To investigate the influence of temperature and humidity variations on creep in high-performance concrete beams, beam tests were conducted in both natural and laboratory settings. The findings indicate that the variations in creep primarily stem from temperature changes, whereas humidity changes have little influence on fluctuations in both basic creep and total creep. The influence of humidity on creep is more strongly reflected in the magnitude of creep. Functions describing the influence of temperature and humidity on the creep behavior of high-performance concrete (HPC) subjected to fluctuating conditions are proposed. The findings were employed to examine creep deformation in engineering applications across four places. This study complements the correction method for the creep of members under fluctuating temperature and humidity. With the changes in the spatial structure of China's economic development, urban clusters have become the primary carriers of China's regional economy and green growth. We used annual data from 2010 to 2021 to study the carbon emission characteristics and carbon reduction pathways of 36 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region. Firstly, based on the decoupling elasticity coefficient and carbon intensity index, the researchers divided the cities in the Yangtze River Delta into six types of carbon emissions. Then, the STIRPAT model was used to regress the panel data of different carbon emission types for 11 years, analyze the driving factors of carbon emissions, and develop differentiated carbon emission reduction paths for cities with six carbon emission types. According to the results, the cities of Type I need to accelerate low-carbon technology innovation; the cities of Type II need to improve energy efficiency and strengthen low-carbon technology research and development; the cities of Type V need to suppress foreign investment in high-energy consumption and high-emission projects in the local area; the cities of Type VI need to accelerate the process of new urbanization and optimize industrial structure. However, the researchers found that the cities of Types III and IV have not yet received effective emission reduction pathways, and their emission reduction policies and measures need to be further studied. Leaf mildew is a common disease of tomato leaves. Its detection is an important means to reduce yield loss from the disease and improve tomato quality. In this study, a new method was developed for the multi-source detection of tomato leaf mildew by THz hyperspectral imaging through combining internal and external leaf features. First, multi-source information obtained from tomato leaves of different disease grades was extracted by near-infrared hyperspectral imaging and THz time-domain spectroscopy, while the influence of low-frequency noise was removed by the Savitzky Golay (SG) smoothing algorithm. A genetic algorithm (GA) was used to optimize the selection of the characteristic near-infrared hyperspectral band. Principal component analysis (PCA) was employed to optimize the THz characteristic absorption spectra and power spectrum dimensions. Recognition models were developed for different grades of tomato leaf mildew infestation by incorporating near-infrared hyperspectral imaging, THz absorbance, and power spectra using the backpropagation neural network (BPNN), and the models had recognition rates of 95%, 96.67%, and 95%, respectively. Based on the near-infrared hyperspectral features, THz time-domain spectrum features, and classification model, the probability density of the posterior distribution of tomato leaf health parameter variables was recalculated by a Bayesian network model. Finally, a fusion diagnosis and health evaluation model of tomato leaf mildew with hyperspectral fusion THz was established, and the recognition rate of tomato leaf mildew samples reached 97.12%, which improved the recognition accuracy by 0.45% when compared with the single detection method, thereby achieving the accurate detection of facility diseases. Marine fungi-derived natural products represent an excellent reservoir for the discovery of novel lead compounds with biological activities. Here, we report the identification of two new drimane sesquiterpenes (1 and 2) and six new polyketides (3–8), together with 10 known compounds (9–18), from a marine-derived fungus Penicillium sp. TW58-16. The planar structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive 1D and 2D NMR, which was supported by HR-ESI-MS data. The absolute configurations of these compounds were determined by experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD), and their optical rotations compared with those reported. Evaluation of the anti-inflammatory activity of compounds 1–18 revealed that compound 5 significantly inhibited the release of nitric oxide (NO) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in RAW264.7 cells, correlating with the inhibition of expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). In addition, we revealed that compounds 1, 3–6, 14, 16, and 18 showed strong α-glucosidase inhibitory effects with inhibition rates of 35.4%, 73.2%, 55.6%, 74.4%, 32.0%, 36.9%, 88.0%, and 91.1%, respectively, which were comparable with or even better than that of the positive control, acarbose. In this paper, firstly, we introduced a second order non-linear recursive sequence, then we use this sequence and the combinatorial methods to perform a deep study on the computational problem concerning one kind sums, which includes the Chebyshev polynomials. This makes it possible to simplify a class of complex computations involving the second type Chebyshev polynomials into a very simple problem. Finally, we give a new and interesting identity for it.
