Mudanjiang is a major producer of black wood ear (Auricularia heimuer) mushrooms in China. It has been estimated that more than 1.5 million tons of spent substrates of A. heimuer (SSA) are produced each year. Most of these are discarded or burned and have become an important source of pollution, which urgently merits research to find appropriate uses for them. To explore the feasibility of SSA as a substrate for cultivating Lepista sordida mushrooms, experiments were conducted to assess the effects of the addition of 0, 40%, 73%, and 98% SSA on the days required for the mycelia to fully colonize the substrate and initiate primordia, biological efficiency (BE), yield, and composition of the chemical biomass of the L. sordida fruiting bodies. The yield of fruiting bodies with 0, 40%, 73%, and 98% SSA supplementation for three flushes was 3.90 ± 0.74 kg m−2, 4.06 ± 0.77 kg m−2, 4.03 ± 0.62 kg m−2, and 4.51 ± 0.65 kg m−2, respectively. The addition of 98% SSA significantly delayed the number of days for the mycelia to fully colonize and form primordia by 6 and 3 d, respectively. This treatment also significantly increased the yield and BE by 15.64% compared with that of the control group. The crude polysaccharide content of 25.64 ± 0.38 g 100 g−1 was higher in the samples grown on the 98% SSA substrate, which was shown to increase by 78.93% compared with that of the control substrate with 73% corn straw (14.33 ± 0.03 g 100 g−1). The content of crude protein of 51.10 ± 0.08 g 100 g−1 was higher in the samples grown on the 40% SSA substrate, which increased by 11.14% compared with the protein content of the control group. This study reveals that SSA would be a good substrate for the cultivation of L. sordida and is an efficient, promising, and cost-effective substrate additive that can improve the quality and yield of these mushrooms, while substantially reducing the problems of disposing of SSA. Could the corporate carbon information disclosure strategy influence a firm's brand value, and how does corporate carbon information affect it? Previous research mainly examines the impact of ESG information disclosure on firm value and other financial indicators, but little research has focused on the effect of carbon information on brand value. This paper focuses on the influence of corporate carbon information disclosure on brand value, and we find that it positively impacts corporate brand value. In addition, when a company chooses to adopt a more quantitative and diverse carbon information strategy, it increases its brand value. We also examine the potential mechanisms involved in how corporate carbon information disclosure influences brand value. We focus on three types of factor: analyst rating, customer attitude, and corporate financial performance, and find that higher analyst forecasts and positive customer attitudes have a positive impact on the association between the carbon information strategy and corporate brand value. In contrast, corporate financial performance provides only weak evidence. This paper empirically investigates the heterogeneous impacts of the media sentiment about policies with different themes on the real estate market in China. Based on the policy texts collected from both official and unofficial sources, we construct sentiment indices to capture the sentiment about policies with different themes, including real estate policies, fiscal policies, monetary policies, land policies, healthcare policies, household registration policies, and education policies, using text mining methods. Mediation models and GARCH models are then established to examine the impact of these sentiment indices on the real estate market. The E-GARCH model is established to examine the asymmetric effect of positive and negative sentiment on real estate market. The results show the following: (1) The real estate market in China is more affected by the policy sentiment on official media compared with the unofficial ones. (2) Policy sentiment affects the real estate price through the mediating variables of interest rate, real estate construction area, and real estate sales. (3) The impacts of sentiment with different themes on the volatility of the real estate market are heterogeneous. (4) The impacts of policy sentiment on official media are more pronounced in a tight government-policy environment than those in a loose one. Donkeys, with high economic value for meat, skin and milk production, are important livestock. However, the current insights into reproduction of donkeys are far from enough. To obtain a deeper understanding, the differential expression analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) of transcriptomic data of testicular and epididymis tissues in donkeys were performed. In the result, there were 4313 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the two tissues, including 2047 enriched in testicular tissue and 2266 in epididymis tissue. WGCNA identified 1081 hub genes associated with testis development and 6110 genes with epididymal development. Next, the tissue-specific genes were identified with the above two methods, and the gene ontology (GO) analysis revealed that the epididymal-specific genes were associated with gonad development. On the other hand, the testis-specific genes were involved in the formation of sperm flagella, meiosis period, ciliary assembly, ciliary movement, etc. In addition, we found that eca-Mir-711 and eca-Mir-143 likely participated in regulating the development of epididymal tissue. Meanwhile, eca-Mir-429, eca-Mir-761, eca-Mir-200a, eca-Mir-191 and