This study aims to analyze the implementation of fixed asset management by measuring the importance and performance of crucial factors of fixed asset management that has been applied by Local government of Merauke Regency in 2017.This research uses quantitative description approach and purposive sampling technique to get 39 sample respondents. The variables used in this study have been adjusted base on laws and regulation on local assetmanagement. Tools of analysis are Importance-Performance Analysis which measure the importance level of any factors that influence the performance quality. The result shows that variables determination of the value of fixed assets in the preparation of the Financial Statements in accordance with SAP (Government Accounting Standards) has higher importance level with mean value 4,59 and modus value 5 (very important). While the less important variables are the involvement of third party (private) and society (partnership) in utilizing fixed asset with mean value 3.36 and modus 3 (quite important). The HIV AIDS Variation in the proportion of individuals living in the Paniai mountain is commonly studied. The potential drivers of such variability might due to the mix habits and traditional culture of those tribes are still not well-understood. This study aimed to examine the local variation in HIV prevalence among the communities who are living in the deep mountain of Paniai Area. The methods used in this study was observational analytic by analyzing Demographic and Health Survey data from health centre in the Paniai mountaian and. We also identified spatial clusters of HIV AIDS in each local tribe areas through a spatial scan statistics analysis. After a geographical cluster was identified, seeking methods of treatment was measures by nterview respondent and were calculated and analyzed. Results: it is identified that the HIV AIDS significantly high numbers were identified and characterized in Moutaian area of Paniai. The variation of the causal factors and traditional also effect from outside demonstrated similar patterns to those observed at the national level.

Acute respiratory infection includes acute upper respiratory tract infection and acute lower respiratory tract infections. Data from 6 Health Centre in Paniai District on February 1, 2017 found that toddlers who visited the Health Centre in Paniai District Health Office during January 2017 amounted to 1111 cases. The purpose of this research is to know the effort of prevention and treatment of ISPA disease in children aged 2 to 4 years in six Health Centre working area of Paniai District Health Office. The type of research that can be used in this research is Qualitative and Technique study used is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and survey. The results of the research in prevention efforts to avoid ARD disease associated with Healthy Clean Behavior (PHBS) is to always keep PHBS so as not exposed to ARI. Residents often maintain sanitation at home, away from toddlers from patients with cough respiratory infection, cleaning individual homes and families. Another effort of residents is by watering the road, the community always take their children to the Posyandu (Integrated Service Posts) for immunization and breastfeeding until the child aged 1 year. Treatment efforts, if exposed to ARI disease, residents always take care of at home, provide supplementary food and to relieve throat and relieve cough with a safe herb, provide warm water, lime and sweet soy sauce, rubbing eucalyptus oil and wind oil, compress with cold water, wrap with banana leaves and taro Manado.It is expected to be more intense to provide information to the public about ways or efforts to prevent and treat ARI disease. The health worker should always give or inform the PHBS and endeavor to always provide complete immunization.

Target of research: To know the factors affecting Performance Nurse in Kwaingga general hospital Sub-Province Keerom. Method Research : Asosiatif causal with cross sesctional study design. Population is all nurse in Kwaingga general hospital as much 56 people as sampel by totalizeing executed sampling during one months in August 2017 by using questioner. Data analysed to use chi square. Result of research : There is corelation motivate to nurse performance in Kwaingga general hospital (p-value = 1,000 > 0,05; RP = 1,004; CI95%= (0,508 - 1,984). There is training affecting to nurse performance in Kwaingga general hospital (p-value = 0,001 < 0,05; RP = 13,280; CI95%= (1,611 - 6,677). There is notaffecting work to nurse performance in Kwaingga general hospital (p-value = 0,411 > 0,05; RP= 1,458; CI95%= (0,783 - 2,714). There is discipline affecting work to nurse performance in Kwaingga general hospital (p-value = 0,002 < 0,05; RP = 3,048; CI95%= (1,493 - 6,219). Malnutrition that occurs during pregnancy has a cumulative effect on pregnant women's hemoglobin levels. Currently there is a lack of information on the effectiveness of new PMT biscuits produced by the Ministry of Health, Indonesia in 2015 against pregnant women hemoglobin level. This research was conducted using quantitative method that aims to analyze the effectiveness of PMT biscuits containing multi micronutrients to pregnant women hemoglobin and also to investigate the difference of hemoglobin level before and after consuming PMT biscuit. 54 questionnaires were distributed to all participants by using purposive sampling, which were then analyzed by applying the paired sample t-test in SPSS. The respondents were divided into two groups which are obedient pregnancy women and disobedient pregnancy women in consuming the PMT biscuit. The study discovered that there was no significant difference at the hemoglobin level in the group of obedient pregnancy women before and after consuming the PMT biscuit. The study also found that there was no significant difference at the hemoglobin level before and after consuming the PMT biscuit in the group of disobedient pregnancy women. The hemoglobin level before consuming the PMT biscuit was a bit higher than the hemoglobin level after consuming the PMT biscuit in the group of obedient pregnancy women, meanwhile the group of disobedient pregnancy women experienced lower level of hemoglobin before consuming the PMT biscuit compared with the hemoglobin level after consuming the PMT biscuit. However, the difference in hemoglobin level did not show a significant difference among the groups of pregnancy women.

