Water resources, energy, and food are fundamental resources for high-quality regional development. In the process of rapid regional economic growth, integrating the utilization of these fundamental resources has become a critical challenge for achieving high-quality development in the Ili River Valley. To explore the coordinated development status of water, energy, and food (W-E-F) in the Ili River Valley, we constructed a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the regional W-E-F system, and we calculated and analyzed the comprehensive development level, coupling coordination degree, and spatial equilibrium of the W-E-F system from 2008 to 2020. The results indicate that the comprehensive evaluation indicators of the W-E-F system in the Ili River Valley exhibited an overall upward trend, indicating that the system is moving in a positive direction. Among them, the water subsystem's comprehensive evaluation indicator showed an upward trend but fluctuated significantly during the study period, with the excessive proportion of agricultural water consumption being a key factor affecting its development. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation indicator of the energy subsystem showed a slight downward trend, indicating constraints on the development of energy subsystems. Agricultural surface pollution and industrial waste pollution are the primary factors limiting its development. Meanwhile, due to the significant attention from governments at all levels, the food subsystem has been developed rapidly, with its comprehensive evaluation indicator showing a significant upward trend, which shows that the region is actively promoting food production capacity enhancement initiatives. Additionally, the coupling degree of the W-E-F system remained in a state of coordinated coupling, with an average value between 0.7 and 1.0, indicating a high overall development level, and that the development of each resource affects and constrains that of the other two. The coupling coordination degree transitioned through phases of near coordination, primary coordination, good coordination, and moderate coordination, and all counties and cities showed a tendency to evolve towards high coupling, indicating significant potential for the further development of the regional W-E-F system coupling and coordination. Among the subsystems, the food subsystem exhibited the highest spatial equilibrium (0.78) and the smallest spatial disparities, while the energy subsystem demonstrated the lowest spatial equilibrium (0.40) and the largest spatial disparities. There were still significant issues with the utilization and equilibrium of the regional resource allocation, necessitating integrated planning for the coordinated development of the W-E-F system to achieve sustainable resource management and high-quality ecological and economic development. With the acceleration of urbanization, the importance of risk management in underground construction projects has become increasingly prominent. In the process of risk assessment for underground construction projects, the uncertainty of subjective factors from experts poses a significant challenge to the accuracy of assessment outcomes. This paper takes a section of the Nanchang Metro Line 2 as the research object, aiming to address the subjectivity issues in the risk assessment of underground construction projects and to enhance the scientific rigor and accuracy of the assessment. The study initially conducts a comprehensive identification and analysis of risk factors in underground engineering through a literature review and expert consultation method. Based on this, this paper introduces the theory of Pythagorean fuzzy sets to improve the Delphi method in order to reduce the impact of subjectivity in expert assessments. Furthermore, this paper constructs a Bayesian network model, incorporating risk factors into the network, and quantifies the construction risks through a probabilistic inference mechanism. The research findings indicate a total of 12 key risk factors that have been identified across four dimensions: geological and groundwater conditions, tunnel construction technical risks, construction management measures, and the surrounding environment. The Bayesian network assessment results indicate that the effectiveness of engineering quality management and the state of safety management at the construction site are the two most influential factors. Landfills necessitate a liner barrier system to prevent the leakage of contaminants into the surrounding soil. However, the currently employed compacted clay liner (CCL) is insufficient to prevent the leakage of heavy metal ions. This study proposes a novel landfill liner system utilizing sludge-based activated carbon (SAC)-modified clay. The adsorption characteristics of SAC-modified clay liner (SAC-CCL) for Cd(II) or Cu(II) were evaluated through batch tests. The permeability coefficient and unconfined compressive strength of SAC-CCL were assessed through permeation and unconfined compression tests. The permeability coefficient of the SAC-modified clay ranged from 2.57 × 10−9 to 1.10 × 10−8 cm/s. The unconfined compressive strength of the SAC-CCL varied between 288 and 531 kPa. The migration of Cd(II) or Cu(II) within an 80 cm thick, full-scale SAC-CCL was simulated using soil column tests. The diffusion coefficient (D) was calculated by inversion using the one-dimensional solute migration equation. The diffusion coefficients (D) for Cd(II) and Cu(II) ranged from 1.9 × 10−10 to 13.5 × 10−10 m2/s. The retardant performance of SAC-CCL for Cd(II) and Cu(II) followed the order: 3% SAC-CCL > 1% SAC-CCL > CCL > 5% SAC-CCL, from strongest to weakest. Consequently, SAC-modified clay demonstrates significant potential as a landfill lining material. Cotton is highly sensitive to potassium, and Xinjiang, China's leading cotton-producing region, faces a severe challenge due to reduced soil potassium availability. Biofertilizers, particularly potassium-solubilizing rhizobacteria (KSR), convert insoluble potassium into plant-usable forms, offering a sustainable solution for evergreen agriculture. This study isolated and characterized KSR from cotton, elucidated their potassium solubilization mechanisms, and evaluated the effects of inoculating KSR strains on cotton seedlings. Twenty-three KSR strains were isolated from cotton rhizosphere soil using modified Aleksandrov medium. Their solubilizing capacities were assessed in a liquid medium. Strain A10 exhibited the highest potassium solubilization capacity (21.8 ppm) by secreting organic acids such as lactic, citric, acetic, and succinic acid, lowering the pH and facilitating potassium release. A growth curve analysis and potassium solubilization tests of A10 under alkali stress showed its vigorous growth and maintained solubilization ability at pH 8–9, with significant inhibition at pH 10. Furthermore, 16S rRNA sequencing identified strain A10 as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Greenhouse pot experiments showed that inoculating cotton plants with strain A10 significantly increased plant height and promoted root growth. This inoculation also enhanced dry biomass accumulation in both the aerial parts and root systems of the plants, while reducing the root–shoot ratio. Maize is an important food and feed crop. Under limited arable land area, the cultivation of high-density-tolerance crops is a key factor in promoting yield improvement. Leaf width and stalk strength are important influences on density tolerance in maize. However, no comprehensive transcriptomic analysis has focused on maize's leaf width and stalk strength formation mechanisms. In this study, comparative transcriptomic analyses demonstrated that significant transcriptome changes occurred regarding leaf width and stalk strength of narrow-leaved and wide-leaved maize inbred lines, with a total of 5001 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified. Enrichment analysis showed that phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, starch and sucrose metabolism, phytohormone signaling, amino acid metabolism, and brassinosteroid biosynthesis were significantly correlated with the formation of maize leaf shape and stalk strength and that the genes in these pathways were primarily involved in cell wall formation. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis identified 2 modules significantly correlated with leaf width and stalk strength, from which 11 hub genes were further identified. The 11 leaf and stem development genes in different pathways were validated using qRT-PCR. These findings can provide a theoretical basis for the mechanism of narrow-leaf and high-strength stalk formation in high-density-tolerance maize and contribute to the proposal of a breeding strategy for yield improvement. The use of existing natural gas pipelines for the transport of hydrogen/natural gas mixtures can achieve large-scale, long-distance and low-cost hydrogen transportation. A jet fire induced by the leakage of high-pressure pure hydrogen and hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines may pose a severe threat to life and property. Based on the Abel–Nobel equation of state and a notional nozzle model, an equivalent pipe leakage model is established to simulate high-pressure pipeline gas leakage jet fire accidents. Large-scale high-pressure hydrogen and natural gas/hydrogen mixture jet fires are simulated, showing the jet impingement process and obtaining an accurate and effective simulation framework. This framework is validated by comparing the simulated and experimental measured results of flame height, flame appearance and thermal radiation. Several combustion models are compared, and the simulated data show that the non-premixed chemical equilibrium combustion model is superior to other combustion models. The influence of the pipe pressure and the hydrogen blending ratio on the consequences of natural gas/hydrogen mixture pipeline leakage jet fire accidents is explored. It is found that when the hydrogen blending ratio is lower than 22%, the