The field of infrastructure security has garnered significant research attention. By integrating complex network theory with game theory, researchers have proposed many methods for studying the interactions between the attacker and the defender from a macroscopic viewpoint. We constructed a game model of infrastructure networks to analyze attacker-defender confrontations. To address the challenge of finding the Nash equilibrium, we developed a novel algorithm—node-incremental greedy algorithm (NIGA)—which uses less strategy space to solve the problem. The experiments performed further showed that NIGA has better optimization ability than other traditional algorithms. The optimal defense strategies under different conditions of initial strategy ratios and attacker-defender resources were analyzed in this study. Modern technology and analysis of emotions play a crucial role in enabling intelligent healthcare systems to provide diagnostics and self-assistance services based on observation. However, precise data predictions and computational models are critical for these systems to perform their jobs effectively. Traditionally, healthcare monitoring has been the primary emphasis. However, there were a couple of negatives, including the pattern feature generating the method's scalability and reliability, which was tested with different data sources. This paper delves into the Discriminant Input Processing Scheme (DIPS), a crucial instrument for resolving challenges. Data-segmentation-based complex processing techniques allow DIPS to merge many emotion analysis streams. The DIPS recommendation engine uses segmented data characteristics to sift through inputs from the emotion stream for patterns. The recommendation is more accurate and flexible since DIPS uses transfer learning to identify similar data across different streams. With transfer learning, this study can be sure that the previous recommendations and data properties will be available in future data streams, making the most of them. Data utilization ratio, approximation, accuracy, and false rate are some of the metrics used to assess the effectiveness of the advised approach. The echo state network is a unique form of recurrent neural network. Due to its feedback mechanism, it exhibits superior nonlinear behavior compared to traditional neural networks and is highly regarded for its simplicity and efficiency in computation. In recent years, as network development has progressed, the security threats faced by networks have increased. To detect and counter these threats, the analysis of network traffic has become a crucial research focus. The echo state network has demonstrated exceptional performance in sequence prediction. In this article, we delve into the impact of echo state networks on time series. We have enhanced the model by increasing the number of layers and adopting a different data input approach. We apply it to predict chaotic systems that appear ostensibly regular but are inherently irregular. Additionally, we utilize it for the classification of sound sequence data. Remote sensing, the Internet, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and other technologies have become the core elements of modern agriculture and smart farming. Agricultural production and management modes guided by data and services have become a cutting-edge carrier of agricultural information monitoring, which promotes the transformation of the intelligent computing of remote sensing big data and agricultural intensive management from theory to practical applications. In this paper, the main research objective is to construct a new high-frequency agricultural production monitoring and intensive sharing service and management mode, based on the three dimensions of space, time, and attributes, that includes crop recognition, growth monitoring, yield estimation, crop disease or pest monitoring, variable-rate prescription, agricultural machinery operation, and other automatic agricultural intelligent computing applications. The platforms supported by this mode include a data management and agricultural information production subsystem, an agricultural monitoring and macro-management subsystem (province and county scales), and two mobile terminal applications (APPs). Taking Shandong as the study area of the application case, the technical framework of the system and its mobile terminals were systematically elaborated at the province and county levels, which represented macro-management and precise control of agricultural production, respectively. The automatic intelligent computing mode of satellite–air–ground spatiotemporal collaboration that we proposed fully couples data obtained from satellites, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and IoT technologies, which can provide the accurate and timely monitoring of agricultural conditions and real-time guidance for agricultural machinery scheduling throughout the entire process of agricultural cultivation, planting, management, and harvest; the area accuracy of all obtained agricultural information products is above 90%. Among recent state-of-the-art realistic image super-resolution (SR) intelligent algorithms, generative adversarial networks (GANs) have achieved impressive visual performance. However, there has been the problem of unsatisfactory perception of super-scored pictures with unpleasant artifacts. To address this issue and further improve visual quality, we proposed a perception-design-oriented PSRGAN with double perception turbos for real-world SR. The first-perception turbo in the generator network has a three-level perception structure with different convolution kernel sizes, which can extract multi-scale features from four  1 4  size sub-images sliced by original LR image. The slice operation expands adversarial samples to four and could alleviate artifacts during GAN training. The extracted features will be eventually concatenated in later 3 × 2 upsampling processes through pixel shuffle to restore SR image with diversified delicate textures. The second-perception turbo in discriminators has cascaded perception turbo blocks (PTBs), which could further perceive multi-scale features at various spatial relationships and promote the generator to restore subtle textures driven by GAN. Compared with recent SR methods (BSRGAN, real-ESRGAN, PDM_SR, SwinIR, LDL, etc.), we conducted an extensive test with a  × 4  upscaling factor on various datasets (OST300, 2020track1, RealSR-Canon, RealSR-Nikon, etc.). We conducted a series of experiments that show that our proposed PSRGAN based on generative adversarial networks outperforms current state-of-the-art