In the global context of rural development in developing countries, the integration of digital technology into agriculture has emerged as a pivotal strategy for modernizing rural areas and boosting agricultural productivity. A focal point of policy initiatives, digital village construction aims to harness digital technology to empower rural development. Despite widespread recognition of its potential benefits for agricultural development, empirical evidence on its specific impacts, particularly on farmland scale operation, remains scarce. This study investigates the relationship between digital village construction and farmland scale operation in China, leveraging data from Sichuan Province's rural revitalization strategy and Peking University's Digital Village Index. Our analysis reveals a significant enhancement in farmland scale operation, particularly in non-poverty and non-border villages, after addressing potential endogeneity in the estimation. Mechanism analysis demonstrates that digital village construction drives scaled operation and management through improved agricultural production efficiency, the establishment of agricultural industry systems, and the advancement of agricultural engineering projects. However, its impact varies across village types, underscoring potential disparities in rural development. These findings suggest that continued investment in digital village construction is essential to stimulate rural development, focusing on leveraging digital technologies to enhance agricultural productivity and providing targeted support for remote and underserved rural areas to bridge the digital gap and foster inclusive growth. Intense work pressure and unhealthy lifestyles significantly threaten urban public health. Urban designs have quickly developed, such as the introduction of green space (GS), which has been suggested to improve public health. Prior epidemiological studies have investigated GS and mortality and have generally found potential benefits. However, these studies were primarily conducted in developed Western countries and the potential effects of GS on mortality in developing Asian countries are poorly understood. In this study, our goal was to investigate the effect of GS landscape attributes and socioeconomic conditions on all-cause mortality in 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. Nine GS variables and seven socioeconomic variables were collected. An optimal general linear model with the selected variables was established using LASSO regression to explore the direction and relative importance of GSs and socioeconomic conditions for urban public health. The results showed that (1) socioeconomic conditions and GS jointly affect all-cause mortality, (2) people with greater personal wealth suffered less health risk, and (3) regularly shaped and highly connected GSs decreased the risk to public health. Ingestion of food toxins such as aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) during pregnancy may impair fetal neurodevelopment. However, animal model results may not be accurate due to the species' differences, and testing on humans is ethically impermissible. Here, we developed an in vitro human maternal–fetal multicellular model composed of a human hepatic compartment, a bilayer placental barrier, and a human fetal central nervous system compartment using neural stem cells (NSCs) to investigate the effect of AFB1 on fetal-side NSCs. AFB1 passed through the HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma cells to mimic the maternal metabolic effects. Importantly, even at the limited concentration (0.0641 ± 0.0046 μM) of AFB1, close to the national safety level standard of China (GB-2761-2011), the mixture of AFB1 crossing the placental barrier induced NSC apoptosis. The level of reactive oxygen species in NSCs was significantly elevated and the cell membrane was damaged, causing the release of intracellular lactate dehydrogenase (p < 0.05). The comet experiment and γ-H2AX immunofluorescence assay showed that AFB1 caused significant DNA damage to NSCs (p < 0.05). The purpose of this paper is to help better understand the problem of energy poverty; to grasp the research context, evolution trends and research hotspots of energy poverty; and to find clues from research on energy poverty. In this paper, we use the scientific quantitative knowledge graph method and CiteSpace software to analyze 814 studies in the WOS (Web of Science) and CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) databases, such as a literature characteristic analysis, a core author and research institution network analysis, a research hotspot analysis, research trends and a frontier analysis. The results show that the specific connotations of energy poverty are different between developed countries and developing countries. In developed countries, energy poverty is mainly manifested in the affordability of energy consumption, while in developing countries, energy poverty is manifested in the availability of energy. The causes, impacts and solutions of energy poverty are the