Carbon dioxide (CO2) is the most important long-lived greenhouse gas and can be retrieved using solar absorption spectra recorded by a ground-based Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). In this study, we investigate the CO2 retrieval strategy using the Network for the Detection of Atmospheric Composition Change–Infrared Working Group (NDACC–IRWG) type spectra between August 2018 and April 2022 (~4 years) at Xianghe, China, aiming to find the optimal observed spectra, retrieval window, and spectroscopy. Two spectral regions, near 2600 and 4800 cm−1, are analyzed. The differences in column-averaged dry-air mole fraction of CO2 (XCO2) derived from spectroscopies (ATM18, ATM20, HITRAN2016, and HITRAN2020) can be up to 1.65 ± 0.95 ppm and 7.96 ± 2.02 ppm for NDACC-type 2600 cm−1 and 4800 cm−1 retrievals, respectively, which is mainly due to the CO2 differences in air-broadened Lorentzian HWHM coefficient (γair) and line intensity (S). HITRAN2020 provides the best fitting, and the retrieved CO2 columns and profiles from both 2600 and 4800 cm−1 are compared to the co-located Total Column Carbon Observing Network (TCCON) measurements and the greenhouse gas reanalysis dataset from the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS). The amplitude of XCO2 seasonal variation derived from the NDACC-type (4800 cm−1) is closer to the TCCON measurements than that from the NDACC-type (2600 cm−1). Moreover, the NDACC-type (2600 cm−1) retrievals are strongly affected by the a priori profile. For tropospheric XCO2, the correlation coefficient between NDACC-type (4800 cm−1) and CAMS model is 0.73, which is higher than that between NDACC-type (2600 cm−1) and CAMS model (R = 0.56). The gait recognition of exoskeletons includes motion recognition and gait phase recognition under various road conditions. The recognition of gait phase is a prerequisite for predicting exoskeleton assistance time. The estimation of real-time assistance time is crucial for the safety and accurate control of lower-limb exoskeletons. To solve the problem of predicting exoskeleton assistance time, this paper proposes a gait recognition model based on inertial measurement units that combines the real-time motion state recognition of support vector machines and phase recognition of long short-term memory networks. A recognition validation experiment was conducted on 30 subjects to determine the reliability of the gait recognition model. The results showed that the accuracy of motion state and gait phase were 99.98% and 98.26%, respectively. Based on the proposed SVM-LSTM gait model, exoskeleton assistance time was predicted. A test was conducted on 10 subjects, and the results showed that using assistive therapy based on exercise status and gait stage can significantly improve gait movement and reduce metabolic costs by an average of more than 10%. In recent years, the global resource shortage has become a serious issue. Recycling end-of-life (EOL) products is conducive to resource reuse and circular economy and can mitigate the resource shortage issue. The disassembly of EOL products is the first step for resource reuse. Disassembly activities need tools, and tool deterioration occurs inevitably during the disassembly process. This work studies the influence of tool deterioration on disassembly efficiency. A disassembly line balancing model with the goal of maximizing disassembly profits is established, in which tool selection and assignment is a critical part. A modified discrete migratory bird optimizer is proposed to solve optimization problems. The well-known IBM CPLEX optimizer is used to verify the correctness of the model. Six real-world products are used for disassembly experiments. The popular fruit fly optimization algorithm, whale optimization algorithm and salp swarm algorithm are used for search performance comparison. The relative content of chlorophyll, assessed through the soil and plant analyzer development (SPAD), serves as a reliable indicator reflecting crop photosynthesis and the nutritional status during crop growth and development. In this study, we employed machine learning methods utilizing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) multi-spectrum remote sensing to predict the SPAD value of litchi fruit. Input features consisted of various vegetation indices and texture features during distinct growth periods, and to streamline the feature set, the full subset regression algorithm was applied for dimensionality reduction. Our findings revealed the superiority of stacking models over individual models. During the litchi fruit development period, the stacking model, incorporating vegetation indices and texture features, demonstrated a validation set coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.94, a root mean square error (RMSE) of 2.4, and a relative percent deviation (RPD) of 3.0. Similarly, in the combined litchi growing period and autumn shoot period, the optimal model for estimating litchi SPAD was the stacking model based on vegetation indices and texture features, yielding a validation set R2, RMSE, and RPD of 0.84, 3.9, and 1.9, respectively. Underactive bladder (UAB) is a prevalent but under-researched