increase in the hydrogen blending ratio has little effect on the decrease in the thermal radiation hazard distance. Capillary water, serving as a crucial intermediary between groundwater and crop root layer moisture, is important for both soil retention and crop utilization. To investigate the effect of mulched drip irrigation (MDI) on upward capillary water in cotton fields with different application years (0, 10, 14, 18, 20, and 24 years) in the saline–sodic region of Northwest China, an indoor soil column test (one-dimensional capillary water rise experiment) was conducted. The results showed that the wetting front transport law, capillary water recharge, and wetting front transport rate over time exhibited an increasing trend in the early stages of MDI application (10 and 14 years), peaking at 18 years of application, followed by a decreasing trend. The relationship between the capillary water recharge and rising height was fitted based on the Green–Ampt model, and their slopes reveal that 14 and 18 years of MDI application required the largest amount of water per unit distance, indicating an excellent water-holding capacity beneficial for plant growth. Conversely, 0 years required the smallest amount of water per unit distance. Based on the movement characteristics of upper capillary water, we confirmed that the MDI application years (0–18 years) improves soil infiltration capacity, while the long-term application years (18–24 years) reduces groundwater replenishment to the soil. Furthermore, the HYDRUS-1D model was employed to simulate the capillary water rise process and soil moisture distribution under different MDl application years. The results showed an excellent consistency with the soil column experiments, confirming the accuracy of HYDRUS-1D in simulating the capillary water dynamics in saline–sodic areas. Mulching is a widely used agricultural water conservation measure in the semiarid regions of Northwest China. In order to explore the response process of different film mulching methods to soil microorganisms, we characterized the effect of different film mulching methods on soil microbial diversity and community structure characteristics in the root zone of drip-irrigated maize during the heading and maturity stages using high-throughput sequencing of 16SrDNA and ITS amplicons combined with bioinformatics analysis. Full mulching (FM) was contrasted to controls of no mulching (NM) and half-mulching (HM), yielding an order of microbial diversity, abundance, and evenness scores of HM > FM > NM. The HM and FM treatments reduced the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria (the most abundant bacteria) in the bacterial community structure but increased that of Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi. In the fungal community structure, HM decreased the abundance of Sordariomycetes but increased that of Eurotiomycetes (the most abundant fungi). The abundance and community structure of bacteria were significantly correlated with soil temperature and those of fungi with pH. HM improved network complexity and competitive relationships among bacteria, while FM increased the relationship between fungal groups and the symbiosis of fungal communities. HM significantly increased maize yield (20.37% and 6.01% above NM and FM, respectively). In summary, full mulching was more favorable than no mulching for soil microbial diversity and community structure composition, but soil microbial diversity and yield responded better to half-mulching. This study focuses on the microstructures and soft-magnetic properties of the Al1.5Fe3Co3Cr1 multi-principal-element alloy (MPEA) in different states. The MPEA was prepared using arc melting and suction-casting, followed by various heat treatments. The crystal structures were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), while the microstructures were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results reveal that the MPEA consists mainly of coherent body-centered cubic (BCC) and B2 phases, with a moderate lattice misfit (ε = 0.14~0.21%) between them. The homogenized alloy shows the presence of coarse equiaxed grains and micro-scale cells, and it has good soft-magnetic properties with MS = 127 emu/g and HC = 143.3 A/m (1.8 Oe). The thermal stability of the alloy is found to be optimal after aging at 873 K, as there are no significant changes in microstructures and soft-magnetic properties. However, when the aging temperature increases to 973 K, the BCC nanoprecipitates are coarsened, leading to a decrease in the soft-magnetic properties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The beetle, of the order Coleoptera, possesses outstanding flight capabilities. After completing flight, they can fold their hindwings under the elytra and swiftly unfold them again when they take off. This sophisticated hindwing structure is a result of biological evolution, showcasing the strong environmental adaptability of this species. The beetle's hindwings can provide biomimetic inspiration for the design of flapping-wing micro air vehicles (FWMAVs). In this study, the Asian ladybird (Harmonia axyridis Pallas) was chosen as the bionic research object. Various kinematic parameters of its flapping flight were analyzed, including the flight characteristics of the hindwings, wing tip motion trajectories, and aerodynamic characteristics. Based on these results, a flapping kinematic model of the Asian ladybird was established. Then, three bionic deployable wing models were designed and their structural mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the structure of wing vein bars determined the mechanical properties of the bionic wing. Background: Our previous studies have shown that scorpion venom heat-resistant synthesized peptide (SVHRSP) induces a significant extension in lifespan and improvements in age-related physiological functions in worms. However, the mechanism underlying the potential anti-aging effects of SVHRSP in mammals remains elusive. Methods: Following SVHRSP treatment in senescence-accelerated mouse resistant 1 (SAMR1) or senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8 (SAMP8) mice, behavioral tests were conducted and brain tissues were collected for morphological analysis, electrophysiology experiments, flow cytometry, and protein or gene expression. The human neuroblastoma cell line (SH-SY5Y) was subjected to H2O2 treatment in cell experiments, aiming to establish a cytotoxic model that mimics cellular senescence. This model was utilized to investigate the regulatory mechanisms underlying oxidative stress and neuroinflammation associated with age-related cognitive impairment mediated by SVHRSP. Results: SVHRSP significantly ameliorated age-related cognitive decline, enhanced long-term potentiation, restored synaptic loss, and upregulated the expression of synaptic proteins, therefore indicating an improvement in synaptic plasticity. Moreover, SVHRSP demonstrated a decline in senescent markers, including SA-β-gal enzyme activity, P16, P21, SIRT1, and cell cycle arrest. The underlying mechanisms involve an upregulation of antioxidant enzyme activity and a reduction in oxidative stress-induced damage. Furthermore, SVHRSP regulated the nucleoplasmic distribution of NRF2 through the SIRT1-P53 pathway. Further investigation indicated a reduction in the expression of proinflammatory factors in the brain after SVHRSP treatment. SVHRSP attenuated neuroinflammation by regulating the NF-κB nucleoplasmic distribution and inhibiting microglial and astrocytic activation through the SIRT1-NF-κB pathway. Additionally, SVHRSP significantly augmented Nissl body count while suppressing neuronal loss. Conclusion: SVHRSP could remarkably improve cognitive deficiency by inhibiting oxidative stress and neuroinflammation, thus representing an effective strategy to improve brain health. Simple Summary: Seaweed aquaculture plays an important role in global food supply, but single-species intensive seaweed aquaculture has problems related to simple industrial structure and risk susceptibility. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish a series of large-scale seaweed rotational culture models to address the current industrial challenges in algae culture. The culture of macroalgae is mainly affected by environmental factors such as water temperature and light. In this study, we constructed a rotational culture model by carrying out experiments with three species of macroalgae, observing in situ their photosynthetic activity responses to different temperature and light conditions. The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of large-scale rotational aquaculture, which can effectively improve the ecological and economic value of macroalgae aquaculture. Seaweed farming has made outstanding contributions to food supply and the restoration of the ecological environment despite the limitations in production and ecological effects due to the current intensive farming of single algae species. These limitations can be overcome by selecting suitable algal species based on their physiological characteristics and by constructing a large-scale seaweed rotation model. This study carried out a trial culture in aquaculture sea areas, and performed in situ monitoring of the environmental conditions and physiological characteristics of Saccharina japonica, Hizikia fusiformis, and Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis. Additionally, a comparative analysis of the three macroalgae at different times was conducted to determine their response characteristics to environmental factors. The results showed that: (1) The three macroalgae had varying light tolerance. The effective quantum yield of Hizikia fusiformis and Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis remained unchanged during the changes in light environment, while that of Saccharina japonica first decreased and then recovered. (2) The relative electron transport rates of the three macroalgae were significantly different under different temperature conditions. Hizikia fusiformis and Saccharina japonica exhibited the