eca-Mir-200b potentially played an important role in regulating the development of testicular tissue. Simple Summary: This study investigated the family structure, parent–child pair and inbreeding coefficient of a Tan sheep breeding farm in Ningxia, China. The results can be used as the theoretical basis for selecting excellent breeding stock and making an apposite mating plan; furthermore, it can provide an important scientific basis for the conservation and reproduction of Tan sheep germplasm resources. Tan sheep is a special breed of locally protected sheep in China, one of the best quality meat sheep in the world. Due to the unclear pedigree of the rams on the Ningxia Tan sheep breeding farm, we investigated 74 rams in the field and explored a new method for family division. Genomic DNA was extracted from the blood of breeding rams. Using Plink software, GCTA tools and R language, we analyzed the genetic structure, kinship, and inbreeding coefficient of the breeding sheep, which revealed the genetic relationship between the individuals. The results showed that there was no obvious clustering phenomenon in the PCA, and the genetic background of the samples was similar. The G matrix and IBS distance matrix indicated that most individuals were far away from each other. Paternity testing identified 24 pairs of unknown parent–child pairs, and all the Tan sheep could be divided into 12 families, which provided a reference for sheep breeding. The average inbreeding coefficient based on the ROH of this population was 0.049, so there was a low degree of inbreeding and the rams in the field were able to maintain high genetic diversity. Overall, we explored a more accurate method through paternity and kinship analysis; it provides a scientific basis for pedigree construction, which has an important application value for Tan sheep breeding. Ampelopsis grossedentata (vine tea) has been used as a detoxifying beverage in China for centuries. To systematically identify its bioactive compounds, the study adopted standards-based ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS) analysis. The analysis was conducted under a negative ion model and the data were collected using the Xcalibur 4.1 software package. Based on comparisons with authentic standards, 36 bioactive compounds were putatively identified by four parameters: retention time, molecular ion peak, MS/MS profile, and characteristic fragments. These bioactive compounds include two chromones (noreugenin and 3,5,7-trihydroxychromone), 15 flavonoids (S-eriodictyol, S-naringenin, luteolin, ampelopsin, taxifolin, myricetin, quercetin, viscidulin I, kaempferol, myricetin 3-O-galactoside, myricitrin, avicularin, quercitrin, isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, and afzelin), four phenolic acids (gallic acid, 3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzoic acid, syringic acid, and ellagic acid), five tea polyphenols (epigallocatechin, epigallocatechin gallate, gallocatechin gallate, epicatechin gallate, and catechin gallate), three chalcones (phloridzin, phloretin, and naringenin chalcone), one stilbene (polydatin), two lipids (myristic acid and ethyl stearate), one sugar (D-gluconic acid), one amino acid (L-tryptophan), one triterpenoid (oleanolic acid) and one alkaloid (jervine). Notably, the jervine identification is the first report regarding the occurrence of alkaloid in the plant. Two chromones may be the parent skeleton to biosynthesize the flavonoid in A. grossedentata. Twinning trait in donkeys is an important manifestation of high fecundity, but few reports are available elucidating its genetic mechanism. To explore the genetic mechanism underlying the twin colt trait in Dezhou donkeys, DNA from 21 female Dezhou donkeys that had birthed single or twin colts were collected for whole-genome resequencing. FST, θπ and Tajima's D were used to detect the selective sweeps between single and twin colt fecundity in the Dezhou donkey groups. Another set of 20 female Dezhou donkeys with single or multiple follicles during estrus were selected to compare concentrations of reproductive hormone including follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P4). Four candidate genes including ENO2, PTPN11, SOD2 and CD44 were identified in the present study. The CD44 gene had the highest FST value, and ENO2, PTPN11 and SOD2 were screened by two joint analyses (FST and θπ, θπ and Tajima's D). There was no significant difference in the LH, FSH and P4 levels between the two groups (p > 0.05); however, the serum E2 content in the multi-follicle group was significantly higher than that in the single-follicle group (p < 0.05). The identified candidate genes may provide new insights into the genetic mechanism of donkey prolificacy and may be useful targets for further research on high reproductive efficiency. Phytophenol dimerization, which is a radical-mediated coupling reaction, plays a critical role in many fields, including lignin biosynthesis. To understand the reaction, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical was used to initiate a series of phytophenol dimerization reactions in methanol. The products were identified using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS/MS) analysis in situ. The identified products mainly included biphenols, magnolol, honokiol, gingerol 6,6′-dimers, 3,6-dimethoxylcatechol β,β′ dimer, euphorbetin, bis-eugenol, dehydrodiisoeugenol, trans-ε-viniferin, (+) pinoresinol, and (−) pinoresinol. Structure–function relationship analysis allowed four basic rules to be defined: meta-excluded, C–C