focus of CNKI and WOS literature, and their perspectives of the impacts and solutions are relatively consistent. However, in terms of the causes, scholars of WOS discuss the energy supply side and the demand side, while scholars of CNKI mainly analyze the energy demand side. The quantitative evaluation system of energy poverty has not been unified, which restricts the depth and breadth of energy poverty research. Topics such as the expanding scope of research objects; the interaction among energy poverty, the "two-carbon" target and other macro factors; the complex and severe energy poverty situation following the COVID-19 pandemic and the outbreak of the war in Ukraine; and the ways to solve the energy poverty problem in the context of China may become the focus of research in the future. This study provides an overview for researchers who are not familiar with the field of energy poverty, and provides reference and inspiration for future research of scholars in the field of energy poverty research. Diabetes-associated bone complications lead to fragile bone mechanical strength and osteoporosis, aggravating the disease burden of patients. Advanced evidence shows that chronic hyperglycemia and metabolic intermediates, such as inflammatory factor, reactive oxygen species (ROS), and advanced glycation end products (AGEs), are regarded as dominant hazardous factors of bone complications, whereas the pathophysiological mechanisms are complex and controversial. By establishing a diabetic Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat model and diabetic bone loss cell model in vitro, we confirmed that diabetes impaired primary cilia and led to bone loss, while adding Icariin (ICA) could relieve the inhibitions. Mechanistically, ICA could scavenge ROS to maintain the mitochondrial and primary cilia homeostasis of osteoblasts. Intact primary cilia acted as anchoring and modifying sites of Gli2, thereby activating the primary cilia/Gli2/osteocalcin signaling pathway to promote osteoblast differentiation. Antibiotic contamination in water bodies poses ecological risks to aquatic organisms and humans and is a global environmental issue. Persulfate-based advanced oxidation processes (PS-AOPs) are efficient for the removal of antibiotics. Sustainable biochar materials have emerged as potential candidates as persulfates (Peroxymonosulfate (PMS) and Peroxydisulfate (PDS)) activation catalysts to degrade antibiotics. In this review, the feasibility of pristine biochar and modified biochar (non-metal heteroatom-doped biochar and metal-loaded biochar) for the removal of antibiotics in PS-AOPs is evaluated through a critical analysis of recent research. The removal performances of biochar materials, the underlying mechanisms, and active sites involved in the reactions are studied. Lastly, sustainability considerations for future biochar research, including Sustainable Development Goals, technical feasibility, toxicity assessment, economic and life cycle assessment, are discussed to promote the large-scale application of biochar/PS technology. A sensitive simultaneous electroanalysis of phytohormones indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and salicylic acid (SA) based on a novel copper nanoparticles-chitosan film-carbon nanoparticles-multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CuNPs-CSF-CNPs-MWCNTs) composite was reported. CNPs were prepared by hydrothermal reaction of chitosan. Then the CuNPs-CSF-CNPs-MWCNTs composite was facilely prepared by one-step co-electrodeposition of CuNPs and CNPs fixed chitosan residues on modified electrode. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) were used to characterize the properties of the composite. Under optimal conditions, the composite modified electrode had a good linear relationship with IAA in the range of 0.01–50 μM, and a good linear relationship with SA in the range of 4–30 μM. The detection limits were 0.0086 μM and 0.7 μM (S/N = 3), respectively. Dalbergia sissoo is a woody plant with economic and medicinal value. As the pharmacological qualities and properties of the wood from this plant primarily depend on its extractives, in this study, the metabolomic analysis of extractives from its stems was carried out using UPLC-MS/MS. A total of 735 metabolites were detected from two groups of samples, heartwood and sapwood, with the largest number of terpenoids in type and the largest number of flavonoids in quantity. The PCA and cluster analysis showed significant differences in the metabolite composition between the two groups. The differential metabolites were mainly organic oxygen compounds, flavonoids, and isoflavones. Among the 105 differential metabolites, 26 metabolites were significantly higher in relative content in sapwood than in heartwood, while the other 79 metabolites were significantly higher in relative content in heartwood than in sapwood. KEGG metabolic pathway enrichment analysis showed that these differential metabolites were mainly enriched in three metabolic pathways: Flavonoid biosynthesis, isoflavonoid biosynthesis, and