Simple Summary: China is a major goose-raising country, and the geese industry plays a significant role in animal husbandry. Goose growth performance (body weight) is a critical topic. This study used 16S rRNA sequencing to comprehensively analyze the cecal flora of healthy 70-day-old Yangzhou geese with varying weights but identical feeding methods to investigate the correlation between their intestinal microorganisms and body weight. Correlation analysis of production performance indicators between cecal microflora and body weight revealed a significant positive correlation between birth weight and Deferribacterota at the phylum level. At the genus level, leg and chest muscle weights exhibited significant positive correlations with Prevotellace-ae_Ga6A1_group, suggesting its critical role in promoting the growth and development of goose leg and chest muscles. These findings offer a crucial theoretical foundation for studying gastrointestinal microorganisms and provide insights into the development and formulation of poultry probiotics. Additionally, the impact of cecal microbial community structure on goose growth and development, energy metabolism, and immunity has been examined. However, most studies have used different additives or feeds as variables. Improving the understanding of the dynamic changes in gut microbial communities in geese of different body weights during their growth and development and their correlation with the host's body weight is necessary. In this study, the cecal microbiota of healthy Yangzhou geese with large (L) and small (S) body weights, all at the same age (70 days old) and under the same feeding conditions, were sequenced using 16S rRNA. The sequencing results were annotated using QIIME2 (classify-sklearn algorithm) software, and the linkET package was used to explore the correlation between intestinal microorganisms and the body weight of the Yangzhou goose (Spearman). At the phylum level, the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio in the large body weight group was approximately 20% higher than that in the small body weight group, with Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes exhibiting a highly significant negative correlation. At the genus level, Bacteroides constituted the most abundant microbial group in both groups, although the Prevotellaceae_Ga6A1_group exhibited a higher abundance in the large than the small weight group. Spearman correlation analysis and the linkET package were used to analyze the correlation between cecal microflora and production performance indicators that showed significant differences between the two groups and showed that birth weight was significantly positively correlated with Deferribacterota at the phylum level. At the genus level, leg and chest muscle weights exhibited significant positive correlations with Prevotellace-ae_Ga6A1_group, suggesting its critical role in promoting the growth and development of goose leg and chest muscles. A significant negative correlation was observed between [Ruminococ-cus]_torque and Prevotellaceae_Ga6A1_group. The data incest problem causes inter-estimate correlation during data fusion processes, which yields inconsistent data fusion results. Especially in the multi-sensor multi-vehicle (MSMV) system, the data incest problem is serious due to multiple relative position estimations, which not only lead to pessimistic estimation but also cause additional computational overhead. In order to address the data incest problem, we propose a new data fusion method termed the interval split covariance intersection filter (ISCIF). The general consistency of the ISCIF is proven, serving as supplementary proof for the split covariance intersection filter (SCIF). Moreover, a decentralized MSMV localization system including absolute and relative positioning stages is designed. In the absolute positioning stage, each vehicle uses the ISCIF algorithm to update its own position based on absolute measurements. In the relative position stage, the interval constraint propagation (ICP) method is implemented to preprocess multiple relative position estimates and initially prepare input data for ISCIF. Then, the proposed ISCIF algorithm is employed to realize relative positioning. In addition, comparative simulations demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve both accurate and consistent results compared with the state-of-the-art methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The intricate interplay between water resources, land resources, energy systems, and carbon emissions has emerged as a prominent discourse in academic research. Nonetheless, there remains a dearth of comprehensive research dedicated to fostering environmentally friendly and low-carbon development through systematic integration and coordination efforts. This study aimed to fill this gap by integrating the coupling mechanism of the Water-Land-Energy-Carbon (WLEC) system, thereby constructing an evaluation index framework that assesses coordinated developments in Northwest China's WLEC system. It scrutinizes the security levels within the Water-Land-Energy (WLE) subsystem while conducting quantitative analyses on the degrees of coupling coordination within the WLEC systems, alongside their associated hindering factors. The preliminary findings were as follows: Firstly, the safety development within the WLE system demonstrates a positive trend across Northwest China, with notable advancements primarily observed in the Qinghai and Gansu provinces. In 2021, all five Northwestern provinces exhibited moderate levels of safe development, except for the Qinghai province, which transitioned from moderate to robust. Secondly, the coupling coordination degree of the WLEC system across the five provinces has consistently illustrated an upward trajectory over the years. However, as of 2021, the system remains in a state characterized by