The article discusses the safety of administering the rVSV-ZEBOV vaccine to humanitarian health workers (HHWs) in a French pretravel clinic. Between December 2018 and December 2020, 246 individuals, including 221 HHWs, were vaccinated. Immediate adverse events (AEs) were observed in 46.3% of patients, with self-limited local and systemic reactions. Delayed AEs, such as flu-like symptoms and arthralgias, were reported in 24.4% and 4.5% of patients, respectively. Fourteen human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)–infected patients receiving an atazanavir (ATV)–based antiretroviral regimen developed complicated cholelithiasis. ATV was found in biliary calculi in 8 of 11 cases: infrared spectrometry analysis of calculi revealed that ATV made up a median of 89% (range, 10%–100%) of the total calculus composition.