intelligent algorithms on several evaluation metrics, including NIQE, NRQM and PI. The objective of this paper is to present a novel design of intelligent neuro-supervised networks (INSNs) in order to study the dynamics of a mathematical model for Parkinson's disease illness (PDI), governed with three differential classes to represent the rhythms of brain electrical activity measurements at different locations in the cerebral cortex. The proposed INSNs are constructed by exploiting the knacks of multilayer structure neural networks back-propagated with the Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) and Bayesian regularization (BR) optimization approaches. The reference data for the grids of input and the target samples of INSNs were formulated with a reliable numerical solver via the Adams method for sundry scenarios of PDI models by way of variation of sensor locations in order to measure the impact of the rhythms of brain electrical activity. The designed INSNs for both backpropagation procedures were implemented on created datasets segmented arbitrarily into training, testing, and validation samples by optimization of mean squared error based fitness function. Comparison of outcomes on the basis of exhaustive simulations of proposed INSNs via both LM and BR methodologies was conducted with reference solutions of PDI models by means of learning curves on MSE, adaptive control parameters of algorithms, absolute error, histogram error plots, and regression index. The outcomes endorse the efficacy of both INSNs solvers for different scenarios in PDI models, but the accuracy of the BR-based method is relatively superior, albeit at the cost of slightly more computations. In order to sustainably use coal resources and reduce coal mine accidents, the stability evaluation of roadway roofs is particularly important. The existing methods of roof stability evaluation and control application are greatly disjointed, the relationship between roof stability evaluation and early warning control is ignored, and an intelligent evaluation and calculation control system is lacking. Based on the successful application of the roof-cutting non-pillar mining method in various engineering geology and mining conditions, the roof stability evaluation system, mobile intelligent computing system, and engineering application research are carried out. An evaluation index system for roof stability in the roof-cutting non-pillar mining method is established, including the roof rock integrity and the roof-surrounding rock displacement. A comprehensive evaluation method for roof stability grades is proposed based on the coupling of evaluation index grading criteria and improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) weight assignment. A handheld mobile intelligent platform for roof stability evaluation, roof hazard zone, and control suggestion is developed. The research results have been applied in the coal mine of Hecaogou with good outcomes. Piezoelectric actuated models are promising high-performance precision positioning devices used for broad applications in the field of precision machines and nano/micro manufacturing. Piezoelectric actuators involve a nonlinear complex hysteresis that may cause degradation in performance. These hysteresis effects of piezoelectric actuators are mathematically represented as a second-order system using the Dahl hysteresis model. In this paper, artificial intelligence-based neurocomputing feedforward and backpropagation networks of the Levenberg–Marquardt method (LMM-NNs) and Bayesian Regularization method (BRM-NNs) are exploited to examine the numerical behavior of the Dahl hysteresis model representing a piezoelectric actuator, and the Adams numerical scheme is used to create datasets for various cases. The generated datasets were used as input target values to the neural network to obtain approximated solutions and optimize the values by using backpropagation neural networks of LMM-NNs and BRM-NNs. The performance analysis of LMM-NNs and BRM-NNs of the Dahl hysteresis model of the piezoelectric actuator is validated through convergence curves and accuracy measures via mean squared error and regression analysis. This paper creates a bi-directional prediction model to predict the performance of carbon fiber and the productive parameters based on a support vector machine (SVM) and improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm (SVM-IPSO). In the SVM, it is crucial to select the parameters that have an important impact on the performance of prediction. The IPSO is proposed to optimize them, and then the SVM-IPSO model is applied to the bi-directional prediction of carbon fiber production. The predictive accuracy of SVM is mainly dependent on its parameters, and IPSO is thus exploited to seek the optimal parameters for SVM in order to improve its prediction capability. Inspired by a cell communication mechanism, we propose IPSO by incorporating information of the global best solution into the search strategy to improve exploitation, and we employ IPSO to establish the bi-directional prediction model: in the direction of the forward prediction, we consider productive parameters as input and property indexes as output; in the direction of the backward prediction, we consider property indexes as input and productive parameters as output, and in this case, the model becomes a scheme design for novel style carbon fibers. The results from a set of the experimental data show that the proposed model can outperform the radial basis function neural network (RNN), the basic particle swarm optimization (PSO) method and the hybrid approach of genetic algorithm and improved particle swarm optimization (GA-IPSO) method in most of the experiments. In this presented communication, a novel design of intelligent Bayesian regularization backpropagation networks (IBRBNs) based on stochastic numerical computing is presented. The dynamics of peristaltic motion of a third-grade fluid in a planar channel is examined by IBRBNs using multilayer structure modeling competency of neural networks trained with efficient optimization ability of Bayesian regularization method. The reference dataset used as inputs and targets parameters of IBRBN has been obtained via the state-of-the-art Adams numerical method. The data of solution dynamics is created for multiple scenarios of the peristaltic transport model by varying the volume flow rate, material parametric of a third-grade fluid model, wave amplitude, and inclination angles. The designed integrated IBRBNs are constructed by exploiting training, testing, and validation operations at each epoch via