The debonding and sliding of the bolt–slurry interface is the main failure form of the full-length bonding anchor system (FLBAS) of earthen sites, so it is urgent to carry out a quantitative study of the force transfer process of the anchorage interface. Based on field test results and existing research results, it was found that the bilinear bond–slip model is in line with the description of the constitutive relationship of the bolt–slurry interface. The whole process of debonding slip is discussed accordingly; the expressions for the slip, the axial strain of the bolt, and the load displacement at the bolt–slurry interface corresponding to the different loading stages are deduced; and the calculations of the ultimate load-carrying capacity and the effective anchorage length are given at the same time. On this basis, the bond–slip model parameters were calibrated by identifying the characteristic points of the bond–slip curve; a multi-parameter cross-comparison validation of the reasonableness of the theoretical analytical model was carried out on the basis of in situ pull-out tests; and the law of the influence of anchor bond length and axial stiffness on the anchorage performance was analyzed. The analytical model proposed in this study is widely applicable to the analysis of force transfer processes at the bolt–slurry interface in the presence of complete debonding phenomena and provides a useful reference for optimizing the design of anchors while minimizing interventions. The impact–echo method is a superior method for detecting the health of concrete structures, but it has the disadvantage of significant errors when identifying structural boundaries. In order to overcome this limitation, this paper proposes a calculation method using a cross-sectional vibration mode in combination with the impact–echo method to detect concrete columns. The variation of the predominant frequency in the mid-column region and the critical boundary is studied. The influence of the edge on the detection results is analyzed. The differences in eigenvalues under different cross-section vibration modes are revealed. A quantitative method for evaluating concrete health using the impact–echo method is further established. Through field tests and finite element simulation calculations, it was verified that the eigenvalues in the fixed mode are very consistent with the predominant frequency measured near the edge region. This makes up for the defect of inaccurate measurements when the impact–echo method is used to detect the edge area of concrete members. Urban agglomeration is the strategic core area of social–economic high-quality development in the world. However, high-density agglomeration and high-speed expansion have caused dramatic changes in land space, leading to prominent eco-environmental problems and, thus, threatening human well-being. How to solve the contradiction between urban agglomeration land expansion and eco-environment protection has become an urgent scientific problem. In this paper, we constructed a framework of assessing land space change and its eco-environmental effects in the urban agglomeration by using the Geo-informatic Graphic, eco-environmental quality index (EQI), and eco-environmental contribution rate. We then quantitatively analyzed the characteristics of land space transition as well as its eco-environmental effects in the Guanzhong Plain urban Agglomeration (GPUA) based on the land use data in 1990, 2000, 2010 and 2020. The results indicated that from 1990 to 2020, the production space of the GPUA continued to shrink, the living space continued to expand, and the ecological space showed a fluctuating increasing trend. There were significant regional differences in the land space change of the GPUA, with 92.2% of the counties showing a significant contraction in agricultural production space, 93.3% and 91.1% showing a significant expansion in urban and rural living space, and 64.4% showing an increase in woodland ecological space. Agricultural production space is transformed into ecological space and living space, and living space occupies ecological space and agricultural production space, which is the main mode of land space transition in the GPUA. With the continuous expansion of low-quality and high-quality areas of the eco-environment and the continuous contraction of medium-quality areas, the improvement and deterioration of the eco-environmental quality of the GPUA have coexisted, first showing a trend of deterioration and then improvement. The transition of agricultural production space into grassland and woodland ecological space improved the eco-environmental quality, while the transition of grassland ecological space into agricultural production space, and the occupation of agricultural production space by urban and rural living space as well as industrial and mining production space resulted in the deterioration of eco-environmental quality. The optimal allocation of educational resources has been a hot issue, and exploring the accessibility of educational facilities in poor mountainous areas helps to reasonably plan the layout of educational facilities and promote the balanced development of education. Taking the rocky desertification area in Yunnan, Guangxi, and Guizhou (YGGRD) as the study area, based on the POI data of educational facilities in the YGGRD in 2000, 2010 and 2019, this study explored the evolution of the accessibility of educational facilities in the YGGRD through raster accessibility. And the influencing factors were analyzed by the ordinary least square method (OLS) and geographically weighted regression model (GWR), and evaluated the model through cross validation. The results show that the overall accessibility of educational facilities improved significantly from 2000 to 2019. Educational facilities mainly have good accessibility and average accessibility. Poor accessibility areas are concentrated in the interprovincial border regions, and the boundary effect is significant. County accessibility, population density and rural per capita disposable income have a great impact on the accessibility of educational facilities in the YGGRD. It is suggested to strengthen the construction of educational facilities in the interprovincial border regions, relocate and integrate villages, and improve the education quality of township schools to improve the supply of rural educational resources. In order to improve the accuracy of forecasting crude oil prices, a new crude oil price forecasting method is introduced in the paper that is a combination of the FNN model and the stochastic time effective function—namely, the WT-FNN model. The FNN model keeps track of the historical values of crude oil prices and predicts future crude oil prices, and the stochastic time effective function gives greater weight to recent information and smaller weight to old information, thus making the prediction of crude oil prices more reasonable. We selected the daily data of Brent crude oil prices from 4 January 2000 to 30 September 2021 as research objects and then used the WT-FNN model to train and predict the research objects. By comparing it to the benchmark model, we found that the predictive effect of the WT-FNN model was better than the FNN model and the no-change model. The results also passed a robustness test. With the large-scale and complexity of ship propulsion shafting, it is more difficult to analyze and control the torsional vibration of shafting. Therefore, an effective control method for the torsional vibration of shafting is of great significance in the field of ship engineering. The main strategy of torsional vibration control adopted in this paper is to keep the natural frequency of a shaft system away from the excitation frequency through structural modifications. In addition, because the basic parameters of much of the equipment in engineering applications cannot be changed, this restriction cannot be ignored when seeking solutions related to structural modifications. This paper studies the partial eigenvalue assignment for the torsional vibration control of complex ship propulsion shafting using the gradient flow method, which can shift a "dangerous" natural frequency to a safe value, while satisfying complex physical constraints. The models of a ship propulsion system and a diesel generator set are established to demonstrate several different desired modification schemes and constraint conditions in practice. In particular, close frequencies are shifted. The numerical simulation results demonstrate that it is effective and feasible to make a partial frequency assignment of torsional vibration, which provides a reliable approach for the control of torsional vibration for complex shaft systems in practical engineering. This paper proposes a new distributed Kalman filtering fusion with random state transition and measurement matrices, i.e., random parameter matrices Kalman filtering. It is proved that under a mild condition the fused state estimate is equivalent to the centralized Kalman filtering using all sensor measurements; therefore, it achieves the best performance. More importantly, this result can be applied to Kalman filtering with uncertain observations including the measurement with a false alarm probability as a special case, as well as, randomly variant dynamic systems with multiple models. Numerical examples are given which support our analysis and show significant performance loss of ignoring the randomness of the parameter matrices.
