The hot deformation behavior and mechanism of Ti65 alloy with a bimodal microstructure were investigated by isothermal compression experiments conducted on the Thermecmastor-Z simulator equipment at temperatures ranging from 950 to 1110 °C and strain rates ranging from 0.01 to 10.0 s−1. The Arrhenius constitutive model, based on strain compensation, and Grey Wolf optimization-neural network with back propagation model (GWO–BP), were both established. The differences between the experimental and predicted value of flow stress were compared and analyzed using the two models. The results show that the prediction accuracy of GWO–BP in the two-phase region is higher than that of Arrhenius model. In the single-phase region, both methods demonstrated high prediction accuracy. Compared to the single-phase region, the flow stress of Ti65 alloy shows a higher degree of softening in the two-phase region. During deformation in the two-phase region, the initial lamellar α phase transformed from a kinked and elongated morphology to a globularized topography as the strain rate decreased. Boundary-splitting was the primary mechanism leading to the spheroidization process. The degree of recrystallization increased with the increase in strain rate during the deformation in the single-phase region, while dynamic recovery and strain-induced grain boundary migration were the main deformation mechanisms at a lower strain rate. Simple Summary: The abnormal behavior of pigs can undermine their growth performance and economic value. Therefore, the precision and timeliness of behavioral recognition are crucial for maintaining pig health and advancing intelligent farming. This study introduces an innovative DM-GD-YOLO model, an optimized variant of YOLOv8, which integrates a deformable convolution module with enhanced multi-path coordinate attention and a gather-and-distribution mechanism. Through experiments conducted on a farm with about 30 pigs per pen, the results reveal that the proposed model can effectively recognize four common behaviors (walking, lying, sniffing, and kneeling) and three abnormal behaviors (fighting, mounting, and fence climbing) in pigs. Compared to traditional methods, the model exhibits superior performance and provides a practical solution for enhancing the welfare of pigs. The behavior of pigs is intricately tied to their health status, highlighting the critical importance of accurately recognizing pig behavior, particularly abnormal behavior, for effective health monitoring and management. This study addresses the challenge of accommodating frequent non-rigid deformations in pig behavior using deformable convolutional networks (DCN) to extract more comprehensive features by incorporating offsets during training. To overcome the inherent limitations of traditional DCN offset weight calculations, the study introduces the multi-path coordinate attention (MPCA) mechanism to enhance the optimization of the DCN offset weight calculation within the designed DCN-MPCA module, further integrated into the cross-scale cross-feature (C2f) module of the backbone network. This optimized C2f-DM module significantly enhances feature extraction capabilities. Additionally, a gather-and-distribute (GD) mechanism is employed in the neck to improve non-adjacent layer feature fusion in the YOLOv8 network. Consequently, the novel DM-GD-YOLO model proposed in this study is evaluated on a self-built dataset comprising 11,999 images obtained from an online monitoring platform focusing on pigs aged between 70 and 150 days. The results show that DM-GD-YOLO can simultaneously recognize four common behaviors and three abnormal behaviors, achieving a precision of 88.2%, recall of 92.2%, and mean average precision (mAP) of 95.3% with 6.0MB Parameters and 10.0G FLOPs. Overall, the model outperforms popular models such as Faster R-CNN, EfficientDet, YOLOv7, and YOLOv8 in monitoring pens with about 30 pigs, providing technical support for the intelligent management and welfare-focused breeding of pigs while advancing the transformation and modernization of the pig industry. Steel slag and waste clay bricks are two prevalent solid waste materials generated during industrial production. The complex chemical compositions of these materials present challenges to their utilization in conventional alumina silicate ceramics manufacturing. A new type of ceramic tile, which utilizes steel slag and waste clay brick as raw materials, has been successfully developed in order to effectively utilize these solid wastes. The optimal composition of the ceramic material was determined through orthogonal experimentation, during which the effects of the sample molding pressure, the soaking time, and the sintering temperature on the ceramic properties were studied. The results show that the optimal ceramic tile formula was 45% steel slag, 35% waste clay bricks, and 25% talc. The optimal process parameters for this composition included a molding pressure of 25 MPa, a sintering temperature of 1190 °C, and a soaking time of 60 min. The prepared ceramic tile samples had compositions in which solid waste accounted for more than 76% of the total material. Armillaria sp. are traditional edible medicinal mushrooms with various health functions; however, the relationship between their composition and efficacy has not yet been determined. Here, the ethanol extract of liquid-cultured Armillaria ostoyae mycelia (AOME), a pure wild Armillaria sp. strain, was analyzed using UHPLC-QTOF/MS, network pharmacology, and molecular docking techniques. The obtained extract affects various metabolic pathways, such as JAK/STAT and PI3K/AKT. The extract also contains important compounds such as 4-(dimethylamino)-N-[7-(hydroxyamino)-7-oxoheptyl] benzamide, isoliquiritigenin, and 7-hydroxycoumarin. Moreover, the extract targets key proteins, including EGFR, SCR, and IL6, to suppress the progression of gastric cancer, thereby synergistically inhibiting cancer development. The molecular docking analyses indicated that the main compounds stably bind to the target proteins. The final cell culture experimental data showed that the ethanol extract inhibited MGC-803 gastric cancer cells. In summary, our research revealed the beneficial components of AOME for treating gastric cancer and its associated molecular pathways. Steel slag and waste clay brick are two common solid wastes in industrial production, and their complex chemical compositions pose challenges to the production of traditional alumina silicate ceramics. To investigate the influence of steel slag and waste clay brick on the performance of CaO–SiO2–MgO ceramic materials, this study examined their effects on the mechanical properties, crystal composition, and microstructure of the ceramics through single-factor experiments. The results demonstrate that when keeping the dosage of waste clay brick and talcum powder constant, a 43% dosage of steel slag yields optimal performance for the ceramic materials with a modulus of rupture of 73.01 MPa and a water absorption rate as low