目的　观察缺血预适应(IPC)对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血管弹性与内皮功能损伤的影响。方法 　将60 例TIA 患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30 例，均给予阿司匹林肠溶片口服，观察组另予IPC 治疗，连续治 疗6 个月。治疗前后采用彩色多普勒超声检查颈总动脉血管压力－应变弹性系数(ＥP)、顺应性(AC)、僵硬程度指 数(β)、增大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)及肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)，取外周血检测假血友 病因子(vWF)、内皮素１(ＥT-１)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果　两组治疗前各血管弹性指标及外周血内皮功能指标差异 无统计学意义，对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义。观察组治疗后颈总动脉ＥP、β、AI、PWVβ 及肱动脉FMD 较治 疗前下降而AC 升高(P 均<0．05)，且ＥP、β、AI、PWVβ、肱动脉FMD 低于对照组而AC 高于对照组(P 均< 0．05)； 观察组治疗后外周血vWF、ＥT-１ 较治疗前下降而NO 升高(P 均<0．05)，且vWF、ＥT-１ 低于对照组而NO 高于对照 组(P 均<0．05)。结论　IPC 治疗有助于改善TIA 患者血管弹性，并促进内皮功能损伤的恢复。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