lower urinary tract symptom that typically occurs alongside detrusor underactivity (DU). Unlike UAB, DU is a urodynamic diagnosis which the International Continence Society (ICS) defines as "a contraction of reduced strength and/or duration, resulting in prolonged bladder emptying and/or a failure to achieve complete bladder emptying within a normal time span". Despite the widespread prevalence of UAB/DU, there are significant gaps in our understanding of its pathophysiological mechanisms, diagnosis, and treatment compared with overactive bladder (OAB) and detrusor overactivity (DO). These gaps are such that clinicians regard UAB/DU as an incurable condition. In recent years, the understanding of UAB has increased. The definition of UAB has been clarified, and the diagnostic criteria for DU have been considered more comprehensively. Meanwhile, a number of non-invasive diagnostic methods have also been reported. Clinical trials involving novel drugs, electrical stimulation, and stem cell therapy have shown promising results. The pathogenesis of detrusor underactivity (DU) is unclear, and the available therapeutic effects are unsatisfactory. We propose to find key molecules and pathways related to DU based on transcriptome sequencing. A rat model of bilateral pelvic nerve injury (BPNI) was established. Bladder tissues from the sham-operated group, 3 and 28 days after BPNI mapping, were taken for urodynamics, histopathology, and RNA-seq. An enrichment analysis of the screened differential expression genes was performed. Three days after BPNI, the results showed urodynamic features of overflow incontinence, while there was a recovery at 28 days after the operation. Masson staining revealed collagen deposition accompanied by progressive thickening of the smooth muscle layer as DU progressed. RNA-seq results suggested that a total of 1808 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) differed among the groups. RNA-seq and subsequent analysis confirmed that the cell cycle and immune response were significantly activated 3 days after BPNI, while extracellular matrix remodeling occurred 28 days after BPNI. Partial DEGs and pathways were verified by qRT-PCR. Validation of key proteins involved in cell cycle, inflammation, and fibrosis was performed by immunohistochemical staining and western blot, respectively. Preparing composites from gricultural waste with biodegradable polymers is one of the strategies used to ensure the long-term sustainability of such materials. However, due to the differences in their chemical properties, biomass fillers often exhibit poor interfacial adhesion with polymer matrices. Inspired by mussel foot silk, this work focused on the surface modification of coffee grounds (CGs) using a combination of tannic acid (TA) and alkali treatment. CGs were used as a biomass filler to prepare polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT)/CG composites. The modification of CGs was demonstrated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the water contact angle, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effect of CGs on the rheological, tensile, and thermal properties of the PBAT/CG composites was investigated. The results showed that the addition of CGs increased the complex viscosity, and the surface modification enhanced the matrix–filler adhesion. Compared with unmodified CG composites, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the composite with TA-modified alkali-treated CGs increased by 47.0% and 53.6%, respectively. Although the addition of CGs slightly decreased the thermal stability of PBAT composites, this did not affect the melting processing of PBAT, which often occurs under 200 °C. In order to enhance the performance of the epoxy resin-prepared materials, straw fiber was used as the reinforcing base in this study. The principle of this study is to use the cellulose component exposed after the defibrillation of straw fiber can be further combined with the epoxy group. Firstly, the degree of defibrillation of straw fiber under three different pretreatment methods of acid, alkali and moist heat treatment was explored, and a control test was conducted with untreated straw fiber, which showed that the defibrillation of the straw fiber after alkali treatment was better than the other two methods. Secondly, to prove the comprehensive effect of the pretreatment method and straw fiber filling amount on the composite material performance, this paper carried out a tensile, bending, density and water absorption test. The results showed that when the straw fiber filling was 15%, the best performance of the composites was achieved by the alkali treatment, with tensile strength and tensile modulus reaching 1.89 KN and 3.92 MPa, bending strength and bending modulus reaching 2.00 KN and 81.65 MPa, average water absorption reaching 2.77%, and density reaching 0.957 g/cm3. Finally, the results were verified using Image J software was used for verification. With the advent of nanotechnology, DNA molecules have been transformed from solely genetic information carriers to multifunctional materials, showing a tremendous potential for drug delivery and disease diagnosis. In