As the natural gas industry undergoes rapid expansion, the complexity of investment business models has increased significantly. Optimizing the combination of various segments within the value chain has become standard practice, making it essential to control risks and enhance economic benefits in these multifaceted scenarios. This paper introduces an integrated economic model encompassing upstream, liquefaction, shipping, regasification, and consumption, suitable for both upstream and downstream integration. The model offers a comprehensive analysis of the primary business models and key factors across each segment of the value chain. By constructing a robust economic evaluation framework, the study aims to provide a holistic approach to understanding the economic feasibility of LNG projects. Two detailed case studies are conducted to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of the proposed model, highlighting its capability to guide investment decisions, support risk management, and optimize asset portfolios. Bamboo vinegar is a liquid biomass with a huge yield and complex chemical composition. At present, the relative quantification of bamboo vinegar has been investigated in most studies. To analyze twelve compounds from bamboo vinegar simultaneously, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and an external standard method were used to develop an analytical method. In this method, chromatographic separations of all compounds were above 1.5. The linear range was between 0.100 and 10.000 mg/L, and the coefficient of determination (R2) was between 0.9981 and 0.9997, indicating a good linear relationship. The limit of detection (LOD) was between 0.004 and 0.780 mg/L; the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was between 0.016 and 3.120 mg/L; the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of instrument precision and method stability were less than 8%; the recovery rate was between 89.25% and 113.77%, and its RSD was between 0.44% and 5.70%. Using this method, fourteen bamboo vinegars and six wood vinegars were analyzed, and it was found that the content of propionic acid, phenol, and 2-methoxyphenol was higher in most samples. Thin-walled bearings are widely used owing to the advantages of their light structure, high hardness, and strong load-carrying capacity. However, thin-walled bearings are often prone to deformation during the machining process, which can seriously affect the performance of the bearings. In addition, the machining deformation and quality of bearings are difficult to balance. To address the above issues, this paper investigates the effects of the machining parameters on the machining deformation, surface quality, and machining efficiency of a thin-walled bearing during the roughing stage. The dynamic balance between deformation inhibition and high quality in rough grinding was studied, and the optimal parameters for thin-walled bearing outer ring grinding were obtained. The deformation mechanism of thin-walled bearings caused by grinding was revealed through simulation and experimental analysis. The results show that the machining deformation and quality reach a balance when the workpiece speed is 55 r/min, the grinding wheel rotational speed is 2000 r/min, and the feed rate is 0.1 mm/min. Deformation increases with the increase in workpiece speed and grinding wheel speed. At the same time, the surface roughness increases with the increase in the workpiece speed, but the increase in the wheel speed will improve the surface roughness. As the workpiece speed increases, the surface topography shows a more pronounced stockpile of material, which is ameliorated by an increase in grinding wheel speed. As the rotational speed of the workpiece increases, the number of abrasive grains involved in the process per unit of time decreases, and the surface removal of the workpiece is less effective, while the increase in the rotational speed of the grinding wheel has the opposite effect. The grinding deformation of thin-walled bearings is mainly induced by machining heat and stress. As the rotational speed increases, the heat flux in the grinding zone increases. More heat flux flows into the surface of the workpiece, causing an increase in thermal stresses on the inner surface of the bearing collar, leading to greater deformation. The temperature in the grinding area can be reduced during machining, realizing a reduction in deformation. Ear rot caused by the Fusarium species has led to a decline in maize yield and kernel quality worldwide. The changes in the population structure of pathogens and the widespread planting of susceptible maize varieties have exacerbated the occurrence and harm of ear rot in China. Therefore, it is very important to establish the species composition of Fusarium and evaluate the resistance of the main cultivated hybrids. In this study, 366 single conidial isolates of Fusarium spp. were obtained from three provinces of Northeast China. F. verticillioides, F. subglutinans, F. proliferatum, F. oxysporum, and F. graminearum species complex (FGSC) were identified, with F. verticillioides being the most prevalent with a frequency of 44.0%. Based on the TEF-1α gene sequences analysis, the FGSC populations consisted of two independent species: F. boothii and F. graminearum, which account for 23.8% and 5.7% of the total isolates, respectively. Additionally, the resistance to ear rot by 97 maize hybrids commonly planted in Northeast China was evaluated by inoculation with F. verticillioides during 2021 and 2022. The results showed that the disease parameters of different hybrids varied significantly (p < 0.05). Approximately half of the hybrids had damage rates ranging from 0 to 15%, and 79.4% of the hybrids had a severity rating of less than 5.5. In total, 49 (50.5%) hybrids were rated as moderately resistant, which was the dominant resistance category, and 71 hybrids (73.2%) were identified as moderately to highly resistant to ear rot. Current research confirms that Fusarium ear rot in maize is mainly caused by F. verticillioides in Northeast China, and many hybrids are resistant to the disease. In our exploration, we aimed at identifying seismic anomalies using limited ionospheric data for earthquake forecasting and we meticulously compiled datasets under conditions of minimal geomagnetic disturbance. Our systematic evaluation affirmed the ITransformer as a potent tool for the feature extraction of ionospheric data, standing out within the domain of transformer-based time series prediction models. We integrated the maximum entropy principle to fully leverage the available information, while minimizing the influence of presuppositions on our predictions. This led to the creation of the MaxEnt SeismoSense Model, a novel composite model that combines the strengths of the transformer architecture with the maximum entropy principle to improve prediction accuracy. The application of this model demonstrated a proficient capability to detect seismic disturbances in the ionosphere, showcasing an improvement in both recall rate and accuracy to 71% and 69%, respectively, when compared to conventional baseline models. This indicates that the combined use of transformer technology and the maximum entropy principle could allow pre-seismic anomalies in the ionosphere to be sensed more efficiently and could offer a more reliable and precise approach to earthquake prediction. Unconventional oil and gas reservoirs, characterized by low porosity and permeability, often require multistage fracturing techniques for development. The high-pressure fracturing fluids with large volumes can easily cause alternating changes in both temperature and pressure within the casing. Using a theoretical model and field data from hydraulic fracturing operations, this paper calculated the alternating ranges of axial loads and temperatures in the reservoir section. Based on the calculation results, the temperature–load alternating coupling test of the P110 casing was carried out, and the tensile test was performed to analyze the yield strength variation law of the casing material. The results indicate that the yield strength, ultimate strength, and elastic modulus of casing materials are decreased under alternating thermal–mechanical coupling conditions. As the number of alternating cycles increases, there is an initial rapid decrease followed by a slower declining trend. Moreover, the tension–tension (T–T) cycles induce greater reductions in yield strength and ultimate strength than tension–compression (T–C) cycles. Meanwhile, under the same axial load condition, the higher the circulating temperature, the more significant the reduction in yield strength and ultimate strength. In essence, this is the result of the coupling effect of low-cycle fatigue and temperature aging. Finally, based on the experimental data, a yield strength prediction model of the P110 casing