as 0.037%. Similarly, when maintaining a constant dosage of steel slag and talcum powder, a 41% dosage of waste clay brick leads to superior performance of the ceramic materials, with a modulus of rupture reaching 82.17 MPa and a water absorption rate only at 0.071%. Furthermore, when keeping the dosage of steel slag and waste clay brick constant, employing a talcum powder dosage of 24% results in excellent performance for the ceramic materials with a modulus of rupture measuring 73.01 MPa while maintaining an extremely low water absorption rate at only 0.037%. To address the increasing hydrogen demand and carbon emissions of industrial parks, this paper proposes an integrated energy system dispatch strategy considering multi-hydrogen supply and comprehensive demand response. This model adopts power-to-gas technology to produce green hydrogen, replacing a portion of gray hydrogen and incorporates a carbon capture system to effectively reduce the overall carbon emissions of the industrial park. Meanwhile, incentive-based and price-based demand response strategies are implemented to optimize the load curve. A scheduling model is established targeting the minimization of procurement, operation, carbon emission, and wind curtailment costs. The case study of a northern industrial park in China demonstrates that the joint supply of green and gray hydrogen reduces carbon emissions by 40.98% and costs by 17.93% compared to solely using gray hydrogen. The proposed approach successfully coordinates the economic and environmental performance of the integrated energy system. Chloride ion corrosion has been considered to be one of the main reasons for durability deterioration of reinforced concrete structures in marine or chlorine-containing deicing salt environments. This paper studies the relationship between the amount of fly ash and the durability of concrete, especially the resistance to chloride ion erosion. The heat trend map of total chloride ion factor correlation displayed that the ranking of factor correlations was as follows: sampling depth > cement dosage > fly ash dosage. In order to verify the effect of fly ash dosage on chloride ion resistance, three different machine learning algorithms (RF, GBR, DT) are employed to predict the total chloride content of fly ash proportioned concrete with varying admixture ratios, which are evaluated based on R2, MSE, RMSE, and MAE. The results predicted by the RF model show that the threshold of fly ash admixture in chlorinated salt environments is 30–40%. Replacing part of cement with fly ash in the mixture of concrete below this threshold of fly ash, it could change the phase structure and pore structure, which could improve the permeability of fly ash concrete and reduce the content of free chloride ions in the system. Machine learning modeling using sample data can accurately predict concrete properties, which effectively reduce engineering tests. To improve the ecological and economic benefits of Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis), we analysed and evaluated its germplasm resources. This promotes in-depth research and utilisation of germplasm resources, providing excellent genetic resources for Korean pine breeding. We performed genetic analysis based on morphological and physiological traits and nuclear SSR molecular marker data was performed by collecting 314 clones (5 ramets of each clone) of Korean pine from eight (8) locations within the Korean pine range. The core collection underwent testing and evaluation for representativeness using variable rate (VR), coincidence rate (CR), variance difference percentage (VD), mean difference percentage (MD), Shannon index (I), and other indicators. The results indicated significant differences in morphological and physiological traits among the populations. All traits had a coefficient of variation (CV) greater than 10%, except for the water content of the needles (WC), which had an average CV of 17.636%. The populations showed high overall genetic diversity, with the HL (Helong) population exhibiting the highest genetic diversity, with an Ne (number of effective alleles), I, and He (expected heterozygosity) of 3.171, 1.103, and 0.528, respectively. Genetic variation mainly originated from individuals within populations, while the variation between populations was relatively small, at only 3%. The population did not exhibit any distinct subpopulation structures and was mainly derived from two admixed gene pools. Six core sets were obtained using different sampling strategies, and subset 6 was identified as the core collection, consisting of 114 individuals, representing a selection rate of 36.31%. In conclusion, the most appropriate method for constructing the core collection of Korean pines is the M-strategy (maximizing the number of alleles), based on both phenotypic and molecular data. We aimed to investigate the diagnostic utility of quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) for benign and malignant liver lesions in pediatric patients. This was a single-center retrospective analysis of children with liver lesions who underwent CEUS at our hospital between July 2019 and February 2023. The CEUS perfusion patterns for all lesions were qualitatively analyzed using histopathology, contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, contrast-enhanced computed tomography, or long-term clinical follow-up as reference standards. The CEUS images were quantitatively analyzed using SonoLiver® software (TomTec Imaging Systems, Munich, Germany) to obtain data regarding quantitative parameters and dynamic vascular pattern (DVP) parametric images, including rise time (RT), time to peak (TTP), mean transit time (mTT), and maximum intensity (IMAX). Statistical analysis was carried out using Student's t-test and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis to evaluate the diagnostic value of quantitative parameters. A total of 53 pediatric cases were included in this study, and 88.57% (31/35) of malignant lesions exhibited hyper-enhancement with rapid washout patterns; the same proportion of DVP parametric images exhibited washout patterns. Conversely, 94.44% (17/18) of benign lesions showed hyper-enhancement with slow washout patterns, and the same proportion of DVP parametric images showed no-washout patterns. RT, TTP, and mTT were significantly shorter in the malignant group than in the benign group (p < 0.05), while IMAX showed no significant difference (p > 0.05). ROC analysis indicated that mTT < 113.34 had the highest diagnostic value, with an area under the curve of 0.82. CEUS quantitative analysis had an accuracy of 98.11%, while qualitative analysis had an accuracy of 92.45%, with no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05). Quantitative analysis of CEUS provides valuable assistance in differentiating benign and malignant liver lesions in children. The WRKY transcription factor (TF) family is one the largest plant-specific transcription factor families. It has been proven to play significant roles in