Buku ini diterbitkan adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan dan kefahaman kepada pelajar Institut Pengajian Tinggi khususnya pada mereka yang kurang atau tidak mempunyai asas dalam dunia penyelidikan. Buku ini dapat membantu mereka bagaimana cara untuk mereka bentuk kajian. Ia bagi memastikan kajian dilaksanakan secara sistematik iaitu mengikut proses dan prosedur penyelidikan. Kefahaman terhadap reka bentuk juga amat penting bagi menjawab persoalan kajian dan bagi memastikan dapatan kajian yang diperolehi adalah sahih. Buku ini mengandungi enam bab yang merangkumi pengenalan, falsafah kajian, reka bentuk kajian, tipologi reka bentuk kajian, reka bentuk kajian khusus, metode dan alat kajian dan penulisan laporan. Penulis buku ini mengggunakan gaya bahasa akademik yang mudah supaya pembaca dapat memahami dengan jelas. Pembaca perlu membaca semua bab supaya dapat menguasai proses pembinaan reka bentuk kajian.

Economic change is moving the role of women to be holistic and flexible in employment sector engagement. Women are increasingly actively venturing into various fields either as subordinate employees or professional management. The problem arises once there are a handful of working women who fail to balance work and family commitments. In addition, it becomes the trigger of various side effects such as mental health, emotional tension and physiological health problems. Thus, the researcher conducted a systematic review of the literature to look at some of the views of previous researchers related to the issue of family work balance involving women, including in the context of Islamic perspective. Researchers use critical analysis that is to observe the findings of previous researchers. The World Economic Forum shows that Malaysia is ranked 104th in the Global Gender Gap index 2020. The study also found that there are many factors that cause work and family imbalance among working women. Therefore, working women also requisite to ensure that their responsibilities to the family continue to be fulfilled based on the concept of religion. Work and family balance can have a positive impact on women’s well-being and maintain sustainability of work performance as well as commitment to family.

Rumah menjadi hak setiap individu seperti termaktub dalam Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 : Everyone has a right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or the lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. (United Nations, 1948) Kemampuan perumahan menjadi agenda penting bagi majoriti negara di peringkat global. Developments in the Malaysian education system have begun since colonial times to currently. Many change and paradigm shifts are seen especially in the context of content, context, teaching and learning in Malaysia. However, in the context of ethnic relations there are several challenges, directions and issues that occur due to tensions, misunderstandings and constraints that are inevitable. In addition, the government is constantly concerned and takes this seriously by establishing various plans and policy measures to develop the country's education system. The established educational policy is in line with the desire to develop a generation of intellectuals in the concept of holistic unity and holistic culture. This is because ethnic relations are not an obstacle to the idea of educational development, but it is a platform to empower the nation's education policy in the context of national unity, political stability and national development. History and chronology of the development of the national education system need to be deeply identified to foster the state's awareness and enthusiasm. Indirectly, the stigma and assumptions that become ethnic issues can be constrained and developed with a positive philosophy. The establishment of a separated practice to integration is one of the practical forms of ethical unity through good quality interaction and communication. Indirectly, it will form a group of socially educated people.