drug delivery systems, DNA is used as a building material to construct drug carriers through a variety of DNA self-assembly methods, which can integrate multiple functions to complete in vivo and in situ tasks. In this study, ladder-shaped drug carriers are developed for drug delivery on the basis of a DNA nanoladder. We first demonstrate the overall structure of the nanoladder, in which a nick is added into each rung of the nanoladder to endow the nanoladder with the ability to incorporate a drug loading site. The structure is designed to counteract the decrement of stability caused by the nick and investigated in different conditions to gain insight into the properties of the nicked DNA nanoladders. As a proof of concept, we fix the biotin in every other nick as a loading site and assemble the protein (streptavidin) on the loading site to demonstrate the feasibility of the drug-carrying function. The protein can be fixed stably and can be extended to different biological and chemical drugs by altering the drug loading site. We believe this design approach will be a novel addition to the toolbox of DNA nanotechnology, and it will be useful for versatile applications such as in bioimaging, biosensing, and targeted therapy. As the energy crisis intensifies, the global demand for natural gas is growing rapidly. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) technology is among the delivery solutions with flexible and reliable application prospects and is already a significant field of research in energy utilization. The performance of natural gas liquefaction process has a major influence on the production capacity, energy consumption, economics, and safety of the entire supply chain. Many scholars have conducted numerous studies on various LNG processes and designed many classical processes. This paper summarizes and discusses current research status and development level in the design and optimization of natural gas liquefaction processes in recent years, mainly focusing on cascade liquefaction process, expansion liquefaction process, and mixed refrigerant liquefaction process. The advantages and disadvantages of various liquefaction processes are compared and analyzed in terms of liquefaction capacity, energy consumption, economy, safety, and adaptability. In addition, the rapid development of pressurized liquefaction technology in recent years and its application outlooks are also introduced in detail. In the quest for unparalleled reliability and robustness within control systems, significant attention has been directed toward mitigating actuator faults in diverse applications, from space vehicles to sophisticated industrial systems. Despite these advances, the prevalent assumption of homogeneous actuator faults remains a stark simplification, failing to encapsulate the stochastic and unpredictable nature of real-world operational environments. The problem of finite-time fault-tolerant control for nonlinear flexible spacecraft systems with actuator faults is addressed in this paper, utilizing the T-S fuzzy framework. In a departure from conventional approaches, actuator failures are modeled as random signals following a nonhomogeneous Markov process, thus comprehensively addressing the issue of timeliness, which has previously been overlooked in the literature. To effectively manage the intricacies introduced by these factors, the nonhomogeneous Markov process is represented as a polytope set. The proposed solution involves the development of a nonhomogeneous matrix transformation, accompanied by the introduction of adaptable parameters. This innovative controller design methodology yields a stability criterion that ensures H ∞ performance in a mean-square sense. Gait models are important for the design and control of lower limb exoskeletons. The inverted pendulum model has advantages in simplicity and computational efficiency, but it also has the limitations of oversimplification and lack of realism. This paper proposes a two-degrees-of-freedom (DOF) inverted pendulum walking model by considering the knee joints for describing the characteristics of human gait. A new parameter, roll factor, is defined to express foot function in the model, and the relationships between the roll factor and gait parameters are investigated. Experiments were conducted to verify the model by testing seven healthy adults at different walking speeds. The results demonstrate that the roll factor has a strong relationship with other gait kinematics parameters, so it can be used as a simple parameter for expressing gait kinematics. In addition, the roll factor can be used to identify walking styles with high accuracy, including small broken step walking at 99.57%, inefficient walking at 98.14%, and normal walking at 99.43%. Liver fibrosis refers to a complex inflammatory response caused by multiple factors, which is a known cause of liver cirrhosis and even liver cancer. As a valuable medicine food homology herb, saffron has been widely used in the world. Saffron is commonly used in liver-related diseases and has rich therapeutic and health benefits. The therapeutic effect is satisfactory, but its mechanism is still unclear. In order to