bonding domination, ortho-diOH co-activation, and exocyclic C=C involvement. The exocyclic C=C involvement, however, required conjugation with the phenolic core and the para-site of the -OH group, to yield a furan-fused dimer with two chiral centers. Computational chemistry indicated that the entire process was completed via a radical coupling reaction and an intramolecular conjugate addition reaction. Similar results were also found for the horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-catalyzed coniferyl alcohol dimerization, which produced (+) and (−) pinoresinols (but no (−) epipinoresinol), suggesting that the HRP-catalyzed process was essentially an exocyclic C=C-involved phytophenol dimerization reaction. The reaction was highly diastereoselective. This was attributed to the intramolecular reaction, which prohibited Re-attack. The four basic rules and diastereoselectivity can explain and even predict the main products in various chemical and biological events, especially oxidase-catalyzed lignin cyclization. Low-orbit micro-satellite technology has developed rapidly in recent years due to its advantages of low time delay, low cost and short research period. However, among the existing inter-satellite routing algorithms, the classical flooding and greedy algorithms and their derivatives also have some limitations. The path delay calculated by the flooding algorithm is small but the calculation is large, while the greedy algorithm is the opposite. In this paper, a balanced inter-satellite routing algorithm based on partition routing is proposed. This paper presents the simulation experiments for the following indexes of the classic inter-satellite routing algorithms and the balanced partition routing algorithm: computation complexity, single-node computation pressure, routing path delay, path delay variance (data in Topo table satisfy μ   = 5 , σ 2 = 10 ). The results reveal that the balanced partition routing algorithm achieves better performance. In this paper, two optimization directions of the balanced partition routing algorithm are simulated under conditions that the data in the Topo table satisfy μ   = 5 , σ 2 = 6, σ 2 = 10 and σ 2 = 15 , respectively, when comparing their performance indicators. Climate conditions can significantly alter the vegetation net primary productivity (NPP) in many of Earth's ecosystems, although specifics of NPP–climate condition interactions, especially time-lag responses on seasonal scales, remain unclear in ecologically sensitive forest–grassland ecotones. Based on the Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) and meteorological datasets, we analyzed the relationship between NPP and precipitation, temperature, and drought during the growing season (April–August), considering the time-lag effect (0–5 months) at the seasonal scale in Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia, China from 2000 to 2018. The results revealed a delayed NPP response to precipitation and drought throughout the growing season. In April, the precipitation in the 4 months before (i.e., the winter of the previous year) explained the variation in NPP. In August, the NPP in some areas was influenced by the preceding 1~2 months of drought. The time-lag effect varied with vegetation type and soil texture at different spatial patterns. Compared to grass and crop, broadleaf forest and meadow exhibited a longer legacy of precipitation during the growing season. The length of the time-lag effects of drought on NPP increased with increasing soil clay content during the growing season. The interaction of vegetation types and soil textures can explain 37% of the change in the time-lag effect of the NPP response to PPT on spatial pattern. Our findings suggested that preceding precipitation influences vegetation growth at the early stages of growth, while preceding drought influences vegetation growth in the later stages of growth. The spatial pattern of the time lag was significantly influenced by interaction between vegetation type and soil texture factors. This study highlights the importance of considering the time-lag effects of climate conditions and underlying drivers in further improving the prediction accuracy of NPP and carbon sinks in temperate semiarid forest–grassland ecotones. With the high penetration of photovoltaic (PV) and electric vehicle (EV) charging and replacement power stations connected to the distribution network, problems such as the increase of line loss and voltage deviation of the distribution network are becoming increasingly prominent. The application of traditional reactive power compensation devices and the change of transformer taps has struggled to meet the needs of reactive power optimization of the distribution network. It is urgent to present new reactive power regulation methods which have a vital impact on the safe operation and cost control of the power grid. Hence, the idea that applying the reactive power regulation potential of PV and EV is proposed to reduce the pressure of reactive power optimization in the distribution network. This paper establishes the reactive power regulation models of PV and EV, and their own dynamic evaluation methods of reactive power adjustable capacity are put forward. The model proposed above is optimized via five different algorithms and approximated through the deep learning when the optimization objective is only set as line loss and voltage deviation. Membrane distillation (MD) has unique advantages in the treatment of high-salt wastewater because it can make full use of low-grade heat sources. The