The overuse of fertilizers has caused significant environmental pollution. In this paper, we aim to improve fertilizer utilization and promote sustainable agricultural development. Based on panel data at the flag (county) level in Inner Mongolia from 2001 to 2020, we analyzed the spatial heterogeneity and correlation of fertilizer application intensity using a two-stage nested Theil index and Moran's I, and employed a Durbin model to elucidate its spatial spillover effects. The results show that overall disparities in fertilizer application intensity showed a decreasing trend, with league (city) disparities being the main reason for the overall disparities. In terms of spatial patterns, there is a positive spatial correlation between flags (counties), with the western region exhibiting a "high-high" type that gradually shifts towards the eastern region, particularly the cities of Tongliao and Chifeng. The central and eastern regions exhibit a "low-low" type. Future endeavors to decrease fertilizer application intensity are mainly focused on establishing "high-high" clusters. Policymakers should leverage these spatial interactions to diminish fertilizer usage and mitigate environmental pollution. Farmers, affluence, agricultural economic development, and grain yield positively influence fertilizer application intensity while agricultural modernization and land size have negative effects. The Plateau Hongliu (Myricaria elegans Royle.) is a woody shrub halophyte that thrives in arid areas of western Tibet, in the Himalayan Mountains. It is acclaimed as superior in saline stress acclimation and as a critical pharmaceutical resource of the Tibetan traditional herb. Nevertheless, the mitogenome in the genus Myricaria remains unknown. Here, using the Illumina and PacBio sequencing assays, the first complete mitogenome of the M. elegans revealed a multi-branched skeleton with a total length of 416,354 bp and GC content of 44.33%, comprising two circular molecules (M1 and 2). The complete mitogenome annotates 31 unique protein-encoding genes (PEGs), fifteen tRNAs, and three rRNA genes. The UAA exhibits the most prominent codon usage preference as a termination, followed by UUA codons for leucine. The mitogenome contains 99 simple sequence repeats and 353 pairs of dispersed repeats, displaying the most frequent in palindromic repeats. Gene transfer analyses identified 8438 bp of 18 homologous fragments from the plastome, accounting for 2.03% of the total length. Using the PREP suite, 350 C-U RNA editing sites were predicted, of which nad4 and ccmB were on the top frequency. Syntenic and phylogenetic analyses suggested weakly conserved patterns of M. elegans in Caryophyllales owing to the genome rearrangement. In summary, the deciphered unique features and complexities of the mitogenome in M. elegans provide novel insights into understanding the evolution and biological conservation underlying climate resilience in halophytes. The general requirements of China's rural revitalization strategy are industrial prosperity, ecological livability and rich life. However, the traditional livestock breeding model has struggled to balance the dual requirements of production development and ecological protection, and it is urgent to inject new impetus and explore new development paths. At present, e-commerce has become a bridge between pastoral areas and cities, herdsmen and consumers. E-commerce participation is not only an important starting point for herdsmen to increase the added value and profit space of livestock products, but also an effective way to change the original breeding behavior based on the premise of destroying grassland. Therefore, this paper presents an in-depth study on the issue of e-commerce enabling grassland ecological restoration, aiming to provide more scientific and effective guidance for e-commerce to be used to achieve a win–win situation in economy and ecology. Therefore, based on the data of 271 herdsmen in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, we used the OLS model and the two-stage least squares (2SLS) method to identify the direct impact of herdsmen's e-commerce participation on grassland utilization pressure. The empirical results show that e-commerce participation can significantly decrease the grassland utilization pressure. The conclusion was still valid after alleviating endogeneity and conducting a robustness test. The results of a mechanism analysis suggest that the reduction effect of e-commerce participation on grassland utilization pressure is mainly due to price incentive, reputation incentive and place identity. Subjective norms can strengthen the inhibitory effect of e-commerce participation on grassland utilization pressure. Furthermore, a heterogeneity analysis demonstrates that e-commerce participation has a better, decreased impact on the grassland utilization pressure on the banners of China's rural e-commerce demonstration county program. Hippophae gyantsensis Lian is a pioneering tree species in Chinese forestry ecological engineering, known for its robust stress tolerance, water retention capacity, and soil improvement qualities. However, the lack of rapid nursery technology has been a significant impediment to the development of the H. gyantsensis industry. In the present study, we have successfully established a tissue culture regeneration system for H. gyantsensis. The most effective methods for seed disinfection, ensuring sterility in seedlings, were found to be 75% alcohol disinfection for 40 s and 10% sodium hypochlorite disinfection for 10 min. The best media tested for callus induction in cotyledons and hypocotyls of sterile seedlings were 1/3 MS + 0.5 mg/L KT + 0.75 mg/L NAA and 1/3 MS + 0.3 mg/L 6-BA + 1.5 mg/L IBA, respectively. As the explants, cotyledons yielded larger calli with a greater size and differentiation ability than hypocotyls. For the induction of indeterminate shoots and proliferation, the most suitable