The article outlines the usefulness and importance of informatics solution in evaluating disability in Romania. It discusses disability, the physical and rehabilitation medicine (PRM), the goal of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and the goal of e-Health. It also relates the adoption of the information and communication technologies solutions for the whole health system.
