James Palumbo, the founder of Great Britain-based Ministry of Sound is resigning from his post as the chief executive officer of the company. Creative and marketing director of the company, Mark Rodol, will assume the post of Palumbo. Rodol will be supported by a restructured senior management team. The company, which began as a south London club in 1991, has grown into a multi-media business with numerous labels, club tours, plus radio, magazine and clothing ventures.
