- Abstract
Internationalization in higher education has been catching up as a trend receiving attention more recently than before. Academia, institutions, scholars, parents, host nations, and home countries all constitute a vicious circle of stakeholders who play a role in internationalization. Each of them has something to take and something to give, and all of them stand to benefit from it. Internationalization is achieved through various means. By opening up their border for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in higher education, countries navigate their opportunities to connect with foreign universities. However, this is limited by political decisions. Moreover, all of what constitutes a learning environment cannot be cloned and eventually miss out on the real experience that you get there. The alternative is to further the educational ‘migration’, cost and affordability notwithstanding. In both the former and the latter, the stakeholders are key instruments in the process. Therefore, any attempt to study internationalization should take into account a stakeholder perspective to examine the advantages and benefits which might accrue to them, more so the constraints and disadvantages. This would necessitate a systemic analysis of both types of supporting systems that favour internationalization. This paper aims to narrate a stakeholder perspective. An attempt is made to examine the key stakeholder issues and critical constituent elements that need to be addressed to facilitate internationalization. Internationalization as a global ranking parameter for educational institutions and its relation with gross enrolment ratio (GER) is also discussed.

- Abstract
Information is very important and required in almost all areas and fields. It is close to some of the areas viz. Data, Content and Knowledge. The system is also another concept that deals with the group of interrelated and connected entities, objects, tools, or facets. In other words, combinations of some subsystems are called Systems. Therefore, Systems in respect of the Information is called Information Systems. Information Systems is the way, tools, connected entities that are dedicated or responsible for the information related activities ranging from the collection, selection, organization, processing, management and dissemination. There are different contexts regarding Information Systems, in some contexts, it is also the electronic systems dedicated to information management and delivery to the organizations, institutions. In some contexts, it is the Computational way to preserve and deliver content and information. Information Systems in another context are the apex controlling mechanism of some of the divisional information systems such as Executive Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, etc. which helps in Information related activities to the organizations. Even Information System is also considered as a branch or field of study internationally. This paper is a theoretical one and mentioned the aspects of systems including their foundations, applications of systems, information systems including their foundation, types, nature, and emerging characteristics. - Abstract
The automobile industry in India has taken a major role in the growth of the Indian economy. In India, we find different modes of transportation either in the form of public transportation or in the form of private transportation. It has come to the conclusion that without the transportation service nothing can be done and if for some reason the transportation service is stopped then the life of Indians is unimaginable as well as the impact of the above problem is going to hit the entire nation. The major challenge in the automotive industry is the fuel that our country needs to import from others. The resource of the fuel is getting emptied day by day. Now it has come to a situation where we have to go for such an automobile industry which uses the alternative fuelling system. Today a lot of research work is going on electric vehicles and the Indian system is planning to switch over to the electric vehicles. This paper introduces a new model for charging electric two-wheelers using solar energy. The paper contains the different types of two-wheelers and their charging system is studied. After studying the charging system of the two-wheelers the common charging system for all those types is proposed. This solar charger is considered as a solar fuelling center where the two-wheeler gets the shelter during the sunny day as well as the battery system can be charged during the parking time.

- Abstract
Higher Education Institutions try to enhance their competitiveness so as to become distinguished centers of learning and research. Various agencies conduct rankings of institutions independent of each other using different criteria. Although the purpose of ranking is to encourage healthy competition and distinguish the best institution in the interest of the learners to choose, the differences in criteria have cast a lot of confusion in building a parity. Academic performance and allied factors, as well as research, publication, and allied factors, are common to all. Some ranking agencies take into consideration industry-institution collaborations, international outlook, alumni, overall reputation, and even financial stability. This paper aims to attempt a comparison of the ranking methodology adopted by selected prominent Global University Ranking Agencies all over the world and throw light on the positive and negative outcomes of the global ranking. Based on in-depth analysis and critical comments on the limitations of these ranking systems, a generic model for balanced global university ranking is also proposed. Given the fact that nations differ, cultures differ, and the context of higher education itself differ across nations, the study illuminates the fallacy and dangers of segregating all institutions under the same mould.

- Abstract
Higher education aims to develop quality and competent professionals who would be economically productive and contribute to society. Here comes the question of how fit are they? Are our passing out graduates ready to take up and perform jobs successfully? Is the present education equipping them for that? What should be the assessment of a graduate be based on? Higher education aims to impart competency to the learners and generally the presumption is that those who undergo higher education have acquired the desired level of competence. Examination and assessment are key indicators for measuring the performance of a graduate in the widely prevailing credit-based education system. The credit-based system in higher education is developed on the foundation that the grades which a student has secured by way of assessment and evaluation speak what the student has earned by way of education. But the question is how to measure the competency among the graduates who pass out. Various indicators are available in Competency-Based Education System (CBES), most important among them is Employability. Employability is the capacity to take up and perform the job independently with relative ease and little support. This paper attempts to outline the major factors contributing to competency, their objectives, and outcome. Our competency measurement model suggests various performance indicators which lead to measurable parameters that directly give an idea to judge how successful a person would be in a given job. An attempt has also been made to predict performance in a job situation by judging competency level performance indicators in select categories of jobs.

- Abstract
The farming of organic product is a unique practice which balances the environmental sustainability and also controls the detrimental effect both on customer’s safety by creating a positive notion in the minds of the customers. The study is basically related to growing of Organic farm products and its influence towards customer attitude which leads to purchase intention. This Research has considered certain variables such as Health Concern, Perceived Behavioural Control, perception of customers, Subjective Norms and Environmental Concerns as to the antecedents of purchase intention. The objective of the literature review is to assess the sustainability factor of organic farm products both in India and abroad and also to identify the impact on customers buying behaviour along with exploring the demand factor in present and future scenarios and identifying the customer’s attitude and environmental concern. This literature review is developed by using the secondary data collected from exhaustive literature, review of journals and the internet. The purpose of the study is to identify the customer’s environmental concern and commitment towards environment sustainability. In organic farming, there is an advantage of low-cost input prices in production which diverts the attention of customers towards organic farming. The limitation of the study is the people are more motivated by personal factors rather than social or environmental factors. The study is limited to organic farm products and customers' attitude leading to purchase intention.

Higher Education Institutions cherish the desire to obtain the status of 'Autonomy'. This gives substantial freedom and maneuverability to improve the quality of education and global brand building exercise which is crucial for their survival and growth in the face of challenges and competitions. Autonomy implies the freedom to have self-sustainable practices in the overall management of academic and administrative matters. Developing new courses, designing curriculum, determining fee structure, admission of students, engaging teachers, remuneration and retention, teaching-learning, examination and evaluation, and grading, all come under the purview of autonomy. Eventually, autonomy is paving way for increased responsibility and accountability. This paper aims to discuss the institutional responsibility-autonomy linkages in the main operational areas of autonomy and illustrates the accountability outcomes of autonomy. An attempt is also made to arrive at an Accountability Management model that compares conventional management practice styles and Accountability Management practice styles and discusses the processes which come into play therein. Besides, key principles of Accountability management are elaborated. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