clarify these problems, we planned to determine the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of saffron extract in preventing and treating liver fibrosis through network pharmacology analysis combined with in vivo validation experiments. Through UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS analysis, a total of fifty-six nutrients and active ingredients were identified, and nine of them were screened to predict their therapeutic targets for liver fibrosis. Then, network pharmacology analysis was applied to identify 321 targets for saffron extract to alleviate liver fibrosis. Functional and pathway enrichment analysis showed that the putative targets of saffron for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis are mainly involved in the calcium signaling pathway, the HIF-1 signaling pathway, endocrine resistance, the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, lipid and atherosclerosis, and the cAMP signaling pathway. Based on the CCl4-induced liver fibrosis mice model, we experimentally confirmed that saffron extract can alleviate the severity and pathological changes during the progression of liver fibrosis. RT-PCR and Western blotting analysis confirmed that saffron treatment can prevent the CCl4-induced upregulation of HIF-1α, VEGFA, AKT, and PI3K, suggesting that saffron may regulate AKT/HIF-1α/VEGF and alleviate liver fibrosis. Methane (CH4) is an important greenhouse as well as a chemically active gas. Accurate monitoring and understanding of its spatiotemporal distribution are crucial for effective mitigation strategies. Nowadays, satellite measurements are widely used for CH4 studies. Here, we use the CH4 products from four commonly used satellites (GOSAT, TROPOMI, ARIS, and IASI) during the period from 2018 to 2020 to investigate the spatiotemporal variations of CH4 in China. In spite of the same target (CH4) for the four satellites, differences among them exist in terms of the instrument, spectrum, and retrieval algorithm. The GOSAT and TROPOMI CH4 retrievals use shortwave infrared spectra, with a better sensitivity near the surface, while the IASI and AIRS CH4 retrievals use thermal infrared spectra, showing a good sensitivity in the mid–upper troposphere but a weak sensitivity in the lower troposphere. The GOSAT and TROPOMI observe high CH4 concentrations in the east and south and low concentrations in the west and north, which is highly related to the CH4 emissions. The IASI and AIRS show a more uniform CH4 distribution over China, which reflects the variation of CH4 at a high altitude. However, a large discrepancy is observed between the IASI and AIRS despite using a similar retrieval band, e.g., significant differences in the seasonal variations of CH4 are observed between the IASI and AIRS across several regions in China. Green nephrites are widely pursued for their mild texture and vivid color. In recent years, many Russian green nephrites appeared in China (the world's largest nephrite market) and competed with the Chinese Manas green nephrites, which are traditionally highly valued. In this study, we compared the appearance, mineralogy and geochemical features (with EPMA and LA-ICP-MS) of Chinese (Manas) and Russian (East Sayan) green nephrites to objectively characterize and distinguish between these two nephrites. Chinese (Manas) and Russian (East Sayan) green nephrites are mined from serpentinized ultramafic units in the northern Tian Shan and East Sayan orogen, respectively. In terms of appearance, the Manas green nephrites are slightly bluish or grayish, whilst their East Sayan counterparts are brighter (duck-egg cyan). The Manas nephrites commonly have a caramel color, crumple structure, characteristic white globules and sinuous veins, green stains and yellow–green veins, together with a local fibrous structure. The East Sayan green nephrites are more transparent, with a gentler fine texture, uniform color, many black spots and a few green spots. Some green nephrites from the Arahushun mine of East Sayan have an ice-like appearance. Microscopic petrography and EPMA analysis indicate that both the Manas and East Sayan green nephrites comprise mainly tremolite with minor actinolite. Minor minerals in the Manas samples include chromite, chlorite-group minerals, and uvarovite; whilst those in the East Sayan samples include actinolite, chromite, chlorite-group minerals, and bornite. Bornite is not found in any other sources of green nephrite, and thus is characteristic of Russian (East Sayan) green nephrites. LA-ICP-MS trace element data in their amphiboles and Single-Factor Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) results suggest that the differences in Cr, Zn, Y, Ba, and Sr contents and values of δEu, Eu/Sm, (La/Yb)N, (La/Sm)N, (Gd/Yb)N, ∑HREE, ∑LREE/∑HREE between the two nephrites are present, and can be used as their origin trace. Detecting litchis in a complex natural environment is important for yield estimation and provides reliable support to litchi-picking robots. This paper proposes an improved litchi detection model named YOLOv5-litchi for litchi detection in complex natural environments. First, we add a convolutional block attention module to