under the alternating thermal–mechanical coupling condition was established. The research results provide theoretical guidance for the safe design and material selection of a casing string under multistage volumetric fracturing conditions of shale gas exploration. Pak choi exhibits a diverse color range and serves as a rich source of flavonoids and terpenoids. However, the mechanisms underlying the heterosis and coordinated regulation of these compounds—particularly isorhamnetin—remain unclear. This study involved three hybrid combinations and the detection of 528 metabolites from all combinations, including 26 flavonoids and 88 terpenoids, through untargeted metabolomics. Analysis of differential metabolites indicated that the heterosis for the flavonoid and terpenoid contents was parent-dependent, and positive heterosis was observed for isorhamnetin in the two hybrid combinations (SZQ, 002 and HMG, ZMG). Moreover, there was a high transcription level of flavone 3′-O-methyltransferase, which is involved in isorhamnetin biosynthesis. The third group was considered the ideal hybrid combination for investigating the heterosis of flavonoid and terpenoid contents. Transcriptome analysis identified a total of 12,652 DEGs (TPM > 1) in various groups that were used for comparison, and DEGs encoding enzymes involved in various categories, including "carotenoid bio-synthesis" and "anthocyanin biosynthesis", were enriched in the hybrid combination (SZQ, 002). Moreover, the category of anthocyanin biosynthesis also was enriched in the hybrid combination (HMG, ZMG). The flavonoid pathway demonstrated more differential metabolites than the terpenoid pathway did. The WGCNA demonstrated notable positive correlations between the dark-green modules and many flavonoids and terpenoids. Moreover, there were 23 ERF genes in the co-expression network (r ≥ 0.90 and p < 0.05). Thus, ERF genes may play a significant role in regulating flavonoid and terpenoid biosynthesis. These findings enhance our understanding of the heterosis and coordinated regulation of flavonoid and terpenoid biosynthesis in pak choi, offering insights for genomics-based breeding improvements. The utilization of heterosis is of great significance in improving rice yield. To explore the physiological and genetic basis for high yield in indica–japonica hybrid rice, Zheyou18 (z18) and Yongyou12 (y12) were used as materials and compared with indica hybrid rice, Zheyou12 (z12); japonica hybrid rice, Liangyoupeijiu (LYPJ); and the conventional lines zhe04B (04B) and zhehui818 (h818) under seedling growth vigor, functional leaf morphology, chlorophyll content, yield component, panicle trait, and InDel heterosis analysis. Z18 and y12 showed the largest increase in plant height 6 d and 9 d after germination; the root dry weight of z18 was 31.2% and 42.0% higher than its parents on the 12th d. The length of functional leaves ranked in the middle, while the width was the largest, resulting in z18 and y12 having the largest leaf area. Yield components showed that z18 and y12 had the highest number of primary branches, spikelets, and grains, and grain yield, which was 58.1 g in z18, increased by 29.8% and 8.7%, respectively, in comparison with h818 and LYPJ. The InDel genetic distance was significantly positively correlated with single spike weight, with r reaching 0.771, making it the only consistent and most correlated among the seven traits. Therefore, we speculated that as the InDel genetic distance expands, heterosis mainly manifests in the increase in single spike weight. This study comprehensively explored the physiological mechanism of yield improvement in indica–japonica-hybrid rice and used InDel genetic distances to study the genetic basis of heterosis, which will be helpful for future rice yield improvement. The power system is one of the most important urban lifeline engineering systems. Identifying the damage to the power system is an important task in earthquake disaster assessments. Considering the importance of timeliness and accessibility, a hyperparameter optimization model is proposed to address the assessment of disaster losses in power systems on earthquakes. The power system vulnerability on earthquakes, PSVE, is assessed by the hyperparameter optimization model based on nighttime light information. Through the utilization of the computational resources provided by Google Earth Engine, the accuracy of the baseline model has been significantly improved to 87.9%; meanwhile, the cost-effectiveness in the evaluation process is maintained. The PSVE-based damage evaluation has the potential to aid in assessing earthquake damage to cities' energy supply, power infrastructure, and lighting. A real-time, effective, and dynamic taxi cruising recommendation strategy is essential to solving the problem of taxi cruising passenger difficulty and urban road traffic congestion. This study focuses on two aspects of the real-time accessible range and pick-up ratio (PR) and proposes a real-time dynamic identification method for taxi optimal cruise-seeking area. Firstly, based on the cumulative opportunity method, a univariate temporal convolutional network (UTCN) accessible range dynamic prediction model is proposed to predict the real-time accessible range of taxis. Secondly, based on the gradient boosting decision tree (GBDT) model, the influencing factors with a high correlation with the PR are selected from the four dimensions of traffic characteristics, environmental meteorology, and time and space variables. Then, a multivariate univariate temporal convolutional network (MTCN) global grid PR prediction model is constructed, and the optimal taxi cruising area is identified based on the maximum PR. The results show that the taxi accessible range and PR of the same grid in different periods change with time, and based on the model comparison, the accessible range and PR prediction results of UTCN and MTCN algorithms in different periods are the best to identify the optimal cruising area of taxis in different periods. The main contribution of this study is that the proposed optimal cruising area prediction model has timeliness, accessibility, and dynamics. It can not only improve the probability of taxis receiving passengers and avoid taxis cruising aimlessly, but also solve the shortage of taxis in hotspots, thus shortening the waiting time of passengers. In underground coal gasification, as a choke regulating the formation gas lift pressure, the throttling tool can effectively reduce the production cost, the number of ground heating and insertion equipment, and gas consumption. Because in this process, the coal is transformed into composite synthetic gas through a series of technical treatments, the throttling tool is in a working environment with high temperature and pressure. In the process of transportation of combined synthetic gas, the pulverized coal parts produced by incomplete coal combination move with the gas in the throttling tool. The high temperature and high-pressure gas carrying large-diameter pressed coal parts will cause serial erosion and wear to the throttling device, resulting in failure and well-controlled safety risks. Therefore, according to the Joule–Thomson effect, this paper independently designs downhole throttling tools with single- and double-hole structures. According to actual field conditions, the erosion wear of throttling tools with different systems in high-temperature gas–solid two-phase flow was simulated and predicted, and the internal flow field characteristics of throttling means were analyzed. The difference between the wall wear distribution, wall collision position, and wall erosion effect of different structure throttling mechanisms with the change in gas velocity was investigated, which guides the practical use of the subsequent throttling tools. Low-temperature preheating, fast charging, and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) capabilities are important factors for the further development of electric vehicles (EVs). However, for conventional two-stage chargers, the EV charging/discharging instructions and grid instructions cannot be addressed simultaneously for specific requirements, pulse heating and variable-current charging can cause high-frequency power fluctuations at the grid side. Therefore, it is necessary to design a bidirectional grid-friendly charger for EVs operated under pulse-current heating and variable-current charging. The DC bus, which serves as the medium connecting the bidirectional DC–DC and bidirectional DC–AC, typically employs capacitors. This paper analyzes the reasons why the use of capacitors in the DC bus cannot satisfy the grid and EV requirements, and it proposes a new DC bus configuration that utilizes energy storage batteries instead of capacitors. Due to the voltage-source characteristics of the energy storage batteries, EV instructions and grid instructions can be