multiple plant biological processes, especially stress response. Although many WRKY TFs have been identified in various plant species, WRKYs in white birch (Betula platyphylla Suk.) remain to be studied. Here, we identified a total of 68 BpWRKYs, which could be classified into four main groups. The basic physiochemical properties of these TFs were analyzed using bioinformatics tools, including molecular weight, isoelectric point, chromosome location, and predicted subcellular localization. Most BpWRKYs were predicted to be located in the nucleus. Synteny analysis found 17 syntenic gene pairs among BpWRKYs and 52 syntenic gene pairs between BpWRKYs and AtWRKYs. The cis-acting elements in the promoters of BpWRKYs could be enriched in multiple plant biological processes, including stress response, hormone response, growth and development, and binding sites. Tissue-specific expression analysis using qRT-PCR showed that most BpWRKYs exhibited highest expression levels in the root. After ABA, salt (NaCl), or cold treatment, different BpWRKYs showed different expression patterns at different treatment times. Furthermore, the results of the Y2H assay proved the interaction between BpWRKY17 and a cold-responsive TF, BpCBF7. By transient expression assay, BpWRKY17 and BpWRKY67 were localized in the nucleus, consistent with the previous prediction. Cancer immune escape is associated with the metabolic reprogramming of the various infiltrating cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME), and combining metabolic targets with immunotherapy shows great promise for improving clinical outcomes. Among all metabolic processes, lipid metabolism, especially fatty acid metabolism (FAM), plays a major role in cancer cell survival, migration, and proliferation. However, the mechanisms and functions of FAM in the tumor immune microenvironment remain poorly understood. We screened 309 fatty acid metabolism-related genes (FMGs) for differential expression, identifying 121 differentially expressed genes. Univariate Cox regression models in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database were then utilized to identify the 15 FMGs associated with overall survival. We systematically evaluated the correlation between FMGs' modification patterns and the TME, prognosis, and immunotherapy. The FMGsScore was constructed to quantify the FMG modification patterns using principal component analysis. Three clusters based on FMGs were demonstrated in breast cancer, with three patterns of distinct immune cell infiltration and biological behavior. An FMGsScore signature was constructed to reveal that patients with a low FMGsScore had higher immune checkpoint expression, higher immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) scores, increased immune microenvironment infiltration, better survival advantage, and were more sensitive to immunotherapy than those with a high FMGsScore. Finally, the expression and function of the signature key gene NDUFAB1 were examined by in vitro experiments. This study significantly demonstrates the substantial impact of FMGs on the immune microenvironment of breast cancer, and that FMGsScores can be used to guide the prediction of immunotherapy efficacy in breast cancer patients. CBF (C-repeat binding factor) transcription factor subfamily belongs to AP2/ERF (Apetala 2/ethylene-responsive factor) transcription factor family, known for playing a vital role in plant abiotic stress response. Although some CBF transcription factors have been identified in several species, such as Arabidopsis, tobacco, tomato and poplar, research of CBF focus mainly on model plant Arabidopsis and have not been reported in Betula platyphylla yet. In this study, a total of 20 BpCBF subfamily members were identified. The conserved domains, physicochemical properties, exon-intron gene structure and the structure of conserved protein motifs of BpCBFs were analyzed via bioinformatic tools. The collinearity analysis of CBF genes was performed between Betula platyphylla and Arabidopsis thaliana, Betula platyphylla, and Populus trichocarpa. The cis-acting elements in the promoter region of BpCBFs were identified, which were mainly environmental stress-related and hormone-related element components. In this case, the expression patterns of the 20 BpCBFs upon ABA or salt treatment were investigated. Most of these transcription factors were responsive to ABA or salt stress in different plant tissues. The up-regulation trend upon cold treatment of the six cold-responsive genes validated by qRT-PCR was consistent with the result of RNA-seq. BpCBF7 showed transcription activating activity. The strictosidine synthase-like (SSL) gene family is a small plant immune-regulated gene family that plays a critical role in plant resistance to biotic/abiotic stresses. To date, very little has been reported on the SSL gene in plants. In this study, a total of thirteen SSLs genes were identified from poplar, and these were classified into four subgroups based on multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis, and members of the same subgroup were found to have similar gene structures and motifs. The results of the collinearity analysis showed that poplar SSLs had more collinear genes in the woody plants Salix purpurea and Eucalyptus grandis. The promoter analysis revealed that the promoter region of PtrSSLs contains a large number of biotic/abiotic stress response elements. Subsequently, we examined the expression patterns of PtrSSLs following drought, salt, and leaf blight stress, using RT-qPCR to validate the response of PtrSSLs to biotic/abiotic stresses. In addition, the prediction of transcription factor (TF) regulatory networks identified several TFs, such as ATMYB46, ATMYB15, AGL20, STOP1, ATWRKY65, and so on, that may be induced in the expression of PtrSSLs in response to adversity stress. Leaf blight is a fungal disease that mainly affects the growth and development of leaves in plants. To investigate the molecular mechanisms of leaf blight defense in poplar, we performed RNA-Seq and enzyme activity assays on the Populus simonii × Populus nigra leaves inoculated with Alternaria alternate fungus. Through weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), we obtained co-expression gene modules significantly associated with SOD and POD activities, containing 183 and 275 genes, respectively. We then constructed a co-expression network of poplar genes related to leaf blight resistance based on weight values. Additionally, we identified hub transcription factors (TFs) and structural genes in the network. The network was dominated by 15 TFs, and four out of them, including ATWRKY75, ANAC062, ATMYB23 and ATEBP, had high connectivity in the network, which might play important functions in leaf blight defense. In addition, GO enrichment analysis revealed a total of 44 structural genes involved in biotic stress, resistance, cell wall and immune-related biological processes in the network. Among them, there were 16 highly linked structural genes in the central