computational cost. This method can avoid disturbance of the spurious mode in the signal decomposition and increase computational speed. Enhanced CEEMDAN demonstrates a more significant improvement than that of the traditional CEEMDAN. Vibration signals can be decomposed into a set of IMFs using enhanced CEEMDAN. Some IMFs, which are named intrinsic information modes (IIMs), effectively reflect the vibration characteristic. The evaluated comprehensive factor (CF), which combines the shape, crest and impulse factors, as well as the kurtosis, skewness, and latitude factor, is developed to identify the IIM. CF can retain the advantage of a single factor and make up corresponding drawbacks. Experiment results, especially for the extraction of bearing fault under variable speed, illustrate the superiority of the proposed method for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings over other methods. Effector proteins secreted by plant pathogens play important roles in promoting colonization. Blumeria effector candidate (BEC) 1019, a highly conserved metalloprotease of Blumeria graminis f. sp. hordei (Bgh), is essential for fungal haustorium formation, and silencing BEC1019 significantly reduces Bgh virulence. In this study, we found that BEC1019 homologs in B. graminis f. sp. tritici (Bgt) and Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici (Ggt) have complete sequence identity with those in Bgh, prompting us to investigate their functions. Transcript levels of BEC1019 were abundantly induced concomitant with haustorium formation in Bgt and necrosis development in Ggt-infected plants. BEC1019 overexpression considerably increased wheat susceptibility to Bgt and Ggt, whereas silencing this gene using host-induced gene silencing significantly enhanced wheat resistance to Bgt and Ggt, which was associated with hydrogen peroxide accumulation, cell death, and pathogenesis-related gene expression. Additionally, we found that the full and partial sequences of BEC1019 can trigger cell death in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves. These results indicate that Bgt and Ggt can utilize BEC1019 as a virulence effector to promote plant colonization, and thus these genes represent promising new targets in breeding wheat cultivars with broad-spectrum resistance. Phosphorus (P) deficiency is one of the main growth-limiting factors for plants. However, arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbiosis can significantly promote P uptake. Generally, PHT1 transporters play key roles in plants' P uptake, and thus, PHT1 genes have been investigated in some plants, but the regulation and functions of these genes in wheat (TaPHT1) during AM symbiosis have not been studied in depth. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of TaPHT1 genes was performed, including sequence, phylogeny, cis-elements, expression, subcellular localization and functions, to elucidate their roles in AM-associated phosphate transport and immunity. In total, 35 TaPHT1s were identified in the latest high-quality bread wheat genome, 34 of which were unevenly distributed on 13 chromosomes, and divided into five groups. Sequence analysis indicated that there are 11 types of motif architectures and five types of exon-intron structures in the TaPHT1 family. Duplication mode analysis indicated that the TaPHT1 family has expanded mainly through segmental and tandem duplication events, and that all duplicated gene pairs have been under purifying selection. Transcription analysis of the 35 TaPHT1s revealed that not only known the mycorrhizal-specific genes TaPht-myc, TaPT15-4B (TaPT11) and TaPT19-4D (TaPT10), but also four novel mycorrhizal-specific/inducible genes (TaPT3-2D, TaPT11-4A, TaPT29-6A, and TaPT31-7A) are highly up-regulated in AM wheat roots. Furthermore, the mycorrhizal-specific/inducible genes are significantly induced in wheat roots at different stages of infection by colonizing fungi. Transient Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation expression in onion epidermal cells showed that TaPT29-6A is a membrane-localized protein. In contrast to other AM-specific/inducible PHT1 genes, TaPT29-6A is apparently required for the symbiotic and direct Pi pathway. TaPT29-6A-silenced lines exhibited reduced levels of AM fungal colonization and arbuscules, but increased susceptibility to biotrophic, hemi-biotrophic and necrotrophic pathogens. Knowledge economy era is an era driven by innovation, mainly based on the input of intangible assets which plays decisive roles in the long-term development of enterprises. The product value of enterprises is largely determined by their intellectual capital. Therefore, as pillars of China's economy, construction enterprises must strengthen their investments in intellectual capital, and to achieve competitiveness in the market, enterprises must share knowledge with the other members of their networks. This study explores the relationship among the intellectual capital, knowledge sharing, and innovation performance of construction enterprises and the mediating effect of knowledge sharing on the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance by using data collected from a questionnaire survey. These data are analyzed along with the aforementioned relationships by using SPSS and a structural equation model. The findings indicate that intellectual capital not only has a direct positive influence on the innovation performance of construction enterprises but also positively affects their innovation performance through knowledge sharing. Originally, a rolling bearing, as a key part in rotating machinery, is a cyclic symmetric structure. When a fault occurs, it disrupts the symmetry and influences the normal operation of the rolling bearing. To accurately identify faults of rolling bearing, a novel method is proposed, which is based enhancing the mode characteristics of complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN). It includes two parts: the first is the enhancing decomposition of CEEMDAN algorithm, and the second is the identified method of intrinsic information mode (IIM) of vibration signal. For the first part, the new mode functions (CIMFs) are obtained by combing the adjacent intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and performing the corresponding Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to strengthen difference feature among IMFs. Then, probability density function (PDF) is used to estimate FFT of each CIMF to obtain overall information of frequency component. Finally, the final intrinsic mode functions (FIMFs) are obtained by proposing identified method of adjacent PDF based on geometrical similarity (modified Hausdorff distance (MHD)). FIMFs indicate the minimum amount of mode information with physical meanings and avoid interference of spurious mode in original CEEMDAN decomposing. Subsequently, comprehensive evaluate index (Kurtosis and de-trended fluctuation analysis (DFA)) is proposed to identify IIM in FIMFs. The Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) mission was designed to provide a global mapping of soil moisture (SM) measured by L-band passive and active microwave sensors. In this study, we evaluate the newly released SMAP enhanced SM products over the Tibetan Plateau by performing comparisons among SMAP standard products, in-situ observations and Community Land Model (CLM) simulations driven by high-resolution meteorological forcing. At local scales, the enhanced SMAP products, the standard products and CLM simulations all generally compare well with the in-situ observations. The SMAP products show stronger correlations (0.64–0.88) but slightly larger unbiased root mean square errors (ubRMSE, ~0.06) relative to the CLM simulations (0.58–0.79 and 0.037–0.047, for correlation and ubRMSE, respectively). At the regional scale, both SMAP products show similar spatial distributions of SM on the TP (Tibetan Plateau), although, as expected, the enhanced product provides more fine details. The SMAP enhanced product is in good agreement with model simulations with respect to temporal and spatial variations in SM over most of the TP. Regions with low correlation between SMAP enhanced products and model simulations are mainly located in the northwestern TP and regions of complex topography, where meteorological stations are sparse and non-existent or elevation is highly variable. In such remote regions, CLM simulations may be problematic due to inaccurate land cover maps and/or uncertainties in meteorological forcing. The independent, high-resolution observations provided by SMAP could help to constrain the model simulation and, ultimately, improve the skill of models in these problematic regions.