each C3 module in the backbone of the network to enhance the ability of the network to extract important feature information. Second, we add a small-object detection layer to enable the model to locate smaller targets and enhance the detection performance of small targets. Third, the Mosaic-9 data augmentation in the network increases the diversity of datasets. Then, we accelerate the regression convergence process of the prediction box by replacing the target detection regression loss function with CIoU. Finally, we add weighted-boxes fusion to bring the prediction boxes closer to the target and reduce the missed detection. An experiment is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improvement. The results of the study show that the mAP and recall of the YOLOv5-litchi model were improved by 12.9% and 15%, respectively, in comparison with those of the unimproved YOLOv5 network. The inference speed of the YOLOv5-litchi model to detect each picture is 25 ms, which is much better than that of Faster-RCNN and YOLOv4. Compared with the unimproved YOLOv5 network, the mAP of the YOLOv5-litchi model increased by 17.4% in the large visual scenes. The performance of the YOLOv5-litchi model for litchi detection is the best in five models. Therefore, YOLOv5-litchi achieved a good balance between speed, model size, and accuracy, which can meet the needs of litchi detection in agriculture and provides technical support for the yield estimation and litchi-picking robots. Ceramifiable silicone rubber (SR) composites with excellent self-supporting properties and ceramifiable properties were prepared by incorporating silicate glass frits (SGFs) and sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) into the SR. Ceramic residues were obtained by firing ceramifiable SR composites at 700, 850, and 1000 °C for 30 min. The bending angles of the composites were tested for evaluating the self-supporting property. To evaluate the ceramifiable properties of the ceramifiable SR composite, flexural strength, water absorption, and bulk density of its residues were tested. It was found that the addition of STPP improved the shape stability and the self-supporting property of the composites at high temperatures. The flexural strength of the ceramic residue of the composite with STPP firing above 850 °C is more than 5 MPa. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis showed that the relative content of the crystalline phase was enhanced by about 25% due to the addition of STPP. Furthermore, a possible mechanism for the formation of the crystalline phase was proposed. Scanning elector microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) analysis demonstrated that with the temperature increase, the inter-infiltration between these melts became easier, which implies that the bulk density of the ceramic residue was improved. Image segmentation has made great progress in recent years, but the annotation required for image segmentation is usually expensive, especially for remote sensing images. To solve this problem, we explore semi-supervised learning methods and appropriately utilize a large amount of unlabeled data to improve the performance of remote sensing image segmentation. This paper proposes a method for remote sensing image segmentation based on semi-supervised learning. We first design a Consistency Regularization (CR) training method for semi-supervised training, then employ the new learned model for Average Update of Pseudo-label (AUP), and finally combine pseudo labels and strong labels to train semantic segmentation network. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method on three remote sensing datasets, achieving better performance without more labeled data. Silicosis is a fatal occupational respiratory disease caused by the prolonged inhalation of respirable silica. The core event of silicosis is the heightened activity of fibroblasts, which excessively synthesize extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins. Our previous studies have highlighted that human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles (hucMSC-EVs) hold promise in mitigating silicosis and the significant role played by microRNAs (miRNAs) in this process. Delving deeper into this mechanism, we found that miR-148a-3p was the most abundant miRNA of the differential miRNAs in hucMSC-EVs, with the gene heat shock protein 90 beta family member 1 (Hsp90b1) as a potential target. Notably, miR-148a-3p's expression was downregulated during the progression of silica-induced pulmonary fibrosis both in vitro and in vivo, but was restored after hucMSC-EVs treatment (p < 0.05). Introducing miR-148a-3p mimics effectively hindered the collagen synthesis and secretion of fibroblasts induced by transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) (p < 0.05). Confirming our hypothesis, Hsp90b1 was indeed targeted by miR-148a-3p, with significantly reduced collagen activity in TGF-β1-treated fibroblasts upon Hsp90b1 inhibition (p < 0.05). Collectively, our findings provide compelling evidence that links miR-148a-3p present in hucMSC-EVs with the amelioration of silicosis, suggesting its therapeutic potential by specifically