part, which may be directly involved in poplar resistance to leaf blight. The study explores key genes associated with leaf blight defense in poplar, which further gains an understanding of the molecular mechanisms of biotic stress response in plants. The NAC transcription factor family is well known to play vital roles in plant development and stress responses. For this research, a salt-inducible NAC gene, PsnNAC090 (Po-tri.016G076100.1), was successfully isolated from Populus simonii × Populus nigra. PsnNAC090 contains the same motifs at the N-terminal end of the highly conserved NAM structural domain. The promoter region of this gene is rich in phytohormone-related and stress response elements. Transient transformation of the gene in the epidermal cells of both tobacco and onion showed that the protein was targeted to the whole cell including the cell membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus. A yeast two-hybrid assay demonstrated that PsnNAC090 has transcriptional activation activity with the activation structural domain located at 167–256aa. A yeast one-hybrid experiment showed that PsnNAC090 protein can bind to ABA-responsive elements (ABREs). The spatial and temporal expression patterns of PsnNAC090 under salt and osmotic stresses indicated that the gene was tissue-specific, with the highest expression level in the roots of Populus simonii × Populus nigra. We successfully obtained a total of six transgenic tobacco lines overexpressing PsnNAC090. The physiological indicators including peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, chlorophyll content, proline content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) content were measured in three transgenic tobacco lines under NaCl and polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 stresses. The findings reveal that PsnNAC090 improves salt and osmotic tolerance by enhancing reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging and reducing membrane lipid peroxide content in transgenic tobacco. The miR169 family is one of the largest families of known miRNAs, which performs important functions in plant growth, development, and responses to biotic/abiotic stresses. However, its functions in response to abiotic stresses are still unclear in poplar. In present study, a total of 33 precursor MIR169s were identified from poplar and divided into 3 groups by evolutionary analysis and multiple sequence alignment, with the members in same group sharing similar motifs. Collinearity analysis revealed miR169s in other species that are homologous to poplar miRNAs. Cis-acting elements predication showed that miR169s may respond to ABA (Abscisic acid) and salt stress, which was verified by qRT-PCR. In addition, 12 pairs of miR169/target gene modules were identified by degradome sequencing and most of these modules responded to ABA and salt stress. Specifically, a part of miRNAs showed opposite expression trends with their targets at a certain period, demonstrating a repressive effect on the target genes. During the trial production of Armillarisin A for injection (AA-I), unidentified needle-like yellow-brown crystals were occasionally observed. Here, we report an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) method for determining the source of the visible foreign bodies in the formulations of Armillarisin A active pharmaceutical ingredient (AA-API). AA-API, photolyzed samples, the intermediate polymer, and the excipient analyzed determined after the separation on a Waters Symmetry C18 (3.5 μm, 4.6 × 75 mm) column with a mobile phase consisting of a methanol/acetic acid (0.1 mol/L) aqueous solution (50:50). Furthermore, the crystal type of the visible foreign bodies, the intermediate polymer and AA-API were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The results revealed that the characteristics of the visible foreign solids were the same as those of AA-API as regards UPLC peak position (368 nm) and MS spectrum in negative ion detection mode. The visible foreign solids were thus identified as unpolymerized crystals of AA-API and were attributed to AA-API itself. The results showed that the production process could be improved by changing the stirring method and frequency as well as by optimizing the polymerization temperature to ensure the safety, stability, and control of the product quality in the stage of batch production. SIMILAR TO RCD ONE (SRO) gene family is a small plant-specific gene family responsible for growth, development, and stress responses. In particular, it plays a vital role in responding to abiotic stresses such as salt, drought, and heavy metals. Poplar SROs are rarely reported to date. In this study, a total of nine SRO genes were identified from Populus simonii × Populus nigra, which are more similar to dicotyledon SRO members. According to phylogenetic analysis, the nine PtSROs can be divided into two groups, and the members in the same cluster have a similar structure. There were some cis-regulatory elements related to abiotic stress response and hormone-induced factors identified in the promoter regions of PtSROs members. Subcellular localization and transcriptional activation activity of PtSRO members revealed a consistent expression profile of the genes with similar structural profiles. In addition, both RT-qPCR and RNA-Seq results indicated that PtSRO members responded to PEG-6000, NaCl, and ABA stress in the roots and leaves of Populus simonii × Populus nigra. The PtSRO genes displayed different expression patterns and peaked at different time points in the two tissues, which was more significant in the leaves. Among them, PtSRO1c and PtSRO2c were more prominent in response to abiotic stress. Furthermore, protein interaction prediction showed that the nine PtSROs might interact with a broad range of transcription factors (TFs) involved in stress responses. A series of impact fuel tank experiments are carried out through the ballistic impact method. The ignition abilities of Bi2O3-reinforced PTFE/Al reactive material, metal aluminum, and inert metal steel are compared and analyzed, and the ignition mode of kerosene is explored when PTFE/Al/Bi2O3 impacts the fuel tank at different velocities. The results offer that PTFE/Al/Bi2O3 reactive material has outstanding ignition ability, and the order for ignition ability is PTFE/Al/Bi2O3 reactive material, metal aluminum, and inert metal steel. The kerosene content of the fuel tank has a significant impact on the ignition effect. The ignition effect of PTFE/Al/Bi2O3 reactive material impacting the fuel tank filled with 50% kerosene is weaker than that impacting the full tank. Under different impact velocities, PTFE/Al/Bi2O3 reactive materials display diverse ignition modes for kerosene: kerosene is directly ignited by the flame in the reverse reaction zone under low-velocity conditions, while high-temperature-activated reactive fragments are the ignition heat source of high-velocity conditions. Auxin is a key regulator that virtually controls almost every aspect of plant growth and