The review summarizes and systematizes the literature data characterizing the forensic medical aspects in the complex assessment of injuries received because of the impact of damaging factors of explosion in different peacetime conditions. The current state of forensic-medical examination of the explosive trauma is considered; the problems are revealed and the perspective directions in their solution are outlined. The analysis of publications on the issue of forensic examination of blast trauma injuries has shown that a more detailed characterization is given in the domestic literature than in the foreign one. Further study of this problem will make it possible to determine the formation laws of injuries received in explosive trauma, the distance from the epicenter of the explosion, the position of the victims and conditions of body trauma in confined spaces, as well as to refine the classification of explosive trauma depending on the conditions and circumstances of the explosion.Обобщены и систематизированы данные литературы, характеризующие судебно-медицинские аспекты при комплексной оценке повреждений, полученных в результате взрыва в различных условиях мирного времени. Рассмотрено текущее состояние судебно-медицинской экспертизы взрывной травмы, обозначены проблемы и перспективные направления их решения. Отмечено, что анализ публикаций о судебно-медицинской экспертизе повреждений при взрывной травме наиболее полно освещен в отечественной литературе. Дальнейшее исследование данной проблемы позволит определить закономерности формирования повреждений, полученных при взрывной травме, дистанцию от центра взрыва, положение потерпевших и условия получения травм тела в замкнутом пространстве, а также доработать классификацию взрывной травмы в зависимости от условий и обстоятельств взрыва.

The purpose of the study was to perform a comparative static and dynamic finite element analysis of various taper and cylindrical implant-abutment connections in three-dimensional (3D) models including: abutment, fixing screw, implant, cortical bone, cancellous bone. 3D implant model was IRIS LIKO-M system (Russia) 4 mm diameter and 10 mm length. All the models (M1-M6) were built in the same way. While maintaining the external design of IRIS LIKO-M implant, they differed only by taper angle 1.25°, 5°, 9° and its height - 0.45 and 1.85 mm; the models (M7, M8) had a cylindrical connection with a joint height of 0.45 and 1.85 mm. The bone model was 6 mm width, included cortical layer was 3 mm and the inner cancellous bone. The results of static FEA of an occlusal load showed that implant with 1.85 mm abutment connection transfer strain from edge of a cortical bone to its inner layer thus preventing marginal bone resorption. The best results showed implant model with conical taper 5° and 1.85 mm height: the smallest von Mises stress in cortical layer at tightening of the fixing screw and at masticatory load, and the larger margin of safety of an implant, the abutment and the fixing screw. The results of dynamic FEA of implant with cylindrical connection demonstrate that the gap between an abutment and an implant may occur and lead to fixing screw loosening or fracture. At the same time, the implant design with knot of interface of conical type 5° remains tight at dynamic load.Цель данного исследования - проведение сравнительного статического и динамического математического анализа методом конечных элементов различных конусных и цилиндрических узлов сопряжения сборной конструкции дентального имплантата в костной ткани второго типа. В исследовании для проведения расчетов была построена трехмерная модель: абатмент-фиксирующий винт-имплантат-кортикальная кость-губчатая кость, где в качестве исследуемой модели выбран имплантат системы ИРИС ЛИКО-М (Россия) диаметром 4 мм и длиной 10 мм. Все расчетные модели M1-M6 были построены однотипно - при сохранении внешнего дизайна, отличались лишь конусностью узла сопряжения (1,25°, 5°, 9°) и его высотой 0,45 и 1,85 мм; модели M7 и M8 имели цилиндрическое соединение с высотой соединения 0,45 и 1,85 мм. Модель кости шириной 6 мм включала кортикальный слой 3 мм, внутренний объем выполнен губчатым слоем. Результаты статического моделирования окклюзионной нагрузки на систему остеоинтегрированного имплантата с разными видами узлов сопряжения показали, что для костной ткани оптимальными являются конструкции с высотой соединения имплантата и абатмента в 1,85 мм, так как они переносят концентрацию напряжения от края кортикальной кости внутрь, что может являться профилактикой краевой резорбции. Наилучшие результаты демонстрирует конструкция имплантата с конусным узлом сопряжения 5°, высотой 1,85 мм: меньшие значения эквивалентного напряжения в кортикальном слое при затяжке фиксирующего винта и при жевательной нагрузке, больший запас прочности имплантата, абатмента и фиксирующего винта. В системе имплантата с цилиндрическим сопряжением зазор между абатментом и имплантатом под действием динамической нагрузки может раскрываться, резьба винта и имплантата может быть подвержена коррозии, возможны уменьшение сил трения в соединении и ослабление усилия затяжки винта. В отличие от этого конструкция имплантата с узлом сопряжения конусного типа 5° остается герметичной при динамической нагрузке.

The objective of the present work was to develop the method for the visualization of the shape of the bone surface in the region of its traumatic damage based on the results of the analysis of a single X-ray image for the solution of the problems facing forensic medical expertise and traumatology. The three-dimensional models of the fractures of the long tubular bones constructed with the use of the visualization technique were shown to adequately reproduce the morphological picture of the injury. It allowed to enhance the potential of the forensic medical analysis and the accuracy of the diagnostic methods employed for the purposes of forensic medical expertise.Цель работы - разработка метода для визуализации формы поверхности кости в области ее повреждения при травме на основе анализа единственного рентгеноскопического изображения кости для решения задач судебно-медицинской экспертизы и травматологии. Созданные с помощью метода визуализации трехмерные модели переломов длинных трубчатых костей адекватно воспроизводили морфологическую картину травмы. Это позволило расширить возможности экспертного анализа и диагностическую точность в решении судебно-медицинских задач.

