Wheat is an important food crop in China. The quality of wheat affects the development of the agricultural economy. However, the high-quality wheat produced in China cannot meet the demand, so it would be an important direction for research to develop high-quality wheat. Grain protein content (GPC) is an important criterion for the quality of winter wheat and its content directly affects the quality of wheat. Studying the spatial heterogeneity of wheat grain proteins is beneficial to the prediction of wheat quality, and it plays a guiding role in the identification, grading, and processing of wheat quality. Due to the complexity and variability of wheat quality, conventional evaluation methods have shortcomings such as low accuracy and poor applicability. To better predict the GPC, geographically weighted regression (GWR) models, multiple linear regression, random forest (RF), BP neural networks, support vector machine, and long-and-short-term memory algorithms were used to analyze the meteorological data and soil data of Jiangsu Province from March to May in 2019–2022. It was found that the winter wheat GPC rises by 0.17% with every 0.1° increase in north latitude at the county level in Jiangsu. Comparison of the prediction accuracy of the coefficient of determination, mean deviation error, root mean square error, and mean absolute error by analyzing multiple algorithms showed that the GWR model was the most accurate, followed by the RF model. The regression coefficient of precipitation in April showed the smallest range of variation among all factors, indicating that precipitation in April had a more stable effect on GPC in the study area than the other meteorological factors. Therefore, consideration of spatial information might be beneficial in predicting county-level winter wheat GPC. GWR models based on meteorological and soil factors enrich the studies regarding the prediction of wheat GPC based on environmental data. High-resolution reanalysis data are an effective way to evaluate cloud water resources (CWRs). Based on ERA5 reanalysis data and gridded observed precipitation data, combined with the diagnostic quantification method of cloud water resource (CWR-DQ), we analyze and evaluate the CWRs and their distribution characteristics in the Huaihe River Basin from 2011 to 2021. Moreover, we compare and evaluate the CWRs of two typical precipitation processes in summer and winter. The results show that the annual total amount of atmospheric hydrometeor (GMh) in the Huaihe River Basin is approximately 1537.3 mm. The precipitation (Ps) is 963.5 mm, the cloud water resource (CWR) is 573.8 mm, and the precipitation efficiency of hydrometeor (PEh) is 62.4%. The CWR in the Huaihe River Basin shows a slow increasing trend from 2011 to 2021.The monthly variations in Ps, CWR, and PEh show a single peak distribution. The spatial horizontal distributions of the gross mass of water vapor (GMv), GMh, and Ps in the Huaihe River Basin are zonal, and the values decrease with increasing latitude. In summer, the hydrometeors are mainly distributed in the middle layer (between 600 and 350 hPa). The hydrometeors in spring, autumn, and winter are mainly below 500 hPa. Two cases reveal that GMv, the condensation from water vapor to hydrometeors (Cvh), GMh, Ps, and PEh in the summer case are significantly higher compared to those in the winter case, while the CWRs are similar. In recent years, multifunctional hydrogel nanoplatforms for the synergistic treatment of tumors have received a great deal of attention. Here, we prepared an iron/zirconium/polydopamine/carboxymethyl chitosan hydrogel with Fenton and photothermal effects, promising for future use in the field of synergistic therapy and prevention of tumor recurrence. The iron (Fe)–zirconium (Zr)@ polydopamine (PDA) nanoparticles were synthesized by a simple one-pot hydrothermal method using iron (III) chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3•6H2O), zirconium tetrachloride (ZrCl4), and dopamine, followed by activation of the carboxyl group of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) using 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC)/N(4)-hydroxycytidine (NHS). Finally, the Fe–Zr@PDA nanoparticles and the activated CMCS were mixed to form a hydrogel. On the one side, Fe ions can use hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) which is rich in the tumor microenvironment (TME) to produce toxic hydroxyl radicals (•OH) and kill tumor cells, and Zr can also enhance the Fenton effect; on the other side, the excellent photothermal conversion efficiency of the incorporated PDA is used to kill tumor cells under the irradiation of near-infrared light. The ability of Fe–Zr@PDA@CMCS hydrogel to produce •OH and the ability of photothermal conversion were verified in vitro, and swelling and degradation experiments confirmed the effective release and good degradation of this hydrogel in an acidic environment. The multifunctional hydrogel is biologically safe at both cellular and animal levels. Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a complex inflammatory disease caused by multiple etiologies, the pathogenesis of which has not been fully elucidated. Oxidative stress is important for the regulation of inflammation-related signaling pathways, the recruitment of inflammatory cells, the release of inflammatory factors, and other processes, and plays a key role in the occurrence and development of AP. In recent years, antioxidant therapy that suppresses oxidative stress by scavenging reactive oxygen species has become a research highlight of AP. However, traditional antioxidant drugs have problems such as poor drug stability and low delivery efficiency, which limit their clinical translation and applications. Nanomaterials bring a brand-new opportunity for the antioxidant treatment of AP. This review focuses on the multiple advantages of nanomaterials, including small size, good stability, high permeability, and long retention effect, which can be used not only as effective carriers of traditional antioxidant drugs but also directly as antioxidants. In this review, after first discussing the association between oxidative stress and AP, we focused on summarizing the literature related to antioxidant nanomaterials for the treatment of AP and highlighting the effects of these nanomaterials on the indicators related to oxidative stress in pathological states, aiming to provide references for follow-up research and promote clinical application. The macro- and microphysical properties of clouds can reflect their vertical physical structure and evolution and are important indications of the formation and development of precipitation. We used four-year merged CloudSat-CALIPSO-MODIS products to distinguish the macro- and microphysical properties of precipitating and non-precipitating clouds over central-eastern China during the warm season (May–September). Our results showed that the clouds were dominated by single- and double-layer forms with occurrence frequencies > 85%. Clouds with a low probability of precipitation (POP) were usually geometrically thin. The POP showed an increasing trend with increases in the cloud optical depth, liquid water path, and ice water path, reaching maxima of 50%, 60%, and 75%, respectively. However, as cloud effective radius (CER) increased, the POP changed from an increasing to a decreasing trend for a CER > 22 μm, in contrast with our perception that large particles fall more easily against updrafts, but this shift can be attributed to the transition of the cloud phase from mixed clouds to ice clouds. A high POP > 60% usually occurred in mixed clouds with vigorous ice-phase processes. There were clear differences in the microphysical properties of non-precipitating and precipitating clouds. In contrast with the vertical evolution of non-precipitating clouds with weaker reflectivity, precipitating clouds were present above 0 dBZ with a significant downward increase in reflectivity, suggesting inherent differences in cloud dynamical and microphysical processes. Our findings highlight the differences in the POP of warm and mixed clouds, suggesting that the low frequency of precipitation from water clouds should be the focus of future studies. Nitrided layers on 6082 aluminum alloy substrates and 1060 aluminum substrates are formed at atmospheric pressure using thermal nitrogen plasma, which only takes seconds to form a millimeter-level layer. The nitrided layers are composed of aluminum nitride (AlN) and aluminum solid solution phases. Microstructures in these nitrided layers can be divided into three regions from bottom to top: the transition region, the dendrite region, and the lamella region. These regions are formed in sequence. The formation mechanisms and processes of the three regions are discussed in detail. Furthermore, we found that Al melt is transported upward through the voids and the capillaries in the AlN structures, and reacts with N plasma in the melt surface. The growth of the AlN structures promotes this transport. With the increase of N2 flow rates from 1 L/min to 7.5 L/min, both the hardness and the wear resistance of the nitrided layers are improved, and the nitrided layer becomes thicker. In this report, flexible cross-linked polyarylene ether nitrile/functionalized barium titanate(CPEN/F-BaTiO₃) dielectrics films with high permittivitywere prepared and characterized. The effects of both the F-BaTiO₃ and matrix curing on the mechanical, thermal and dielectric properties of the CPEN/F-BaTiO₃ dielectric films were investigated in detail. Compared to pristine BaTiO₃, the surface modified BaTiO₃ particles effectively improved their dispersibility and interfacial adhesion in the polymer matrix. Moreover, the introduction of F-BaTiO₃ particles enhanced dielectric properties of the composites, with a relatively high permittivity of 15.2 and a quite low loss tangent of 0.022 (1 kHz) when particle contents of 40 wt % were utilized. In addition, the cyano (⁻CN) groups of functional layer also can serve as potential sites for cross-linking with polyarylene ether nitrile terminated phthalonitrile (PEN-Ph) matrix and make it transform from thermoplastic to thermosetting. Comparing with the pure PEN-ph film, the latter results indicated that the formation of cross-linked network in the polymer-based system resulted in increased tensile strength by ~67%, improved glass transition temperature ( T g ) by ~190 °C. More importantly, the CPEN/F-BaTiO₃ composite films filled with 30 wt % F-BaTiO₃ particles showed greater energy density by nearly 190% when compared to pure CPEN film.