development throughout its life cycle. As the major components of auxin signaling, auxin response factors (ARFs) play crucial roles in various processes of plant growth and development. In this study, a total of 35 PtrARF genes were identified, and their phylogenetic relationships, chromosomal locations, synteny relationships, exon/intron structures, cis-elements, conserved motifs, and protein characteristics were systemically investigated. We also analyzed the expression patterns of these PtrARF genes and revealed that 16 of them, including PtrARF1, 3, 7, 11, 13–17, 21, 23, 26, 27, 29, 31, and 33, were preferentially expressed in primary stems, while 15 of them, including PtrARF2, 4, 6, 9, 10, 12, 18–20, 22, 24, 25, 28, 32, and 35, participated in different phases of wood formation. In addition, some PtrARF genes, with at least one cis-element related to indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) or abscisic acid (ABA) response, responded differently to exogenous IAA and ABA treatment, respectively. Three PtrARF proteins, namely PtrARF18, PtrARF23, and PtrARF29, selected from three classes, were characterized, and only PtrARF18 was a transcriptional self-activator localized in the nucleus. Moreover, Y2H and bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay demonstrated that PtrARF23 interacted with PtrIAA10 and PtrIAA28 in the nucleus, while PtrARF29 interacted with PtrIAA28 in the nucleus. Our results provided comprehensive information regarding the PtrARF gene family, which will lay some foundation for future research about PtrARF genes in tree development and growth, especially the wood formation, in response to cellular signaling and environmental cues. The types of fractured-vuggy reservoirs are diverse, with dissolution holes and fractures of different scales as the main reservoir spaces. Clarifying the connectivity between wells is crucial for improving the recovery rate of fractured-vuggy reservoirs and avoiding problems of poor water- flooding balance and serious water channeling. A traditional dynamic connected model hardly describes the geological characteristics of multiple media, such as karst caves and fractures, which cause multiple solutions from the calculation. The static analysis is the basis for connectivity evaluation. In this study, we designed an intelligent search strategy based on an improved A* algorithm to automatically find a large-scale fractured-vuggy connected path by seismic multi-attribute analysis. The algorithm automatically evaluates the interwell-connected mode and clarifies the relationship between the static connected channel and the fractured-vuggy space configuration. Restricted by various factors, such as seismic identification accuracy, a static connectivity study can hardly determine the filling and half-filling inside the channel effectively, even if it can identify the main connectivity channels. An injection-production response analysis based on dynamic production data can more accurately reflect the reservoir's actual connectivity and degree of filling. This paper further studies dynamic response characteristics based on multifractals combined with production data. To reduce the evaluation uncertainty, we combined the static and dynamic connected analysis results to comprehensively evaluate the main connected modes, such as large fracture connectivity, cavern connectivity, and fractured-vuggy compound connectivity. We use the Tahe oilfield as an example to carry out an automatic evaluation of the connected pattern. The comprehensive evaluation results of the new algorithm were basically consistent with the tracer test results and can better reflect the interwell space-configuration relationship. The lignified tissue in the secondary stem is the main source of wood. In this study, we applied RNA-Seq analysis to the poplar stems in three developmental stages, including primary stem (PS), transitional stem (TS), and secondary stem (SS), to identify a total of 2028 genes that were highly expressed in the SS. Gene annotation indicated that the functions of these genes are mainly involved in cell wall biosynthesis, xylem development, and programmed cell death (PCD) processes. Subsequently, we explored the expression pattern of these genes at various developmental stages in the horizontal direction of the wood by ASPwood. The expression of these genes was modularized and correlated with the percentage of lignified xylem, using weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA). Among the genes, as many as 690 were identified as directly associated with lignification in the SS. In addition, the gene promoter cis-elements and protein interactions were predicted by PlantRegMap and STRING, respectively. The results were introduced into a co-expression network to confirm their relationship. We eventually found 54 TFs dominating this network, of which ADOF1, ATMYB3, AtbZIP44 (Potri.005G231300), ANAC043, ATWRKY40, ATEBP (Potri.010G006800), ARF5, anac075, RAP2.1, ARF16, AT- HSFB3, Potri.014G050000 (from WRKY family), HAT22, AT-HSFB2B, and AtWRKY20 had extremely high connectivity, which may play an important role in the lignification of wood formation at secondary stages. In order to improve the poor weldability and low quality of welded joints during the welding of magnesium alloys, a longitudinal magnetic field is introduced in the welding process of A-TIG welding with a fixed magnetic field frequency (30 Hz) and magnetic field current (1.5 A). Experimental analysis is performed on the effect of the magnetic field on the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints under different TiO2 active agent coating amounts. The results show that the grain size tends to decrease and then increase with the increase in the active agent coating under the magnetic field. This is mainly because the active agent changes the arc morphology, which in turn affects the melt pool motion. The Lorentz force generated by the longitudinal magnetic field acts on the molten pool and will have an agitating effect on the pool. Both the magnetic field and the active agent are convective to the melt pool, and when the magnetic field and the active agent act together will further enhance the convective effect. However, when the active agent is too thick, it will affect the fluidity of the molten pool during welding and reduce the quality of the welded joint. Under the action of magnetic field, when the active agent coating amount is 3 mg/cm2, the grain size is the finest and the mechanical properties are the best. At this time, the tensile strength was 292 MPa, elongation was 11.2%, and hardness was 78.9 HV in the weld zone and 77.8 HV in the heat-affected zone. Further analysis of the melt pool change and grain refinement mechanism under the combined effect of the magnetic field and active agent revealed that the magnetic field promotes the solidification of the second phase in the weld tissue, but the effect on the heat-affected zone is not obvious. The addition of the magnetic field was found to refine