We have undertaken the mathematical modeling of the process associated with the destruction of the diaphyseal and proximal epiphyseal parts of the tibial bone by means of the finite element analysis. The main emphasis was laid on the elucidation of the topography of force stresses in the model bone. It was shown that loading the upper third of the bone either along its axis or perpendicular to the surface (i.e. in the region formed largely by the cancellous tissue) results in the depressed fracture at the site of the impact. Loading of the mid-third region of the bone (characterized by the predominance of the compact tissue) under the same conditions led to the transverse fracture originating from the side opposite to the impact application site.Проведено моделирование процесса формирования разрушения большеберцовой кости в области диафиза и проксимального эпифиза методом конечно-элементного анализа. Изучена топография силовых напряжений на модели кости. Установлено, что при нагружении по оси кости и перпендикулярно ее поверхности в области верхней трети (область значительного преобладания губчатого вещества) образуется вдавленный перелом в месте травмирующего воздействия. При тех же условиях нагружения в средней трети (область значительного преобладания компактного вещества) образуется поперечный перелом.

This article was designed to share the experience gained with the three-dimensional modeling for the purpose of situational expertise intended to reconstruct the occurrence circumstances and check up the alternative investigative leads concerning formation of potential injuries to a concrete person. Simulation was performed with the use of the dimensionally scaled model of the place of occurrence as well as the models of the human head and body totally consistent with the anthropometric characteristics of the victim. The results of this work made it possible to reject several potential opportunities for the formation of injuries to the victim and identify the most probable version.Представлен опыт применения трехмерного моделирования при выполнении ситуационной экспертизы с целью реконструкции обстоятельств происшествия и проверки альтернативных следственных версий о возможности образования повреждений у конкретного человека. При моделировании использовали масштабную модель места происшествия, а также модели туловища и головы человека, полностью соответствующие антропометрическим характеристикам пострадавшего. По результатам исследования ряд следственных версий о возможности образования повреждений у потерпевшего были исключены, а одна из версий признана наиболее вероятной.

According to a researchwe carried out the comparative final element analysis of stress in implant construction and the bone surrounding it. The best result showed implants with platform switching and cone interface between implant and abatement. Such combination of elements allows maintaining implant construction stability and decrease the load on cortical bone.В соответствии с целью исследования мы провели сравнительный конечно-элементный анализ напряженно-деформированного состояния сборной конструкции имплантата и окружающей его кости. Оптимальной можно считать конструкцию имплантата с "переключением платформы" и узлом сопряжения в виде конуса, так как такое сочетание элементов позволяет сохранить прочность конструкции и снизить нагрузку на кортикальную кость.

The objective of the present study was to distinguish between the separate phases of the car-to-pedestrian collision with the vehicle being in the side and front impact position. The secondary objective was to determine characteristics of injuries specific for the collisions of this type. The methods employed in the study included the analysis of archival materials and video sequence images. We propose to consider a special type of injury resulting from the car-to-pedestrian collision with the vehicle being in the side and front impact position and to distinguish its two varieties. One of them is caused by the vehicle hitting the pedestrian front laterally, the other arises from the oblique-transverse collision. Each type of collision produces injuries with highly specific characteristics.Цель исследования - выделить фазы наезда транспортного средства (ТС) на пешехода при переднекраевом столкновении и определить характерные для этого вида наезда повреждения. Использовали метод архивного наблюдения и анализ видеоряда. Предложен подвид автомобильной травмы - переднекраевой наезд на пешехода с двумя его разновидностями: вариант косопродольного и вариант косопоперечного наезда с определением характерных повреждений у пешехода в каждом случае.

The objective of this work was to study blood stains of small volume (20 mcl). It was shown that the fall of a blood droplet from the height of 5 to 200 cm at the angle of 90 degrees on a smooth non-absorbing surface (glass) leaves round stains. Their size increases with increasing height of the fall. The character of the stain edges also depends on the height of the fall. The edges are even when the drops fall from the height of less than 20 cm but become wave-shaped with blunt projections when the height of the fall is increased to 30-90 cm. The fall from the height of 100 to 200 cm gives rise to the stains with the scalloped edges having the rectangular or nearly rectangular protrusions. From one to three additional Plateau drops can be observed near the main one.Цель исследования - изучение морфологии следов капель крови малого объема (20 мкл). Установлено, что при падении капель с высоты от 5 до 200 см под углом 90° на гладкую невпитывающую смачиваемую поверхность (стекло) образуются круглые следы. С ростом высоты падения увеличивается площадь следов. Характер края следа определяется высотой падения. При падении капель с высоты до 20 см край следа ровный, при высоте от 30 до 90 см становится волнообразным с тупоконечными выступами. При падении с высоты от 100 до 200 см край зубчатый, с прямоугольными или близкими к ним вершинами. Рядом с основным следом могут выявляться от одной до трех дополнительных капель Плато.