flexibly and smoothly scheduled by using phase-shift control and adaptive virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control, respectively. In addition, the stability of the control strategy is demonstrated using small signal modeling. Finally, typical operating conditions (such as EV pulse preheating, fast charging with variable current, and grid peak shaving and valley filling) are selected for validation. The results show that in the proposed charger, the grid scheduling instructions and EV charging/discharging instructions do not interfere with each other, and different commands between EVs also do not interfere with each other under a charging pile with dual guns. Without affecting the requirements of EVs, the grid can change the proportion of energy supply based on actual scenarios and can also obtain energy from either EVs or energy storage batteries. For the novel charger, the pulse modulation time for EVs consistently achieves a steady state within 0.1 s; thus, the pulse modulation speed is as much as two times faster than that of conventional chargers with identical parameters. Leaf Area Index (LAI) is a fundamental indicator of plant growth status in agronomy and environmental research. With the rapid development of drone technology, the estimation of crop LAI based on drone imagery and vegetation indices is becoming increasingly popular. However, there is still a lack of detailed research on the feasibility of using image texture to estimate LAI and the impact of combining texture indices with vegetation indices on LAI estimation accuracy. In this study, two key growth stages of winter wheat (i.e., the stages of green-up and jointing) were selected, and LAI was calculated using digital hemispherical photography. The feasibility of predicting winter wheat LAI was explored under three conditions: vegetation index, texture index, and a combination of vegetation index and texture index, at flight heights of 20 m and 40 m. Two feature selection methods (Lasso and recursive feature elimination) were combined with four machine learning regression models (multiple linear regression, random forest, support vector machine, and backpropagation neural network). The results showed that during the vegetative growth stage of winter wheat, the model combining texture information with vegetation indices performed better than the models using vegetation indices alone or texture information alone. Among them, the best prediction result based on vegetation index was RFECV-MLR at a flight height of 40 m (R2 = 0.8943, RMSE = 0.4139, RRMSE = 0.1304, RPD = 3.0763); the best prediction result based on texture index was RFECV-RF at a flight height of 40 m (R2 = 0.8894, RMSE = 0.4236, RRMSE = 0.1335, RPD = 3.0063); and the best prediction result combining texture and index was RFECV-RF at a flight height of 40 m (R2 = 0.9210, RMSE = 0.3579, RRMSE = 0.1128, RPD = 3.5575). The results of this study demonstrate that combining vegetation indices and texture from multispectral drone imagery can improve the accuracy of LAI estimation during the vegetative growth stage of winter wheat. In addition, selecting a flight height of 40 m can improve efficiency in large-scale agricultural field monitoring, as this study showed that drone data at flight heights of 20 m and 40 m did not significantly affect model accuracy. In China's second-largest wheat-producing region, the mid-lower Yangtze River area, cold stress impacts winter wheat production during the pre-heading growth stage. Previous research focused on specific growth stages, lacking a comprehensive approach. This study utilizes Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) multispectral imagery to monitor Soil-Plant Analysis Development (SPAD) values throughout the pre-heading stage, assessing crop stress resilience. Vegetation Indices (VIs) and Texture Indices (TIs) are extracted from UAV imagery. Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) is applied to VIs, TIs, and fused variables (VIs + TIs), and six machine learning algorithms are employed for SPAD value estimation. The fused VIs and TIs model, based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), achieves the highest accuracy (R2 = 0.8576, RMSE = 2.9352, RRMSE = 0.0644, RPD = 2.6677), demonstrating robust generalization across wheat varieties and nitrogen management practices. In this paper, we introduce a Cournot duopoly game that can characterize fierce competition in digital economies and employ it to examine the effects of research and development (R&D) spillovers while considering various competition intensities. We obtain the analytical solution of the Nash equilibrium and the expression of commodity price, firm production, and variable profit under some key competition intensities. Furthermore, we analyze the local stability of the Nash equilibrium and derive that the equilibrium may lose its stability only through a 1:4 resonance bifurcation. Numerical simulations are conducted, through which we find that the Nash equilibrium transitions to complex dynamics through a cascade of period-doubling bifurcations. Phase portraits are also provided to illustrate more details of the dynamics, which confirm the previous theoretical finding that the Nash equilibrium loses its stability through a 1:4 resonance bifurcation. With the escalating intricacy of downhole operational scenarios, encompassing frequent well cycling, acidification, multi-stage fracturing, steam injection, and intensive extraction, the efficacy of traditional casing-string-design methods rooted in strength considerations is progressively unveiling its limitations. Henceforth, it becomes imperative to establish string-design method standards that embrace the entirety of a well's lifecycle, encompassing the phases of drilling, completion, fracturing, and production operations. Beginning with an analysis of the advantages and limitations of traditional casing-string-design methods, this paper introduces the features of strain and sealing design methods developed for the full lifecycle of the string. The strain design method, a departure from conventional design philosophies, enables the design concept of the controllable deformation of the pipe string. The sealing design method currently stands as the sole standard method for the design of tubing strings. Simultaneously, this paper proposes the establishment of a time dimension-based lifecycle pipe string-design method standard. Chaos is a common phenomenon in nature and social sciences. As is well known, chaos has multiple definitions, and there are both differences and connections between them. The unique properties of chaotic systems can be leveraged to address challenges in communication, security, data processing, system analysis, and control across different domains. For semi-flows, this paper introduces two important concepts corresponding to discrete dynamical systems, finitely chaotic and pairwise sensitivity. Since Tent map and its induced suspended semi-flows both have these two properties, then these two concepts on the semi-flows have extensive and important applications and meanings in information security, finance, artificial intelligence and other fields. Rice heterosis has played a significant role in improving rice yields in China since the 1970s. The utilization of heterosis between the indica and japonica subspecies of rice is especially important in this regard. However, inter-subspecies hybridization between indica and japonica rice is hampered by the inadequate seed-setting rate and inferior rice quality of hybrid offspring, which has limited its development. The discovery and cloning of wide-compatibility gene S5-n and the granular starch synthase gene Wx have provided a solution to this problem, paving the way for the breeding of inter-subspecies hybrid rice. Here we demonstrated the breeding process of Zheyou810 and its performances in regional trials. Employing marker-assisted selection through the utilization of KASP (Kompetitive Allele-Specific PCR), a high-yielding and superior-quality indica–japonica hybrid rice variety named Zheyou810 was developed. Zheyou810 achieved an average yield of 10,737.75 kg/ha (12.58% higher than control Jiayou5) in the national regional trials across 2019 and 2020, and 11,777.25 kg/ha (13.36% higher than Jiayou5) in the production trial in 2020, respectively. The quality of rice has also been improved, reaching the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China for Grade 3 premium rice (NY/T593). The performance of gear systems is closely related to the meshing parameters and sliding friction. However, the time-varying characteristics of meshing parameters caused by transverse vibration are usually not regarded and the sliding friction has always been ignored in previous studies. Therefore, the influence of the transverse vibration on meshing parameters and sliding friction have not been considered. In view of this, a nonlinear dynamic model for a spur gear system is proposed. The dynamic meshing parameters (pressure angle, backlash, etc.) and the effects of the variations of these parameters on the dynamic mesh force (DMF) and sliding friction are emphasized. The differential equations of motion are derived by the Lagrange method and solved by the Runge–Kutta method. Then, the input speed and friction coefficient are used as control parameters to compare the dynamic responses of the new and previous models. The results show that the meshing parameters and sliding friction are affected by transverse vibration, leading to distinctive nonlinear dynamic responses. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) multispectral imagery has been applied in the remote sensing of wheat SPAD (Soil and Plant Analyzer Development) values. However, existing research has yet to consider the influence of different growth stages and UAV flight altitudes on the accuracy of SPAD estimation. This study aims to optimize UAV flight strategies and incorporate multiple feature selection techniques and machine learning algorithms to enhance the accuracy of the SPAD value estimation of different wheat varieties across growth stages. This study sets two flight altitudes (20 and 40 m). Multispectral images were collected for four winter wheat varieties during the green-up and jointing stages. Three feature selection methods (Pearson, recursive feature elimination (RFE), and correlation-based feature selection (CFS)) and four machine learning regression models (elastic net, random forest (RF), backpropagation neural network (BPNN), and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost)) were combined to construct SPAD value estimation models for individual growth stages as well as across growth stages. The CFS-RF (40 m) model achieved satisfactory results (green-up stage: R2 = 0.7270, RPD = 2.0672, RMSE = 1.1835, RRMSE = 0.0259; jointing stage: R2 = 0.8092, RPD = 2.3698, RMSE = 2.3650, RRMSE = 0.0487). For cross-growth stage modeling, the optimal prediction results for SPAD values were achieved at a flight altitude of 40 m using the Pearson-XGBoost model (R2 = 0.8069, RPD = 2.3135, RMSE = 2.0911, RRMSE = 0.0442). These demonstrate that the flight altitude of UAVs significantly impacts the estimation accuracy, and the flight altitude of 40 m (with a spatial resolution of 2.12 cm) achieves better SPAD value estimation than that of 20 m (with a spatial resolution of 1.06 cm). This study also showed that the optimal combination of feature selection methods and machine learning algorithms can more accurately estimate winter wheat SPAD values. In addition, this study includes multiple winter wheat varieties, enhancing the generalizability of the research results and facilitating future real-time and rapid monitoring of winter wheat growth. During the production of deep oil and gas, scaling, waxing, hydrate ice plugging and other problems easily occur. To solve these problems, reducing the temperature loss of oil pipelines is a feasible method. In order to protect the outer wall coating from being damaged and losing its thermal insulation performance, this paper proposes a developed technology for a novel inner wall coating-insulated oil pipeline. A new temperature-resistant and heat-insulating material aerogel was optimized and developed, and it has an extremely low thermal conductivity of less than 0.055 W/m·K. The influence of different coating processes on the thermal insulation coefficient was analyzed, and a novel inner wall coating-insulated oil pipeline was developed. A testing and evaluation platform for its thermal insulation effect was built, and a finite element model was established to analyze the temperature field distribution. When the thickness of the inner coating was 0.5 mm, the thermal insulation effect of the new oil pipeline improved by about 29%. This technology could be widely used in the production of deep oil and gas, high salinity oil and water reservoirs, thin oil reservoirs, etc., to alleviate scaling and waxing phenomena. Simple Summary: The glutamate-gated chloride channel (GluCl) is an important neurotransmitter receptor in the nervous system of invertebrates, and it is also a promising target for insecticide discovery. In the present study, three GluCl variants generated by alternative splicing of exon 3 were cloned from the red flour beetle Tribolium castaneum, and their sequence features, genomic structures, and expression profiles as well as the homology modeling of TcGluCl were studied. These results provide valuable information for studying the specific function of the insect GluCl variant. The glutamate-gated chloride channels (GluCls) play essential roles in signal transduction by regulating fast inhibitory synaptic transmission in the nervous system of invertebrates. While there is only one GluCl subunit in the insect, the diversity of insect GluCls is broadened by alternative splicing. In the present study, three TcGluCl variant genes were cloned from the red flour beetle Tribolium castaneum. Analysis of the characteristics of TcGluCls including sequence features, genomic structures, and alternative splicing revealed that TcGluCls had the typical structural features of GluCls and showed high homologies with the GluCls from other insect orders. The TcGluCl-encoding gene consists of nine exons and three variants (TcGluCl-3a, TcGluCl-3b, and TcGluCl-3c) were generated by the alternative splicing of exon 3, which was a highly conserved alternative splicing site in insect GluCls. Homology modeling of TcGluCl-3a showed that the exon 3 coding protein located at the N-terminal extracellular domain, and there were no steric clashes encountered between the exon 3 coding region and ivermectin/glutamate binding pocket, which indicated that the alternative splicing of exon 3 might have no impact on the binding of GluCls to glutamate and insecticide. In addition to the head tissue, TcGluCl-3a and TcGluCl-3c also had high expressions in the ovary and testis of T. castaneum, whereas TcGluCl-3b showed high expression in the midgut, suggesting the diverse physiological functions of TcGluCl variants in T. castaneum. The total TcGluCl and three variants showed the highest expression levels in the early stage larvae. The expressions of TcGluCl, TcGluCl-3b, and TcGluCl-3c were significantly increased from the late-stage larvae to the early stage pupae and indicated that the TcGluCl might be involved in the growth and development of T. castaneum. In the process of rapid urbanization and accelerated transformation of urban community public space structures, the optimization of community space structure and the quality of the living environment has attracted the attention of academic circles. Existing research has shown that the well-being of community residents is positively correlated with community social capital. The starting point of this study was howaimed to increase residents' social capital and enhance their sense of life happiness through a good community space environment design. This paper focuses on the analysis of the spatial perception level of community residents and the correlation between environmental space design elements and social capital and explores the environmental factors that affect the accumulation of social capital of community residents to put forward suggestions for the optimal design of community public spaces. A field survey of 30 communities in Shanghai City was conducted based on relevant theories and practical cases both at home and abroad. The six dimensions of "social cohesion", "sense of community belonging", "social participation", "social network", "social interaction", and "neighborhood relationship" are used to assign social capital, and the six dimensions are respectively regressed with residents' environmental perception of the community and the objective environment of the community. The correlation between the social capital of community residents and the three elements of public space (space, facilities, and social elements) was obtained. According to the public space optimization design strategy of the three elements, public space design principles for improving community social capital are proposed, including the principles of diversification, humanization, suitability, and inclusiveness, and the corresponding suggestions are proposed from three aspects: point space, line space, and surface space. Flange joints with spigots are widely used in aero-engines. The spigot will restrict the shear slipping between flanges, which, in turn, affects the stiffness characteristics of the joint. The current model and research on flange joints without spigots may not be suitable for the dynamic characteristics of aero-engines. Moreover, the complexity of contact pairs limits the application of the flange joint finite element (FE) model in aero-engine dynamics