Objective: To investigate the effect of radical resection of cervical cancer with pelvic nerve on the quality of sexual life and bladder function and rectal function in patients with lb stage cervical cancer. Methods: A total of 90 patients with lb stage cervical cancer who were treated in Panyu District Central Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2010 to January 2017. were selected and were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45). The control group was treated with traditional radical resection of cervical cancer, and the observation group was treated with radical resection of cervical carcinoma with pelvic nerve. The operation condition, the quality of sexual life and the function of the bladder and rectum were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the operation time of the patients in the observation group was longer, but the time of hospitalization was shorter (P<0.05)- The time of residual urine volume <100 mL and <50 mL. anal exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05)- The various scores of the quality of sexual life in the observation group after operation were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The incidence of complications (6.67%) in the observation group was lower than that (22.22%) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of radical resection of cervical carcinoma with pelvic nerve in the treatment of patients with lb stage cervical cancer is significant. It is conducive to the rapid recovery of bladder and rectum function after operation and has little influence on the quality of sexual life and fewer postoperative complications. Objective: To study the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), p63 and p53 in lung cancer tissues and to gain an insight into their biological significance in carcinogenesis of lung neoplasms. Methods: 195 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens of lung cancers and 57 matched surrounding tissue specimens as control were examined for PCNA, p63 and p53 protein expression by immunohistochemistry using tissue microarray. And the relationship between expressions of PCNA, p63, p53 and the clinicopathologic characteristics was analyzed. Results: The positivity of PCNA, p63, p53 in lung cancer was 96.41%, 38.46% and 58.46%, however, there were no expressions in surrounding tissues (P<0.05). The correlations between the expression of PCNA, p63, p53 and the tissue type, between the expression of PCNA, p63 and differentiation were confirmed, and the worse the differentiation, the higher the expression (P<0.05). Besides there was a positive correlation between the p53 and PCNA (r=0.352, P=0. 043), no correlation between the p63 and p53, PCNA. Conclusion: The expression of PCNA.p63 and p53 are significantly increased in lung cancer. They play an important role in the carcinogenesis of lung cancer and may help to distinguish squamous cell carcinomas from other three types of lung neoplasms in diagnostic pathology. Objective: To study the expression of HER2 gene and p53 protein in gastric carcinoma tissue, and analyze its significance and value in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: A total of 110 patients with gastric carcinoma, who were diagnosed in Baoji Central Hospital from July 2013 to July 2015, were selected.Then the HER2 protein expression and gene amplification and P53 protein expression were detected, and the relationship among HER2 gene amplification. P53 protein expression and pathological parameters wfas analyzed. Results: HER2 gene amplification rate wras 17.3% (19/110). HER2 protein expression rate was 42.7% (47/110), the P53 protein expression was 58.2% (64/110), and the HER2 gene amplification ratio of HER2 protein expression with 3+,2+ was 3/4, 6/9 respectively, which had statistical significance compared with 3/16 of expression with 1+ (P<0.05). HER2 gene amplification and P53 protein expression were related with lymph node metastasis and invasion of gastric cancer (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that HER2 gene amplification was positively correlated with P53 protein expression (P<0.05). Conclusion: HER2 gene amplification and P53 protein expression cooperate in gastric carcinoma tissue and lead to the invasion and lymph node metastasis.which can be used as the reference for early diagnosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.
