ResumenEn este trabajo, buscamos registrar el impacto de los mapas mentales como organizadores gráficos en la construcción del conocimiento. Realizamos la investi- gación con 140 estudiantes universitarios de segundo curso de la Titulación de Magisterio, en la especiali- dad de Educación Primaria. Optamos por el modelo cualitativo de investigación, al aplicar un cuestionario autorreflexivo al alumnado; para el procesamiento de los datos, utilizamos el programa Atlas.ti. Señalamos, como síntesis, que el mapa mental, además de contri- buir al desarrollo total de la persona, conecta con el enfoque multisensorial y constituye un “organizador gráfico” para la construcción del pensamiento.AbstractIn this paper, we seek to register the impact of mental maps and graphic organizers in the construction of knowledge. Research conducted with 140 university students from the sec- ond year of the Education Degree, majoring in Elementary Education. We chose the qualitative research model, applying a self-reflective questionnaire to the students. For data process- ing, we used the program Atlas.ti. In conclusion, we put forward that the mental map, apart from contributing to the overall development of the per- son, connects to the multisensory ap- proach and works as a “graphic orga- nizer” for the construction of thought.RésuméDans ce travail, on cherche registrer l'impact des cartes mentales en tant qu'organisateur graphique dans la construction de la connaissance. On a réalisé la recherche avec cent qua- rante (140) étudiants universitaires de seconde cours de nomination du Ma- gistère, dans la spécialité d'éducation primaire. D'abord, on a choisit le modèle qualitatif de recherche, dans l'application d'un questionnaire auto- réflexif aux élèves. Ensuite, pour traiter les données, on a utilisé le program- me Atlas.ti. Puis, on a indiqué en tant que synthèse, que la carte mentale en plus de contribuer au développement totale de la personne, la carte mentale fait une connexion multi-sensorielle et constitue un organisateur graphique pour la construction de la pensée.ResumoNeste trabalho procuramos registrar o impacto dos mapas mentais como or- ganizadores gráficos na construção do conhecimento. Realizamos a pesquisa com 140 estudantes universitários de segundo ano da Titulação de Magisté- rio, com ênfase em Educação Primária. 12. A importância das capacidades dinâmicas nas empresas born global colombianas

Este artículo analiza algunas de las capacidades dinámicas por las que una empresa colombiana puede ser Born Global, entre ellas la influencia de las alianzas estratégicas, la orientación al mercado y el aprendizaje organizacional. Con información de una encuesta a 297 empresas manufactureras del país realizada en 2011 se identifican dichas capacidades empleando un modelo de redes neuronales artificiales. Se encuentra que las empresas de internacionalización acelerada se distinguen principalmente porque se apoyan en el aprendizaje, la socialización y el conocimiento de su mercado para trazar estrategias competitivas. Estos resultados extienden la investigación de las empresas Born Global al campo de la estrategia empresarial. Some of the dynamic capabilities on the basis of which a Colombian company could be eligible to become a Born Global company are taken into consideration in this paper, among which mention could be made of the bearing strategic alliances are having, how the market is being positioned, and organizational learning. On the basis of data collected through a survey being conducted of 297 manufacturing companies in the country in 2011, these dynamic capabilities have been sorted out by means of an artificial neural networks model. According to findings, those companies which are undergoing a swift internationalization process are mainly told apart because they are supported on learning, socialization and an in-depth awareness of the market they are working with, allowing them to design competitive advantages. These findings are stretching out the Born Global company research to the business strategy field. Neste artigo, analisam-se algumas das capacidades dinâmicas pelas quais uma empresa colombiana pode ser Born Global, entre elas a influência das alianças estratégicas, a orientação ao mercado e a aprendizagem organizacional. Com informação de uma pesquisa a 297 empresas manufatureiras do país, realizada em 2011, identificam-se essas capacidades ao empregar um modelo de redes neurais artificiais. Constata-se que as empresas de internacionalização acelerada se diferenciam principalmente porque apoiam na aprendizagem, na socialização e no conhecimento de seu mercado para traçar estratégias competitivas. Esses resultados estendem a pesquisa das empresas Born Global ao campo da estratégia empresarial.