analysis. Therefore, a simplified analytical model of a flange joint with a spigot is proposed in this paper. First, the stiffness characteristic of the flange joint with a spigot is studied using the FE method. Second, a corresponding experiment is executed to verify the result of the FE analysis. Furthermore, based on the former FE and experimental analysis, one section of a flange joint is simulated by the Jenkins friction model and a spring. Then, a simplified analytical model of the entire flange joint is built according to the different statuses of each section. Finally, a simulation analysis of the stiffness characteristic is performed. In order to study the heterogeneous traffic environment generated by connected automated vehicles (CAVs) and human-driven vehicles (HDVs), the car-following model and basic graph model of the mixed traffic flows of connected automated vehicles and human-driven vehicles are constructed. Considering driver response time and the communication delay of the connected automated vehicles control system, the three-parameter variation law of traffic flow is summarized to solve the traffic congestion problem in heterogeneous traffic environments. Firstly, the probability of six scenarios in queues of cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) vehicles, adaptive cruise control (ACC) vehicles, and human-driven vehicles in heterogeneous traffic environments is analyzed. The car-following model is defined, and the parameters are calibrated, and then a fundamental diagram model of traffic flow balance is derived. On this basis, considering driver response time and the communication delay of the linear controller, a car-following model considering multi-party delay is updated and established, and the heterogeneous traffic flow analysis of the two types of delays in the model is carried out. Finally, the microscopic simulation environment is constructed based on SUMO 1.17.0 (Simulation of Urban Mobility) software. The results show that when the permeability (the proportion of connected automated vehicles in a traffic stream) exceeds 0.6, CAVs account for the main part in the heterogeneous traffic, which has a positive impact on the maximum flow and the optimal density and can effectively improve the maximum capacity of the road. In China's Yangtze River Basin, systematic waterway improvement and dredging maintenance have increased the waterway water depth compared with that before the implementation of the Three Gorges Project. Although the water depth of the middle section increased from 2.9 m in 2002 to 4.2 m in 2021, it remains less than 6.0 m in the lower section and 4.5 m in the Three Gorges Reservoir area. This study explores the Chenglingji—Wuhan reaches in the middle section of the Yangtze River, using hydrological data from 1954 to 2021 and topographic data from 2002 to 2021 to analyze river channel scouring or deposition characteristics, verify the waterway scale with a multi-scale width of 4.5 m water depth, and propose waterway management countermeasures. After the implementation of the Three Gorges Project, the Chenglingji—Wuhan reaches were scouring using a low-flow channel (94.95%), thereby facilitating waterway depth improvement. A serious obstruction area was located in the branching channel, and an unstable relationship between the boundary of the continental bank and the branching channel was found to be the main factor hindering navigation, with a water depth below 4.5 m. The Chenglingji—Wuhan reaches waterway water depth has been raised from 2.9 m in 2003 to 4.2 m; it can be raised to 4.5 m through waterway scale improvement. This study explains the navigation obstruction characteristics of alluvial waterways, which has important reference value for waterway scale improvement and planning, and the efficient utilization of deep-water resources. Microplastics are widespread in coastal and marine environments, and sediments serve as a sink for microplastics. In this study, four sediment cores were collected from the Kuala Gula Mangrove area. The abundance of microplastics in mangrove sediments ranged from 25–130 items/kg dry weight. The highest abundance of microplastic was observed at the KG04 site near the mouth of the river. The number of microplastics by sampling site was significantly different (p < 0.01), with station KG04 having the highest fiber content. The dominant color of microplastics was blue, and the main shape was fiber. Rayon, cotton, Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and azlon were observed from FT-IR, indicating that the potential sources of microplastic and fiber could come from household laundry wastewater. Microplastics tended to accumulate in deeper depths at KG01 (p < 0.01), whereas other stations showed no significant difference (p > 0.05). Although many studies have investigated the non-linear relationship between the built environment and rail patronage, it remains unclear whether this influence is equally applicable to primary and secondary school students due to their physiological characteristics and cognitive limitations. This study applies the GBDT model to Wuhan student metro swipe data in order to investigate the relative importance and non-linear association of the built environment on the school-commuting metro ridership. The results show that the variable with the greatest predictive power is the number of living service facilities followed by the number of intersections, and the degree of land-use mixture. All of the built environment variables had non-linear associations with the school-commuting ridership, and the greatest attraction to the school-commuting metro ridership occurred when the number of living service facilities was 500, the number of intersections was 36, and the degree of land-use mixture was 0.8. It is of great significance to expand the functions of submarines by carrying underwater manipulators with a large working space. To suppress the flexible vibration of underwater manipulators, an improved sparrow search algorithm (ISSA) combining an elite strategy and a sine algorithm is proposed for the trajectory planning of underwater flexible manipulators. In this method, the vibration evaluation function is established based on the precise dynamic model of the underwater flexible manipulator and considering complex motion and vibration constraints. Simulation results show that the ISSA algorithm requires only 1/3.68 of the time of PSO. Compared to PSO, SSA and the opposition-based learning sparrow search algorithm (OBLSSA), the optimization performance is improved by 17.3%, 13.1% and 9.7%, respectively. However, because the complex dynamics model of the underwater flexible manipulator leads to large computational effort and a long optimization time, ISSA is difficult to apply directly in practice. To obtain a large number of optimization results in a shorter time, an incremental Kriging-assisted ISSA (IKA-ISSA) is proposed in this paper. A novel fourth-generation nickel-based single crystal superalloy was brazed with Co-based filler alloy. The effects of post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of brazed joints were investigated. The experimental and CALPHAD simulation results show that the non-isothermal solidification zone was composed of M3B2, MB-type boride and MC carbide, and the isothermal solidification zone was composed of γ and γ' phases. After the PWHT, the distribution of borides and the morphology of the γ' phase were changed. The change of the γ' phase was mainly attributed to the effect of borides on the diffusion behavior of Al and Ta atoms. In the process of PWHT, stress concentration leads to the nucleation and growth of grains during recrystallization, thus forming high angle grain boundaries in the joint. The microhardness was slightly increased compared to the joint before PWHT. The relationship between microstructure and microhardness during the PWHT of the joint was discussed. In addition, the tensile strength and stress fracture life of the joints were significantly increased after the PWHT. The reasons for the improved mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed and the fracture mechanism of the joints was elucidated. Pb and BHA in Pb-BHA-NaOL collector assembled by lead nitrate (Pb), benzohydroxamic acid (BHA), and sodium oleate (NaOL) with a 240:120:1 molar ratio in scheelite flotation have the common defects of flotation reagents including high cost, environmental pollution and reducing hydrometallurgy efficiency. Therefore, in this study, the efficient desorption and reuse of Pb and BHA adsorbed on the scheelite surfaces was first proposed. The desorption test results showed that 80.71% Pb and 70.93% BHA could be efficiently desorbed from the scheelite concentrate surfaces through strong stirring for 15 min at pH 13.0 and a speed of 1600 r/min. The reuse of the desorbed collector could save 67% Pb and 75% BHA. The results of desorption and reuse tests of the real ore also exhibited high feasibility in industrial application. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis revealed that Pb-O, C=O, and C-N groups of Pb and BHA adsorbed on the scheelite surfaces obviously weakened or disappeared. Atomic force microscopy analysis further confirmed that most of the Pb and BHA on the scheelite surfaces were removed. Piezoelectric print-heads (PPHs) are used with a variety of fluid materials with specific functions. Thus, the volume flow rate of the fluid at the nozzle determines the formation process of droplets, which is used to design the drive waveform of the PPH, control the volume flow rate at the nozzle, and effectively improve droplet deposition quality. In this study, based on the iterative learning and the equivalent circuit model of the PPHs, we proposed a waveform design method to control the volume flow rate at the nozzle. Experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately control the volume flow of the fluid at the nozzle. To verify the practical application value of the proposed method, we designed two drive waveforms to suppress residual vibration and produce smaller droplets. To ensure the equity of exclusive bus lane (EBL) allocation under multimodal traffic conditions, a bi-level programming model is first constructed. The upper-level model is the minimum total system cost considering the Gini coefficient and the lower-level model constructed a stochastic user equilibrium (SUE) model based on logit loading. Secondly, a heuristic algorithm combining an improved genetic algorithm (GA) and a method of the successive average method (MSA) is designed. Finally, the Nguyen and Dupuis networks are used as examples to verify and analyze the effectiveness, superiority and sensitivity of the model and algorithm. The results show that the method can effectively obtain the optimal solution of the upper-level model as 15,004 RMB, the Gini coefficient is 0.31, and the equity is at a relatively reasonable level. Compared with the different allocation schemes, the proposed scheme has a higher bus sharing rate and lower Gini coefficient. At the same time, when the actual demand is twice the basic demand, the bus share rate is the largest, 65%, and the Gini coefficient is the smallest at 0.3. Combining the advantages of high efficiency, environmental robustness, and anti-reflection behavior, oscillating-amplifying integrated fiber lasers have become popular for use in high-power laser structures in industrial applications, wherein the size of the laser source matters. Here, an oscillating-amplifying integrated fiber laser in an oval-shaped cylinder package has been proposed and demonstrated, the footprint for which only occupies an area of 0.024 m2 apart from the pump diode, which is much smaller than in traditional planar fiber laser packages. Numerical simulations have been carried out, which have revealed that an oval-shaped cylinder package can effectively suppress the high-order mode in large mode area fiber setups and thereby benefit the integration of fusion points and the unpackaged elements at the same time. Over 3.7 kW of transverse mode instability (TMI)-free output power has been obtained, with a slope efficiency higher than 80%. With a custom-made chirped and tilted fiber Bragg grating (CTFBG), the Raman suppression ratio is improved to reach 38 dB at peak output power. The oval-shaped design has been verified to assist with the realization of TMI suppression and improve the integration of high-power fiber lasers. The sulfide stress cracking (SSC) behavior of three micro-alloying 110 ksi grade Cr-Mo casing steels were evaluated according to the A-Method tensile test specified in the NACE TM0177 standard (NACE A-method). The fractures of SSC specimens and the micro-structures of the casing steels were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in the BF and STEM mode. The results show that on the premise of 110 ksi, the yield strength of Co-Mo steel was satisfactory, finer spherical carbides increased the number of irreversible traps; widened polygonised martensitic laths, lowered dislocation density, and lowered the proportion of high-angle grain boundaries and the Σ3 boundaries decreased hydrogen permeability and diffusivity. In recent years, intercity carpooling has been vigorously developed in China. Considering the differences between intercity carpooling and intracity carpooling, this paper first defines the intercity carpooling path optimization problem with time window. Based on the balance of interests among passengers, platform, and government, a multi-objective function is constructed to minimize passenger cost, maximize platform revenue, and minimize carbon emission cost, with vehicle capacity, boarding and alighting points, vehicle service, and other constraints. Secondly, in order to further improve the coordination ability and search speed of the operator, this paper uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to help the operator remember the previous search position and iterative information, and designs the PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) improved NSGA-II (Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm) algorithm to solve the multi-objective model. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by numerical analysis of Xi'an–Xianyang intercity carpool. The results show that the path of vehicle 1 is 5-8-O-D-16-13, the path of vehicle 2 is 7-3-6-O-D-15-11-14, and the path of vehicle 3 is 2-1-4-O-D-12-10-9. Water security in the ecotone between semi-humid and semi-arid regions (EHA) is very vulnerable and sensitive to climate change and human interferences. Urban turf irrigation is a primary consumer of urban water resources in the EHA, which places huge pressures on water security by substantial irrigated water use due to the expansion of urban turf planting. Based on a 2-year (2020–2021) turf experiment in Zhangjiakou City, a typical water-deficit city in the EHA of northern China, the water budget for turf was measured and analyzed. Furthermore, the Root Zone Water Quality Model (RZWQM2) was employed to evaluate the optimal irrigation scheme for turf. The results showed that the average volumetric water content in the 0–40 cm soil layer was maintained above 23% in 2020–2021. The evapotranspiration in growth period of turf accounted for more than 70% of the annual evapotranspiration, and the deep seepage in turf soil accounted for 49.67% and 60.28% of the total precipitation and irrigation in 2020 and 2021, respectively, during the vigorous growth period of the turf from May to September. The calibrated RZWQM2 showed a robust ability to simulate the water changes in turf. The d-values (consistency index) between the simulated and observed volumetric water contents and evapotranspiration were both greater than 0.90. In the aspects of irrigation scenarios, the T60%-12 scenario (TA-B, where A is 100%, 80%, 60% or 40% of the total irrigation amount and B is the number of irrigation events corresponding to A) was determined as the best irrigation schedule in our study area because of lower evapotranspiration, seepage and higher turf soil water storage under this irrigation scenario, also resulting from the comparison of different irrigation scenarios using the entropy-weight-TOPSIS method. In such an optimal scenario, T60%-12 irrigation treatment reduced the irrigated water requirement of turf by 40% (142.06 mm) and the seepage amount by 28.07% (39.05 mm), and had the lowest negative impacts on the turf growth. As an organic−inorganic thermoelectric composite material, a flexible, reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/silver sulfide (Ag2S)/methyl cellulose (MC) film was fabricated by a two-step method. Firstly, a rGO/Ag2S composite powder was prepared by a chemical synthesis method, and then, the rGO/Ag2S/MC composite film was prepared by a combined screen printing and annealing treatment process. The rGO and rGO/Ag2S composite powders were evenly dispersed in the rGO/Ag2S/MC composite films. A power factor of 115 μW m−1 K−2 at 520 K was acquired for the rGO/Ag2S/MC composite film, which is ~958 times higher than the power factor at 360 K (0.12 μW m−1 K−2), mainly due to the significant increase in the electrical conductivity of the composite film from 0.006 S/cm to 210.18 S/cm as the test temperature raised from 360 K to 520 K. The wear of the tibial insert is one of the primary factors leading to the failure of total knee arthroplasty. As materials age, their wear performance often degrades. Supplementing highly cross-linked polyethylene (HXLPE) with dodecyl gallate (DG) can improve the oxidation stability of tibial inserts for use in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). This study aimed to evaluate the wear resistance of HXLPE supplemented with DG (HXLPE-DG) tibial inserts before and