media were 1/3 MS + 0.5 mg/L IAA + 0.75 mg/L 6-BA and 1/3 MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.05 mg/L IBA + 0.1 mg/L KT, respectively. Lastly, the best worked rooting formulation was 1/4 MS + 0.3 mg/L IBA. This study marks a significant milestone in the establishment of a systematic tissue culture regeneration system for H. gyantsensis, which will facilitate the industrial rapid propagation of high-quality seedlings and provide the foundation for improvement through genetic transformation. To solve the problem of communication delays and topology changes and achieve a high-precision formation configuration control index in the flight control of SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite formations, this paper studies the consistency cooperative control of attitude orbit coupling for SAR satellite formations under communication constraints. First, this paper establishes the relative motion state error equation for satellite formations. Considering the capacity constraints for communication and actuators, this paper designs a hierarchical saturated consistency cooperative controller for attitude orbit coupling. Second, this paper uses the Lyapunov direct method to prove the stability of the designed consistent cooperative controller under uncertain space disturbances. Finally, this paper simulates and verifies the designed controller. The results show that the hierarchical saturation consistency cooperative controller designed in this paper can meet the requirements of configuration maintenance accuracy for SAR satellite formation for Earth target observation missions. An adaptive learning pigeon-inspired optimization based on mutation disturbance (ALPIO) is proposed for solving the problems of fuel consumption and threat avoidance in spacecraft cluster orbit reconstruction. First, considering the constraints of maintaining a safe distance between adjacent spacecraft within the spacecraft cluster and of avoiding space debris, the optimal performance index for orbital reconfiguration is proposed based on the fuel consumption required for path planning. Second, ALPIO is proposed to solve the path planning. Compared with traditional pigeon-inspired optimization, ALPIO uses the initialization of chaotic and elite backward learning to increase the population diversity, using a nonlinear weighting factor and adjustment factor to control the speed and accuracy of prepopulation convergence. The Cauchy mutation was implemented in the map and compass operator to prevent the population from falling into local optima, and the Gaussian mutation and variation factor were utilized in the landmark operator to prevent the population from stagnating in the late evolution. Through simulation experiments using nine test functions, ALPIO is shown to significantly improve accuracy when obtaining the optimum compared with PSO, PIO, and CGAPIO, and orbital reconfiguration consumes less total fuel. The trajectory of path planning for ALPIO is smoother than those of other optimization methods, and its obstacle avoidance path is the most stable. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Deep neural networks have been widely used in detection tasks based on optical remote sensing images. However, in recent studies, deep neural networks have been shown to be vulnerable to adversarial examples. Adversarial examples are threatening in both the digital and physical domains. Specifically, they make it possible for adversarial examples to attack aerial remote sensing detection. To defend against adversarial attacks on aerial remote sensing detection, we propose a cascaded adversarial defense framework, which locates the adversarial patch according to its high frequency and saliency information in the gradient domain and removes it directly. The original image semantic and texture information is then restored by the image inpainting method. When combined with the random erasing algorithm, the robustness of detection is further improved. Our method is the first attempt to defend against adversarial examples in remote sensing detection. The experimental results show that our method is very effective in defending against real-world adversarial attacks. In particular, when using the YOLOv3 and YOLOv4 algorithms for robust detection of single-class targets, the AP60 of YOLOv3 and YOLOv4 only drop by 2.11% and 2.17%, respectively, under the adversarial example. The velocity and acceleration of geostationary transfer orbit (GTO) satellites change dramatically and periodically, and the operating area extends from hundreds of kilometers to 36,000 km above the Earth's surface. This leads to the limitation of navigation methods of GTO satellites, the complexity of perturbation components and the increase of sensor measurement noise. Therefore, in this paper, a celestial navigation system/Beidou navigation system (CNS/BDS) integrated navigation method based on the adaptive spherical simplex unscented transformation federated Kalman filter (ASSUT-FF) algorithm is designed for GTO satellite high-precision autonomous navigation, considering the integrated navigation method and filtering algorithm. A Beidou observation model based on the relative pseudorange/pseudorange rate is established. Even when the GTO satellite moves to the high orbit region, it can still use BDS navigation information to determine the orbit. In addition, the designed adaptive algorithm can still ensure the filter stability in a complex space environment. The CNS/BDS integrated navigation method based on the ASSUT-FF algorithm proposed in this paper can realize continuous and high-precision autonomous navigation of GTO satellites. The simulation results show that the orbit determination accuracy of the proposed navigation method is 96.23% and 84.06% higher than that of the single celestial navigation method and the traditional Beidou geometric positioning correction celestial navigation method, respectively.
