In recent years, emerging technologies such as big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing have matured. The integration of digital technology and online education promotes online education governance into the digital age. However, there are still some governance dilemmas in the digitalization process. How to solve the existing difficulties and promote the digital governance process of online education is the top priority for the development of online education. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of digital governance of online education, this paper explains the difficulties faced by online education in the digital age, and proposes the implementation path, including imperfect teaching platform and lack of supervision system, perfecting education evaluation model, establishing risk control and early warning mechanism.

This article briefly analyzes the development status of China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Chongqing Port Logistics firstly, and then, the mechanism of interaction between the free trade zone economy and the logistics development of Chongqing Port is discussed from a qualitative perspective. Finally, according to the development status of Chongqing Port Logistics, some countermeasures are put forward to solve its development problems and realize the benign interaction between the free trade zone economy and Chongqing Port Logistics.

The establishment of Chongqing Free Trade Zone will bring a new opportunity to the construction of Chongqing inland international logistics hub, and it also faces many challenges. In order to speed up the construction of Chongqing inland international logistics hub, it is necessary to learn from the successful experience of Rotterdam Port in the Netherlands. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of the hub under the framework of Chongqing Free Trade Zone, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of Rotterdam Port in the Netherlands and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Chongqing inland international logistics hub.

In the process of deepening the reform of the economic system, the government has set up the industry guidance fund based on the industry and guided more social capital to participate in the market-oriented construction, which has become a powerful measure to stimulate economic growth and promote regional economic development. Starting from the current situation and development trend of the industry guidance fund, this paper studies with the development model and policy effect of the government industry guidance fund, analyzes the problems existing in the operation process, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to provide reference for the development of the government industry guidance fund.

As a debugging point of domestic economic development, the free trade zone has pushed China’s economic reform and opening up to a new level. With the development of free trade zone, new logistics mode will be created, and new opportunities and challenges will be placed in front of the international logistics of Chongqing Free Trade Zone. Based on the elaboration of the current situation of Chongqing’s international logistics development under the new pattern of the free trade zone, this paper establishes the SWOT Analysis Model of the impact of the construction of Chongqing Free Trade Zone on the development of international logistics, and makes an in-depth analysis from four aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Finally, it puts forward the path selection to promote the development of Chongqing free trade zone’s international logistics in this context.

As an innovative tool to leverage social capital and improve the efficiency of fiscal funds utilization, the government industry guidance fund entered the stage of rapid development under a series of favorable policies in China. But at the same time, there still exist many potential risks in its operation. How to identify and control these risks needs to be explored and summarized in theory and practice. This paper will analyze a series of risks and put forward optimization suggestions for risk management in the operation of government industry guidance fund.
