Video-based peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2) estimation, utilizing solely RGB cameras, offers a non-contact approach to measuring blood oxygen levels. Previous studies set a stable and unchanging environment as the premise for non-contact blood oxygen estimation. Additionally, they utilized a small amount of labeled data for system training and learning. However, it is challenging to train optimal model parameters with a small dataset. The accuracy of blood oxygen detection is easily affected by ambient light and subject movement. To address these issues, this paper proposes a contrastive learning spatiotemporal attention network (CL-SPO2Net), an innovative semi-supervised network for video-based SpO2 estimation. Spatiotemporal similarities in remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) signals were found in video segments containing facial or hand regions. Subsequently, integrating deep neural networks with machine learning expertise enabled the estimation of SpO2. The method had good feasibility in the case of small-scale labeled datasets, with the mean absolute error between the camera and the reference pulse oximeter of 0.85% in the stable environment, 1.13% with lighting fluctuations, and 1.20% in the facial rotation situation. Simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) is one of the core technologies for intelligent mobile robots. However, when robots perform VSLAM in dynamic scenes, dynamic objects can reduce the accuracy of mapping and localization. If deep learning-based semantic information is introduced into the SLAM system to eliminate the influence of dynamic objects, it will require high computing costs. To address this issue, this paper proposes a method called YF-SLAM, which is based on a lightweight object detection network called YOLO-Fastest and tightly coupled with depth geometry to remove dynamic feature points. This method can quickly identify the dynamic target area in a dynamic scene and then use depth geometry constraints to filter out dynamic feature points, thereby optimizing the VSLAM positioning performance while ensuring real-time and efficient operation of the system. This paper evaluates the proposed method on the publicly available TUM dataset and a self-made indoor dataset. Compared with ORB-SLAM2, the root-mean-square error of the Absolute Trajectory Error (ATE) can be reduced by 98.27%. The system successfully locates and constructs an accurate environmental map in a real indoor dynamic environment using a mobile robot. A teaching model is a stable teaching procedure established under the guidance of certain teaching ideas or theories. As a methodological major in higher education, economic statistics cross various fields of natural science and social science, showing the characteristics of intersection, integration, and marginality. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) framework for teaching model evaluation based on heterogeneous information. First, the attribute system of competition–academic research–master of knowledge–practical operation (CAMP) is constructed. Second, heterogeneous information is introduced in the process of teaching model evaluation; Third, a weight determination method based on a trust relationship of the fuzzy–social network is proposed, which provides a better solution to the problem of decision makers' (DMs') weight allocation in teaching model evaluation. Furthermore, a combined attribute weights determination method under an intuitionistic fuzzy number is constructed, which improves the shortcomings of the weight method in teaching model evaluation. Finally, through empirical research and stability analysis, the proposed evaluation framework has good effectiveness and feasibility, and policy suggestions for improvements to the economic statistical teaching model are then proposed. Calmodulin (CaM), as an important factor in the calcium signaling pathway, is widely involved in plant growth and development regulation and responses to external stimuli. In this study, the full-length sequence of the ScCaM gene (GenBank: GQ246454) was isolated from the leaves of a Saccharum spp. hybrid. Prokaryotic expression showed that ScCaM could be solubly expressed and purified in Escherichia coli BL21. Subcellular localization confirmed that ScCaM was localized in the plasma membrane and nucleus of cells. A quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis revealed that ScCaM can be induced by various stresses, including sodium chloride (NaCl), chromium trichloride (CrCl3), salicylic acid (SA), and methyl jasmonate (MeJA). Ectopic expression in Arabidopsis thaliana demonstrated that ScCaM can affect the growth and development of transgenic plants. Moreover, the qRT-PCR analysis indicated that the overexpression of the allogenic ScCaM gene inhibits the expression of AtSTM, leading to the phenomenon of multiple-tillering in transgenic A. thaliana. Aphids cause serious losses to the production of wheat. The grain aphid, Sitobion avenae, which is the dominant species of aphid in all wheat regions of China, is resistant to a variety of insecticides, including imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos. However, the resistance and mechanism of insecticide tolerance of S. avenae are still unclear. Therefore, this study employed transcriptome analysis to compare the expression patterns of stress response genes under imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos treatment for 15 