Abstract

A case study of sexually transmitted disease research by the U.S. Public Health Service in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948 which is a teaching tool for ethical education is presented. Topics discussed include response of U.S. President Barack Obama on the ethical analysis, use of casuistry method of ethical analysis to provide students glimpse over the unethical actions of nature and importance of assessment, and bioethics principles includes fair treatment of patients, and humanitarian benefits.