the grains by EBSD testing, reducing the average grain size by 1.43 μm. This indicates that the introduction of the magnetic field in the A-TIG welding process improves the mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joint, which is conducive to solving the problem of poor weldability in the welding process of magnesium alloys. The plant hormone auxin acts as a signaling molecule to regulate numerous developmental processes throughout all stages of plant growth. Understanding how auxin regulates various physiological and developmental processes has been a hot topic and an intriguing field. Recent studies have unveiled more molecular details into how diverse auxin responses function in every aspect of plant growth and development. In this review, we systematically summarized and classified the molecular mechanisms of diverse auxin responses, and comprehensively elaborated the characteristics and multilevel regulation mechanisms of the canonical transcriptional auxin response. On this basis, we described the characteristics and differences between different auxin responses. We also presented some auxin response genes that have been genetically modified in plant species and how their changes impact various traits of interest. Finally, we summarized some important aspects and unsolved questions of auxin responses that need to be focused on or addressed in future research. This review will help to gain an overall understanding of and some insights into the diverse molecular mechanisms of auxin responses in plant growth and development that are instrumental in harnessing genetic resources in molecular breeding of extant plant species. With the diversification of tourist demand for a destinations' supply, rural tourism destinations are facing an increasingly fierce competition environment. Creating brand value and improving tourists' willingness to revisit has become an inevitable strategic choice for rural tourism destinations. In this study, we proposed a framework of "tourism motivation-destination image-satisfaction-willingness to revisit" to investigate rural tourism. We investigated from the aspects of learning and entertainment motivation, novelty-seeking motivation, natural environment, cultural environment, social environment, infrastructure, and tourist satisfaction. To analyze data, a questionnaire survey was administered to 545 tourists using structural equation modeling (SEM) technology. The findings indicated that learning and entertainment motivation, natural environment, social environment, and tourist satisfaction had a direct and positive effect on tourists' willingness to revisit. In addition, tourist satisfaction played an intermediary role between tourists' tourism motivation and destination terrain image and their propensity to return. China is facing serious haze pollution while its economy is developing at a high speed. Nevertheless, traditional command-and-control environmental regulation has been ineffective in reducing haze pollution. The Chinese government must find more effective ways to combat haze pollution immediately. Through the synthetic control method, this paper uses the provincial PM2.5 concentration and economic data from 2000 to 2016 to examine the causal effect between the Hubei carbon emission trading pilot and haze pollution, and further establish a mediating effect model to explore the impact mechanism between the carbon emission trading market and haze pollution. The results show that the pilot of carbon emission trading in Hubei Province has led to a decrease of PM2.5 by 10% in five years, which is significant at least at the level of 10%. Background: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disease. To date, more than 1000 genes have been shown to be associated with ASD, and only a few of these genes account for more than 1% of autism cases. Klf7 is an important transcription factor of cell proliferation and differentiation in the nervous system, but whether klf7 is involved in autism is unclear. Methods: We first performed ChIP-seq analysis of klf7 in N2A cells, then performed behavioral tests and RNA-seq in klf7+/− mice, and finally restored mice with adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated overexpression of klf7 in klf7+/− mice. Results: Klf7 targeted genes are enriched with ASD genes, and 631 ASD risk genes are also differentially expressed in klf7+/− mice which exhibited the core symptoms of ASD. When klf7 levels were increased in the central nervous system (CNS) in klf7+/− adult mice, deficits in social interaction, repetitive behavior and majority of dysregulated ASD genes were rescued in the adults, suggesting transcriptional regulation. Moreover, knockdown of klf7 in human brain organoids caused dysregulation of 517 ASD risk genes, 344 of which were shared with klf7+/− mice, including some high-confidence ASD genes. Conclusions: Our findings highlight a klf7 regulation of ASD genes and provide new insights into the pathogenesis of ASD and promising targets for further research on mechanisms and treatments. For the repair level and spare parts stocking problems, generally METRIC type methods and Level of repair analysis (LORA) are used separately. Since LORA does not consider the availability of capital goods, solving LORA and spare parts stocking problems sequentially may lead to suboptimal solutions. On these considerations, this study presents a joint optimization method to minimize the service logistics cost under the constraints of system availability. Maintenance capability factor and maintenance decisions are introduced into the joint optimization model to express the influence of multiple failure modes on repair level and spare parts stocking. Thus, we establish the bridge relationship between LORA and METRIC models. The joint optimization model is solved by an improved iterative algorithm, and a typical fleet system is taken as an example to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the model and the algorithm. Compared with the optimization of spare parts inventory and maintenance level independently, the joint optimization method could effectively reduce the service logistic system cost. Luohuazizhu suppository is a Traditional Chinese Medicine used in clinic to treat cervicitis, which is prepared from Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn (C. nudiflora), an herbal Chinese medicine named Luohuazizhu. This study aimed to figure out the active constituents of C. nudiflora and the potential mechanism for its anti-cervicitis effect. The ethanol extract in C. nudiflora (CNE) and the different fractions of CNE extracted by petroleum ether (CNE-p), dichloromethane (CNE-d), and n-butanol (CNE-b) were tested in vivo for their anti-cervicitis effects. Then the isolated compounds from the CNE-p were tested in vitro for their anti-inflammatory activities. The results displayed that CNE-p, CNE-d, and CNE-b exhibited adequate anti-cervicitis effects, with CNE-p showing the highest efficacy. Further experiment demonstrated that CNE-p could