targeting Hsp90b1, thereby inhibiting fibroblast collagen activities. Chronic pain is a significant health problem worldwide. Recent evidence has suggested that the ventral hippocampus is dysfunctional in humans and rodents, with decreased neuronal excitability and connectivity with other brain regions, parallel pain chronicity, and persistent nociceptive hypersensitivity. But the molecular mechanisms underlying hippocampal modulation of pain remain poorly elucidated. In this study, we used ex vivo whole-cell patch-clamp recording, immunofluorescence staining, and behavioral tests to examine whether hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated channels 2 (HCN2) in the ventral hippocampal CA1 (vCA1) were involved in regulating nociceptive perception and CFA-induced inflammatory pain in mice. Reduced sag potential and firing rate of action potentials were observed in vCA1 pyramidal neurons from CFA-injected mice. Moreover, the expression of HCN2, but not HCN1, in vCA1 decreased in mice injected with CFA. HCN2 knockdown in vCA1 pyramidal neurons induced thermal hypersensitivity, whereas overexpression of HCN2 alleviated thermal hyperalgesia induced by intraplantar injection of CFA in mice. Ljiagou pegmatite spodumene deposit is part of the Ke'eryin ore-field in the central Songpan-Garze Fold Belt of Sichuan, China. After recent exploration and assessment, it has been established as a new super-large spodumene deposit. In order to determine the processing characteristics of the ore and assess its industrial value, based on detailed microscopic and hand specimen observations, this study employs various methods and techniques, including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS), chemical element analysis, chemical phase analysis and the mineral liberation analyzer system (MLA). The average grade of lithium ore is 0.86%, making it a low-grade ore with 84.1% of Li derived from spodumene. The Li grade decreases with increasing depth, and the samples from shallower depths are easier to dissociate. The spodumene exhibits a wide range of grain sizes and is highly heterogeneous, requiring multiple stages of grinding. AP3 has been studied and is reported to affect structural changes in floral organs in various plants. However, the function of the soybean AP3 genes in flower development is unknown. Here, the full-length cDNA sequence of GmAP3 was obtained by RACE and it was verified that it belongs to the MADS-box subfamily by a bioinformatics analysis. The expression of GmAP3 is closely related to the expression of essential enzyme genes related to flower development. Yeast two-hybrid assays demonstrated that GmAP3 interacts with AP1 to determine the identity of flower organ development. A follow-up analysis showed that overexpression of the GmAP3 gene advanced flowering time and resulted in changes in floral organ morphology. The average flowering time of overexpressed soybean and tobacco plants was 6–8 days earlier than that of wild-type plants, and the average flowering time of gene-edited soybean and tobacco plants was 6–11 days later than that of wild-type plants. In conclusion, GmAP3 may directly or indirectly affect the flower development of soybean. Mucin 1 (MUC1) has received increasing attention due to its high expression in breast cancer, in which MUC1 acts as a cancer antigen. Our group has been committed to the development of small-molecule TLR7 (Toll-like receptor 7) agonists, which have been widely investigated in the field of tumor immunotherapy. In the present study, we constructed a novel tumor vaccine (SZU251 + MUC1 + Al) containing MUC1 and two types of adjuvants: a TLR7 agonist (SZU251) and an aluminum adjuvant (Al). Immunostimulatory responses were first verified in vitro, where the vaccine promoted the release of cytokines and the expression of costimulatory molecules in mouse BMDCs (bone marrow dendritic cells) and spleen lymphocytes. Then, we demonstrated that SZU251 + MUC1 + Al was effective and safe against a tumor expressing the MUC1 antigen in both prophylactic and therapeutic schedules in vivo. The immune responses in vivo were attributed to the increase in specific humoral and cellular immunity, including antibody titers, CD4+, CD8+ and activated CD8+ T cells. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has significant advantages in the treatment of malignant tumors, such as high efficiency, minimal invasion and less side effects, and it can preserve the integrity and quality of the organs. The power density, irradiation time and photosensitizer (PS) concentration are three main parameters that play important roles in killing tumor cells. However, until now, the underlying relationships among them for PDT outcomes have been unclear. In this study, human malignant glioblastoma U-118MG and melanoma A375 cells were selected, and the product of the power density, irradiation time and PS concentration was defined as the total photodynamic parameter (TPP), in order to investigate the mechanisms of PS sinoporphyrin sodium (DVDMS)-mediated PDT (DVDMS-PDT). The results showed that the survival rates of the U-118MG and A375 cells were negatively correlated with the TPP value in the