high salinity mine water in western mining areas of China is rich in Ca2+, Mg2+, SO42− and HCO3−. In the MD process, the inorganic substances in the feed will cause membrane fouling. At the same time, low surface tension organic substances which could be introduced in the mining process will cause irreversible membrane wetting. To improve the anti-fouling and anti-wetting properties of the membrane, the PVDF omniphobic membrane in this paper was prepared by electrospinning. The water contact angle (WCA) can reach 153°. Direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD) was then used for treating high-salinity mine water. The results show that, compared with the unmodified membranes, the flux reduction rate of the omniphobic membrane was reduced by 34% in 20 h, showing good anti-fouling property. More importantly, the omniphobic membrane cannot be wetted easily by the feed containing 0.3 mmol/L SDS. The extended Derjaguin–Landau–Verwey–Overbeek (XDLVO) theory was used to analyze the free energy of the interface interaction between the membrane and pollutants, aiming to show that the omniphobic membrane was more difficult to pollute. Detailed mineralogical information from underground coal gasification (UCG) is essential to better understand the chemical reactions far below the surface. It is of great scientific significance to study the mineral transformation and identify the typical minerals in certain process conditions, because it may help to ensure the stable operation of gasification processes and improve the utilization efficiency of coal seams. The transformation of iron-bearing minerals has the typical characteristics during the UCG process and is expected to indicate the process parameters. In this paper, UCG progress was subdivided into pyrolysis, reduction and oxidation stages, and the progressive coal conversion products were prepared. Two types of lignite with different iron contents, Ulankarma and Ulanqab coals, were used in this study. The minerals in the coal transformation products were identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and a scanning electron microscope coupled with an energy-dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDS). The thermodynamic calculation performed using the phase diagram of FactSage 7.1 was used to help to understand the transformation of minerals. The results indicate that the transformation behavior of iron-bearing minerals in the two lignites are similar during the pyrolysis process, in which pyrite (FeS2) in the raw coal is gradually converted into pyrrhotite (Fe1-xS). In the reduction stage, pyrrhotite is transformed into magnetite (Fe3O4) and then changes to FeO. The reaction of FeO and Al2O3 in the low iron coal produces hercynite above 1000 °C because of the difference in the contents of Si and Al, while in the high iron coal, FeO reacts with SiO2 to generate augite (Fe2Si2O6). The search for a safe and effective inhibitor of ferroptosis, a recently described cell death pathway, has attracted increasing interest from scientists. Two hydrolyzable tannins, chebulagic acid and chebulinic acid, were selected for the study. Their optimized conformations were calculated using computational chemistry at the B3LYP-D3(BJ)/6-31G and B3LYP-D3(BJ)/6-311 + G(d,p) levels. The results suggested that (1) chebulagic acid presented a chair conformation, while chebulinic acid presented a skew-boat conformation; (2) the formation of chebulagic acid requires 762.1729 kcal/mol more molecular energy than chebulinic acid; and (3) the 3,6-HHDP (hexahydroxydiphenoyl) moiety was shown to be in an (R)- absolute stereoconfiguration. Subsequently, the ferroptosis inhibition of both tannins was determined using a erastin-treated bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (bmMSCs) model and compared to that of ferrostatin-1 (Fer-1). The relative inhibitory levels decreased in the following order: Fer-1 > chebulagic acid > chebulinic acid, as also revealed by the in vitro antioxidant assays. The UHPLC–ESI-Q-TOF-MS analysis suggested that, when treated with 16-(2-(14-carboxytetradecyl)-2-ethyl-4,4-dimethyl-3-oxazolidinyloxy free radicals, Fer-1 generated dimeric products, whereas the two acids did not. In conclusion, two hydrolyzable tannins, chebulagic acid and chebulinic acid, can act as natural ferroptosis inhibitors. Their ferroptosis inhibition is mediated by regular antioxidant pathways (ROS scavenging and iron chelation), rather than the redox-based catalytic recycling pathway exhibited by Fer-1. Membrane distillation (MD) is a promising technology to treat mine water. This work aims to investigate the change in mass and heat transfer in reverse osmosis mine water treatment by vacuum membrane distillation (VMD). A 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was carried out using COMSOL Multiphysics and verified by the experimental results. Then, response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to explore the effects of various parameters on the permeate flux and heat transfer efficiency. In terms of the influence degree on the permeation flux, the vacuum pressure > feed temperature > membrane length > feed temperature membrane length, and the membrane length has a negative correlation with the membrane flux. Increasing the feed temperature can also increase the convective heat transfer at the feed side, which will affect the heat transfer efficiency. Furthermore, the feed temperature also has a critical effect on the temperature polarization phenomenon. The temperature polarization becomes more notable at high temperatures. The