significantly inhibit the expression of NLRP3 in vitro. Six diterpenoids obtained from the CNE-p showed the ability to regulate inflammatory factor levels in vitro. Among these compounds, compounds 1 (callicarpic acid A) and 2 (syn-3,4-seco-12S-hydroxy-15,16-epoxy-4(18),8(17),3(16),14(15)-labdatetraen-3-oic acid) were the most effective agents, and they also inhibited the expression level of NLRP3 in vitro. The results confirmed that C. nudiflora has significant anti-cervicitis effects and the diterpenoids were most likely to be its active components. This study investigated the effects of root-restriction cultivation on the root architecture, endogenous strigolactone (SL) content, and SL-related genes expression in grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.). In addition, we clarified the effects of synthetic SL analog GR24 application on grapevine roots to explore the role of SLs in their development. The results showed that the root architecture changed significantly under root-restriction cultivation. At 40 days after transplantation (DAT), the contents of two types of SLs in roots under root restriction were both significantly lower than that in roots of the control. SL content was significantly positively correlated with the expression levels of VvCCD8 and VvD27, indicating that they play vital roles in SLs synthesis. After GR24 treatment for 20 days, the root length was significantly shorter than in the control. A low concentration (0.1 μM) of GR24 significantly reduced the root diameter and increased the fine-root density, while a high concentration (10 μM) of GR24 significantly reduced the lateral root (LR) length and increased the LR density. Concomitantly, GR24 (0.1 μM) reduced endogenous SL content. After GR24 treatment for 5 days, the total content of two tested SLs was highly positively correlated with the expression levels of VvDAD2, whereas it was highly negatively correlated with VvSMAXL4 at 20 days after GR24 treatment. This study helps to clarify the internal mechanism of root-restriction cultivation affecting the changes in grapevine root architecture, as well as further explore the important role of SLs in the growth of grapevine roots in response to root-restriction treatment. The role of innovation for economic growth has been proved by studies. However, whether innovation can decrease environmental cost and energy security risks remains to be studied. To explore the theoretical mechanism of driving green economic growth by innovation, we constructed a four-sector endogenous growth model, including the final-goods sector, the intermediate-goods sector, the Research and Development (R&D) sector, and the energy sector. Then we measured the innovation-driven effect of green growth and calculated the green added value of 40 industries in China during 2005–2016. Based on the calculations, we used a threshold regression model to test the mechanism of driving green growth and decreasing energy security risks by innovation. The results showed that: (1) the innovation-driven effect on green growth increased from 0.2729 in 2005 to 0.3446 in 2016. (2) The proportion of green added value in the traditionally added value increased from 79.54% in 2005 to 92.25% in 2016. (3) Innovation had a threshold effect on green growth: the role of innovation in driving green growth weakened in the long term, but not in the short term (4) Innovation also had a threshold effect on energy security risk: after the innovation-driven effect crossed the threshold, innovation decreased energy security risk more significantly. This publication focuses on the experimental validation of film models by comparing constructed and experimental velocity fields based on model and elementary experimental data. The film experiment covers Kapitza numbers Ka = 278.8 and Ka = 4538.6, a Reynolds number range of 1.6–52, and disturbance frequencies of 0, 2, 5, and 7 Hz. Compared to previous publications, the applied methodology has boundary identification procedures that are more refined and provide additional adaptive particle image velocimetry (PIV) method access to synthetic particle images. The experimental method was validated with a comparison with experimental particle image velocimetry and planar laser induced fluorescence (PIV/PLIF) results, Nusselt's theoretical prediction, and experimental particle tracking velocimetry (PTV) results of flat steady cases, and a good continuity equation reproduction of transient cases proves the method's fidelity. The velocity fields are reconstructed based on different film flow model velocity profile assumptions such as experimental film thickness, flow rates, and their derivatives, providing a validation method of film model by comparison between reconstructed velocity experimental data and experimental velocity data. The comparison results show that the first-order weighted residual model (WRM) and regularized model (RM) are very similar, although they may fail to predict the velocity field in rapidly changing zones such as the front of the main hump and the first capillary wave troughs. The highly infectious coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) associated with the pathogenic severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has spread to become a global pandemic. At present, the world is relying mainly on containment and hygiene-related measures, as well as repurposed drugs to control the outbreak. The development of COVID-19 vaccines is crucial for the world to return to pre-pandemic normalcy, and a collective global effort has been invested into protection against SARS-CoV-2. As of March 2021, thirteen vaccines have been approved for application whilst over 90 vaccine candidates are under clinical trials. This review focuses on the development of COVID-19 vaccines and highlights the efficacy and vaccination reactions of the authorised vaccines. The mechanisms, storage, and dosage specification of vaccine candidates at the advanced stage of development are also critically reviewed together with considerations for potential challenges. Whilst the development of a vaccine is, in general, in its infancy, current progress is promising. However, the world population will have to continue to adapt to the "new normal" and practice social distancing and hygienic measures, at least until effective vaccines are available to the general public. In the research of the high-speed sensorless control strategy of an interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), considering the harmonic influence of inverter nonlinearity on traditional sliding mode observer method, a full-order sliding mode observer (SMO) method based on synchronous frequency tracking filtering is proposed. This method avoids the phase delay defects caused by the use of filters in traditional second-order SMO. Then, the observed extended electromotive force (EMF) signal is filtered using a synchronous frequency tracking (SFT) function. It tracks the changing stator current and filters out harmonics that are not part of the tracking