Food is one of the important parts to human health considering that diseases could be caused by food. Cases of foodborne illness (foodborne disease) can be affected by processing, storage, and food serving that are not meet sanitary requirements. This research aimed to obtain an overview of the quality of food is based on the presence of bacteria and sanitary conditions in Canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is descriptive observational. The population in this research is all the food that is in Canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi province and obtained ten samples by using purposive sampling method. Data obtained from direct observation using observation sheet and results of laboratory tests on food samples taken from the Canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi province. The data analysis was using descriptive analysis. The results showed that from ten food samples in Governor's Office Canteen, two samples are containing Escherichia coli bacteria, three food samples are containing Klebsiella sp bacteria, two samples are containing Proteus mirabilis bacteria, one sample is containing Proteus vulgaris bacteria, one sample is containing Enterobacter agglomerans, and one sample is containing Alcaligenes faecalis bacteria. Based on observational assessment for the sanitary conditions in the canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi province in ten canteen, there are no qualified canteen which reach 70% of the total assessment.

The data analysis was using descriptive analysis. The results showed that from ten food samples in Governor's Office Canteen, two samples are containing Escherichia coli bacteria, three food samples are containing Klebsiella sp bacteria, two samples are containing Proteus mirabilis bacteria, one sample is containing Proteus vulgaris bacteria, one sample is containing Enterobacter agglomerans, and one sample is containing Alcaligenes faecalis bacteria. Based on observational assessment for the sanitary conditions in the canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi province in ten canteen, there are no qualified canteen which reach 70% of the total assessment.

Food is one of the important parts to human health considering that diseases could be caused by food. Cases of foodborne illness (foodborne disease) can be affected by processing, storage, and food serving that are not meet sanitary requirements. This research aimed to obtain an overview of the quality of food is based on the presence of bacteria and sanitary conditions in Canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is descriptive observational. The population in this research is all the food that is in Canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi province and obtained ten samples by using purposive sampling method. Data obtained from direct observation using observation sheet and results of laboratory tests on food samples taken from the Canteen Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi province. Most of the waste that is found on the coast is plastic waste that comes from the land, so that the coastal waste management program should be started from the land. This study aims to assess the implementation of waste management program in the coastal area of Watang Soreang Village Soreang District of Parepare City involving Settlement Sanitation Development Acceleration, Community-Based Total Sanitation, and Community Empowerment National programs. The research was a qualitative study design using phenomenological approach. The informant was determined using purposive sampling method. The techniques of obtaining the data were in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) and documentation study. The Data were analyzed using thematic analysis method. The results of the research indicate that in general the implementation of Settlement Sanitation Development Acceleration, Community-Based Total Sanitation, and Community Empowerment National programs viewed from communication aspect are quite good as indicated by socialization and the involvement of stakeholders. Viewed from the characteristics of the implementer agent, the implementer of Settlement Sanitation Development Acceleration and Community-Based Total Sanitation programs already knows their task and authorities although there are still some deficiency, while most of the implementers of Community Empowerment National program do not know their task and authorities because of the influence of the quality of human resources and uneven distribution of guidelines. The resources of Settlement Sanitation Development Acceleration program are considered being in accordance the program needs, while the Community-Based Total Sanitation and Community Empowerment National programs are still needing improving. Social, economic and political aspect do not give direct influence to Settlement Sanitation Development Acceleration program, while the Community-Based Total Sanitation and Community Empowerment National program

Estimate of deaths from rabies in the future are an important aspect in the planning of public health policies towards Indonesia for rabies. This study aims to estimate the number of deaths from rabies for 20 years (2013-2033) and the most appropriate preventive strategies in reducing the rate of increase in the number of deaths from rabies using a dynamic model approach in North Toraja Regency. The study design was observational analytic with case control study design using secondary data reporting cases of human rabies animal bites, medical treatment provision VAR, deaths from rabies in humans, cases of rabies in animals, the number of the dog population, the number of rabies vaccination in dogs in the District Toraja Utara 2013-2014. Data analysis was performed by building causal loop and flow charts Model Rabies Deaths use Powersim program. The results showed in the 20 years to come estimated deaths from rabies increased by 7x fold per year of 4 people (0.13%) in 2013 to 396 people (12.87%) in 2033 if the risk factors that affect the rabies death not controlled. Increasing the number of deaths from rabies can be prevented by controlling the various risk factors that intervene VAR such as giving 100%, intervention rabies vaccination in dogs by 80%, intervention castration of male dogs as much as 5%, and the combination of increased intervention in all influential variables. The most appropriate strategy to reduce the rate of increase in deaths from rabies is to combine three variables increase interventions that can decrease the number of deaths from 396 deaths to 18 deaths.