marginal disorder. Notably, the Qinghai and Gansu provinces have shown particularly encouraging upward trends, with the Shaanxi province also making notable progress. Conversely, Xinjiang has declined since 2017 due to negative interactions between the subsystems of water, soil, energy, and carbon emissions. Thirdly, spatial variations exist in the distribution patterns between the provinces regarding the influence of obstructing factors on indicators related to coupled coordinated development, such as per capita arable land area, per capita energy consumption, per capita carbon emissions, per capita construction land area, and the proportion of groundwater water in the total amount of water supply, which demonstrated an increasing trend. In the cooperative multi-sensor multi-vehicle (MSMV) localization domain, the data incest problem yields inconsistent data fusion results, thereby reducing the accuracy of vehicle localization. In order to address this problem, we propose the interval split covariance intersection filter (ISCIF). At first, the proposed ISCIF method is applied to the absolute positioning step. Then, we combine the interval constraint propagation (ICP) method and the proposed ISCIF method to realize relative positioning. Additionally, in order to enhance the robustness of the MSMV localization system, a Kullback–Leibler divergence (KLD)-based fault detection and exclusion (FDE) method is implemented in our system. Three simulations were carried out: Simulation scenarios 1 and 2 aimed to assess the accuracy of the proposed ISCIF with various capabilities of absolute vehicle positioning, while simulation scenario 3 was designed to evaluate the localization performance when faults were present. The simulation results of scenarios 1 and 2 demonstrated that our proposed vehicle localization method reduced the root mean square error (RMSE) by 8.9% and 15.5%, respectively, compared to the conventional split covariance intersection filter (SCIF) method. The simulation results of scenario 3 indicated that the implemented FDE method could effectively reduce the RMSE of vehicles (by about 55%) when faults were present in the system. Metal migration and precipitation in hydrothermal fluids are important topics in economic geology. The Hongling polymetallic deposit comprises one of the most important parts of the Huanggangliang–Ganzhuermiao polymetallic metallogenic belt, which is in eastern Inner Mongolia. Except for lead–zinc skarn, minor cassiterite in the skarn and disseminated W–Sn mineralization in granitic rocks have also been found. The dominant Sn–W mineralization is in the northern part of the deposit, occurring as disseminated wolframite and cassiterite in aplite hosted in Mesozoic granite porphyry. The aplite together with pegmatite K-feldspar–quartz comprises vein dikes hosted in the granite porphyry, providing evidence for the transition from melt to fluid. The veins, dikes, and Sn–W mineralization in the aplite provide an opportunity to investigate fluid exsolution and the mechanics of metal precipitation. Based on field observations, the micrographic and scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS) results of the vein dikes, chronology, and the whole-rock geochemistry of the host rock, together with the fluid inclusion results, this paper discusses the characteristics of the causative magma, the mechanics of fluid exsolution and W–Sn precipitation. Our results show that the causative magma is of highly fractionated A-type granite affinity and has an intrusive age of late Mesozoic (133.3 ± 0.86 Ma). The magmatic evolution during shallow emplacement led to immiscibility between highly volatile, high-silica, and W- and Sn-enriched melts from the parent magma, followed by fluid exsolution from the water-rich melt. The alkaline-rich fluid exsolution led to a change in the redox state of the magma and the chilling of the melt. Fluid boiling occurred soon after the fluid exsolution and was accompanied by the degassing of CO2. The boiling and escape of CO2 from the fluid led to changes in fluid redox and W and Sn precipitation; thus, the W and Sn mineralization are mostly hosted in causative intrusions or peripheral wall rocks, which can be used as indicators for Sn–W exploration in the area. The Kengdenongshe Au–Ag–Pb–Zn polymetallic deposit, a newly discovered large-scale polymetallic deposit in the southeastern section of the East Kunlun Orogen (EKO), contains an Au resource of 40 t, Ag resource of 690 t and Pb–Zn resource of 10.5 × 105 t. The ore-bearing rocks are mainly composed of laminar barite and rhyolitic tuff. In this study, LA-ICP-MS zircon U–Pb dating and whole rock major and trace elements analyses have been conducted on the ore-bearing rhyolitic tuff. LA-ICP-MS zircon U–Pb dating data show that these rhyolitic tuffs were emplaced at ca. 243.3 ± 1.6 Ma. The samples show similar features to those of S-type granites, including high contents of SiO2 (76.4–82.6 wt. %) and Al2O3 (11.0–12.7 wt. %) and relatively low concentrations of Na2O (0.35–2.43 wt. %) and CaO (0.095–0.124 wt. %), with high A/CNK (molar [Al2O3/(CaO + Na2O + K2O)]) (1.72–2.03) and K2O/Na2O ratios (1.41–17.1). Further, they exhibit depletion in HFSEs (High Field Strength Elements) and enrichment in LREEs (Light Rare Earth Element) with negative Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0.51–0.64). These geochemical characteristics indicate that the Kengdenongcuo rhyolitic tuff originated from the fluid-absent melting of a plagioclase-poor, clay-rich metapelitic source and experienced minor fractional crystallization. In combination with arc-type magmatism and contemporaneous syn-collision granitoids in the region, the Kengdenongcuo tuff formed in a continental collision setting, implying that the Bayan Har–Songpan Ganzi Terrane collided with the East Kunlun Terrane and the Paleo-Tethys Ocean was closed at the period of ~243 Ma.