curve, and the correlation exactly filed an e-exponential function. Moreover, according to the formula, we realized controllable killing effects of the tumor cells by randomly adjusting the three parameters, and we finally verified the accuracy and repeatability of the formula. In conclusion, the establishment and implementation of a newly functional relationship among the PDT parameters are essential for predicting PDT outcomes and providing personalized precise treatment, and they are contributive to the development of PDT dosimetry. A field study in an orchard of Korla fragrant pear tested three levels of irrigation (as varying proportions of evapotranspiration; namely, W1: 70% ETC, W2: 85% ETC, and W3: 100% ETC) and four methods of applying such irrigation; namely, F1: surface drip, F2: subsurface, F3: root zone infiltration, and CK: flood irrigation (as the control or check). The effects of the different treatments were evaluated in terms of plant growth (shoot length and leaf area), fruit yield and quality, and the distribution of water and salt in soil. For a given method of irrigation, soil moisture content, wet-front displacement, the length of new shoots, and leaf area under W3 were significantly higher than those under W1 and W2. The salt content under W3 was also significantly lower than that under W1 and W2, whereas the yield was significantly higher—by 5.89–13.85% compared to that under W2 and by 4.08–13.13% compared to that under W1. For a given volume of irrigation, yield, water-use efficiency, and fruit quality were significantly higher under F3 and F2 than those under F1. Soil water was more uniformly distributed and its content was significantly higher under F3 than the corresponding values under F1 or F2. The salt content of the root zone was the lowest under F3, and most of the soil salt was in soil layers deeper than 80 cm, but there was no significant difference between F3 and F2 (p < 0.05). There were also no significant differences in shoot length and leaf area among the three irrigation methods (F1, F2, and F3) (p < 0.05). Compared to that under F1, root zone infiltration under W1 was 3.61% greater, that under W2 was 6.58% greater, and that under W3 was 5.43% greater. The irrigation water-use efficiency and production factor efficiency for nitrogen under F3 and F2 were significantly higher than those under F1 (p < 0.05). Principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score for fruit quality under different volumes of irrigation was the highest under W3, was intermediate under W2, and was the lowest under W1. The corresponding ranking of different irrigation methods was F2, F3, F1, and CK. Comprehensive analysis showed that yield, quality, and the efficiency of utilization of water and fertilizer were higher under the combination W3F3 than under any other combination—therefore, irrigation at 100% of evapotranspiration applied through root zone infiltration is recommended for Korla fragrant pear. Hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) has been proved to be a promising technology for swine manure (SM) treatment. Currently, there is a lack of systematic understanding of the transformation characteristics of nutrient speciation in the HTC of SM. In this study, the speciation of the main nutrients (N/P/K) in SM-derived hydrochar produced at different reaction temperatures (200–280 °C) was investigated. The recovery of P (61.0–67.1%) in hydrochars was significantly higher than that of N (23.0–39.8%) and K (25.5–30.0%), and the increase in reaction temperature promoted the recovery of P and reduced the recovery of N. After the HTC treatment, the percentage of soluble/available P was reduced from 61.6% in raw SM to 4.0–23.9% in hydrochars, while that of moderately labile/slow-release P was improved from 29.2% in raw SM feedstock to 65.5–82.7%. An obvious reduction was also found in the amounts of available N (from 51.3% in raw SM feedstock to 33.0–40.5% in hydrochars). The percentages of slow-release N and residual N in hydrochars produced at 240 °C reached the maximum and minimum values (46.4% and 18.9%), respectively. A total of 49.5–58.3% of K retained in hydrochars was residual (invalid) potassium. From the perspective of the mobility and availability of N, P and K only, it was suggested that the HTC of SM should be carried out at 220–240 °C. The stable isotopes (2H, 18O) of precipitation change due to the sub-cloud secondary evaporation during raindrop fall. The study of the temporal and spatial variation of sub-cloud secondary evaporation and its causes by using hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes is of great significance to the study of the regional water cycle process. Based on the hourly meteorological data of 648 meteorological stations in 17 provinces (cities) of the Yangtze River Basin from March 2018 to February 2019, we analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristics of precipitation excess deuterium variation (Δd) in the region, based on the improved Stewart model. We discuss the various influence factors under different magnitude Δd value change and the impact factor of each partition sub-cloud secondary evaporation influence of