highest relative electron transport rates (70.45 and 106.75, respectively) in May (20.3 °C). Notably, Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis demonstrated good growth and exhibited the highest relative electron transport rate (93.07) in September (27.5 °C). These findings collectively support the feasibility of establishing a macroalgae rotation model. Based on the combined environmental conditions of the seas in Shandong, Zhejiang, and Fujian, a macroalgae rotation model was proposed. The application of this model in the construction of artificial seaweed farms in marine ranches can provide a stable output of large-scale seaweed production and ecological benefits. To address residual plastic film in fields in which mulched drip irrigation technology is applied, a sprayable degradable film (consisting of 1–5% clay, 5–20% humic acid, 0.5–5% crosslinker, and 0.5–5% auxiliary and water) can be used as a superior alternative to the plastic film applied in drip-irrigated fields. A field experiment was conducted in Xinjiang, Northwest China, to test the impacts of five different mulching treatments (SF1, sprayable degradable film applied at 1900 kg ha−1; SF2, sprayable degradable film applied at 1900 kg ha−1; SF3, sprayable degradable film applied at 2500 kg ha−1; PF, plastic film; and NF, no film mulching) on cotton growth and development, yield, and water use efficiency. The results showed that, compared to the NF treatment, sprayable degradable film mulching (SF1, SF2, and SF3) positively impacted the soil hydrothermal environment, promoted root growth, significantly increased plant height and leaf area, and enhanced physiological characteristics, which, in turn, increased yield and water use efficiency by 11.79–15.00% and 21.88–30.21%, respectively. The maximum yield and water use efficiency were observed in the PF treatment, amounting to 5345 kg ha−1 and 1.28 kg m−3, respectively, and they had no significant differences from those in the SF3 treatment. In general, applying moderate amounts of sprayable degradable film at a rate of 2500 kg ha−1 represents an effective agronomic strategy for managing residual film contamination while maintaining stable cotton yields. In order to study the changes in the mechanical properties of road subgrade in cold areas after the freezing and thawing of highways in cold areas, indoor mechanical tests were carried out to investigate the effects of the number of freeze–thaw cycles, freezing temperature, water content, and circumferential pressure on the mechanical properties of road subgrade soil in cold areas after thawing. The mechanical properties of road subgrade soil in cold areas after thawing were measured under different conditions. The test results show that, within the study range: (1) After 7 freeze–thaw cycles, the destructive stress of the subgrade soil decreased from 321.7 kPa to 289.9 kPa, a decrease of 9.9%, and the elastic modulus decayed by 19.9%. (2) When the freezing temperature was reduced from −5 °C to −15 °C, the destructive stress of the subgrade soil decreased from 303.9 kPa to 290.1 kPa, a decrease of 13.8 kPa, approximately 4.5%, and the decrease in modulus of elasticity was about 1.6%. (3) The water content increased from 6% to 12%, and the destructive stress decreased from 405.43 kPa to 288.4 kPa, a decrease of 29.1%, and the modulus of elasticity decreased approximately linearly, with an attenuation of 50.4%. (4) The peripheral pressure increased from 50 kPa to 150 kPa, and the destructive stress increased from 194.7 kPa to 367.7 kPa, a growth of 88.8%, and its modulus of elasticity increased with the increase in peripheral pressure, an increase of 154.1%. Nuclear power is a high-quality clean energy source, but nuclear waste is generated during operation. The waste continuously releases heat during disposal, increasing the adjoining rock temperature and affecting the safety of the disposal site. Basalt is widely considered a commonly used rock type in the repository. This study of basalt's mechanical characteristics and damage evolution after thermal damage, with its far-reaching engineering value, was conducted by combining experimental work and theory. Uniaxial compression tests were conducted on basalt exposed to 25 °C, 500 °C, 700 °C, 900 °C, and 1100 °C conditions, and acoustic emission (AE) equipment was utilized to observe the acoustic emission phenomenon during deformation. This study was carried out to examine the mechanical characteristics, the sound emission features, the progression of damage laws, and the stress–strain framework of basalt after exposure to different types of thermal harm. As the temperature rises, the rock's maximum strength declines steadily, the peak strain rises in tandem, the rock sample's ductility is augmented, the failure mode changes from shear to tensile failure, and cracks in the failure area are observed. At room temperature, the acoustic emission signal is more vigorous than in the initial stage of rock sample loading due to thermal damage; however, after the linear elastic stage is entered, its activity is lessened. In cases where the rock approaches collapse, there is a significant surge in acoustic emission activity, leading to the peak frequency of acoustic emission ringing. The cumulative ring count of acoustic emission serves as the basis for the definition of the damage variable. At room temperature, the damage evolution of rock samples can be broken down into four distinct stages. This defined damage variable is more reflective of the entire failure process. After exposure to high temperatures, the initial damage of the rock sample becomes more extensive, and the damage variable tends to be stable with strain evolution. The stress–strain constitutive model of basalt deformation is derived based on the crack axial strain law and acoustic emission parameters. Fracture network fracturing is pivotal for achieving the economical and efficient development of shale gas, with the connectivity among fracture networks playing a crucial role in reservoir stimulation effectiveness. However, flow back data that reflect fracture network connectivity information are often ignored, resulting in an inaccurate prediction of the effective fracture network volume (EFNV). The accurate calculation of the EFNV has become a key and difficult issue in the field of shale fracturing. For this reason, the accurate shale gas effective fracture network volume inversion method needs to be improved. Based on the flow back characteristics of fracturing fluids, a tree-shaped fractal fracture flow back mathematical model for inversion of EFNV was established and combined with fractal theory. A genetic algorithm workflow suitable for EFNV inversion of shale gas was constructed based on the flow back data after fracturing, and the fracture wells in southern Sichuan were used as an example to carry out the EFNV inversion. The reliability of the inversion model was verified by testing production, cumulative gas production, and microseismic results. The field application showed that the inversion method proposed in this paper can obtain tree-shaped fractal fracture network structure parameters, fracture system original pressure, matrix gas breakthrough pressure, fracture compressibility coefficient, reverse imbibition index, equivalent main fracture half length, and effective initial fracture volume (EIFV). The calculated results of the model belong to the same order of magnitude as those of the HD model and Alkouh model, and the model has stronger applicability. The evaluation of soil particle composition and salt dynamics is essential for promoting the sustainable development of oasis agriculture in arid regions under long-term mulched drip irrigation (MDI). In this study, we employed the space-for-time substitution method to investigate the long-term effects of MDI on soil particle composition and salinity. Additionally, seven fields, with MDI durations ranging from 0 to 16 years, were selected to represent the primary successional sequence though time in Northwest China. Soil samples were collected from three soil depths (0–30 cm, 30–60 cm, and 60–100 cm) and then analyzed in the laboratory for soil particle composition and salt content. Our findings demonstrated that influenced by the depth of mechanical cultivation and the maximum wetting front depth, the long-term application of MDI significantly altered both the structure of soil layers and the composition of soil particles after 8 years. Soil sand content and soil salinity gradually decreased, whereas the content of soil silt and clay increased with increasing MDI duration throughout 0–100 cm soil depth. Furthermore, the rates of soil desalination stabilized after 10 years of MDI application, with desalination levels exceeding 90% in the 0–100 cm soil layer. Additionally, the soil mass fractal dimension (Dm) exhibited an upward trend across 0–100 cm soil depth. The changes in soil particle composition indirectly influenced the variations in Dm and salt content. Bacillus subtilis, a probiotic bacterium with engineering potential, is widely used for the expression of exogenous proteins. In this study, we utilized the integrative plasmid pDG364 to integrate the hemagglutinin–neuraminidase (HN) gene from Newcastle disease virus (NDV) into the genome of the B. subtilis 168 model strain. We successfully constructed a recombinant B. subtilis strain (designated B. subtilis RH) that displays a truncated HN antigen fragment on the surface of its spores and further evaluated its immunogenic effects in mice. Using ELISA, we quantified the levels of IgG in serum and secretory IgA (sIgA) in intestinal contents. The results revealed that the recombinant B. subtilis RH elicited robust specific mucosal and humoral immune responses in mice. Furthermore, B. subtilis RH demonstrated potential mucosal immune adjuvant properties by fostering the development of immune organs and augmenting the number of lymphocytes in the small intestinal villi. Additionally, the strain significantly upregulated the relative expression of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, and