signal to achieve static tracking of the stator current. A customized particle image velocimetry/planar laser induced fluorescence (PIV/PLIF) experimental method, aiming to capture transient hydrodynamics of solitary waves of inertia-dominated falling liquid films, is presented in this paper. A novel PIV/PLIF technique, which only uses one camera to capture simultaneously both particle image and fluorescence, and meanwhile a post-processing imaging method is also developed, which is able to simultaneously measure both internal velocity field in film and its topology. To validate the fidelity of the novel PIV/PLIF technique, a comparison between experimental results of streamwise velocity profile and film thickness and that of the Nusselt's prediction at low Reynold number is carried out, and in addition, integral continuity is checked for transient wavy film, both of which shows that they are in good agreement. Based on experimental velocity fields and film topology, pressure distribution inside film is derived with the Poisson equation. Considering characteristics of traveling waves, the experimental results are presented respectively in spatial mode and temporal mode. In spatial mode, capillary wave dynamics are demonstrated out of velocity field, film topology and pressure distribution, which reveals that flow reversal occurs at capillary troughs. In temporal mode, the mechanism of flow reversal at capillary troughs is scrutinized on the basis of high-frequency velocity sampling and the derived pressure gradient. It is shown that flow reversal at capillary troughs is triggered due to occurrence of positive pressure gradient at the back side of the capillary wave crest, rather than the trough upstream as stated by the previous researchers. By elucidating the dynamics of flow reversal, mechanisms for the upper limit of Reynold number with respect to flow reversal underneath capillary wave trough were proposed, which might be the gradually saturated deceleration from the capillary curvature and shorten deceleration duration determined by the wave speed and capillary wave length. S-doped Bi2MoO6 nanosheets were successfully synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), elemental mapping spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectra (PL), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV-visible diffused reflectance spectra (UV-vis DRS). The photo-electrochemical performance of the samples was investigated via an electrochemical workstation. The S-doped Bi2MoO6 nanosheets exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation. The photo-degradation rate of Rhodamine B (RhB) by S-doped Bi2MoO6 (1 wt%) reached 97% after 60 min, which was higher than that of the pure Bi2MoO6 and other S-doped products. The degradation rate of the recovered S-doped Bi2MoO6 (1 wt%) was still nearly 90% in the third cycle, indicating an excellent stability of the catalyst. The radical-capture experiments confirmed that superoxide radicals (·O2−) and holes (h+) were the main active substances in the photocatalytic degradation of RhB by S-doped Bi2MoO6. Small-scale organic Rankine cycle (ORC) systems driven by solar energy are compared in this paper, which aims to explore the potential of power generation for domestic utilisation. A solar thermal collector was used as the heat source for a hot water storage tank. Thermal performance was then evaluated in terms of both the conventional ORC and an ORC using thermal driven pump (TDP). It is established that the solar ORC using TDP has a superior performance to the conventional ORC under most working conditions. Results demonstrate that power output of the ORC using TDP ranges from 72 W to 82 W with the increase of evaporating temperature, which shows an improvement of up to 3.3% at a 100 °C evaporating temperature when compared with the power output of the conventional ORC. Energy and exergy efficiencies of the ORC using TDP increase from 11.3% to 12.6% and from 45.8% to 51.3% when the evaporating temperature increases from 75 °C to 100 °C. The efficiency of the ORC using TDP is improved by up to 3.27%. Additionally, the exergy destruction using TDP can be reduced in the evaporator and condenser. The highest exergy efficiency in the evaporator is 96.9%, an improvement of 62% in comparison with that of the conventional ORC, i.e., 59.9%. Over 90% of global yam production is from West Africa where it provides food and income for above 300 million smallholders' farmers. However, the major challenge of yam is 10–40% post-harvest losses due to the lack of appropriate storage facilities. This paper assesses a biogas-driven cogeneration system, which could supply electricity and cold storage for 'yam bank' within a rural community. Considering 200 households' Nigerian village as a case study, crop residues are used as anaerobic digestion feedstock to produce biogas, which is subsequently used to power an internal combustion engine. Result shows that the system could store 3.6 tonnes of yam tubers each year and provide enough electricity for domestic and commercial activities. At the current electricity tariff of USD0.013·kWh−1 for rural areas, the system is unable to payback during its life span. The proposed USD0.42·kWh−1 by Nigerian Rural Electrification Agency seems good with less than 3 years discounted payback period but brings about extra burden on poor rural households. Based on the income from cold storage, electricity tariff of USD0.105·kWh−1 with an interest rate of 4% is suggested to be reasonable which results in 6.84 years discounted payback period especially considering non-monetary benefits of renewable energy system. A new composite magnetic photocatalyst, Bi5O7I/MnxZn1−xFe2O4, prepared by a hydrothermal-roasting method was studied. The photocatalytic properties of Bi5O7I/MnxZn1−xFe2O4 were evaluated by degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under simulated sunlight irradiation, and the structures and properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet-visible light (UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS), and a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated that Bi5O7I/MnxZn1−xFe2O4 was an orthorhombic crystal, which was similar to that observed for Bi5O7I. Bi5O7I/MnxZn1−xFe2O4 consisted of irregularly shaped nanosheets that were 40–60 nm thick. The most probable pore size was 24.1 nm and the specific surface area was 7.07 m2/g. Bi5O7I/MnxZn1−xFe2O4 could absorb both ultraviolet and visible light, and the energy gap value was 3.22 eV. The saturation magnetization, coercivity and residual magnetization of Bi5O7I/MnxZn1−xFe2O4 were 3.9 emu/g, 126.6 Oe, and 0.7 emu/g respectively, which could help Bi5O7I/MnxZn1−xFe2O4 be separated and recycled from wastewater under the action of an external magnetic field. The recycling experiments revealed that the average recovery rate of the photocatalyst was 90.1%, and the photocatalytic activity was still more than 81.1% after five cycles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