the difference. The results show the following: (1) In terms of hourly variation, the sub-cloud secondary evaporation in the daytime is stronger than that at night. In terms of monthly variation, different regions of the study area have different characteristics; that is, the effect of sub-cloud secondary evaporation is more significant in summer and autumn in the northern subtropics and south temperate zones, and in spring and summer in the mid-subtropics and plateau climate zones. (2) There were significant spatial differences in the study area in different seasons, and the effect of sub-cloud secondary evaporation was the most significant in the plateau climate area throughout the year. (3) When the rainfall is 0–5 mm, the temperature is >30 °C, the vapor pressure is <3 hPa, the relative humidity is 50–60%, and the raindrop diameter is 0.5–1 mm; the sub-cloud secondary evaporation effect is the most obvious. Human gait reflects health condition and is widely adopted as a diagnostic basis in clinical practice. This research adopts compact inertial sensor nodes to monitor the function of human lower limbs, which implies the most fundamental locomotion ability. The proposed wearable gait analysis system captures limb motion and reconstructs 3D models with high accuracy. It can output the kinematic parameters of joint flexion and extension, as well as the displacement data of human limbs. The experimental results provide strong support for quick access to accurate human gait data. This paper aims to provide a clue for how to learn more about gait posture and how wearable gait analysis can enhance clinical outcomes. With an ever-expanding gait database, it is possible to help physiotherapists to quickly discover the causes of abnormal gaits, sports injury risks, and chronic pain, and provides guidance for arranging personalized rehabilitation programs for patients. ZL-004, a promising small molecule that increases white blood cell counts, was developed for extended-release nanosuspensions to improve low solubility and compliance of patients. In vivo pharmacokinetic studies of nanosuspensions with different particle sizes and administration volumes were conducted. Unexpectedly, Cmax of NS-PC-L (1156 nm) was 1.3 fold higher than NS-PB-L (836 nm), and area under plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) was similar. It suggested that in vivo behavior of nanosuspensions was influenced significantly by the original dissolved drug, which did not only rely on the particle size but also the amount of the free stabilizers. In addition, smaller administration volume (0.1 mL) achieved significantly lower Cmax and AUC than the higher volume (0.5 mL), due to the reduced amount of dissolved drug. DSC and XPRD demonstrated that the crystal forms of nanosuspensions prepared by the precipitation method and high-pressure homogenization were similar; therefore, in vivo behaviors did not show significant differences. An additional 0.15% PEG 4000 enhanced the redispersity and maintained the particle size for 3 months. Finally, a nanosuspensions with the desired initial release was achieved, which lasted approximately 32 days steadily after a single dose. Hydraulic fracturing is one of the important methods to improve oil and gas production. The performance of the fracturing fluid directly affects the success of hydraulic fracturing. The traditional cross-linked polymer fracturing fluid can cause secondary damage to oil and gas reservoirs due to the poor flow-back of the fracturing fluid, and existing conventional cleaning fracturing fluids have poor performance in high temperature. Therefore, this paper has carried out research on novel sulfonate Gemini surfactant cleaning fracturing fluids. The rheological properties of a series of sulfonate Gemini surfactant (DSm-s-m) solutions at different temperatures and constant shear rate (170 s−1) were tested for optimizing the temperature-resistance and thickening properties of anionic Gemini surfactants in clean fracturing fluid. At the same time, the microstructures of solutions were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experimental results showed that the viscosity of the sulfonate Gemini surfactant solution varied with the spacer group and the hydrophobic chain at 65 °C and 170 s−1, wherein DS18-3-18 had excellent viscosity-increasing properties. Furthermore, the microstructure of 4 wt.% DS18-3-18 solution demonstrated that DS18-3-18 self-assembled into dense layered micelles, and the micelles intertwined with each other to form the network structure, promoting the increase in solution viscosity. Adding nano-MgO can increase the temperature-resistance of 4 wt.% DS18-3-18 solution, which indicated that the rod-like and close-packed layered micelles were beneficial to the improvement of the temperature-resistance and thickening performances of the DS18-3-18 solution. DS18-3-18 was not only easy to formulate, but also stable in all aspects. Due to its low molecular weight, the damage to the formation was close to zero and the insoluble residue was almost zero because of the absence of breaker, so it could be used as a thickener for clean fracturing fluids in tight reservoirs.