after accelerated aging. HXLPE-DG tibial inserts were subjected to wear testing of up to 5 million loading cycles according to ISO 14243, and the resulting wear particles were analyzed according to ISO 17853. The wear rate, number, size, and shape of the wear particles were analyzed. The average wear rate of the unaged samples was 4.39 ± 0.75 mg/million cycles and was 3.22 ± 1.49 mg/million cycles for the aged samples. The unaged tibial inserts generated about 2.80 × 107 particles/mL following the wear test, but this was considerably lower for the aged samples at about 1.35 × 107 particles/mL. The average equivalent circle diameter (ECD) of the wear particles from the unaged samples was 0.13 μm (max: 0.80 μm; min: 0.04 μm), and it was 0.14 μm (max: 0.66 μm; min: 0.06 μm) from the aged samples. Moreover, 22.1% of the wear particles from the unaged samples had an aspect ratio (AR) of >4 (slender shape), while this was 15.4% for the aged samples. HXLPE-DG improves the wear performance of the material over time. HXLPE-DG is a novel material that has been demonstrated to have antiaging properties and high wear resistance, making it a promising candidate for use in TKA. A design integrating multiple cladding mode strippers used in fiber laser architectures into a single device is proposed. This approach can increase the compactness of fiber lasers, thus contributing to industrial laser processing applications. By offset-placing the most intense light-stripping parts, for instance, by inversing the laser injection directions or by displacing the beginning of etched sections, multiple cladding mode strippers bundled together into a single housing can have the hottest regions separated and can operate at full power simultaneously, with no evident cross-influence on each other. Two and three cladding-mode-stripper arrays have been implemented, and validation tests have been conducted with ~500-W cladding power being injected into each input port. For both arrayed devices, compared to the scenario in which only a single cladding mode stripper is working, no greater than a 2.1 °C temperature increment is generated when all components are operating concurrently, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the integration method. In this way, one half and two thirds of space/weight reduction can be realized, respectively, for the two and three cladding-mode-stripper arrays, which is meaningful, since cladding mode strippers are among the most bulky and hottest components in fiber lasers. Moreover, this integration provides a valuable reference for the miniaturization of other components, and thus, could contribute to the development fiber lasers with higher power-to-volume ratios, which would be more economical for industrial applications. The traffic safety risk index system and risk assessment model of ordinary arterial highways with two dimensions of risk severity and accident severity are established. Based on the global sensitivity analysis of the extended Fourier amplitude sensitivity test (EFAST), the resulting risk assessment model for ordinary arterial highways is proposed. Combined with the current traffic safety situation of ordinary arterial highways in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, China, data collection and analyses were carried out from the perspectives of traffic operation status, personnel facilities management, road environment characteristics, and accident occurrence patterns. The results show that the risk level of ordinary arterial highways can be obviously divided into warning areas, control areas, and prompt areas. The proportion of roads through villages and the number of deceleration facilities belong to the highly sensitive indicators of the S107 safety risk, which need to be emphatically investigated. This analysis method based is on the RCLE (RSR-CRITIC-LVSSM-EFAST) risk assessment model and has high operability and adaptability. It can be adaptively divided according to the requirements of risk-level differentiation, and the road risk classification can be displayed more intuitively, which is conducive to formulating targeted improvement measures for arterial highway safety and ensuring the safe and orderly operation of arterial highway traffic. This study designs a limited-stop and local mixed bus service from the perspectives of both transit agencies and passengers based on a proposed optimization model. Close attention was paid to the increase in fares for the limited-stop service in the proposed model to offset the loss in bus fare. The objective function was to minimize the passenger travel time and bus agency costs; the decision variables were the stops for the limited-stop service and the headways of the limited-stop and local services; the constraints included the range of fare increases for the limited-stop service and other factors. The Lingo software and the genetic algorithm were compared in solving the proposed model from the aspects of solving time and results. Because the solutions for the model within the planning time and the influence of the global optimal solution upon parametric analysis were stable, the Lingo software was more suitable for the proposed model. Evaluations of the total costs for the mixed service and local-only service were carried out for different bus corridor lengths. The ratio of the fares for the limited-stop service to the fares for the local service must be within the appropriate range in order to take advantage of the limited-stop service. The conflict between the mainline and incoming traffic flow in the merging area of an urban expressway makes it easier to form a traffic bottleneck than the basic road section. When the merging bottleneck occurs, the overall efficiency is affected. This paper establishes an improved Cell Transmission Model (CTM) using Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) for parameter calibration and validation. Based on the joint optimization goal of efficiency and safety, a collaborative control strategy is established. The strategy is verified by VISSIM. The results show that the total travel time is reduced by 7.34%, and the total turnover is increased by 6.06% by applying the collaborative control strategy during the peak period. Therefore, the cooperative control strategy of the merging bottleneck proposed can improve the traffic state at the merging bottleneck and improve the efficiency and safety level of the expressway. To improve the efficiency of accident treatment on mountain highways and reduce the degree of disruption from traffic accidents, the grading method of the ellipse-like radiation range of traffic accident impact is proposed. First, according to the propagation law of traffic accidents, the general function of mountain highways affected by traffic accidents was constructed based on the Gaussian plume model. Then, based on the gravity field theory, the influence of the accident source point on the accident road was analyzed in the aftermath of a supposed accident. Additionally, considering the cascading failure of the road network, the influence of the accident-intersecting roads was demarcated by the cascading failure load propagation function. Based on this analysis, the ellipse-like radiation range models of traffic accidents on the accident road and the intersecting roads were proposed, respectively. Next, the adjustment parameter was further introduced to incorporate the different levels of influence of traffic accidents on the surrounding road network into the model, and the grading impacts of the accident on the potentially utilized opposite lane were discussed. Finally, according to the queuing theory model, simulation design, and portability analysis, the accuracy of the ellipse-like radiation range grading model was verified. The research results show that, compared with queuing theory and simulation results, the error of the grading model of the ellipse-like radiation range affected by traffic accidents was within a reasonable range; that is, the model can reasonably quantify the difference of traffic accident propagation on the accident road and the intersecting roads. Moreover, the heterogeneity of traffic accident propagation was verified by taking the non-occupied opposite lanes as an example. The grading method of influence radiation range utilized for traffic accidents on mountain highways can quickly provide corresponding auxiliary decision support for accident rescue within varying influence ranges. A novel combined power and refrigeration system is proposed based on organic Rankine and jet refrigeration cycles. The system has a wider application range and can be adjusted to different cooling and evaporation temperatures. To meet the needs of diverse populations, the cooling and evaporation temperature can be as low as −60 degrees Celsius. The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the system, and the proposed system's