IFN-γ in the small intestinal mucosa. In conclusion, the B. subtilis RH strain developed in this study exhibits promising mucosal immunogenic effects. The Ordos Basin has abundant resources in its tight sandstone reservoirs, and the use of well logging technology stands out as a critical element in the exploration and development of these reservoirs. Unlike conventional reservoirs, the commonly used interpretation models are not ideal for evaluating tight sandstone reservoirs through logging. In order to accurately evaluate parameters and identify fluid properties in the tight sandstone reservoirs of the Ordos Basin, we propose the adaption of conventional logging curves. This involves establishing an interpretation model that integrates the response characteristics of logging curves to tight sandstone reservoirs in accordance with the principles of logging. In this approach, we create interpretation models specifically for shale content, porosity, permeability, and saturation within the tight sandstone reservoir. Using the characteristics of the logging curves and their responses, we apply a mathematical relationship to link these parameters and create a template for identifying fluid properties within tight sandstone reservoirs. The average absolute errors of the new multi-parameter weighting method shale content interpretation model and porosity classification saturation interpretation model for quantitative evaluation of reservoir shale content and oil saturation are small, and the accuracy meets the production requirements. In this paper, the four-step method is used to identify the fluid properties of tight sandstone reservoirs step by step, which is to use the interrelationship between curves, eliminate the useless information, enhance the useful information, and finally solve the problem of identifying the fluid properties of tight sandstone reservoirs, which is difficult to identify, and realize the linear discrimination of the interpretation standard, which improves the accuracy of interpretation. The proven multi-information, four-step, step-by-step fluid property identification template has an accuracy of more than 90%. The interpretation model has been applied to 20 wells on the block with a compliance rate of 95.23%, providing the basis for accurately establishing the tight sandstone interpretation standard. The newly introduced log evaluation approach for tight sandstone reservoirs effectively overcomes the technical hurdles that have previously hindered the evaluation of such reservoirs in the Ordos Basin. Head smut is a soil-borne fungal disease caused by Sporisorium reilianum that infects maize tassels and ears. This disease poses a tremendous threat to global maize production. A previous study found markedly different and stably heritable tassel symptoms in some maize inbred lines with Sipingtou blood after infection with S. reilianum. In the present study, 55 maize inbred lines with Sipingtou blood were inoculated with S. reilianum and classified into three tassel symptom types (A, B, and C). Three maize inbred lines representing these classes (Huangzao4, Jing7, and Chang7-2, respectively) were used as test materials to investigate the physiological mechanisms of tassel formation in infected plants. Changes in enzyme activity, hormone content, and protein expression were analyzed in all three lines after infection and in control plants. The activities of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and phenylalanine-ammonia-lyase (PAL) were increased in the three typical inbred lines after inoculation. POD and SOD activities showed similar trends between lines, with the increase percentage peaking at the V12 stage (POD: 57.06%, 63.19%, and 70.28% increases in Huangzao4, Jing7, and Chang7-2, respectively; SOD: 27.01%, 29.62%, and 47.07% in Huangzao4, Jing7, and Chang7-2, respectively. These were all higher than in the disease-resistant inbred line Mo17 at the same growth stage); this stage was found to be key in tassel symptom formation. Levels of gibberellic acid (GA3), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), and abscisic acid (ABA) were also altered in the three typical maize inbred lines after inoculation, with changes in GA3 and IAA contents tightly correlated with tassel symptoms after S. reilianum infection. The differentially expressed proteins A5H8G4, P09233, and Q8VXG7 were associated with changes in enzyme activity, whereas P49353, P13689, and P10979 were associated with changes in hormone contents. Fungal infection caused reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO) bursts in the three typical inbred lines. This ROS accumulation caused biofilm disruption and altered host signaling pathways, whereas NO signaling triggered strong secondary metabolic responses in the host and altered the activities of defense-related enzymes. These factors together resulted in the formation of varying tassel symptoms. Thus, interactions between S. reilianum and susceptible maize materials were influenced by a variety of signals, enzymes, hormones, and metabolic cycles, encompassing a very complex regulatory network. To better understand the textural transformation of Chinese dried noodles during the drying process, a convenient acoustic–force detection method was established. By comparing the breaking point, it was possible to determine the time-scale correlation between the force–displacement curves and acoustic spectrograms. The acoustic eigenvalues showed a consistent upward trend with the mechanical parameters during the drying process. With a wave crest reaching 152.8 dB and a signal maximum reaching 0.072, the structural stability of the dried noodles hardly induces a higher acoustic response. This suggests that the mechanical strength and rigidity of the dried noodles undergo minimal changes during this period. In comparison to the mechanical parameters, the acoustic eigenvalues accurately describe the changes in texture of dried noodles under various drying conditions, moreover, the sound threshold also provides a more effective response to the dried noodles' structural strength threshold. Dianthus superbus L. has been extensively studied for its potential medicinal properties in traditional Chinese medicine and is often consumed as a tea by traditional folk. It has the potential to be exploited in the treatment of inflammation, immunological disorders, and diabetic nephropathy. Based on previous studies, this study continued the separation of another subfraction of Dianthus superbus and established reversed-phase/reversed-phase and reversed-phase/hydrophilic (RPLC) two-dimensional (2D) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) modes, quickly separating two C-glycosylflavones, among which 2″-O-rhamnosyllutonarin was a new compound and isomer with 6‴-O-rhamnosyllutonarin. This is the first study to investigate the effects of 2″-O-rhamnosyllutonarin and 6‴-O-rhamnosyllutonarin on cellular glucose metabolism in vitro. First, molecular docking was used to examine the effects of 2″-O-rhamnosyllutonarin and 6″-O-rhamnosyllutonarin on AKT and AMPK; these two compounds exhibited relatively high activity. Following this, based on the HepG2 cell model of insulin resistance, it was proved that both of the 2″-O-rhamnosyllutonarin and 6‴-O-rhamnosyllutonarin demonstrated substantial efficacy in ameliorating insulin resistance and were found to be non-toxic. Simultaneously, it is expected that the methods developed in this study will provide a basis for future studies concerning the separation and pharmacological effects of C-glycosyl flavonoids. This study presents multistability mechanisms that can enhance the energy harvesting performance of a piezoelectric energy harvester (PEH) with geometrical nonlinearities. To configure triple potential wells, static bifurcation diagrams in the structural parameter plane are depicted. On this basis, the key structural parameter is considered, of which three reasonable values are then chosen for comparing and evaluating the performances of the triple-well PEH under them. Then, intra-well responses and the corresponding voltages of the system are investigated qualitatively. A preliminary analysis of the suitable energy-harvesting conditions is carried out, which is then validated by numerical simulations of the evolution of coexisting attractors and their basins of attraction with variations in the excitation level and frequency. It follows that, under a low-level ambient excitation, the intra-well responses around the trivial equilibrium dominate the energy-harvesting performance. When the level of the environmental excitation is very low, which one of the three values of the key structural parameter is the best for improving the performance of the PEH system depends on the range of the excitation frequency; when the excitation level increases sufficiently to induce inter-well responses, the maximum one is the best for improving the performance of the PEH. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a microvascular complication of diabetes. Microaneurysms (MAs) are often observed in the retinal vessels of diabetic patients and represent one of the earliest signs of DR. Accurate and efficient detection of MAs is crucial for the diagnosis of DR. In this study, an automatic model (MA-YOLO) is proposed for MA detection in fluorescein angiography (FFA) images. To obtain detailed features and improve the discriminability of MAs in FFA images, SwinIR was utilized to reconstruct super-resolution images. To solve the problems of missed detection of small features and feature information loss, an MA detection layer was added between the neck and the head sections of YOLOv8. To enhance the generalization ability of the MA-YOLO model, transfer learning was conducted between high-resolution images and low-resolution images. To avoid excessive penalization due to geometric factors and address sample distribution imbalance, the loss function was optimized by taking the Wise-IoU loss as a bounding box regression loss. The performance of the MA-YOLO model in MA detection was compared with that of other state-of-the-art models, including SSD, RetinaNet, YOLOv5, YOLOX, and YOLOv7. The results showed that the MA-YOLO model had the best performance in MA detection, as shown by its optimal metrics, including recall, precision, F1 score, and AP, which were 88.23%, 97.98%, 92.85%, and 94.62%, respectively. Collectively, the proposed MA-YOLO model is suitable for the automatic detection of MAs in FFA images, which can assist ophthalmologists in the diagnosis of the progression of DR. The NAC gene family has transcription factors specific to plants, which are involved in development and stress response and adaptation. In this study, ZmNAC89, an NAC gene in maize that plays a role in saline–alkaline tolerance, was isolated and characterized. ZmNAC89 was localized in the nucleus and had transcriptional activation activity during in vitro experiments. The expression of ZmNAC89 was strongly upregulated under saline–alkaline, drought and ABA treatments. Overexpression of the ZmNAC89 gene in transgenic Arabidopsis and maize enhanced salt tolerance at the seedling stage. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were then confirmed via RNA-sequencing analysis with the transgenic maize line. GO analyses showed that oxidation–reduction process-regulated genes were involved in ZmNAC89-mediated salt–alkaline stress. ZmNAC89 may regulate maize saline–alkali tolerance through the REDOX pathway and ABA signal transduction pathway. From 140 inbred maize lines, 20 haplotypes and 16 SNPs were found in the coding region of the ZmNAC89 gene, including the excellent haplotype HAP20. Underwater object detection, as the principal means of underwater environmental sensing, plays a significant part in the marine economic, military, and ecological fields. Due to the degradation problems of underwater images caused by color cast, blurring, and low contrast, we proposed a model for underwater object detection based on YOLO v7. In the presented detection model, an enhanced image branch was constructed to expand the feature extraction branch of YOLOv7, which could mitigate the feature degradation issues existing in the original underwater images. The contextual transfer block was introduced to the enhanced image branch, following the underwater image enhancement module, which could extract the domain features of the enhanced image, and the features of the original images and the enhanced images were fused before being fed into the detector. Focal EIOU was adopted as a new model bounding box regression loss, aiming to alleviate the performance degradation caused by mutual occlusion and overlapping of underwater objects. Taking URPC2020 and UTDAC2020 (Underwater Target Detection Algorithm Competition 2020) datasets as experimental datasets, the performance of our proposed model was compared against with other models, including YOLOF, YOLOv6 v3.0, DETR, Swin Transformer, and InternImage. The results show that our proposed model presents a competitive performance, achieving 80.71% and 86.32% in mAP@0.5 on URPC2020 and UTDAC2020, respectively. Comprehensively, the proposed model is capable of effectively mitigating the problems encountered in the task of object detection in underwater images with degraded features and exhibits great advancement. The atmosphere over the ocean is an important research field that involves multiple aspects such as climate change, atmospheric pollution, weather forecasting, and marine ecosystems. It is of great significance for global sustainable development. Satellites provide a wide range of measurements of marine aerosol optical properties and are very important to the study of aerosol characteristics over the ocean. In this study, aerosol optical depth (AOD) data from seventeen AERONET (Aerosol Robotic Network) stations were used as benchmark data to comprehensively evaluate the data accuracy of six aerosol optical thickness products from 2013 to 2020, including MODIS (Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectrometer), VIIRS (Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite), MISR (Multi-Angle Imaging Spectrometer), OMAERO (OMI/Aura Multi-wavelength algorithm), OMAERUV (OMI/Aura Near UV algorithm), and CALIPSO (Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observation) in the East Asian Ocean. In the East Asia Sea, VIIRS AOD products generally have a higher correlation coefficient (R), expected error within ratio (EE within), lower root mean square error (RMSE), and median bias (MB) than MODIS AOD products. The retrieval accuracy of AOD data from VIIRS is the highest in spring. MISR showed a higher EE than other products in the East Asian Ocean but also exhibited systematic underestimation. In most cases, the OMAERUV AOD product data are of better quality than OMAERO, and OMAERO overestimates AOD throughout the year. The CALIPSO AOD product showed an apparent underestimation of the AOD in different seasons (EE Below = 58.98%), but when the AOD range is small (0 < AOD < 0.1), the CALIPSO data accuracy is higher compared with other satellite products under small AOD range. In the South China Sea, VIIRS has higher data accuracy than MISR, while in the Bohai-Yellow Sea, East China Sea, Sea of Japan, and the western Pacific Ocean, MISR has the best data accuracy. MODIS and VIIRS show similar trends in R, EE within, MB, and RMSE under the influence of AOD, Angstrom exponent (AE), and precipitable water. The study on the temporal and spatial distribution of AOD in the East Asian Ocean shows that the annual variation of AOD is different in different sea areas, and the ocean in the coastal area is greatly affected by land-based pollution. In contrast, the AOD values in the offshore areas are lower, and the aerosol type is mainly clean marine type aerosol. These findings can help researchers in the East Asian Ocean choose the most accurate and reliable satellite AOD data product to better study atmospheric aerosols' impact and trends. Thymopentin (TP5) has exhibited strong antitumor and immunomodulatory effects in vivo. However, the polypeptide is rapidly degraded by protease and aminopeptidase within a minute at the N-terminal of TP5, resulting in severe limitations for further practical applications. In this study, the protective effects of water-soluble alginic acid (WSAA) on the N-terminal of TP5 were investigated by establishing an H22 tumor-bearing mice model and determining thymus, spleen, and liver indices, immune cells activities, TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-2, and IL-4 levels, and cell cycle distributions. The results demonstrated that WSAA+TP5 groups exhibited the obvious advantages of the individual treatments and showed superior antitumor effects on H22 tumor-bearing mice by effectively protecting the immune organs, activating CD4+ T cells and CD19+ B cells, and promoting immune-related cytokines secretions, finally resulting in the high apoptotic rates of H22 cells through arresting them in S phase. These data suggest that WSAA could effectively protect the N-terminal of TP5, thereby improving its antitumor and immunoregulatory activities, which indicates that WSAA has the potential to be applied in patients bearing cancer or immune deficiency diseases as a novel immunologic adjuvant. Bionic robotics, driven by advancements in artificial intelligence, new materials, and manufacturing technologies, is attracting significant attention from research and industry communities seeking breakthroughs. One of the key technologies for achieving a breakthrough in robotics is flexible sensors. This paper presents a novel approach based on wavelength and time division multiplexing (WTDM) for distributed optical waveguide shape sensing. Structurally designed optical waveguides based on color filter blocks validate the proposed approach through a cost-effective experimental setup. During data collection, it combines optical waveguide transmission loss and the way of controlling the color and intensity of the light source and detecting color and intensity variations for modeling. An artificial neural network is employed to model and demodulate a data-driven optical waveguide shape sensor. As a result, the correlation coefficient between the predicted and real bending angles reaches 0.9134 within 100 s. Flexible wearable strain sensors based on laser-induced graphene (LIG) have attracted significant interest due to their simple preparation process, three-dimensional porous structure, excellent electromechanical characteristics, and remarkable mechanical robustness. In this study, we demonstrated that LIG with various defects could be prepared on the surface of polyimide (PI) film, patterned in a single step by adjusting the scanning speed while maintaining a constant laser power of 12.4 W, and subjected to two repeated scans under ambient air conditions. The results indicated that LIG produced at a scanning speed of 70 mm/s exhibited an obvious stacked honeycomb micropore structure, and the flexible strain sensor fabricated with this material demonstrated stable resistance. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity within a low strain range of 0.4–8.0%, with the gauge factor (GF) reaching 107.8. The sensor demonstrated excellent stability and repeatable response at a strain of 2% after approximately 1000 repetitions. The flexible wearable LIG-based sensor with a serpentine bending structure could be used to detect various physiological signals, including pulse, finger bending, back of the hand relaxation and gripping, blinking eyes, smiling, drinking water, and speaking. Typhoons often cause huge losses, so it is significant to accurately predict typhoon tracks. Nowadays, researchers predict typhoon tracks with the single step, while the correlation of adjacent moments data is small in long-term prediction, due to the large step of time. Moreover, recursive multi-step prediction results in the accumulated error. Therefore, this paper proposes to fuse reanalysis images at the similarly historical moment and predicted images through Laplacian Pyramid and Discrete Wavelet Transform to reduce the accumulated error. That moment is determined according to the difference in the moving angle at predicted and historical moments, the color histogram similarity between predicted images and reanalysis images at historical moments and so on. Moreover, reanalysis images are weighted cascaded and input to ConvLSTM on the basis of the correlation between reanalysis data and the moving angle and distance of the typhoon. And, the Spatial Attention and weighted calculation of memory cells are added to improve the performance of ConvLSTM. This paper predicted typhoon tracks in 12 h, 18 h, 24 h and 48 h with recursive multi-step prediction. Their MAEs were 102.14 km, 168.17 km, 243.73 km and 574.62 km, respectively, which were reduced by 1.65 km, 5.93 km, 4.6 km and 13.09 km, respectively, compared with the predicted results of the improved ConvLSTM in this paper, which proved the validity of the model. In the field of digital signal processing, such as in navigation and radar, a significant number of high-precision arctangent function calculations are required. Lookup tables, polynomial approximation, and single/double-precision floating-point Coordinate Rotation Digital Computer (CORDIC) algorithms are insufficient to meet the demands of practical applications, where both high precision and low latency are essential. In this paper, based on the concept of trading area for speed, a four-step parallel branch iteration CORDIC algorithm is proposed. Using this improved algorithm, a 128-bit quad-precision floating-point arctangent function is designed, and the hardware circuit implementation of the arctangent algorithm is realized. The results demonstrate that the improved algorithm can achieve 128-bit floating-point arctangent calculations in just 32 cycles, with a maximum error not exceeding 2 × 10 − 34 rad. It possesses exceptionally high computational accuracy and efficiency. Furthermore, the hardware area of the arithmetic unit is approximately 0.6317 mm 2 , and the power consumption is about 40.6483 mW under the TSMC 65 nm process at a working frequency of 500 MHz. This design can be well suited for dedicated CORDIC processor chip applications. In the sensorless control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs), there is a significant research focus on developing a high-performance position observer and a cost-effective, high-performance processor specifically designed for PMSMs. In this paper, we first reviewed the current mainstream position observation algorithms. Subsequently, we proposed a position observation algorithm based on a fixed-point nonlinear flux linkage model that introduces a variable gain model and an observer compensation model. Furthermore, we implemented the improved position observation algorithm in the circuit and designed a System-on-Chip (SOC) suitable for the sensorless control of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors using the ARM Cortex-M0 core. The functionality of the proposed SOC was verified on the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) platform. The results demonstrate that the improved algorithm offers an excellent angle observation accuracy and fast convergence speed. The error between the observed angle and the actual angle is less than 0.2 rad. Additionally, the designed SOC balances the high efficiency of hardware implementation with the flexibility of software implementation. When running a sensorless control algorithm for PMSM, it achieves a 30.3% increase in execution efficiency, enabling support for higher frequency output PWM switching and making it suitable for the high-precision control of high-speed PMSM. Matrix acidification is one of the most effective stimulations to dissolve scales and remove damage in carbonate reservoirs. However, existing acid systems are difficult to dissolve organic and inorganic scales simultaneously, and complex multi-stage alternative injection often introduces new precipitation and damages the reservoir. Here, based on the retardation ability of emulsified acid and the stable structure of microemulsion, an oil-phase solvent was preferably selected, and the surfactant and cosurfactant were optimized to prepare an acid-in-oil type microemulsion acid capable of dissolving both organic and inorganic scales and high solubilizing for hydrochloric acid. Based on the rotating disc experiment, scale dissolution experiment and acid driving experiment, the acid-rock reaction kinetics, scale dissolution ability and acidizing and plugging removal performance of microemulsion acid in a carbonate reservoir were systematically studied and compared. The results show that Solvesso 150 (aromatic solvent) has the advantages of low toxicity, high flash point and high-scale dissolving ability. At NP−4: OP−10: A (cosurfactant) = 3:3:4, the microemulsion acid system has the strongest ability to solubilize hydrochloric acid and can solve the problem of low H+ concentration. The particle size of microemulsion acid is smaller compared to emulsified acid. At 60 °C, the mass transfer coefficient of microemulsion acid is 3.2 × 10−8 cm2/s, which is one order of magnitude less than that of emulsified acid. Microemulsion acid shows good solubility performance in dissolving organic and inorganic scales, and the comprehensive solubility of mixed scales can reach 98.28%. The stronger scale solubilization ability and lower acid-rock reaction rate enable microemulsion acid to form a thin and straight main wormhole, thus enhancing the acidizing and plugging removal effect. This study can solve the problem of poor hydrochloric acid solubilization ability of microemulsion acid to a certain extent, which provides theoretical and data support for the research and development of microemulsion acid and the efficient plugging removal technology for carbonate reservoirs. Leukocyte common antigen-related protein tyrosine phosphatase (LAR) is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family that serves as a key regulator of cellular survival. It is also involved in neurodevelopment and brain disorders. This study was designed to investigate the role of LAR in a cell-based model of Parkinson's disease (PD) in which U251 and SH-SY5Y cells were used as models of astrocytes and dopaminergic neurons, respectively. Cell viability, cell death, cell morphology, protein phosphorylation and expression, ATP levels, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and mitochondrial membrane potential were analyzed in the wild-type (WT) and heterozygous LAR-knockout astrocytoma U251 cells to assess the cell state, signal transduction, and mitochondrial function. LAR downregulation showed a protective effect in rotenone-exposed U251 cells by increasing cell viability, reducing cell mortality, and restoring appropriate cellular morphology. LAR downregulation enhanced IGF-1R phosphorylation and downstream signal transduction as evidenced by increases in the Akt and GSK-3β phosphorylation, as well as the upregulation of NRF2 and HO-1. The downregulation of LAR also augmented DJ-1 levels in these cells. The enhanced Akt and GSK-3β phosphorylation contributed to a reduced Bax/Bcl2 ratio and suppressed apoptosis after rotenone exposure. Heterozygous LAR-knockout U251 cells exhibited higher mitochondrial function evidenced by increased mitochondrial membrane potential, ATP contents, and reduced ROS production compared to the WT cells following rotenone exposure. Further studies showed that the astrocytic protection mediated by the heterozygous knockout of LAR was associated with the activation of Akt. A specific Akt inhibitor, MK2206, reduced the cell viability, Akt and GSK3β phosphorylation, and HO-1 and NRF2 expression in U251 cells exposed to rotenone. Astrocytes provide structural and metabolic support to maintain neuronal health. Astrocytic glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) production is vital for dopaminergic neuron survival. Heterozygous LAR-knockout U251 cells produced higher amounts of GDNF than the WT cells. The SH-SY5Y cells cocultured with heterozygous LAR-knockout U251 cells exhibited greater viability than that of cells cocultured with WT U251 cells in response to rotenone. Together, these findings demonstrate that the heterozygous knockout of LAR in astrocytes can play a key role in protecting both astrocytic cells and cocultured neurons in a rotenone-induced cell-based model of PD. Quantity and measure value transfer is widely used to examine the correlation between the quality of Chinese herbs, Chinese herbal intermediates, and Chinese patent medicines. This study performed a quantity and measure value transfer analysis to assess the total solids yield, phenolic component yield, and phenolic component purity in the Salvia miltiorrhiza purified extract (SMPE) preparation process. The amount of extracted total solids was between 45–250 mg/g following the processes of reflux extraction, vacuum concentration, lime–sulfuric acid refining, first ethanol precipitation, second ethanol precipitation, first acidification, alkalization, thermal hydrolysis, and second acidification. Regarding yield and purity, Danshensu ranked first among all phenolic components. Additionally, a quantitative index defined as the total variation (TV) value was proposed to describe the consistency of the SMPE preparation process. The batch-to-batch variation in the SMPE came from the variable in herb quality and the preparation process, and the latter contributed more. The contribution of individual processes to the total variation (TVP) was proposed as an index to measure the impact of processes on batch-to-batch consistency. According to the TVP value, the lime–sulfuric acid refining process, the first ethanol precipitation process, and the second acidification process were all deemed crucial. When the similarity algorithms for the composition of the intermediates and SMPE were examined, the Euclidean distance outperformed the Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman correlation coefficient, and cosine of the pinch angles. Based on the variation in the average Euclidean distance ( Δ D j ¯ ) during the process, the second ethanol precipitation, alkalization, and thermal hydrolysis processes were determined to be critical. This study clarified the primary causes of extract quality fluctuation, identified the critical processes, and examined the pharmaceutical process of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from the standpoint of quantity and measure value transfer. High-quality and free-standing polyimide (PI) film with desirable mechanical properties and uniformity is in high demand due to its widespread applications in highly precise flexible and chip-integrated sensors. In this study, a free-standing PI film with high toughness was successfully prepared using a diamine monomer with ether linkages. The prepared PI films exhibited significantly superior mechanical properties compared to PI films of the same molecular structure, which can be attributed to the systematic exploration of the film-forming process. The exploration of the film-forming process includes the curing procedures, film-forming substrates, and annealing treatments. Additionally, the thickness uniformity and surface homogeneity of free-standing films were crucial for toughness. Increasing the crystallinity of the PI films by eliminating residual stress also contributed to their high strength. The results demonstrate that by adjusting the above-mentioned factors, the prepared PI films possess excellent mechanical properties, with tensile strength and elongation at break of 194.71 MPa and 130.13%, respectively. The strip crown in hot rolling has the characteristics of multivariablity, strong coupling and, nonlinearity. It is difficult to describe accurately using a traditional mechanism model. In this paper, based on the industrial data of a hot continuous rolling field, the modeling dataset of a strip steel prediction model is constructed through the collection and collation of the on-site data. According to the classical strip crown control theory, the important process parameters that affect the strip crown are determined as input variables for the data-driven model. Some new intelligent strip crown prediction models integrating the shape control mechanism model, artificial intelligence algorithm, and production data are constructed using four machine learning algorithms, including XGBoost, Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). The overall performance of the models is evaluated using error indicators, such as Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Root Mean square Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Error (MAE). The research results showed that, for the test set, the determination coefficient (R2) of the predicted value of the strip crown model based on the XGBoost algorithm reached 0.971, and the three error indexes are at the lowest level, meaning that the overall model has the optimal generalization performance, which can realize the accurate prediction of the outlet strip crown in the hot rolling process. The research results can promote the application of industrial data and machine learning modeling to the actual strip shape control process of hot rolling, and also have important practical value for the intelligent preparation of the whole process of steel. Natural deep eutectic solvents (NDESs) were used to extract flavonoids and polyphenols from lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) leaves at the same time, and the extraction process was optimized to provide reference for the effective development and utilization of lotus leaves. The deep eutectic solvents (DESs) with the highest yield of flavonoids and polyphenols were screened out from 19 different NDES combinations. The response surface method was employed to optimize the extraction process. After a rational design, a lactic acid/glycerol (molar ratio 1:2) DES was chosen as the optimal extraction solvent, and the optimum extraction parameters were as follow: water content (29%), liquid–solid ratio (37:1 mL/g), extraction time (61 min), and extraction temperature (53 °C). Compared with traditional water extraction or ethanol extraction, it improved the yield of flavonoids (126.10 mg/g) and polyphenols (126.10 mg/g). By LC–MS analysis, 19 flavonoids or organic acid compounds with known compound structural formulae were identified in the DES extract of lotus leaves. By comparing the free radical scavenging ability and total reducing ability, the extraction of lotus leaves using the NDES method was superior to both ethanol extraction and water extraction. Coexisting attractors and the consequent jump in a harmonically excited smooth and discontinuous (SD) oscillator with double potential wells are studied in detail herein. The intra-well periodic solutions in the vicinity of the nontrivial equilibria and the inter-well periodic solutions are generated theoretically. Then, their stability and conditions for local bifurcation are discussed. Furthermore, the point mapping method is utilized to depict the fractal basins of attraction of the attractors intuitively. Complex hidden attractors, such as period-3 responses and chaos, are found. It follows that jumps among multiple attractors can be easily triggered by an increase in the excitation level or a small disturbance of the initial condition. Single-ended tunnels are a typical structure and an important part during tunnel construction. In the case of a fire in a single-ended tunnel, forced ventilation is commonly used to create a safe area near the excavation face. This work is aimed at examining the effects of fire location and air volume on fire development for single-ended tunnel fires with forced ventilation. A single-ended tunnel was built in Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS), and twenty simulation tests were carried out. In the simulation, the distribution of flow field, temperature, and CO concentration in the tunnel were measured and analyzed. The results show that three regions can be identified based on airflow directions and velocity: (1) turbulent flow zone, (2) turbulent flow transition zone, and (3) steady flow zone. It was found that the maximum ceiling temperature rise decreases first with the distance between the fire source and the excavation face (XL), and then increases with a further increase in XL. The simulation results also showed that CO can easily accumulate on the ventilation duct side at the fire source position and the opposite side of the ventilation duct 5.0–15.0 m downstream of the fire source. Both the CO concentration and the maximum ceiling temperature rise decrease with increasing air volume, while the larger forced air volume will result in a higher risk for the downstream regions. As an ecosystem in transition from land to sea, mangroves play a vital role in wind and wave protection and biodiversity maintenance. However, the invasion of Spartina alterniflora Loisel seriously damages the mangrove wetland ecosystem. To protect mangroves scientifically and dynamically, a semantic segmentation model for mangroves and Spartina alterniflora Loise was proposed based on UperNet (Swin-UperNet). In the proposed Swin-UperNet model, a data concatenation module was proposed to make full use of the multispectral information of remote sensing images, the backbone network was replaced with a Swin transformer to improve the feature extraction capability, and a boundary optimization module was designed to optimize the rough segmentation results. Additionally, a linear combination of cross-entropy loss and Lovasz-Softmax loss was taken as the loss function of Swin-UperNet, which could address the problem of unbalanced sample distribution. Taking GF-1 and GF-6 images as the experiment data, the performance of the Swin-UperNet model was compared against that of other segmentation models in terms of pixel accuracy (PA), mean intersection over union (mIoU), and frames per second (FPS), including PSPNet, PSANet, DeepLabv3, DANet, FCN, OCRNet, and DeepLabv3+. The results showed that the Swin-UperNet model achieved the best PA of 98.87% and mIoU of 90.0%, and the efficiency of the Swin-UperNet model was higher than that of most models. In conclusion, Swin-UperNet is an efficient and accurate model for mangrove and Spartina alterniflora Loise segmentation synchronously, which will provide a scientific basis for Spartina alterniflora Loise monitoring and mangrove resource conservation and management. We demonstrate a narrow linewidth 980 nm laser by self-injection locking of an electrically pumped distributed-feedback (DFB) laser diode to a high quality (Q) factor (>105) lithium niobate (LN) microring resonator. The lithium niobate microring resonator is fabricated by photolithography-assisted chemo-mechanical etching (PLACE) technique, and the Q factor of lithium niobate microring is measured as high as 6.91 × 105. The linewidth of the multimode 980 nm laser diode, which is ~2 nm measured from its output end, is narrowed down to 35 pm with a single-mode characteristic after coupling with the high-Q LN microring resonator. The output power of the narrow-linewidth microlaser is about 4.27 mW, and the wavelength tuning range reaches 2.57 nm. This work explores a hybrid integrated narrow linewidth 980 nm laser that has potential applications in high-efficient pump laser, optical tweezers, quantum information, as well as chip-based precision spectroscopy and metrology. Closed coal bunkers emerged as a novel form of coal storage for coal-fired power stations. Nevertheless, heat builds continually in the storage process because of the constant oxidation of coal and combined with the impact of a confined coal bunker environment, it is difficult for heat to dissipate, resulting in frequent coal bunker fires. Consequently, research on coal pile combustion characteristics is crucial to the design of coal bunker safety. The experimental platform was set up in this study to conduct combustion tests of various specifications, and the burning rate, flame height, flame temperature, and heat radiation flux were analyzed to identify the critical parameters impacting coal bunker safety. First, the maximum burning rate of coal heaps during steady burning was calculated, improving coal pile combustion theory and providing guidance for coal bunker design. Second, the maximum flame height was determined, which can provide an important design guide for coal bunker height designs. In addition, it was discovered that high temperatures in flames, smoke, and smoldering coal might cause coal bunker buildings to collapse, so future designs should strengthen coal bunker fire resistance and keep the coal pile away from the load-bearing structures to prevent collapse from excessive temperatures. Moreover, the diameter of coal piles has an influence on the heat flow. For this reason, a coal bunker's design must consider the coal pile's fire separation distance from the coal bunker and avoid large coal piles. Natural-fiber-reinforced polypropylene (PP) composites with a series of advantages including light weight, chemical durability, renewable resources, low in cost, etc., are being widely used in many fields such as the automotive industry, packaging, and construction. However, the flammability of plant fiber and the PP matrix restricts the application range, security, and use of these composites. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the flame retardants of such composites. In this paper, sisal-fiber-reinforced polypropylene (PP/SF) flame-retardant composites were prepared using the two-step melt blending method. The flame retardant used was an intumescent flame retardant (IFR) composed of silane-coated ammonium polyphosphate (Si-APP) and pentaerythritol (PER). The influence of different blending processes on the flammability and mechanical properties of the composites was analyzed. The findings suggested that PP/SF flame-retardant composites prepared via different blending processes showed different flame-retardant properties. The (PP/SF)/IFR composite prepared by PP/SF secondary blending with IFR showed excellent flame-retardant performance, with a limited oxygen index of about 28.3% and passing the UL-94 V-0 rating (3.2 mm) in the vertical combustion test. Compared with the (PP/IFR) /SF composite prepared by a matrix primarily blended with IFR and then secondly blended with SF, the peak heat release rate (pk HRR) and total heat release (THR) of the (PP/SF)/IFR composite decreased by 11.3% and 13.7%, respectively. In contrast, the tensile strength of the (PP/SF)/IFR system was 5.3% lower than that of the (PP/IFR)/SF system; however, the overall mechanical (tensile, flexural, and notched impact) properties of the composites prepared using three different mixing processes were similar. Winter jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. Dongzao) is highly popular due to its attractive taste and flavor of fruits. However, its cultivation is facing a serious obstacle for the substantial decrease in fruit soluble solids contents. In this study, four commonly-used fertilization types, including organic manure application (OM), combined application of manure and NPK fertilizer (OC), NPK fertilizer application at high rate (HC) and NPK fertilizer application at low rate (LC) were selected to investigate their effects on soil and fruit properties. Results showed that fertilization influenced soil organic matter (SOM) and NPK contents. Fruit yield decreased as HC (3.37tha−1) > OC (2.81tha−1) > OM (2.14tha−1) > LC (1.92tha−1).Total soluble solids (TSS), protein contents, and the ratio of TSS to titratable acid (TA) were highest in OM, followed by OC, LC and HC. TSS and TSS/TA ratio in OM were 23.0% and 27.0% higher than those in HC. Fruit yield was significantly positively correlated with soil available N, vegetative shoot leaf N, and total topsoil P contents. TSS and TSS/TA ratio both significantly positively correlated with SOM of topsoil and leaf P contents. Xinjiang is short on freshwater resources and rich in ones. The unregulated use of brackish water for agriculture leads to the aggravation of secondary salinization in soil; however, magnetization can improve the quality of brackish water. To evaluate the effects of magnetized brackish water drip irrigation on the water and salt transport characteristics of sandy soil in southern Xinjiang, China, a field plot experiment was carried out in which irrigation water was treated using one or two water magnetization events at different magnetization intensities. Water was treated at five magnetization intensities: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, or 5000 Gs, while unmagnetized water was used as the control. The results showed that the magnetization of brackish water used in drip irrigation decreased the water transport rate and increased the water holding capacity of the root layer soil. Magnetized irrigation water enhanced the leaching of soil salt and reduced the rate of salt accumulation. Compared with the control, the salt content of the magnetized water-irrigated soil decreased by 15.0%~33.7%, and the salt storage in the magnetized water-irrigated soil decreased by 44.99%~86.78%. The lowest rate of salt accumulation (4.96%) was observed at a magnetization intensity of 3000 Gs. Magnetized water irrigation changed the composition and proportions of soil ions, and Na+, Cl−, and SO42− leaching from the soil increased. The effect of magnetizing the irrigation water twice was greater than that of one magnetization event. Magnetizing the water twice at an intensity of 3000 Gs led to the largest decrease in the relative percentage contents of Na+ and Cl−, which were 80.90% and 82.36%, respectively. The magnetization intensity had a significant effect on the soil carbon and nitrogen contents, which showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing as the magnetization intensity rose. The total carbon content after irrigation with magnetized water increased by 13.48%~63.35%, and the total nitrogen content increased by 11.73%~147.96%. The magnetization treatment of irrigation water can therefore reduce the risk of soil salinization and reduce salinity stress on crops in arid regions, providing a new method for alleviating the shortage of freshwater resources in Xinjiang and a means to use brackish water safely while improving salinized soil. Two-dimensional materials-based field-effect transistors (FETs) are promising biosensors because of their outstanding electrical properties, tunable band gap, high specific surface area, label-free detection, and potential miniaturization for portable diagnostic products. However, it is crucial for FET biosensors to have a high electrical performance and stability degradation in liquid environments for their practical application. Here, a high-performance InSe-FET biosensor is developed and demonstrated for the detection of the CA125 biomarker in clinical samples. The InSe-FET is integrated with a homemade microfluidic channel, exhibiting good electrical stability during the liquid channel process because of the passivation effect on the InSe channel. The InSe-FET biosensor is capable of the quantitative detection of the CA125 biomarker in breast cancer in the range of 0.01–1000 U/mL, with a detection time of 20 min. This work provides a universal detection tool for protein biomarker sensing. The detection results of the clinical samples demonstrate its promising application in early screenings of major diseases. Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) was successfully modified by a titanate coupling agent which was compounded with benzoxazine (BOZ) and melamine (ME) to become a new type of intumescent flame retardant (Ti-IFR). Ti-IFR and CaCO3 as synergists were utilized to modify polyoxymethylene (POM), and the flame-retardant properties and mechanism of the composites were analyzed by vertical combustion (UL-94), limiting oxygen index (LOI), TG-IR, and cone calorimeter (Cone), etc. The results show that Ti-IFR can enhance the gas phase flame retardant effect, while CaCO3 further strengthens the barrier effect in the condensed phase. When they were used together, they can exert their performance, respectively, at the same time showing excellent synergistic effect. The FR-POM composite with 29% Ti-IFR and 1% CaCO3 can pass the UL-94 V0 level. Horizontal and vertical distributions of aerosol properties in the Taklimakan Desert (TD), North central region of China (NCR),North China Plain(NCP), and Yangtze River Delta (YRD) were investigated by statistical analysis using Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observation (CALIPSO) L3 data from 2007 to 2020, to identify the similarities and differences in atmospheric aerosols in different regions, and evaluate the impact of pollution control policies developed in China in 2013 on aerosol properties in the study area. The aerosol optical depth (AOD) distribution had substantial seasonal and spatial distribution characteristics. AOD had high annual averages in TD (0.38), NCP (0.49), and YRD (0.52). However, these rates showed a decline post-implementation of the long-term pollution control policies; AOD values declined by 5%, 13.8%, 15.5%, and 23.7% in TD, NCR, NCP, and YRD respectively when comparing 2014–2018 to 2007–2013, and by 7.8%, 11.5%, 16%, and 10.4% when comparing 2019–2020 to 2014–2018. The aerosol extinction coefficient showed a clear regional pattern and a tendency to decrease gradually as height increased. Dust and polluted dust were responsible for the changes in AOD and extinction coefficients between TD and NCR and NCP and YRD, respectively. In TD, with change of longitude, dust aerosol first increased and then decreased gradually, peaking in the middle. Similarly in NCP, polluted dust aerosol first increased and then decreased, with a maximum value in the middle. The elevated smoke aerosols of NCP and YRD were significantly higher than those observed in TD and NCR. The high aerosol extinction coefficient values (>0.1 km−1) were mainly distributed below 4 km, and the relatively weak aerosol extinction coefficients (>0.001 km−1) were mainly distributed between 5–8 km, indicating that the high-altitude long-range transport of TD and NCR dust aerosols affects NCP and YRD.
