Abstract

The article discusses the results of a study that investigated the foraging behavior of dead leaf butterfly, Kallima inachus to different colors and fermented fruit juices. The study showed no behavioral responses from adults to red, yellow, purple or white artificial flowers without food odors. However, the butterfly was strongly attracted to flowers with the fermented pear juice.