energy, exergy, economy, and environment are analyzed under optimal conditions. The results desmonstrate that the exergy damage, environmental impact rate, and exergy economic coefficient of steam turbine are the largest. The system's exergy damage and the turbine's investment cost are reduced, and the system's performance is improved. The condenser has the greatest potential for improvement and should be considered a priority component for system improvement. In addition, the system parameters are analyzed. Higher low-pressure steam generation temperature, dryness of low-pressure steam generator outlet, turbine steam extraction ratio, refrigeration evaporation temperature, and compressor compression ratio are advantageous to system cooling capacity output but not the system net power.High-pressure evaporation temperature is unfavorable to the system's output of net power and cooling capacity. Still, it is beneficial to improve the thermal and energy efficiency of the system. Under the same operating conditions, compared with the system proposed by predecessors, the system's net power is increased by 12.52 kW, the thermal efficiency is increased by 4.27%, and the energy efficiency is increased by 2.57%. The system was optimized by taking low-pressure evaporation temperature, high-pressure evaporation temperature, outlet dryness of low-pressure steam generator, suction ratio of steam turbine and compression ratio of compressor as decision variables, and thermal efficiency, exergy efficiency, SUCP and SUEP as objective functions. The low-pressure evaporation temperature, high-pressure evaporation temperature, outlet dryness of low-pressure steam generator, suction ratio of steam turbine, and compression ratio of compressor are 357.99 K, 385.72 K, 0.1, and 0, respectively. The system thermal efficiency is 15.01%, exergy efficiency is 43.18%, SUCP is 45.525USD/MWh, and SUEP is 5122.6 MPTS/MWh. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Stocking density presents a key factor affecting livestock and poultry production on a large scale as well as animal welfare. However, the current manual counting method used in the hemp duck breeding industry is inefficient, costly in labor, less accurate, and prone to double counting and omission. In this regard, this paper uses deep learning algorithms to achieve real-time monitoring of the number of dense hemp duck flocks and to promote the development of the intelligent farming industry. We constructed a new large-scale hemp duck object detection image dataset, which contains 1500 hemp duck object detection full-body frame labeling and head-only frame labeling. In addition, this paper proposes an improved attention mechanism YOLOv7 algorithm, CBAM-YOLOv7, adding three CBAM modules to the backbone network of YOLOv7 to improve the network's ability to extract features and introducing SE-YOLOv7 and ECA-YOLOv7 for comparison experiments. The experimental results show that CBAM-YOLOv7 had higher precision, and the recall, mAP@0.5, and mAP@0.5:0.95 were slightly improved. The evaluation index value of CBAM-YOLOv7 improved more than those of SE-YOLOv7 and ECA-YOLOv7. In addition, we also conducted a comparison test between the two labeling methods and found that the head-only labeling method led to the loss of a high volume of feature information, and the full-body frame labeling method demonstrated a better detection effect. The results of the algorithm performance evaluation show that the intelligent hemp duck counting method proposed in this paper is feasible and can promote the development of smart reliable automated duck counting. Uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) testing requires high-quality core samples, which is a difficult task for weak, highly fractured, thinly bedded, foliated, and weathered rocks. In addition, it is time-consuming and expensive. Because of the good relationship between rock point load strength (PLS) and UCS, the PLS could be used to estimate rock UCS quickly. The lump structure and layer structure of carbonaceous slate are revealed in the tunnels of the China–Laos Railway in the Laos Luang Prabang Suture Zone as one of the important factors leading to tunnel squeezing deformation and support structures. To reveal the relationship between the PLS and UCS of carbonaceous slate in the Luang Prabang Suture Zone, PLS tests and UCS tests of lump-structure carbonaceous slate (lamina plane inconspicuous) and layer-structure carbonaceous slate (lamina plane conspicuous) were performed. Results show that the Is(50) of lump-structure carbonaceous slate ranged from 0.06 MPa to 0.30 Mpa, the Is(50) of layer-structure carbonaceous slates which were loaded perpendicular to the lamina plane ranged from 0.64 MPa to 1.25 MPa, the Is(50) of layer-structure carbonaceous slates which were loaded parallel to the lamina plane ranged from 0.49 MPa to 0.71 MPa, and the correction power index m ranged from 0.42 to 0.51 with an average value of 0.47. Four correlation expressions of carbonaceous slate relationships between PLS and UCS were fitted by zero-intercept linear expression, nonzero intercept linear expression, power expression, and logarithmic expression, and the calculation results were compared with results calculated by the International Society of Rock Mechanics (ISRM) correlation equation. It is concluded that the correlation equation between UCS and PLS recommended by ISRM specifications easily causes soft rock strength overestimation, which affects the correct evaluation of the surrounding rock property and the structural design safety of tunnels and underground projects. The zero-intercept linear equation UCS = 18.45Is(50) has better goodness of fit and higher accuracy in predicting the UCS of the carbonaceous slate in the Luang Prabang Suture Zone. Diamane, the thinnest sp3-hybridized diamond film, has attracted great interest due to its excellent mechanical, electronic, and thermal properties inherited from both graphene and diamond. In this study, the friction properties of surface hydrogenated and fluorinated diamane (H- and F-diamane) are investigated with dispersion-corrected density functional theory (DFT) calculations for the first time. Our calculations show that the F-diamane exhibits approximately equal friction to graphene, despite the presence of morphological corrugation induced by sp3 hybridization. Comparative studies have found that the coefficient of friction of H-diamane is about twice that of F-diamane, although they have the same surface geometric folds. These results are attributed to the packed charge surface of F-diamane, which can not only effectively shield carbon interactions from two contacting films, but also provide strong electron–electron repulsive interaction, resulting in a large interlayer distance and a small wrinkle of potential energy at the interface. The interesting results obtained in this study have enriched our understanding of the tribological properties of diamane, and are the tribological basis for the design and application of diamane in nanodevices. In the complex fracturing process of shale gas wells, casing is subjected to serious deformation, which can easily to the failure of wellbore integrity and the reduction of well construction productivity. It is particularly important to clarify the casing deformation mechanism and carry out effective control. Based on the logging data of casing deformation from well and full-scale indoor tests, the casing deformation mechanism is mainly considered to be shear and non-uniform extrusion deformation caused by formation slip and displacement control, i.e., the ultimate working conditions. The slip displacement boundary (<40 mm) under complex fracturing conditions is quantified to provide the design and optimization basis. Then, the influence laws of steel grade and wall thickness on the shear and non-uniform extrusion bearing characteristics are studied, using unconventional oil and gas well casing simulation test systems for 110 ksi (φ139.7 × 10.54 mm) and 125 ksi (φ139.7 × 12.7 mm) casings. Furthermore, combined with the full-scale simulation tests and finite-element simulation, the effects of elastic and modified cement slurry with hollow glass beads on casing deformation are compared and studied. The results show that the deformation capacity mitigation of casing is limited by reducing the cement elastic modulus and increasing the elastic cement thickness. By reasonably adding hollow glass beads of modified cement slurry, the maximum geological movement absorption of cement slurry is up to 27 mm. This new method can obviously decrease casing deformation and have an excellent control effect. Combined with the cementing technology of Luzhou blocks, the formula of modified cement slurry is optimized, and the optimization window of the casing deformation control process is formed, which can ensure the smooth progress of engineering fracturing.