optimization of a figure of merit on mean square error sense. Exhaustive simulation of IBRBNs with comparison on mean square error, histograms, and regression index substantiated the precision, stability, and reliability to solve the peristaltic transport model. Human activity recognition and classification are some of the most interesting research fields, especially due to the rising popularity of wearable devices, such as mobile phones and smartwatches, which are present in our daily lives. Determining head motion and activities through wearable devices has applications in different domains, such as medicine, entertainment, health monitoring, and sports training. In addition, understanding head motion is important for modern-day topics, such as metaverse systems, virtual reality, and touchless systems. The wearability and usability of head motion systems are more technologically advanced than those which use information from a sensor connected to other parts of the human body. The current paper presents an overview of the technical literature from the last decade on state-of-the-art head motion monitoring systems based on inertial sensors. This study provides an overview of the existing solutions used to monitor head motion using inertial sensors. The focus of this study was on determining the acquisition methods, prototype structures, preprocessing steps, computational methods, and techniques used to validate these systems. From a preliminary inspection of the technical literature, we observed that this was the first work which looks specifically at head motion systems based on inertial sensors and their techniques. The research was conducted using four internet databases—IEEE Xplore, Elsevier, MDPI, and Springer. According to this survey, most of the studies focused on analyzing general human activity, and less on a specific activity. In addition, this paper provides a thorough overview of the last decade of approaches and machine learning algorithms used to monitor head motion using inertial sensors. For each method, concept, and final solution, this study provides a comprehensive number of references which help prove the advantages and disadvantages of the inertial sensors used to read head motion. The results of this study help to contextualize emerging inertial sensor technology in relation to broader goals to help people suffering from partial or total paralysis of the body. In this study, an intelligent computing paradigm built on a nonlinear autoregressive exogenous (NARX) feedback neural network model with the strength of deep learning is presented for accurate state estimation of an underwater passive target. In underwater scenarios, real-time motion parameters of passive objects are usually extracted with nonlinear filtering techniques. In filtering algorithms, nonlinear passive measurements are associated with linear kinetics of the target, governing by state space methodology. To improve tracking accuracy, effective feature estimation and minimizing position error of dynamic passive objects, the strength of NARX based supervised learning is exploited. Dynamic artificial neural networks, which contain tapped delay lines, are suitable for predicting the future state of the underwater passive object. Neural networks-based intelligence computing is effectively applied for estimating the real-time actual state of a passive moving object, which follows a semi-curved path. Performance analysis of NARX based neural networks is evaluated for six different scenarios of standard deviation of white Gaussian measurement noise by following bearings only tracking phenomena. Root mean square error between estimated and real position of the passive target in rectangular coordinates is computed for evaluating the worth of the proposed NARX feedback neural network scheme. The Monte Carlo simulations are conducted and the results certify the capability of the intelligence computing over conventional nonlinear filtering algorithms such as spherical radial cubature Kalman filter and unscented Kalman filter for given state estimation model. Benefiting from the application of vehicle communication networks and new technologies, such as connected vehicles, video monitoring, automated vehicles and vehicle–road collaboration, traffic network data can be observed in real-time. Applied in the field of traffic control, these technologies can provide high-quality input data and make a more comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of traffic control. However, most of the control theories and strategies adopted by adaptive control systems cannot effectively use these real-time, high-precision data. In order to adapt to the development of the times, intersection control theory needs to be further developed. This paper reviews the intersection control strategies from many perspectives, including intelligent data-driven control, conventional timing control, induction control and model-based traffic control. There are three main directions for intersection control based on the connected vehicle environment: (1) data-driven reinforcement learning control; (2) adaptive performance optimization control; (3) research on traffic control based on the environment of connected vehicles (CV); and (4) multiple intersection control based on the CV environment. To improve the tracking stability control of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), an intelligent control algorithm was proposed on the basis of an optimized radial basis function (RBF) neural network. The design process was as follows. First, the adaptation value and mutation probability were modified to improve the traditional optimization algorithm. Then, the improved genetic algorithms (GA) were used to optimize the network parameters online to improve their approximation performance. Additionally, the RBF neural network was used to approximate the function uncertainties of the USV motion system to eliminate the chattering caused by the uninterrupted switching of the sliding surface. Finally, an intelligent control law was introduced based on the sliding mode control with the Lyapunov stability theory. The simulation tests showed that the intelligent control algorithm can effectively guarantee the control accuracy of USVs. In addition, a comparative study with the sliding mode control algorithm based on an RBF network and fuzzy neural network showed that, under the same conditions, the stabilization time of the intelligent control system was 33.33% faster, the average overshoot was reduced by 20%, the control input was smoother, and less chattering occurred compared to the previous two attempts.