flavonoid and flavonol biosynthesis. Sensitive simultaneous electrochemical sensing of phytohormones indole-3-acetic acid and salicylic acid based on a novel poly(L-Proline) nanoparticles–carbon dots composite consisting of multiwalled carbon nanotubes was reported in this study. The poly(L-Proline) nanoparticles–carbon dots composite was facilely prepared by the hydrothermal method, and L-Proline was used as a monomer and carbon source for the preparation of poly(L-Proline) nanoparticles and carbon dots, respectively. Then, the poly(L-Proline) nanoparticles–carbon dots–multiwalled carbon nanotubes composite was prepared by ultrasonic mixing of poly(L-Proline) nanoparticles–carbon dots composite dispersion and multiwalled carbon nanotubes. Scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and linear sweep voltammetry were used to characterize the properties of the composite. poly(L-Proline) nanoparticles were found to significantly enhance the conductivity and sensing performance of the composite. Under optimal conditions, the composite-modified electrode exhibited a wide linear range from 0.05 to 25 μM for indole-3-acetic acid and from 0.2 to 60 μM for salicylic acid with detection limits of 0.007 μM and 0.1 μM (S/N = 3), respectively. The Yunnan pine (Pinus yunnanensis Franch.) is one of the primary forest vegetation types in Yunnan Province and has prominent economic value and ecological significance. Monitoring changes in Yunnan pine forests contributes to their health management. The normalized differential vegetation index (NDVI) is an essential indicator for studying regional vegetation change. Landsat images were used to analyze the NDVI changes of Yunnan pine forests in rainy and dry seasons as well as the NDVI changes of Yunnan pine forests from 2009 to 2020. The results showed that the NDVI in Yunnan pine forests showed opposite trends in the rainy and dry seasons, with an increase in the rainy season and a decrease in the dry season. The areas of NDVI decline during the rainy season are mainly located at the edges of the forest area, with very few within the forest area. The main reason for the decline in NDVI within the forest area was pests. From 2009 to 2020, the areas where NDVI increased and decreased were 92.23% and 7.77% of the pine forests, respectively. The decreasing areas were mainly located at the edges of the pine forests, with sporadic distribution within the forest areas. The drought led to a significant decline in NDVI in the forest area in 2010 and 2013. Due to the lack of protective measures, the forest area in Xijiekou Town was severely infested with pests, with complex NDVI changes and strong fluctuations, and areas of severe pest infestation could be detected by NDVI imagery. Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (pIgR)-mediated polymeric immunoglobulin A (pIgA) transcytosis across mucosal epithelial cells plays an essential role in mucosal immunity. The general trafficking process has been well investigated, yet the elaborate regulatory mechanisms remain enigmatic. We identified a new pIgR interacting protein, the Rab11 effector Rab11-FIP1. Rab11-FIP1 and Rab11-FIP5 knockdown additively impaired pIgA transcytosis in both polarized and incompletely polarized cells. Moreover, Rab11-FIP1 and Rab11-FIP5 knockdown exhibited more significant inhibitory effects on pIgA transcytosis in incompletely polarized cells than in polarized cells. Interestingly, the trafficking process of pIgA in incompletely polarized cells is distinct from that in polarized cells. In incompletely polarized cells, the endocytic pIgR/pIgA was first transported from the basolateral plasma membrane to the vicinity of the centrosome where Rab11-FIP1 and Rab11-FIP5 bound to it, before the Rab11a-positive endosomes containing pIgR/pIgA, Rab11-FIP1 and Rab11-FIP5 were further transported to the apical plasma membrane via Golgi apparatus. During the trafficking process, TRIM21 mediated the K11-linked polyubiquitination of Rab11-FIP1 and the K6-linked polyubiquitination of Rab11-FIP5 to promote their activation and pIgA transcytosis. This study indicates that polyubiquitinated Rab11-FIP1 and Rab11-FIP5 mediated by TRIM21 cooperatively facilitate pIgA transcytosis and provides new insights into the intracellular trafficking process of pIgA in incompletely polarized cells. The porous carbonaceous precursor obtained from elutrilithe by adding pitch powder and solid SiO2 was employed for the first time in an in situ hydrothermal synthesis of LSX zeolite/AC composite. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, and N2 adsorption–desorption. The optimum conditions for the hydrothermal synthesis process were set as follows: gelling, aging, and crystallization. The time and temperature required for these steps were 24 h and 65 °C, 12 h and 20 °C, and 48 h and 65 °C, respectively. The molar ratios were (Na2O + K2O)/Al3O2 = 7.7, K2O/(K2O + Na2O) = 3. The potential applicability test of the product showed high CO2 working capacity, excellent CO2/CH4 and CO2/N2 selectivity, and high phenol adsorption capacity.