min, 3 h, and 36 h of exposure. S. avenae adult transcriptome was assembled and characterized first, after which samples treated with insecticides for different lengths of time were compared with control samples, which revealed 60–2267 differentially expressed unigenes (DEUs). Among these DEUs, 31–790 unigenes were classified into 66–786 categories of gene ontology (GO) functional groups, and 24–760 DEUs could be mapped into 54–268 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways. Finally, 11 insecticide-tolerance-related unigenes were chosen to confirm the relative expression by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) in each treatment. Most of the results between qRT-PCR and RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) are well-established. The damage caused by Bradysia odoriphaga is the main factor threatening the production of vegetables in the Liliaceae family. However, few genetic studies of B. odoriphaga have been conducted because of a lack of genomic resources. Many long-read sequencing technologies have been developed in the last decade; therefore, in this study, the transcriptome including all development stages of B. odoriphaga was sequenced for the first time by Pacific single-molecule long-read sequencing. Here, 39,129 isoforms were generated, and 35,645 were found to have annotation results when checked against sequences available in different databases. Overall, 18,473 isoforms were distributed in 25 various Clusters of Orthologous Groups, and 11,880 isoforms were categorized into 60 functional groups that belonged to the three main Gene Ontology classifications. Moreover, 30,610 isoforms were assigned into 44 functional categories belonging to six main Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes functional categories. Coding DNA sequence (CDS) prediction showed that 36,419 out of 39,129 isoforms were predicted to have CDS, and 4319 simple sequence repeats were detected in total. Finally, 266 insecticide resistance and metabolism-related isoforms were identified as candidate genes for further investigation of insecticide resistance and metabolism in B. odoriphaga. This paper aims to adapt the social network analysis method to explore the characteristics of 59 cross-border e-commerce policies promulgated by the Chinese government from January 2013 to July 2018. On this basis, the paper quantitatively analyzes the internal structure and dynamic layout characteristics of sustainable cross-border e-commerce policy documents focusing on three dimensions: policy service contents, policy regulatory targets, and policy measures. The results suggest that policies involving service contents lack long-term strategic planning, especially those related to taxation and warehousing. In addition, policies regarding service system construction and demonstration construction follow an upward trend, whereas policies related to international cooperation and risk monitoring are less prevalent. Finally, it is suggested that the government pays attention to the supervision of payments, transactions, and goods in the early stage of development, but began conducting comprehensive supervision over all aspects of the cross-border e-commerce supply chain in 2015. Pythagorean fuzzy sets are highly appealing in dealing with uncertainty as they allow for greater flexibility in regards to the membership and non-membership degrees by extending the set of possible values. In this paper, we propose a multi-criteria group decision-making approach based on the Pythagorean normal cloud. Some cloud aggregation operators are presented in this paper to facilitate the appraisal of the underlying utilities of the alternatives under consideration. The concept and properties of the Pythagorean normal cloud and its backward generation algorithm, aggregation operators and distance measurement are outlined. The proposed approach resembles the TOPSIS technique, which, indeed, considers the symmetry of the distances to the positive and negative ideal solutions. Furthermore, an example from e-commerce is presented to demonstrate and validate the proposed decision-making approach. Bradysia odoriphaga (Diptera: Sciaridae) is the most important pest of Chinese chive. Insecticides are used widely and frequently to control B . odoriphaga in China. However, the performance of the insecticides chlorpyrifos and clothianidin in controlling the Chinese chive maggot is quite different. Using next generation sequencing technology, different expression unigenes (DEUs) in B. odoriphaga were detected after treatment with chlorpyrifos and clothianidin for 6 and 48 h in comparison with control. The number of DEUs ranged between 703 and 1161 after insecticide treatment. In these DEUs, 370-863 unigenes can be classified into 41-46 categories of gene ontology (GO), and 354-658 DEUs can be mapped into 987-1623 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways. The expressions of DEUs related to insecticide-metabolism-related genes were analyzed. The cytochrome P450-like unigene group was the largest group in DEUs. Most glutathione S-transferase-like unigenes were down-regulated and most sodium channel-like unigenes were up-regulated after insecticide treatment. Finally, 14 insecticide-metabolism-related unigenes were chosen to confirm the relative expression in each treatment by quantitative Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). The results of qRT-PCR and RNA Sequencing (RNA-Seq) are fairly well-established.