accurate estimation of forest biomass is important to evaluate the structure and function of forest ecosystems, estimate carbon sinks in forests, and study matter cycle, energy flow, and the effects of climate change on forest ecosystems. Biomass additivity is a desirable characteristic to predict each component and the total biomass since it ensures consistency between the sum of the predicted values of components such as roots, stems, leaves, pods, and branches and the prediction for the total tree. In this study, 45 Robinia pseudoacacia L. trees were harvested to determine each component and the total biomass in the Loess Plateau of western Shanxi Province, China. Three additive systems of biomass equations of R. pseudoacacia L., based on the diameter at breast height (D) only and on the combination of D and tree height (H) with D2H and DbHc, were established. To ensure biomass model additivity, the additive system of biomass equations considers the correlation among different components using simultaneous equations and establishes constraints on the parameters of the equation. Seemingly uncorrelated regression (SUR) was used to estimate the parameters of the additive system of biomass equations, and the jackknifing technique was used to verify the accuracy of prediction of the additive system of biomass equations. The results showed that (1) the stem biomass contributed the most to the total biomass, comprising 51.82% of the total biomass, followed by the root biomass (24.63%) and by the pod and leaf biomass, which accounted for the smallest share, comprising 1.82% and 2.22%, respectively; (2) the three additive systems of biomass equations of R. pseudoacacia L. fit well with the models and were effective at making predictions, particularly for the root, stem, above-ground, and total biomass (R2adj > 0.812; root mean square error (RMSE) < 0.151). The mean absolute error (MAE) was less than 0.124, and the mean prediction error (MPE) was less than 0.037. (3) When the biomass model added the tree height predictor, the goodness of fit R2adj increased, RMSE decreased, and the accuracy of prediction was much improved. In particular, the additive system, which was developed based on DbHc combination prediction factors, was the most accurate. The additive system of biomass equations established in this study can provide a reliable and accurate estimation of the individual biomass of R. pseudoacacia L. in the Loess region of western Shanxi Province, China. Calcium-bearing minerals are one of the main typical minerals in coal and coal ash. In the process of coal thermal conversion, calcium-bearing minerals undergo different morphological transformation in which the reaction temperature, pressure, and atmosphere are important factors affecting their transformation. The reaction process of underground coal gasification (UCG) could be clearly divided into pyrolysis, reduction, and oxidation and the typical calcium-bearing minerals are expected to indicate the actual reaction conditions of UCG. A high-calcium coal, Zhundong coal, was used in this research. The products of UCG were prepared and the minerals were identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and a scanning electron microscope coupled with an energy-dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDS). The thermodynamic calculation was used to assist in understanding the transformation behaviors of calcium-bearing minerals. The experimental results show that the calcium-bearing mineral is gradually converted from gypsum (CaSO4·2H2O) in the raw coal into anhydrite (CaSO4) during the pyrolysis process. In the reduction stage, anhydrite reacts with the reducing gas (CO) to produce oldhamite (CaS), and the oldhamite is stably present in the reduction ash. During the oxidation process, oldhamite is first transformed into CaSO4, and then CaSO4 is converted into CaO. Finally, CaO reacts with Al2O3 and SiO2 to produce gehlenite (Ca2Al2SiO7) at 1100 °C. As the oxidation temperature rises to 1400 °C, gehlenite is transformed into the thermodynamically stable anorthite (CaAl2Si2O8). With the further progress of the reaction, anorthite will co-melt with iron-bearing minerals above 1500 °C. The ternary phase diagram of SiO2–Al2O3–CaO system proves that anorthite and gehlenite are the typical high-temperature calcium-bearing minerals when the mole fraction of SiO2 is higher than 0.6. Moreover, the gehlenite is converted to anorthite with the temperature rise, which is consistent with experimental results. Underground coal gasification (UCG) produces less pollution and is safer than traditional coal mining. In order to investigate the effects of different gasifying agents or comprehensive analyses of the characteristics of the gas components in the three zones for the reverse underground coal gasification process, a model test was carried out. The results showed that the oxygen concentration of a gasifying agent is recommended to be higher than 21%, which will lead to more combustible gases and a higher calorific value of gas. Higher flow rates and oxygen content generally afforded more desirable gas compositions and calorific values, with the latter as high as 1430.19 kcal/Nm3. For the enriched oxygen gasifying agent in the reverse gasification process, the flow increase from 10 to 20 Nm3/h affords a rapid increase in the growth rate of the flame front, from 1.80 to 4.88 m/day, which is much faster than that for the air gasifying agent. Increasing the gas injection rate and oxygen concentration will increase the growth rate of the flame front.
